A shrine to the city of Philadelphia and a full immersive cultural experience. I felt like I was in America. The food is as authentic as it gets and the staff are as real as it gets. Go Birds!

Great cheesesteak and old bay fries with homemade cheese whiz!

I am a native Philadelphian who was visiting London last week, wandering around seeing the sites and stumbled across…Passyunk Ave.?!? My travel partner and I were floored to say the least. We had no idea this restaurant existed and are still genuinely but happily confused as to how this piece of Philly found itself in London. Falling into Passyunk Avenue was definitely one of the highlights of trip.
As someone born and raised and still living in Philadelphia I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It gives off the real Philadelphia attitude and vibe. I felt like I had walked through a portal and was transported back home (City Wide Special!!). We even met the owners (amazing guys - friendly, warm, loud: Philly all the way!!). I will say their cheesesteak is a solid steak. I don’t think (in my opinion) you’ll ever get an authentic steak anywhere other than Philly because of the bread (I challenge anyone to find a roll better than Conshy Italian Bakery) but for being 1000s of miles away from Philly it was as close as you’ll get to the real thing.
I am still utterly impressed they were able to get the Mummers outfit Kelce wore during the Super Bowl parade. Unreal…
Don’t miss this spot when in London! And thanks to Tim and JP for the great conversation and for making us feel right at home!

If Will Smith's right hand was ''Authentic Americana'' and I was Chris Rock's left cheek, it would just about capture the legitimacy of this joint upon first walking in. You won't find a more authentic American joint this side of Philly.

Not been to the US? Don’t waste the flight, the best of the States on display here at Passyunk. The wings will blow your mind… they are a no brainier, cheesesteak or parmigian (chicken, meatball or eggplant) sandwich, that’s the only question! The staff is real and fun, the tunes are gritty and beers are cold. Had an awesome visit and I’ll be back!

Staff are very friendly and great to talk to about all things America and Philly. Been to this location a few times since they opened in March and somehow it gets better every time I’m there. The food and vibes are immaculate!! My favorite thing I’ve had so far is the reading terminal on a bed on their skinny fries. I will definitely be back there for the final March madness game!

Fun, friendly staff & great service.
The food is incredible (The Reading Terminal is my current fav) and they have Pickle Backs!

Awesome gem in South London. Wings are 10/10 and service is even better. Thanks so much for looking after us Tim, can’t wait to come back.

Enjoyed a fun evening watching March Madness while away from The States. The food was delicious and quite frankly better than the Philly Cheese Steaks I have had in the USA. The staff was nice on what seemed to be a very busy evening. They have a good selection of beers and drinks.

I’ve been to Philly once and went straight try their famous cheesesteaks, now we have this place 15 minutes away from home which makes just the same cheesesteaks! Real cool place and a proper American customer services over there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
