A convenient location to have tea and coffee with something quick to eat. The service here has always been friendly and efficient for me so no complaints there. It's spacious so we have always managed to find a table for 2. I really enjoy their chai latte and sandwiches. I've had a better almond croissant elsewhere compared to the one at PAUL, so I would go for the plain croissant next time.

Beautiful patisserie & taste delicious. I took a detour on the tube and bought a whole craquant cake yesterday. It was well worth it, gorgeous mirror glaze, perfect layers and satisfying textures. I’d post a photo but we ate it 🤣.

Good overall place to buy something decent to eat and sit down. Coffee on the less than impressive side. Staff can be very slow and indifferent, with poor english occasionally. It seems that the very good ones leave and the unhelpful stay. Watch carefully you are not charged "eat in" prices when you order take away pastries, and they are not charging you the larger size of bread when you are only getting the smaller!!

The place is nice by itself. Plenty of space to sit, inside and outside. Coffee however is average at best. To much water and too little coffee. Croissants are well made though. If you are after good coffee forget about this place.

Not been to this location before. Coffee was awsome. The Apricot Anglaise was to die for. Staff were great, very friendly, polite and engaged. There was a great atmosphere. I asked if I could purchase one of their mugs as I have the same name. Just before our group of 4 left the manager came over with a bag containing a neatly wrapped mug as a surprise for me to take away !. Outstanding customer service from all the team. The k8nd of service I wont forget. Many thanks to the whole team ..... you will certainly see us all again soon.

I went there because my colleagues told me there was the most special hot chocolate in town but I felt a bit disappointed when I tried it. It's too much watery for my standards and the prices are very high! Nevertheless I think it's a good place to have a good snack and forget all the problems (and diets) for a bit ;)

Ooh la la! Always enjoy a visit to Paul. On this occasion I picked up a raspberry meringue, a mini chocolate doghnut and a flat chocolate and creme patisserie pastry (previously a twist!). Found quality of food top notch, staff helpful and friendly and found myself returning from almost leaving after seeing sonething in the shop window display. I wish I had a store closer to home, but until then will enjoy those scattered around central London. Recommend highly.... the extra expense it well worth it! Viva la Paul!!! 😋

On the last day of my quest to find the best almond croissant in London, I stopped by Paul and I was not disappointed. The almond croissant is filled with a very light filling (almost like a light pudding) that really made it stand out from others I've had in this city. The Ham and Omelette croissant was also delicious - I'm not sure what they do to the eggs, but they're some of the most light and fluffy eggs I've had. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

This place is good not amazing or great I went there on a Sunday afternoon at it was pleasant first problem is on the weekday we are allowed to sit in the office space and have a sandwich but on weekends when it is very busy in my experience you are not allowed there The food is okay the ham and cheese sandwich and the jam bugugette is good however the escargot raisin was burnt last time I went which was only a few weeks ago it was black at taste burnt asked for new one and they said four tiny not burnt rainsin breads they were good

Paul is always reliable - all of them as far as i know, not only cafes in London but in Washington as well! The abricot Anglais pastries, raspberry tarts and any of the baguettes are my personal favourites.
