First time here and the bread for the sandwiches was so good, coffee was nice too, plenty of seating with a really relaxed feel

Very nice quality food and good coffee. As you'd expect it's a busy place so grab a table if you're staying in. The single toilet is not too great but apart from that worth the visit

We had a rendezvous here after splitting up in Hamleys. It was conveniently across the main road and wasn't too hard to find. The place is fairly small, with most of the seating in the back area. They seem to serve similar items as the other branches. The pick-up counter is around the rear of the area close to the tables. The tables were mostly small ones so we had to put a couple together to get one that would fit about 5 people. It did get a bit tight with a pram inside as well. The annoying thing was that the bathroom was out of order so people couldn't go to the bathroom or wash their hands.

It's a lovely place. :) If you are a coffee lover, just like me, you have found the right place to get it. Also, the food is tasty and always fresh. What surprised me the most was the warmth and respect you receive from the employees. They are always with a smile on their faces, ready to give you the best. Planning to walk around Hyde park, we found hungry but it seems all foods are super expensive in this area. We tried this shop because there are already many pret a manger sandwich and mcDonald in Hong Kong and this is a good choice for our budget. The hot bean soup is pretty good and the sandwich is beyond expectation. I like the blue cheese! However, the seats and floor are not clean and tidy enough. To be remarked, the price of dine-in is a bit higher than take-away.

Can't fault it. Great service with a nice smile; they went out of their way to make me a Camembert baguette. Prices here are also very reasonable, compared to the other cake shops in the area that are designed to rip off rich tourists.
