Our go to sandwich shop, rarely fails on choice for tasty options and superb selection of sweat treats. Their seeded loaf is a regular in the bread bin. They also do a rich hotchocolate/mocha option that does need to be tried.

I like to visit this Paul branch every morning when I am going to work. I must say that the service is simply amazing! The store is always clean which is accompanied by a delightful team :) The manager is very friendly and there is also a young lady named Carolina who is usually there every morning - her customer service is impeccable! I was very impressed with the way they all wear PPE masks and they encourage customers to follow social distancing rules. BEST place for bread and cakes - Their mini doughnuts are amazing :)

I used to come to this store almost daily as I am a big fan of french fruit tarts. The staff was always really nice. I stopped coming as the fruit tarts started being considerably sweeter than in other Paul stores. A pity...

Clean and everyone wearing PPE witch fills me with confidence. I judge coffee and tea shops by how they were PPE and Paul’s in Hammersmith scores highly. No breathing on my drink. And the hot chocolate is divine.

This is one of the best Paul in London! There is an italian guy that is working there, and because I worked in 5* hotels, I asked a few questions about the way he prepares food, ecc ecc.. the answers were incredible accurate! I can see that he's doing this job not only to get a salary but also because there is love in what he is doing. Also there is a young Italian girl (Caroline) that she is extremely polite, welcoming and professional. I truly reccomend this Paul.

bought a baguette and an apple tart. before I lay into it I will atleast say the possitives: sandwich had nice ingredients and was well presented and appetizing in looks BAD: need vicegrips and a hacksaw to enjoy this sandwich. I think I gained an extra jaw tendon with the amount of power and work it took to chew through that bread. Yes the bread was in flavour nice...However this is clearly a day old+ piece of bread not fresh at all... now onto the cake. The top was burnt and I got a whisp of an Apple flavour from the texture. Again same problem just wasnt fresh at all. Which You wouldnt really expect from a bakery midday. Overall I wont insult the bakery with a 2 star as it's clear there is what should be flavour and thought. However the execution and staleness gives it a 3 at best.

Love almost everything here...mini chocolate beignet, almond croissant, almond & chocolate croissant(mixed), ham & cheese baguette to mention a few. The coffee were good too. They have no sitting area though.

Great place for cakes, french bread and coffee (not just their macaroons). Conveniently located towards the main exit to Kings Street. Everything seems to be greatly baked from their kitchen to the rear. My only gripe is the lack of seating.
