Reviews of PAUL Marylebone
B.
Lovely croissants and selection of cakes, especially the Valentine’s selection, see photo below. I ordered a flat white, my usual, coffee was ok but the frothing of the milk could have been better. In an industry where quality is up there, you need to deliver. Shop looked a bit tired but otherwise pleasant.

Visited with the family around 10am on a Saturday morning, looking for a relaxed breakfast. There were one or two other customers, but not particularly busy, so it was surprising, and completely unnecessary, that all three counter staff rushed and hurried us to make a decision, before we had even had a chance to see what was available. The food and drinks that we did have were all of high quality, but this branch loses two stars for poor service

The BEST hot chocolate and I don’t even drink the stuff!
Seriously… I never normally drink hot chocolate but Paul’s hot chocolate is outrageous!!
You’ll only need a small but it’s something so amazing it’s like a life experience!
C. P.
Decent service and a great location . We have lovely fresh sandwiches and a leek quiche . My only recommendation would be more vegetarian options.
T. J.
Decent sandwiches, less than ideal atmosphere
E. P.
Wonderful location and good service. The food itself wasn't the best experience. We asked for pouch eggs and they came cold and no runny and my avocado on toast were just a smear of it. A bit disappointed taking into account the price you pay.
J. M.
Your regular Paul. Good deserts, good coffee. Its spacious enough with a wonderful decor to it. I had a plamier and a latte and they're good as expected. Staff friendly and helpful as usual.
M. C.
Had a lovely decaf latte with coconut milk and a roll. Quite expensive but I suppose you're paying for the location.
A. T.
To all the professional members of staff, Cesar, Andrea and Peter a massive thank you for the brilliant service and for your honesty and professionalism. A spacial thank you to Cesar who found my AirPods and kept them safe for me. Highly recommend 😊
B. H.
Great coffee, surprisingly good. Neat little coffee in nice part of Marylebone
E. M.
Small store with some limited seating
M. M.
Wonderful service, amazing Moccas and Cappuccino, very clean and very pleasant baristas! Coming again in a few days!
B. V. S.
Friendly staff..quick service. Love most if not all of all their breads😀
D. W.
Delicious cakes and great aromas as with all Paul patisseries. The staff who served me was courteous.
D. O.
some really weird reviews here!
We really like the desserts and coffee ;)
The service is great too!
H. S.
Super tight seating area. Had to push other people to even get into the chair. Takeaway might be as better idea for this particular cafe.
They made our drink wrong but were kind enough to replace and make a new one.
E. m.
Best chocolate macaroon Ive ever had!
K. G.
Quaint chain of french patisserie, good selection of cakes and sandwiches, teas, coffee etc. Small area to sit down for table service or side stools for takeaway options. Rather pricey for what’s on offer. Some staff are very helpful and polite and others somewhat rude to the point you feel like leaving.
M. B.
The loveliest brunch I've been in. They have table service and the coffee is truly HOT when arrives. The stuff is friendly, polite and helpful. My food (the omelette) was tasty too.
G. S.
Welcoming, friendly service, usual excellence of food. Does takeaway, also small counter for eating at. Waiter service at tables with simple but excellent cooked snacks. Now slightly more expensive but overall still good value.
M. J.
The staff were very good especially the lady with the blonde long hair. Very polite and very efficient. The food was excellent. Will be going back again soon. Well done to all the staff.
M. D.
An assortment of irresistible breads, pastries and cakes, along with delicious salads and good sandwiches. Pricey but delicious. Get the reward card if you come often, the staff is useless at offering it and it gives you ~10% discount (1 free item after you buy 9 of the same, coffee, breads or salads only).

Friendly staff , excellent atmosphere .
I like the decor .

Cozy atmosphere and good selection of drinks. Although when I ordered Fresh Apple juice they brought me juice from a regular “juice box”. (Keep that in mind)
R. E.
Very nice thyme-flavoured bread with feta and beetroot.
V. B.
Nice little place, good food, friendly service.. what's not to like?
E. W.
Nice bread. Not a huge fan of their sandwiches honestly. coffee is good. overall if I have to choose one of the variety of chain coffee shops in the city to pop into, this is the one I'd go for. (before pret, nero, starbucks, etc)
G. E.
Very nice coffee a a fantastic selection of pastries....
F. C. M.
Very nice cozy place. High quality breads as you have come to expect from Paul, as well as great croissants, sandwiches and patisseries. Pretty good coffee too.
L.
Paul and their palmier is always 5 stars
M. B.
Often I go there and order the sausages with potatoes and Bordelaise sauce.
I recommend trying the classical French onion soup - it deserves your attention.
T. C.
Food was OK. Service, at least on Sunday was quite poor. We ordered a toast that never came.
Δ. Κ.
Perfect experience. My daughter, her one month's babygirl and me spend wonderful afternoon tea time here.Thank you.
A. N.
Nice place, brought my own cup i was suppose to get 50p off. They still charged me full price..
C. R.
Only nipped in for a Macaron. They are delicious.
P. W.
Bumped in to an old friend here. To be honest Paul has lost its mojo. New management needed to raise it to its former glory.
S. M.
Nice cafe, but shocking loo. Only one, tiny, smelly, pile of loo paper in one corner of room, door lock broken, room awkward.
Y. P.
Really enjoy it! French bread always makes me suprised but still can't finish the meal(or bread should we say) continually.
A. S.
Great pastties and breads. Disappointed with breakfast. Tables too cramped.
L. K.
Always good for a quick bite.
T. L.
Nice place for a quick coffee, but always very busy.
C. R.
Lovely cafe, it's cosy and peaceful inside. Strategic location, it's usually close to the hotels I stay during my visits in London.
M. V. B.

Davide not only makes an amazing range of Coffee his Tea is excellent as well. Well worth the walk to get a cup of Tea
K. L.
Despite being a chain, Paul maintain a certain charm to them. The macaron frappes are a sugar laden delight
J.
Lovely bakery, good bread and pastries. Recommended!

Nice layout and very friendly staff. Food quality is reasonable for price

Not as good as the PRET coffee but higher prices. As for the food is a matter of preference. I do not like it.
