J. d. N.We ordered a large piece of Cod with medium chips. It was big enough to feed both my wife and I and it tasted good. My 2 year old son had quite a bit aswell. The menu doesn't have fancier things like calamari or crab but they do have burgers and sausages.
I asked for the chips to be crispy but they said they can't do that.

Ordered chicken doner kebab when asked about salad I mentioned that I'm allergic to onion the lovely man said he can't guarantee cross contamination, but i was ok with it. He in the end wore gloves to cut and touch garnish for my kebab.
The food was very yummy not greasy at all.
Absolutely recommended.

They asked if it would be ok to send a medium piece and a smaller bit which I said was fine.. ended up with two medium pieces and the fish was beautifully cooked! Lovely crispy batter and soft flaky cod! We also had a chicken doner that was lovely. Not fatty or greasy at all.. won’t be using any other fish and chip shops from now on! Highly recommend!

T. W.BIG FISH !!! I have only just had my delivery from Paul's Plaice via Deliveroo, and it won't be the last.
The cod is massive (longer than my dinner plate) as are the portion of chips. The sausage in batter is also huge. I can't complain about the size apart from the fact that I may have to waste some of it.....I hate that. It all tastes freshly cooked and even though it's been delivered the batter is still crisp too. It's not at all greasy which is great.
I haven't had cod and chips in years, too many bad experiences, but I'm now saving Paul's Plaice as my go to Plaice for a Friday Night In !!

W. L.If you are ever passing Hanger Lane, you have to stop at Paul's Plaice for a donor kebab.
It is without doubt the best donor kebab in London.
You can sit in or take away, very friendly atmosphere and great tasting food.
Been eating here for a years and Paul's Plaice never disappoints.

Google machte uns also ein paar Vorschläge, die in der Nähe unseres Hotels lagen und ich muss sagen... ich bin froh gewesen bei Pauls Plaice gelandet zu sein! Super lecker, echt super freundlich! Beim nächsten Flug nach GB wird dort auch wieder Halt gemacht!
