It gets 4 stars for the super friendly staffs, nice cool ambience, and reasonable price. The pad Thai wasn’t too authentic but delicious enough. Overall, it was a nice experience. Convenient location also to eat after /before watching a musical.

It’s more of a fast food Thai place - the seating isn’t necessarily comfortable for a long period of time. However, there is a lot of seating !! The food comes very quick and the service is fast also. The portion sizes are big for the price paid. All the meat is halal ! I found the food did not have the most authentic taste and maybe I should have asked for it to be a little spicy. Overall it’s a good fast food place to grab food when on the go.

I ordered the Nua Kao and I absolutely enjoyed it. Everything was hot and fresh and very flavorful. The service was great as well because after receiving my food, they would come back to check up on you to ensure everything is okay. I for sure will be back!

Good Thai food and quickly served. Minus for no spices available only if u pay for it. Also there are no spoon and only a wooden fork that is not really a fork. But for the price the food is ok.

Tasty and good value but issues need addressing The good ================= Excellent value as big portions. Good taste (my Nua Kao). Friendly helpful staff. Relaxing place to eat, and seems spacious. The not so good ================= The beef in my Nua Kao was too *chewy*. I wouldn't order beef here again. That said, it tasted good and there was a lot of beef provided, so others may prefer quantity over quality. My Nua Kao was too *oily*, ever for fried rice in my opinion. A few of the tables were not clean (although they were clear) despite it being quite when I arrived at around 2:20pm, and plenty of staff present. Conclusion ================= All that said, I expect I *will* go again soon. I want to try the requisite green curry and some of the other dishes. I think I will steer clear of the beef though (as chewy) and perhaps also fried rice/noodles (am assuming they may remain oily). I think 3/5 would be too stingy, so will rate 4/5.

Amazing customer service. I went to buy my food for a takeaway. I didn't know what to buy exactly, the lady behind the counter asked what i liked, i told her i like prawns, beef and chicken. She recommended a dish that had beef and prawns. I also ordered a second dish with chicken. I added extra chilli to my food. They made it fresh! all done in a decent time. The staff are professional, kind and gave a good customer service. The quality of the food was amazing. I recommend this restaurant and i will definingly returning as a regular customer.

Had heard good things about the food here but sorry to say I was disappointed. I ordered the yellow curry with chicken. Though the porton size was good the food itself was very bland and lacked any type of seasoning. I could not identify any Thai flavours let alone coconut milk which should have been the main staple of this dish. The food and ingredients looked fresh, authentic and appetising but the flavour was just not there which was a real pity. May try again with another dish but not any time soon.

Just been to Pitaya tonight (Sat 18th Dec, 10pm). The young lady who served us was a superstar! Wonderful service, so polite and enthusiastic. After some poor service in different places, she really brightened our spirits! The food was great too :)

We stumbled upon this place after hunting for ages for a pre theatre meal, it wasn't exactly the romantic setting we were hoping to find but boy were we impressed with the food. It was super tasty and really fresh and light, really delicious. And staff were friendly too.

Nice find on the Strand. The food is freshly prepared and flavoursome. I just wasn't impressed with the Red Curry dish which was meant to be spicy, but clearly wasn't. And they don't offer any Sauces with your food. You have to pay extra for that which is a bit of a rip off after paying £10-£12 for a dish.

On the other hand, the manager is terrible, he throws stressful looks and treats customers in the face. Be careful so say you are young, be prepared for a cold reception by this manager. This feeling was shared with other customers present at the time: "I have the impression that he will yell at us every time he comes".
