C. T.Loved my recent overnight stay. Nicely peaceful for a Saturday in very late November. The quality of the room is lovely. It was clean, warm well furnished and overlooked the high road. No noise. A full night's undisturbed sleep and very nice quality breakfast. I recommend this place as I will stay again.
K. C.Stayed here for three nights within a two week UK trip and this hotel was the cheapest of any hotel so I was happily surprised by the cleanliness. It is a very basic accommodation but that should be apparent based on the price and pictures. The rooms were fine but nothing great, checkin and out was very easy. The breakfast was very lacking in quality food when compared to Bill's down the road or other hotels I was at through the trip.
T. G.This hotel is a great price with nice rooms, comfortable beds and towels. It is fairly basic though but that is to be expected for this price (in my opinion). Each of our three rooms had only one towel and hand towel even in the room for two people. They do give you additional towels if you ask for it. No phones in the rooms but then most don’t need them. The Wi-Fi is not great but you can pay 5 pounds to upgrade for one day which we needed to do to take our video pre-flight COVID testing to the US. It is about half a mile from the train station so that is nice.
It is a good option for a one night or if you are on a tight budget.

The restaurant is quite handy, modern, comfy & breakfast is good with enough options, from cooked buffet, to cereals, breads, jams, etc.
S. B.One of the nicest premier inns I've stayed in decor wise! Clearly quite new or newly refurbished. Didn't really see much of the staff so can't really comment on that but check in was very quick and easy. The hotel was spotless. No complaints at all.

m. k.Good Premier Inn Close to the shops and transport. Big shout out to Milo, jeni, Adriana, Monika, Jose, Javier and Marti all of whom are just fantastic and made my stay really special. Probably the best staff in any hotel I have stayed in and the reason why a lot of guests come back. I do hope Premier Inn appreciate what special people they are.
v. r.Great location, very quiet up on the 8th floor. Room was spotless. Seemed like room had recently been refurbished, all felt new.

P. D.My wife and I always stay at a Premier Inn when we tour the country visiting family and this one is, without doubt, the best so far. My wife is disabled and uses a wheelchair, so we are always aware of being able to park within the grounds of the hotel, the availability of a disabled room with (hopefully) a walk-in shower and ease of access. When I made the booking, I telephoned the hotel to ask about parking and was informed that there is a free parking area at the rear of the hotel specifically for disabled guests. We were invited to ring on arrival so that a staff member could come outside to meet us and ensure that the barrier allowed access. This was to enable us to enter via a rear entrance, which we could then do at will afterwards by using our room key card. The staff were amazing; they were so polite and nothing was too much trouble. Every time we entered the building, one of them immediately jumped up from reception to open doors for us. The room was perfect, on the ground floor just off reception, and with a walk in shower. This hotel is a credit to the Premier Inn group and we we will not be considering anywhere else to stay when we next visit Wimbledon. Thank you all.

It was clean and well presented and both the reception team and hotel maids were delightfully friendly and willing to assist with any query.

K. S.We based our self's hear to go see Riverdance at the new Wimbledon Threatre. Its about 5-10 minute walk from the Threatre and about 20 minutes from the tube station. Clean, friendly helpful staff, rooms a good size, bar and eaterie connected, good breakfast offering, nice menu.

Our check in was seamless and the lady serving us was friendly and joyful. We had added an additional nights stay via a different booking and had requested the same room throughout our stay; this was no issue at all.
The hotel is located towards the end of Wimbledons main drag (opposite end to Wimbledon village). We were able to walk to most bars and restaurants we wanted to but there are also lots to choose from close by.
Having family in the area, I would definitely choose this to stay next time.

h. d.As usual, v good room, v clean and reception staff are very attentive. Great location 10 mins from Wimbledon station. What lets it down are the breakfast staff, v slow and poor service bordering on rude, not to mention all the staff sitting around a table talking amongst themselves, whilst the customers are not allowed to leave their seats due to covid rules. Ended up leaving as couldn't be bothered waiting any longer.

B. K.Great hotel! It is quite new, and I think it has the best room I ever had. The bed is large and soft. There are lots of sockets and even a usb port to charge. The bathroom is clean, there are fresh towels soap and a good shower. The breakfast is really good. What's missing is a parking lot and a safe in the rooms.

J.Booked in here as it was close to the Wimbledon for the tennis, the hotel itself was OK, usual amenities in the room, very comfortable bed and an occasionally hot shower- it flipped from freezing to red-hot with nothing inbetween! It was a 25 min walk to the Wimbledon LTA grounds, couldn't get lost as there were plenty of others doing the same thing. The let-down was breakfast on the second morning, it took us over an hour to get served, the Italian lady who was on duty was great, speaking to all the guests and apologising for the long delay , it was a good job our tennis tickets were for the day before! The cause seemed to have been staff not turning up ( maybe got pinged by track and trace).
S. H.This Premier Inn is a newer one. It’s nicely place in Wimbledon Broadway close to shops, bars and supermarkets. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Familiar Premier Inn rooms, which are clean and well kept. We were lucky enough to have a shower room this visit. We have stayed here on two occasions and the service on both occasions have been good.
I think what I particularly like about this Premier Inn is the fact that they have a actual bar and restaurant. This is also open to the public; it is modern and nicely decorated with a relaxed feel about it. The food is well priced, not too expensive, with some set menus. There are also some bar nibbles to choose from. We had a savour and save set menu at £15.95 which included free nibbles and a choice of a starter and main with a drink or a main and desert with a free drink. The food was good. There are draft beers and a well stocked bar. Again the staff are attentive.
Would we would certainly return here if visiting the area again.
C. T.Didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but ate there. The restaurant/bar is fantastic with a great menu and a relaxed atmosphere. Great prices for such good food and a fantastic drink menu. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Siobhan who served us and couldn’t have been nicer. The food is excellent, with an amazing selection of steaks, great burgers, and fish dishes. Only thing missing is pasta. Definitely worth a trip, and one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve been to in years. Thank you, Siobhan.

R. E.I ended up in this hotel by accident as had intended going to the South Wimbledon Premier Inn. But I am so pleased I made this mistake. It is new (ish). Clean and fresh. The staff are all very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the attached steak restaurant excellent.

T. H.We had a great stay here for 3 nights between Christmas and new year. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable which is what we have come to expect with our frequent stays at Premier inn. We did find that the room was very warm and fiddling with the heating controls was a bit hit and miss as is common the windows did not open but as wethe rooms are on the Broadway you wouldn't want them open otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. We would definately stay again. Update! we have had a second stay at this premier inn and have upgraded this review to 5 star. We have managed to work out the heating controls and the room temp was absolutely fine. We also used the restaurant and had a fab meal good menu and good prices they also do different meal deals just ask them thay are happy to explain. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were excellent will definitely stay again.
R. W.A new hotel, it opened about a month ago so the rooms and showers etc are all clean and in excellent condition. Nice new TVs and irons etc, I would definitely recommend. It's not 5 star luxury but if you want a good quality place to stay then it's excellent. Wimbledon station is 5-10 minutes walk and there are lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

W. M.Was a really pleasant stay very helpful. Needed an extra towel because there was only one in the room when two was booked but was sorted straight away. The only thing that I would say was negative was in the morning when going down to breakfast the cleaning staff was in the corridor bit near the lift and she had a cleaning tray on the the floor and I got an aloud tut that she had to move it when I was going to the lift, then when going to take the lift she rushed Infront of me pressed up so I thought ok but she then got in the lift and went down which I thought how rude. But apart from that all good.
