Ambience was ok, staff were fine too food not so much. The cabanora had hardly any cabonara in it had to ask for extra sauce and didn't taste too great. The penne pasta arabbiata al forno (or something like that) was ok taste ways but I definitely won't be having any pasta dishes again, home made is the way to go. Lacked flavour, kids burger was standard. King prawns for starters were ok. All in all, if you like bland food that is a tad overpriced Prezzo is the place for you.

Had another amazing time at Prezzo Chingford the team and Management always give top class service. The food is consistantly delicious and at a high standard. The service is always with a smile. Whether there busy or quiet they always try to keep there standards high. The manager is always on point and in clear view, which is very rare in some restaurants today. They work amazing as a team. Thank you again for an amazing lunch at a very affordable price (2-4-1)

We celebrated my sons birthday and was not disappointed with our choice of restaurant.... customer service was spot on.. our waitress was friendly and all courses were served in good time. There were 8 of us so we were satisfied.. and the food was delicious! I was even happy with the cost and as I paid for all of us that's impressive!!

Had excellent service here from Kamila who sorted me and my partner out with a couple of complimentary drinks after a misunderstanding about the menu that got a bit heated (long day!). The chicken alfredo tagliatelle was delicious too. Will definitely visit again!

Great establishment, with beautiful decor, architecture and garden. Delicious, tasty food with lovely ingredients, but be prepared to wait ages for it... the wait absolutely ridiculous... and we were only a few tables occupied, on a Tue evening... and be prepared to wait some more for the bill too... I dunno what they were doing. They did NOT look short stuffed either... so hence my 4 stars, instead of 5, unfortunately.

We recently visited Prezzo's in Chingford for the first time. In fact our first visit to Prezzo. The staff were so friendly with the children and kept coming to make sure they were ok. We tried the brand new sharing dish and it was ok. An oversized bowl of carbonara which serves up to 4 people, it was actually too much for us (2 adults and 2 children). There was no fighting as we all had the same. Win win

Had a really lovely meal in this 'flagship' Prezzo in Chingford, not very busy at 2pm in the afternoon but the service and food was excellent. Sat in the small but perfectly formed garden under a small olive tree and had a lovely time.

We visited the restaurant in the evening and were highly surprised by the hospitality of the staff and calm atmosphere of the place. The prices are not high and the meals taste really delicious. Portions are big. You will never be hungry in the end. Our family spent great time there. The place is worth coming back again... what we successfully did next day. Definitely will visit this wonderful place again.

Food was alright price was good, unfortunately the timing is very bad had to ask for our food twice, waited 50 or more minutes for 2 starters then a further 20 minutes for mains, when the mains came one of the meals we ordered which was grilled chicken breast with mushrooms was inedible couldn't even cut the chicken it was over cooked, they did replace this for us and was ok after but not worth ordering again, doesn't taste like an Italian special, I will say our waiter was very helpful, just very surprised at the timing as the restaurant was booked for 1pm lunch and was practically empty only one table was there apart from us, they made a mistake with the order so therefore didn't charge us for one desert, if we hadn't had such bad timing it would have gave 5 stars, it is very clean, cutlery and napkins replaced between starters and mains. Very busy ,with Money off menu, but had to wait a long time to get Drink, and no ice at all, and I've had a bad Stroke, so it was bad for me ,and had to ask again, The Food was ok , quite warm , it was A chicken Pasta, and realise there is an App now. Regret to say service here is mostly sketchy .. plenty of staff behind the bar doing heaven knows what while customers struggle to get served in a timely manner. This evening we had a new server - a guy - and from the start we were made to feel that we were imposing on his valuable time .. no TIP of course but that's hardly the point. The two girl servers seemed much more attentive and pleasant. I feel sad having to post such comments but then we are paying customers and entitled to a pleasant outing .. and how else do we let the management know what's going wrong in their establishment?

Decent environment, lovely food; however, very slow service and staff a little dismissive, except for the manager. We went to the Chingford branch on a Friday night and had to wait an hour and a half just for the starters. On other occasions we have indeed received a better service, therefore this may have been a one off; nevertheless disappointing if one had to wait 20 minutes just for a jug of water. The drinks arrived more swiftly though. We hope they improve their service standards, since the food was delicious.

Just moved in the neighbourhood and always wanted to try it, my boyfriend always say i'm tough on reviews but agrees with me for this one. The food was good however the customer service was disappointing. The staff was polite however we had to wait for every part of the service. We ordered drinks and courses and the food arrived before the drinks. We were seated under the ac which was freezing (had to wear my coat), asked one of the waitress to reduce it who said it CANNOT be switched off so we then asked the manager/team leader who did switched it off. Were not given cutlery for dessert and even had to wait for the bill, if this was " Diner Dash" i'll be that angry customer leaving. Not sure i'll return there.

I visited prezzos for my 50th birthday on Saturday 9th September. There were about 14 adults and 6 children. The food was lovely, service was excellent, they even allowed us to have our own birthday cake on the table and they supplied plates and forks, even though they serve lovely desserts. We wasn't rushed at all. My only regret on the night was a mix up with the bill (our fault) which ended up with a not so great tip that resulted in me leaving the restaurant and not saying thank you for everything as I was embarrassed so next time I come here I will definitely leave a more adequate tip for the great service. Thank you to all involved in helping my night special.

Went there for a work do recently and waited a long time (45 mins) for our meals and it wasn't that busy. Some people had starters and main, and others like me had main and dessert. It was brought separately which made things more complicated. We had to end up heading off with our desserts in doggy bags. Not overly impressed really.

A very noisy place for a chat - the nearby clattering of bottles dropped from a great height doesn't really enhance the ambience! If I was the be over critical then no car park means you have to park is the residential streets surrounding, but it not the restaurant to blame for space in London.

Went to Prezzo as a family of five. Drinks, starters and the main meals were brought to our table almost at the same time, all within five minutes or rather ten after arriving. Even though the presentation looked good, some of the food was not hot enough. Overall I felt like it was all rushed.
