I have previously been here for an English breakfast and it was a decent English breakfast so I went to visit again. However, I was quite dissatisfied with my recent visit due to the scrambled eggs being slimy. I asked the waitress for the eggs to be cooked more, she was very helpful and this was done. I liked how they kept the beans separate to avoid soggy toast. Our drinks arrived (masala chai and mocktail - both yum!) but our food order had somehow gone missing. You order via your phone online which is convenient but not for us as the waitress took our order again on a piece of paper delaying our breakfast. My friend had already got hers and we received our breakfast 20-25minutes later despite us ordering first. The waitress was lovely and friendly and the bonoffee french toast was the best part to the experience.

We came here for lunch and was immediately seated. Good decor and friendly staff. We ordered the Southern Fried Wrap and Dirty Fries. Food was lovely alhamdulilah but found it a little salty.

Good food and very friendly staff. However some improvements could be made… my clothes ended up smelling of grease/ food as it was so smoky in there from the kitchen. I think this place needs a better ventilation system. The music was also quite loud, which can be a nuisance when trying to talk over a meal. This place is very popular so I think a few extra staff members would be beneficial.

Nice place located in high st, decided to stop for breakfast.not much options for allergy sufferers, ended up ordering the keto breakfast plus a tea ( only GF option available), tea came, half filled, had to send it back to request more hot water to be added , the breakfast was nice but felt portion size was rather small (2eggs, small pieces of turkey rasher and half tomato .2 small Halloumi cheese pieces and side salad which included raw onions, rather a put off first thing in morning .a portion of mushroom, hash brown or beans would have been nice.paid £10:50 in total and left with still feeling hungry.

Good price for a cup of coffee, I'd say. coffee costs around 2.5pounds, I would say that's a good price for sitting there reading,working etc. Rainbow cake is around 3.7pounds per slice, reasonably ok. they provide wifi, the location is convenient. good cafe to spend time working.

Lovely vegetarian breakfast! The only issue is that the kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant and our eyes were stinging. I would come back and sit as far away from the kitchen as possible.

Good place. Nice breakfast wraps and smoothies. They have a lovely place to sit outside the front which gets the morning sun and is a great place to sit and watch people at the market. All food is halal like the fry up is with turkey 🦃 bacon 🥓 which I've actually grown quite fond of! Good indoor seating with nice tables for kids, my daughter enjoys a breakfast here.

Querky is our go too cafe for fresh and delicious breakfast and brunch options. Whenever we have friends in town we take them here before exploring the market and all have complimented the food, service and decor. My only request would be to bring back poached eggs as a option as they were delightful.

We have always enjoyed querky for a spot of lunch. Last two times this year we visited, our takeaway food order took at least 25 minutes to get made despite there being plenty of staff on shift. We ordered tortilla wraps and found them to be undercooked and the houmous in the veggie one lacked flavour and texture. They've a great menu but service and responsiveness not as good as previous visits we had in 2020.

While living in Walthamstow I've never thought I'd find such a good place with great service and affordable prices. The workers were so kind and would definitely go again. My order to longer than normal to come but in order to make up for it we got 2 plates of chips on the house. The food is to die for and definitely worth the amount paid.

Nice pleasant cafe with attentive staff, good breakfast options. Halal food served here. Parking: I parked in Mission Grove Pay and display car park which is 30 seconds walk to cafe. I used paybyphone app which made it easy. Big breakfast was yummy and Mocktails.

I really love coming here with my young daughter for a treat cake and hot chocolate. The service is always so friendly and prompt, they have a great range of vegan food (including cake!) alongside some epic looking non-vegan breakfasts and lunches. Reasonably priced and with fun, clean modern decor and actually comfortable seats (what is it with most modern cafe seating being SO uncomfortable?). This is becoming a favourite local spot for sure.

A welcome addition to St James. The vegan savoury pastries are spot on (though they cater for all dietary inclinations). It's welcoming and not pretentious and the cakes are pretty good too. It's can get pretty busy which is a good sign... prices are very reasonable so accessible to most.

I highly recommend the place!! One of the best waffles in whole of london!. I visited for breakfast by some recommendation and it to my surprise it turned out to be extraordinary experience! From coffee -to -chicken and waffle - everything is superb! I HIGHLY recommend trying their wraps! Ambience of the place is very cool with nice quirky quotes which gives an amazing vibe.

Best waffles in Walthamstow. The chef is liberal with the nutella and fruit! Waffles are big enough to share easily. Better than Heavenly Desserts where you get 3x raspberries on the plate.
