Reviews of Quinta

Highly recommended.
My partner and I chose this little independent restaurant for a relaxed supper.
We weren’t disappointed. Great find a welcoming Chef/ host and very good food. They were more than prepared to tweak dishes to accommodate an intolerance.
Would hope to visit again when in London.

Delicious Pupusas! Very friendly service, will definitely be back :-)

Visited the restaurant about a month ago for lunch. Had tried the pupusas before at a food market and was keen to try them again to see if having them made fresh and in a proper kitchen improved the quality. Being half Salvadorean, I was excited by Quinta as it is difficult to buy pupusas in London. However unfortunately the pupusas were disappointing, as was the curtido. The pupusas were dry and did not have enough filling, while the curtido was way too salty. The tacos and nachos however were tasty and I would go back for those. I salute what Quinta are trying to do, but unfortunately their pupusas are not a good representation of how delicious they are. My search for good pupusas in London continues, but I have found a new taco place at least!

Great little venue. All our dishes were delicious, as were our spicy margaritas. Friendly owner/chef. Highly recommended.

A little gem in South Kensington,
Thanks to this independent restaurant, I discover pupusas. I'm also happy to eat tacos and drink horchata. They are passionate about South American food and culture. They really made me travel with the food. Friendly staff and good quality / price ratio.
I definitely recommand the place.

Really tasty food. The owner is really friendly and such a good chef. I especially recommend that you try the key lime pie!

Ate there last week and really enjoyed the meal! Their homemade fermented chili sauces are the real McCoy!! Am a chef in France and was having problems finding mexican products online for a decent price. The Quinta chef helped out right away and I now have a few kilos of dried Anchos and Guajillos in the mail! So a big thankyou for that!! Will come back next time we're in London. Cheers

A pioneer of Latin food in London serving the delicious Salvadorean signature dish pupusas. A great independent restaurant with an informal atmosphere and great culinary sensibility.

So happy to have been introduced to Quinta and to have met the owner, Arthur, who is a true gentleman!
Thanks for letting me try the Revuelta, I felt like I was back home eating a home made pupusa. This will be a great addition to your already fabulous and authentic menu.
I’ll be back very soon my friend and will tell all my friends about Quinta!!

I emailed Quinta (through their own website form) several days ahead of my partner's birthday to check if I could book a table, or if we could just walk in. I wanted to surprise her as I know this kind of food is right up her street. Sadly I never received a reply. * Quinta have taken the time to phone me directly and apologise. This means a lot, so we are going back to give them a try.

I lived in El Salvador for 7 years and I can attest these are fantastic pupusas! I was dubious at first so went in and bought one to try. Took it outside to eat it, and then promptly went in and ordered 7 more to take home for my entire family. The curtido and salsa are excellent. The filling is delicious. I wish they had chicharron, but Quinta's spin on some Salvadoran street food classics is great. The quesadilla is truly authentic and some of the best I've had in or out or El Salvador. Definitely worth the venture over to Kensington!

This newly opened pupuseria in South Kensington is truly a place to visit or even to get take away during lockdown. Freshly made pupusas comes in variety of flavours, we opted for cheese and jalapenos with array of extras like home made style sauerkraut, tomato salsa, plantains, really tasty and soft melt in the mouth with unique flavour is just the treat. They are delicious, give it a go.

We have tried a few pupusas on various occasions, with different filings. They were all really good!
Our preferred ones: cheese / jalapeños and beans / cheese. Even my husband who doesn't like spicy food really likes this one and doesn't find it too spicy.
We had the pupusas with some chicken flavoured with mild spices and a sort of pickled cabbage. All really good!
It's perfect for a quick bite, a nice lunch break on a work day or a relaxed dinner to take away or order. And you get your vegetables, proteins and carbs all in one!

Brand new little gem in the heart of South Ken.
Just discovered Quinta randomly by walking on the street, I don't regret my choice. Pupusas are really interesting and a new taste in London. I also loved the cactus and Halloumi burger!
