Really nice, the meat was perfect, only complaint is we were early, 1 of the first and the meat was a little dry-ish. As it got busier the meat was coming out juicier, go 7-7.30. Nice selection of different meats, they bring it to you as your eating Then the buffet section, really nice salads and rice. Could be bigger. Partner always loves this place as she's a meat eater and I'm more vegetarian. This place offers both without a issue. Great place for date night, we went when there was a wedding upstairs... Great vibe within the restaurant as music was flowing as well as drinks and food at a nice pace, never rushed and the restaurant was always busy, staff always polite too, toilets clean considering the amount of people there too! Will be going back.

Back again and its getting busy! Small price increase but still great value. Service started ok but start to slack as the evening progressed, its almost like they started to avoid tables that have been there for over a hour. Must have requested Gammon 10 times till it finally made its way over despite watching it go around the restaurant in different directions twice before. Did get a generous portion of lamb chops though All you can eat !! This truly is one of my favourite restaurants, great for social gatherings and definitely the place to go if you love a bit of bbq meat and have a big appetite. Great place to socialise over a meal. Extremely fairly priced Good Selection of salads, sides and meals on the buffet tables in the middle of restaurant. Then theres about 15 different cuts of meats which circulate around the restaurant being carved onto your table. Every thing from fillet of beef to chicken hearts. Don't expect all the meats to be tender and melt in your mouth as bbq does tend to tighten the meat a little. good draft lagers. Always best to book but also check there's not a major act on in concert at the arena as you can get crowds of 20,000 people down there which can effect seating times and parking.

I’m giving it 3 stars because the buffet was really nice. This restaurant has a strange concept. It’s a fixed price for vegetarian or meat & chicken based meals. The staff come round to the table with big skewers of meat and they carve it onto your plate,the problem I found was that with the beef after a couple of people have had some,the cooked part has gone and you’re left with very rare meat. They can take it away and put it back onto the grill but most of the time,they never came back. We went with some friends as I’ve never been before. What meat I did have (a chicken wing,pork rib and a bit of pork) neither of these impressed me. The chicken wing was ok,nothing special. The pork rib was tough as old boots and the pork was pink in the middle. Also everything tasted over seasoned to me. So basically I paid £32 for stuff from the buffet and a chicken wing,along with meat that I found too salty to eat. Not the best eating experience and I was gutted as there was Gordon Ramsey burger place next door.

It was lovely here! There was two men that served us, they were both so lovely and kind. The meat was lovely and the buffet was too. Due to covid the buffet was “brought to you” which was okay but it took up to 10 minutes for me to be able to get one thing served to me (as the servers carry the bowls and ask if you would like some), it wasn’t really busy either. But if you are unsure whether to go, just go! It’s lovely here and the staff will treat you well

Had a great early dinner here before going to see a performance at the O2 arena! The salad bar is fabulous, though don't fill you plate up too much, save room for the meat! Truly excellent meal, the concept is fantastic; pay at the door and eat meat until you burst! Have the card green side up and they'll bring more meat, red side up and they won't. All of the meat that was brought to our table was delicious. Everything is cooked on a spit/rotisserie and there is a decent variety of meats available and some more spicy or unusual than others. They have some salad kind of stuff too, but let's face it, that's not why you're here. Highly recommended

The actual food is delicious! Perfect concept BUT they really need to boost their staff. The host that showed us to a table wasn't in a mood to be nice at all, rude, barely squeezed a thank you and made us feel very unwelcome. Our waitress was good though, but it wasn't that busy so she had time to check on us regularly. Restaurant always playing their traditional music on TV with video which might not be suitable for younger viewers. We love this place but we go once every few months because the service is unbearable.

I’m Brazilian and I went yesterday with my friend who is also Brazilian, tbh in a funny way we were speaking in English with most part of staff but it didn’t change the fact that we were feeling like in a grill house in Brazil!!! This feeling was just amazing!!! Weak point is that it’s a bit expensive for the options they offer, when I see £29 I was expecting much more, but even the meat were repeating several time the same options which is a shame as usually in Brazil they always have something different that you didn’t try before and the poor variety is also for the buffet and drinks, for this price at least a dessert buffet would just be fair!!! Strong point is that the staff was so amazing and friendly in a different level, something I haven’t seen here in London before, definitely I was feeling even embarrassed about complaining about the weak points as they were doing a great customer service, and Junior and Jasmine were outstanding, I’ll definitely want to see them again when I go back, I hope this time with more variety!

In terms of delicacy, I'd say it's in the intermediary section. Sometimes the grill is to salty, sometimes it's too bland, sometimes its juicy, some times it's overcooked. I know, it's hard to control, so on the overall, it's ok for that pricing level. The staff will bring the meat variations to the table and cut them for you. They have beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. Definitely not a place for vegetarians.

This is an all you can eat style restaurant. It was the first time for us, the waiter fully explained how the system works. You can choose from various meats: pork, chicken, lamb ,beef. If you don't like your steak in medium way( because mostly they doing medium) just ask for well done, and they doing your bit the way you like it. Amazing place properly follows COVID rules. Workers wearing masks and sanitiser everywhere because if is a buffet restaurant. Vegan options also available but we went there for meat. The meats are all amazing efficient service and worth the money! The drinks even soft drinks are a little but on the pricy side but then again leaves more room for more meat! All varieties from lamb pork beef and chicken. You can get as much slices as you want. My favourite being the steaks so juicy. There is also a small appetiser buffet and a very food and fresh salad bar.

The meat chef has no passion and this comes through in his bland, tough and sometimes overcooked meat. Brazilians love to season and salt their meat and at least the barman is able to do a good cocktail to distract one from the meat experience. Our waiter and serving staff were very friendly and kind and the buffet section was well executed. Unfortunately, I was there for the meat and it's a shame that this was the one thing letting the meal down.

It's a buffet, so you select salads yourself and then servers continually walk around and serve meat, all sorts of meat, chicken, beef, pork, you name it. I have never been so stuffed. Although the self-service area is not that enjoyable in a COVID-19 world, the food was great and customer service was amazing. I will definetely visit again when social distancing is over. All staff were following COVID-19 government guidelines which is great to see. Would be great if you could have more options for those who doesn't love beef that much. I'm flexitarian and went there because all my friends wanted to eat there, and non-meat options were a bit limited. Also, it is a bit pricey.

If you truly are a meat lover you will prefer cooking this for yourself, no choice of how you like it. Careful with the salad bar too, over filling mistake prior to meat choices. Great experience to try a variety Novelty style barbeque it is a nice experience. No neck on the sewers menu today. Most meat was on the dry side on this occasion. Great way to share time with pals or a date. Rump, topside, lamb leg and chop, pork gammon and sausage, chicken thigh and heart for the strong mental stomach. Regular table services, take your time and don't be shy with your preferences

This is my second time going to this amazing restaurant, I always love the food (and the drinks!) ranging from the buffet and the meats that are constantly being passed around. The service is friendly and always incredibly helpful. The drinks list will make your jaw drop and then quench your first. If you happen to be at the o2, I recommend looking no further than Rodizo Rico's and if you're not in the o2 well I suggest you book a table here and make a day of it. What are you waiting for honestly?

Wahid was an excellent waiter. He kept us entertained and really looked after us. Hope he got all of the tip we left him.. The meat was very well seasoned and tasty!. We made a reservation 2 weeks ago but on arrival they couldn't find it and didn't have a table. They managed to sort us out eventually. That was the only downside.

Last night went for dinner with a friend. Very nice location and staff very friendly and smiling. It s all you can eat. Great buffet with lot of different dishes and so taste. Only 1 star off because the meat was to salt and some time over cooked and the selection of the wine very huge but some wine to expensive for the quality. I suggest to visit this place in O2 London.

When you're running late for an event and need to know the food will arrive quickly, Brazilian BBQ is the answer! For first timers, it's a buffet where different types of meat is brought to you on spit roasts and you say whether you'd like some or not and you just keep going til you need a break or wanna stop and flip your green disc over to red. It's an all you can eat experience so it's best done on an empty stomach and loads of dining time bur in a pinch, you can guarantee you won't need ordering or cooking time! It's a great experience and you get tons of food including salad bar too.

This has to go down as a 5 although its not my best dining experience overall. 5 stars deserved though because the meat is just fantastic, its all very tasty and cooked brilliantly. I don't think i have ever been so uncomfortable after a meal. You could have a pretty good meal just from the buffet area. My main criticism of the establishment is the atmosphere though, just doesn't feel that good. I think its mainly down to the table layout, its about maximising bums on seats and does feel like it. The other 2 chains may be different though.

Super friendly staff, the variety of meats they have is pretty impressive, from pork loin to chicken hearts, pan fried steaks, sirloin, rump steak, and a dozen more beef cuts, you name it they have it! Tons of different cocktails, beers and non alcoholic drinks. Highly recommend to book a table in advance if you'll be going there on the weekends.

Me and my husband love Rodizio, one star off because of host, rude lady , no hello,through the menu on the table and despaired. The rest of the staff are very friendly we been served by Young waiter, didn't ask his name but he was very friendly and funny. Great time, great food as always. But they should change a host, only look at her face your mood are down straight away, she should be a face of that place, be welcoming!

Love the real rotisserie meats selection. I love the idea that they employ real friendly and welcoming Brazilians (nearly all the time) so, you can be sure to ask how the food should be eaten. Not a plate of salad and a slice of meat. This food is for meat eaters so, eat till you drop.

Meat selection was great. Buffet was average. Staff was ok but seemed a little grumpy. Good service when it came to servicing the meat as they came to your table. However I would say that it's over price should be £20 rather £28 per person for buffet. They also add on a service charge to your bill. Overall ok.

The food, the staff and the service was great during our visit last night. I have read the previous reviews in here and I am confused why some people give anything less than five stars review if there is no real reason to leave a nonconstructive review. I do not feel people should leave bad reviews if they do not read the terms of the coupons/vouchers they bring to get discounts. The bad review is not fair if you did not bother reading the terms of the voucher and on top you did not confirm with the members of staff to what you were entitled with the voucher before you sat at the table. I am not sure how people can be intentionally so negative with their reviews about one type of meat or that the place serves meat in the first place. This place is a buffet with many types of meat all of them with different types of preparation and they all taste different, if there is a type we do not like, we do not have to eat it. We should ask the waiter for the type of meat we like and if it is available. I would suggest that if you do not know Brazilian dishes or meats, we did not have a clue; please ask the waiter for advice and details of what meats are available when you visit. Otherwise, if you write a review saying that the meat was full of oil, plain or not a representation of the Brazilian cuisine; then you risk to look like a moaner with a sad soul and for that poor review you are motivating people like me, that just wanted a nice dinner at a nice place; to write a fair review to counter that unfair review. If you do not like meat why would you visit a restaurant that serves mainly grilled meet? What is the idea of leaving a poor review because you do not eat meat? Please be fair to those people providing a service at this place and earning their living providing a nice place to enjoy a nice meal. Those that say it is expensive, there is a huge sign at the entrance with the cost of the meals and the drinks; if we feel it is expensive why would we decide to eat in the place in the first place? The answer for me is that I want to experience the meal in the place, I would not bad review that is expensive if I am aware of how much it will cost. The cost of a meal at 9.30 pm on the 6th of July 2018 was £29 per person plus the costs of your drinks. Our bill was £75 including drinks. We did not bring coupons/vouchers, we paid the full price and also left a tip in cash to the waitress because the service was great. The members of staff were attentive, the food was great and the whole experience of the service was very pleasant; therefore we hope to visit them often and very soon. A great place for carnivores, in other words meat lovers. Great cuts of meat brought and sliced right on to your plate. I usually hold our reunions here and none of guests had anything bad to say about this venue. Everyone ever time leaves this place with a smile. The staff and the management are very welcoming and forthcoming. And although the highlight of the place is meat, any which way you want it, there is a buffet bar that everyone is welcome to which varies from few popular salad dishes, brazilian bean dishes, fish, onions rings, cheese pasta and so on..........a lot of people may not know this and it may sound odd, but, if there is any vegetarians in your group please let the waiter or waitress know when they come set you up and explain how things work and they will do there best to make the vegetarian feel at home as well. Ahhhh.... almost forgot, if you early and sat at the bar waiting for everyone try a few of their cocktails ........what more do you want ....do I need to say anything more........obrigado e até a próxima visita.

I thought I liked meat. Rodizio Rico proved I loved meat!! The meats just kept coming: succulent, fragrant and delicious. The staff were friendly, cheerful and agreeable. We did suggest that they include exotic meats like zebra, giraffe and of course penguin. I hope it gets management's "seal" :-)
