A. H.Food is okay. Sheekh kebab, was awful, the chicken and wings was alright. Standard chips. Nice sauce and salad. Wait time abit too long. Looked better then it tasted

saying this i haven't tried everything, generally the chicken products. one downside is sometimes when getting a burger from them they tend to try to do too much and burn the bun slightly which is a turn off for me
k. k.Been going there since opening. Good food, wings are very good compared to other establishment along the lines. Pricing is reasonable and the front staff are kind and good manners especially evening times, Saturday is when I go. Not sure if the brothers are there on other days.

f.Great good. Grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. The rice tasted really good and the meal was presented well, as you can see from the picture. It was lunch time and slightly busy with 1 person manning the counter, but service was on point. Would go again.
S. I.Yesterday at around 5:20pm I came to munch with the brothers. Even though it was a bit busy and it took a bit of time to order it was worth it. This is because the food was fresh the chips had a unique crisp flavour to it. I ordered number 1 because it was my first time coming here this meal came with chicken burger, chips and a drink I got 2 wings. For the price it exceeded my expectation especially the burger taste I can taste the freshness of the chicken I kind of rushed eating because I had to go pray but other then that the food was peng. The customer service was nice the way you treat them is the way they treat u back literally ☺.

F. R.This is easily one of the best places to eat for cheap. The quality of the food exceeds expectation for the price and given that it's not a restaurant. The food is surprisingly fresh and it's very tasty. I had the chicken donner on naan bread and the naan was so nice and fresh and the chicken was the tastiest donner chicken I've had. Highly recommend!

I. A. A.The last thing this part of Mile End road needs is another chicken shop but we always end up trying new ones. Roosters did not disappoint, peri peri and rice was very nice. Prices are very good and customer service is on point.
T. H.It was 2am on a Sunday, who even stays open that late? These guys. The lamb biryani and lentil soup was tasty and filled me up. I finished it all and would definitely order again. Only thing is the Air conditioning runs all the time constant. I've been to places near the pole warmer than it is inside. I will visit again soon maybe in the summer!

D. W.I don't get some of the bad reviews. This place is a fast food joint!!! N they r talking like they are eating in Mayfair.
Anyways, two reasons why I'm giving this place 5 star.
One - their customer service is exceptional. I called to make an order during Ramadan peak time. They said come in 20mins. I got there with a huge queue and guess what? My order was ready to collect. I was shocked. The local fast food places need to learn some lessons from these guys. Plenty of time.i went spice hut n real taste and even if you make an order when you get there you have to wait for a long time.
Also I came at 12 midnight for food and they said I can make an order anytime and not to worry about how busy they are. I did that and they met their Hugh standards!
Roosters customer service is 5star!!!
Two- their hot wings are so delicious. Thick, crisp and full of flavour. I have rarely found places in East London who do nice hot wings and this is the best place for the area.
I haven't personally tried anything else but well done 👏

B. L.This place has been open over 2/3 years now. Same owners of a PFC in Bow and another near Queen Mary Uni. They have fresh wing here better than most wing joint. They are slightly more pricey than other chicken joints. They also serve variety of grilled food. Most of the time it is busy and has covid measures in place. Ideal for students and those who want a quick bite.
If you are not satisfied with this place there are many more chicken and burger joints nearby.
However avoid going there between 6-9 gets quite busy depending what you are ordering can take upto 15mins. Unless you preorder.
K.Had the sheekh kebab wrap and wings. Kebab was tasty and wings are way better than all of the fast food restaurants next door.
I'm not sure why I didn't visit this place, especially when it's been open for few years.

Manager had Invited me to the restaurant and i had a extremely close look at behind the scenes
Every single container was dated and i can 100% assure that everything was fresh and well organised.
Extremely good Customer service, the person who had served me was Dilder and i have never seen a kind and caring person in any other shop nearby roosters.
I had ordered the brand new BIG MAC burger and the taste was extremely sensational and and wonderful. Presentation was 10/10.

Shout out to all the guys at roosters.. you guys are smashing it right now. But guys seriously you need to open a second branch here in Newham/Ilford. We have spice hut here, but nowhere and I mean nowhere near as good as you guys.

It’s typical of those who have complained about this place on google reviews only complained about the food portion - typical of people to complain about portion size is small - I can guarantee you 99% of those complaining about “not enough food given” are of Bengalis.......I am a Bengali myself and I know how my people work coz I too like my food in big portions 🤣
