Good place for lunch or dinner or just for a drink. Great service- fast and non problematic. Just tell if you don't like something in your meal- they will be happy to replace it. Car park available outside- it is necessary to record VRN on arrival.

Had a great evening here for my birthday. The food was great, staff friendly and a great selection of drinks. The garden is very spacious and beautiful. I had the rump steak, which was beautifully cooked, always liked the salad (especially the dressings) and the desserts were amazing. The only thing which was off putting is the fact that you are not aloud to serve your own salad, creating a queue, maybe could give you serving spoons each to be washed. Will go back and recommend. A nice family restaurant.

Service and food was great. Boston Manor has good parking faculties a Beer Garden which I utilise in the summer as well as lovely staff. I regularly visit this branch as the service is quick and didn't feel rushed to leave by any of the waitress I have seen over the years. On occasion, I would complement the Chef and the Manager is very approachable and friendly. Not I have had a need to request him its for the years going there but he seems to make a point to ensure everyone on his shift is alright and happy. I like a manger who knows how to run a ship and pays attention to customer satisfaction but I am sure this is easy as the staff clearly appreciate(s) him/them. Clearly a good mentor. This review is ling due the to amount of times I have visited and never written to express it before but for so many years and no complaints I thought I would rectify. Well done Royal Harvester for finding the right people for the roles they do in this Branch. Oh, my regular time were usually on a Sunday evening and the Manager I have seen a few times is called Hugh.

Came for a family meal New Year’s Eve (afternoon) as wouldn’t be seeing each other to celebrate the new year in that same evening… picked a couple of starters between us, sadly they were unavailable so we had to skip starters, picked our mains they was pretty average, looked forward to our desserts and once again not available, no ice cream, no cheesecake (we have been many times previous) so looked forward to certain dishes… almost all of your desserts are ive cream based , it was new year a world renowned socially busy time you should of been prepared and ensured your restaurant was fully stocked!! We ended up settling for certain less enjoyable dishes as we didn’t want it to be a wasted journey …. There was nothing on the website and no signs or spoken warnings when we arrived that mutiple items were unavailable

Anais served us tonight in Hanwell Harvester. She was welcoming, friendly, polite and informative of the menu. We have visited this restaurant over the past 20 years and I have to say the staff are all so polite. Our food was so tasty ..had BBQ beef brisket and it was delicious. As for the infamous salad bar...scrumptious as always. One of the main reasons we have always enjoyed the Harvester. Don't ever loose the salad bar!. Happy customers x

I attended the Harvester in the Hanwell on Friday evening with my mother and we were served by a really lovely young lady by the name of Amy who went over and above to ensure that my mother who is disabled was accommodated and was particularly kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and the remainder of the staff were incredibly pleasant and polite. I have been to this Harvester before but on this occasion I really felt they pulled out the stops very enjoyable evening very enjoyable food. Would you recommend it to anyone.

Had a breakfast here on Sunday morning, service was lightning quick and very friendly, the young lady that seated us and took our order was incredibly friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was great value, okay the sausages are not as nice as The Clock Tower Cafe just down the road. However, for speed of service and price it just cannot be beaten. Price £5.95! They also offer an unlimited breakfast for the really hungry at £9.95 with unlimited food, unlimited coffee, unlimited Juice .... The pancakes with summer fruit was really good, more than enough to keep you going until lunchtime.... All Round - excellent value and quick !

This was our first visit as a family, and I was pleasantly impressed. The service was spot on and the staff really friendly. The food was well presented and hot, I say this because sometimes when there’s a large party of people, the temperature between everyone’s food varies from cold, luke-warm to just hot, but everything was served hot. A really good time was had by all, thank you to all the staff, who were very accommodating.

Stopped here for something to eat during a visit to London. It would be easy to dismiss this place as just another Harvester chain pub, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Good atmosphere, the food was well cooked and presented, service was very quick and the waitress (I think her name was Thin) was exceptionally warm and friendly and a credit to the place. The best and restaurant areas are clean and there's a lovely garden area of you'd rather suit outdoors. If I was to mark it down I would say the gents toilets could have done with a little more attention, but have used a lot worse. Anyway, all topped off with very reasonable prices and Harvester's standard unlimited trips to the salad bar and in this case, FREE parking too (remember to register your car number plate on arrival). I would definitely visit again if in the area.

Lovely and peaceful place to dine. Food was lovely though was only given a very small portion of chips. However their salad bar was fresh and bread rolls had just come out. You make your own atmosphere and enjoyment. Food took a bit longer to come out even though the time of day we went it wasn't busy. Seemed like staff were having a catch up by the bar. The new refurbishment and Christmas decoration looks lovely. They have a lovely baby station with a mini microwave to warm up baby food and a bottle warmer.

One has the choice of a reasonable meal on one side of the building and/or a relaxed drink in quiet surroundings on the other side. A game of Scrabble helps the drinks go down - you need to take your own as games are not provided - and there is plenty of parking.

Location is good but parking is military. There is a bit of wait to sit and be served. Staff are quite young and inexperienced. I don’t mind that if they were well supervised, but they are not. Food is good and portions are generous. However, bit pricy for a harvester. Me, my Mrs and 4 year old kid dined for 70£ ! Toilets are new but smelly. Shortly Understaffed place with good food but pricy

After a few minutes wait, we were seated and served very quickly. Food arrived in good time and by a friendly waitress who was attentive. Only downfall was children's food was served on a very hot plate and potentially could have been at risk of burning. Other plates were not served as hot. And a starter that was clearly ordered as a main arrived whilst we were eating salad and got a little cold until the other mains arrived. Apart from that Staff were great, chatting with the children and made us feel welcome. Would return if in the area.

Had gone there in weekday and regrets were cocktails. They were colourless and tasteless. Didnt enjoy them at all. We are vegetarians and I was expecting tagine and some other options which I saw on site but very disappointed to see none of them on menu there. We ordered buffalo cauliflower but it was tasteless and mozzarella sticks which were fine. But the dips were totally not going with them.Pasta was good and salads too. Waitress was also nice.

Nice place to eat. Definitely worth booking ahead no matter what day or time of the week you come here. I had a half roast chicken and it was really nice with a good amount of seasoning. They even threw in free salad just for us as we were such lovely guests.

We had a meal for two which was reasonably priced and cooked to our liking. Plenty of food with large portion sizes and the obvious salad bar. To my mind this is better than the branches in Staines and Langley. The waitress was friendly and helpful and the service was quite brisk considering how busy it was on a Friday night. The drinks here are at very reasonable prices such that there were plenty of locals in the bar area. The place seems quite clean and well looked after. Great service and decent food. My only let down was after spilling ribs on my jeans there was no toilet roll in the gents bathroom to help clean the mess up. All in all a great value meal out though so well done to both the waitress and the cooking staff.

Edit: Jan 2020. Service and food has got so much better! It's good to see a team of people who really care about the quality of their work and it shows, from the bar staff to the restaurant staff they all pull together. Sometimes when it's busy it can feel like their a bit stretched but they still do a good job. It's hit and miss in this harvester.. There are times when the service is great and others when it's not. The food is typically harvester but always consistent. The garden is nice on a sunny day.. But can get busy.

My first visit here since Covid lockdown. Tables are well spaced and staff are wearing masks. Salad bar is being managed for social distancing (although we skipped salad today). Some new menu options. Staff are really friendly and attentive here, and we appreciated the free coffee refills.

Love this place. So cozy and friendly. The food is so reasonably priced and portion sizes are perfect. The free salad you get with your meal is unlimited as are the bottomless soft drinks. I love me a harvester I went there with my son, I had a delicious rack of ribs and mash and he had an build your own chicken rap. We ate so much at the salad bar. I was so full but the cheese cake was delicious and so was the build your own sundae. Amazing experience. Easy to gain parking and beautiful beer garden.

Have had breakfast twice at The Royal, both on a Saturday. First time was lovely, food served quickly and piping hot. Second time was morning of Sat 26th Nov. This time it was much busier, and I don't think the chef coped too well. Food took much longer, which is understandable. However the only thing that was hot were the sausages, everything else was lukewarm at best. Mushrooms were completely cold, tomatoes shown a grill for a couple of seconds, bacon slightly warm, fried eggs not much better. Disappointing

Very nice place with cozy environment and good food. I don't know why there are so many negative comments. My host lives nearby and he recommends it to me. The service was wonderful and Yulia was super nice! Though waited a bit longer to be seated, her service was excellent. The price is reasonable and food was definitely worth the price. It has a free salad bar and provides good vegetables. After I finished my food, I felt I should write a comment that kills the others'. Definitely recommend!

Great for food. Not too great if you're parked for a little while with electronic goods in your car (not on show) and devices which can scan them and they smash your window to take them as you're enjoying a delicious meal.... But all in all food and drink was as you would expect from a Harvester

Although we asked if we could bring our dog in (and was told yes) and then about half way through our meal we got asked to leave because we had a dog with us; even though the dog was sitting quietly under the chair, so that spoiled our experience

Whilst a popular place, the lenght of time you wait for service is far to long, I waited over 40 minutes for someone to even take the order, when the meal was delivered items were missing from the plate, alps had no hand wipes for the finger foods. Reasonable priced.

The homemade kebabs are of exceptional quality. You can either take away or eat in. Very courteous and affable staff. There are a good range of meals very reasonably priced that should appeal to most. What ever you decide to have is freshly prepared while you wait. There are quite a few similar establishments in close vicinity and this one stands out.

This was our first visit after dropping our son off at the airport. We were lead to our seats straight away, and had our drinks order taken. Then came the main order. As I have a Gluten intolerance and they don't have a GF list on their menus, I had to ask about some of the ingredients. After a very long wait of our waitress asking the chef, I was told that the vegetables with the Simple Chicken were not gluten free. So for £9 I got half a meal (chicken & jacket potato) with their normal side salad. Very disappointed that the chef couldn't of suggested a vegetable alternative like peas or a slice of tomato to just fill the big plate a bit more, both are gluten free. I felt they were disinterested in leaving a satisfied customer. ☹️

I rang before going there and the customer service I received from Mustafa was so helpful that I chose to go there as opposed to any other nearby Harvester. The manager on the night was so polite and again helpful that my party of 20 and myself didn't not mind at all waiting for nearly one hour. Alice our server was so patient and cheerful and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble even when my niece turned up with her 2yr old goddaughter and we needed a highchair. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we ALL received there and NONE of us will hesitate in either eating there again or recommending the eatery. Not the same experience that I've had in other Harvesters. The service was slow, cutlery wasn't clean and the place in general was quite untidy which also made the food offputting. Disappointed as I am normally a big fan of Harvester.

I can highly recommend the "Harvester Recommends Breakfast" for 4.99 GBP The establishment is friendly, clean, toilet facilities are impeccable. My only criticism is that this place has a poor extraction system, kitchen fumes fill the entire restaurant. We all came out smelling of fried food!

Despite the food tasting grate, the portion size varies in size depending on the meal (some can be too small, and vice versa). This however can be compensated by the unlimited salad bar. The customer service wasn't good. Every time, we attended Harvester, we encountered a long waiting line despite there evidently being a large amount of free tables. This is a massive disappointed.

Went for breakfast and asked for a poached egg with a runny yolk and when it came its was a solid hard yolk not what i was expecting at all. Disappointed the pancakes have been taken off the continental breakfast bar so had to order them seperately which was disapointing when it came out and there was only 1 pancake. Also they have taken away my much loved twinings tea bags and replaced them with bog standard pg tips. Other then that the food can be quite decent.

Harvester represents good value for money, very good food and pretty good service, and don't forget the unlimited bread & salad cart! We go there regularly and sample different items from the menu, from Fish & Chips, to Ribs & Chicken and Sausage & Mash and we always top it up with a couple of bowlfuls of fresh salad and bread rolls and spread - it's been a while since I had one of their desserts, simply cause we're already so full from the main course and bread and salad; we don't generally order starters either, but that's personal preference, we are quite happy w/ a couple of bread rolls while we wait for the mains! Would happily recommend this and pretty much any branch of Harvester; however, at times, it may seem that there aren't enough serving staff, but the food and value more than make up for this - maybe check out the website and menu first and decide beforehand what everyone's gonna have, this'll save time fiddling around w/ menus while at the place and waiting unnecessarily!

It's a Harvester which means it's very busy and full of (sometimes) screaming kids and also the food is mostly pretty unremarkable. However it's well run with (most) staff hard working, charming and efficient - and the beer is not too expensive, for example. Food now quite expensive although there are often deals. E.g. Sea Bass £15: fish & sauce lovely; vegetables rubbery. Good for groups and families of course.

Have always liked this place but not been back in a while but still great value for money, had the steak and couldn't finish as I needed room to eat the delicious vanilla ice cream with butterscotch sauce.
