I have been in the past and I feel that their food quality has declined. I always go for the same burger, rustix mac. I remember it tasting amazing, however when I recently tried it, it didn’t have that wow factor like usual. Still a good burger and meat was nice and moist so I would have this burger again. However, the chips were hard and not to adequate standard, over fried. I couldn’t finish all of mine due to this. On this occasion they did not have any mocktails unfortunately, but these are yummy! Customer service is really good, there was only one person serving us and did a good job and tended to our needs well.

First time trying out the place, and I would recommend the Mango wings and loaded steak chicken fries, they were very tasty. Naga burger was very spicy, so didn’t work best for me. The wings were very juicy and enriched in flavour. The loaded fries were very nice, would recommend. Mojito was also very refreshing. Spicy Rice was decent. Could do with some improvement. Portion size is great, would recommend this place and would visit again. Food was filling and customer service was efficient.

Each time I go here the taste is consistent and and tasty, their creamy naga sauce is my favourite! only issue is they don't accept card and the inside decor/theme is outdated and needs a revamp.

First time I've been, managed to walk in and get a table which was lucky as within 10 minutes restaurant was full. A small venue. Food was great - ordered chilli beef nachos, the chicken strips were the best I've ever had, coated in lovely panko breadcrumb. The viper burger was great - but it was hot! Wish they did alternative milks for their milkshake menu as cows milk was only available. Would go back again!

Good beef burger and the best chilli garlic fries. Wings are nice and so are strips. They are cash only which is rather inconvenient and also not legal under EU law. Good food and service but won't necessarily come back as its cash only, and there are better burgers out there.

Small restaurant but the food was delicious. They don't accept card but cash. We didn't have cash so we had to go to the store next to them to use the machine. Ambience was okay Staff were polite, swift and helpful with choosing what to eat. They have free sweets at the entrance 🤭

The burger selection was very small, I think they need to add more variety and the taste wasn't all that. The curly fries with cheese was a disappointment, it was too oily, oil literally dripping from the fries.

Went there for iftar, fast service and easy menu to pick from. Reasonably priced (£20 for starter, main and drink). Food was really tasty and portion size was appropriate. Customer service could have been a bit better such as smiling etc. Overall, on my recommended list and will be going back.

Not sure how long this place has been here or how I missed it before. On the outside it don't look much but from opening the front door, it was everyting you would expect a decent restaurant to be. Very clean and smelled great. Staff where very friendly and welcoming. We had lovely non alcohol Strawberry Mojitos. No alcohol sold here just great food. Starters and Mains all delicious with great taste. Loads of choice on the menu. Very filling. Good price. Highly reccomend for dining in...

I came here with a big group with my friends during ramadan time to break our fast for iftar. They had a iftar special platter so we didn’t need to choose anything from the menu. The restaurant staff were friendly and looked after us. The food was beautiful mashallah we was all full. 10/10 service

Big burger fan and all round happy eater, visited this place with a mate on first looks the venue is superbly decorated, very cosy and staff were nice. The menu was easy to read and orders were taken promptly. The big let down at the start was the prices, menu is over priced for the area and when the food arrived it was clear that it was over priced for the quality served. The burger was nothing special, party cooked to a 'well' rather than the medium well I usually go for. The chips were Nice, condiments provided was ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Mayonnaise and special sauces were at a price. The staff were nice but not very attentive. Average food, over priced, not going back.

Visited today with my Hubby and kids for father's day. I normally don't bother leaving reviews for places but it would be unjust not to on this occasion. I couldn't fault anything. Had a really good lunch time meal here. Small place although there is extra seating downstairs. Taking relevant precautions in social distancing so seating is limited. Food arrived promptly. We ordered the naga wings and hash brown to start. Chicken strips and chips the for kids, a variety of burgers for the 4 adults and a couple of chilli fries. We all really enjoyed the chilli fries. The burgers split opinion as a couple of us prefer our burgers to be cooked medium and not well done. Apart from that the food was pretty faultless and tasted of a decent quality. At £77 for 4 adults and 2 toddlers we felt it to be of decent value as we had ordered quite a lot. The customer service was really good and the waiter was very customer friendly and keen to know our genuine feedback. He is an asset to your team. Overall with a very competitive burger market now available locally you have to be decent to survive and we all felt that Rustix are beyond decent. I’d recommend a visit if you’re in the area and fancy a good burger.

This has got to be one of the best resturants I have been to in terms of flavour portioning. The ramadaan box was delicious! Everything cooked and served within 20 minutes. The double smashed cheese burger was full of flavour and the Strips were unreal! You will not regret eating there!

I had left a review over 2 years ago and the food was average and the prices were high. However, i paid another visit a few days ago and i must say, the quality of the food has definitely improved. The prices are decent for the amount of food you get. Brother Rabani took great care of us and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service.

Easily one of the best burgers I've had in London and at such an affordable price! The owner went above and beyond when I visited, the card machine had stopped working earlier that day and I was a pound short on my bill, he let it slide and stated "this isn't mcdonalds, we care about people" if that doesn't tell you what you need to know about this place idk what will. Ridiculously juicy burgers with delicious sauce choices too! P.S. the jalapeño cheese hashbrowns are GOATED

Just been for brunch here and the place was empty at 11.30am (which I would’ve thought is pretty prime brunch time). First thoughts were, it must not be that good but I pushed on. The service was great to begin with and when the food came out it was well presented. The quality of the food is what really surprised me, not only was it really tasty but it tasted high end and quality ingredients throughout. Moral and Meds are great and has always been my go to but I have to say this was definitely a cut above them! It’s a must try!

Went with my wife and daughter (4 years old) on the weekend (early May 2018) for breakfast and was very pleasantly surprised. From the food to the service its hands down one of the best breakfast places in town. We are regulars at this place, amazing gourmet food and great experienced staff. The ambiance was great and I would say that it’s a beautiful place to try out with your family at least once. I would recommend the Mcdonald’s style gourmet burger. It comes with two patties anyway but I normally order an extra one because I am greedy and it tastes amazing😋 Highly recommended!

Uniquely small, and intimate little venue...I went there on a whim after driving over 150miles and starving and not having the energy to go home and make food....having lived in this area for almost 25 years I've been used this venue previously being a chip shop so id thought I would try it out being a local venue.....very impressed with the food..burger was cooked medium rare just how I like it and buffalo wings were on point too...my only niggle is that it is slightly and I mean slightly on the pricier side for a local venue. Local meaning near residential homes as opposed to high street..over all...paying a few quid extra was worth it due to the food being excellent and politeness and service of the young lads behind the counter....

Had dinner here by myself on a Wednesday evening as stayed at the Holiday Inn next door for work. The staff were courteous and attentive, and food arrived quickly despite the restaurant seeming quite busy when I arrived. I ordered the salmon pizza but requested for the rocket to be replaced with mushrooms. The staff were happy to oblige. The salmon turned out to be smoked salmon strips on top of the pizza. The salmon pizza also does have tomato sauce on it despite the menu specifying that this is not the case, but this did not bother me. The pizza was big, and very good value for money - I did not expect to find anything this reasonably priced in London and so close to the O2. I would recommend this place.

Thought it would be just another guy attempting to create an American diner in EAST HAM. I was wrong. Its like nothing I have seen before. You can tell the owner spent alot of money and paid great attention to detail with the decor. The food is delicious and you can tell it is fresh. I dont think this guy took any short cuts with this place. I can only congratulate him for this place and wish him all the best. I will definitely be going again.

Went last night, 2nd visit in 2 months and have to say these guys don't fail to impress. Food is amazing and service also quite good. Ordered my fav strawberry mojito..which was on point and char pan chicken with mushroom sauce....yum. Big enough to fill u up. So make sure u are very hungry before u go to this place. Food was nice. Got BBQ Jerk wings but I felt like it needed more spice and citrus flavour. Loved the strawberry mojito. Not a big fan of the beef chili chips. The chili didn't have a good taste and was very greasy. The oil made the chips all soggy and mushy, so avoid getting the beef chili chips. The Indiana Jones burger was amazing, if not a bit messy. The poppadoms sounds like a great layer on a burger but in reality it gets soggy and slippery from all the beef juices and sauces. Minus the poppadoms, the burger was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

I have conflicting feelings about this place so I’ll just start from the beginning.. the place looks very nice and clean which is a big plus as far as I’m concerned. From every angle you could take an Instagram ready picture. The staff are attentive and respond to and try to meet all needs. However, the menu .... I mean you have to buy the burger and chips and drink all separately ... there’s no meal deal or whatever .. the burger was nice and that’s it I guess. Next time would probably go somewhere else .. and the mocktails were bland. The chips are extremely nice though and £1 extra for cheese is worth it. Overall I gave a four star because giving a three star felt mean after the nice service I got. But generally I feel 😐🙃 meh about the place.

What a stunning restaurant, the time and effort in perfecting its theme and decor, must be commended. The food was presented, amazingly, a slab of wood,, was my plate :) But decor-aside, there is room for improving the general taste of the food, which does come across, as being fairly average and standard. Personally I like lamb chops cooked medium. It was cooked well done. That's how we asians roll. Spice rice was better than nandos. Service was good from foh. Only issue for impatient people is, it can take up to 15_20 mins for food to come. The staff do explain it can take some time. The vibe is decent for a lads meal. Went there for an Iftar gathering and it was 100% on point. HMC certified food (asked owners), service was excellent, food was mouth watering and delicious (m.A) and Alhamdulillah they accommodated very well our table of 9. Beautiful combination of food on their set menus and did not disappoint at all. We put forward a tip in addition to the bill but they refused and said they will put forward to charity. So I decided to pop down to the new local "Gourmet" lol. Thinking to myself it's just another "attempt" at trying to deliver that quality West end/central london themed venue food eatery, to my genuine shock when I walked through that door to request a menu... it hit me! I just went back in time. "Wow" must I admit, it was brilliant, the subtle country music in the background with a real old school red county hill billy feel and look. Now it only got better, I ordered a Burger it was called the Rustix Bandit Burger, which I thought was pretty cool for a name. With no intentions of initially wanting to eat, to ordering and enjoying that juicy Burger I had taken a bite out of, "It was out of this world" yum!!!! Oh p.s they didn't have a takeaway menu so they let me take a laminated copy, and even that looked so well thought out and super cool. I would rate this a 4/5 only because I still have dozens of items left to try. 😊😉
