The best food I've had in a long time. Seriously good food! We were running late and said we were gonna be in a rush to leave the restaurant. The manager assured us the food would be quick and we'll be on time and he fully delivered. They forgot to add some sausage to my mate's order they gave us a whole extra pide for free. We were so happy. I can't wait to go back!

Visited early Saturday afternoon. Service was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with hot bread and cold water whilst we ordered. The food - both the pides and the baklava - were extremely good, and I loved the Turkish sodas. Very reasonable prices for London, and highly recommended.

This is a truly authentic Turkish restaurant- the staff and chefs are Turkish and the food, including Turkish pizzas and pides baked in a proper Pide oven, is excellent. Featuring slow cooked lamb and aubergine dishes, and small plates & sharing dishes, this is an experience not to be missed. It was deservedly full when we visited, but the service was spot-on, and the staff delightful!

I visited today with my three friends to celebrate my birthday and it was a lovely experience. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was full of flavour and we enjoyed every last bit!
We also had Turkish coffee and desserts to finish off our meal, the lovely lady put a candle on the kunefe and sang me happy birthday! Which was a surprise and a sweet touch! Thank you for a lovely meal. Will definitely recommend and bring family members to taste the amazing food.

We visited Salt and Plum the second time in the last 2 weeks. This used to be ‘Pide’ before and trust me the new place is better, improved with lots of new dishes to try. We love the food and it is our go to place at least a couple of times a month. The cold mezes are really tasty! Definitely try Muhammara. It’s a rare and uncommon dish but really rich in taste! You cannot leave without tasting the Lahmacun. The have the lamb and aubergine option and both are amazing! We have tried a few pides and all have been great and we will be going back to try the rest! After all these dishes if you still have some space left 😊, do try the Kunefe!! The last time we went, the owners were visiting and were very friendly and humble people. Also, Jonathan the restaurant manager was very warm and welcoming as well and we had a amazing dinner experience!

Highly recommend! Having recently opened, the staff went above & beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable evening; Pide's are fantastic, complimentary bread to start was great and overall atmosphere is relaxed.

Fantastic experience at Salt & Plum - traditional home cooked Turkish food with very good quality ingredients across the entire menu. Sampling each of the cold and hot mezze provided a journey of taste and new experience. The Muhammara was divine and a must try. The mains was an incredible Slow Cooked Hunkar Begendi (Lamb & Aubergine). Each element of the tasting menu was carefully presented by the waiter with approval of the chef in the elegant open kitchen. I was engaged with each ingredient of the dish, this is real special presentation and definitely confirmed the freshness. We also enjoyed a premium Raki the national drink of Turkey presented in nice glass's and blended with good quality water that turned the drink milky, which was a nice surprise. For desert The Antep Baklava was full of high quality pistachios and sweet filo pastry that really finished off the dinner, we paired this with traditional Turkish tea and coffee. The interior was very clean with very elegant and attractive Turkish tiled decor.
Normally Green Lanes in Haringey is the place to have traditional Turkish food but now we have the outstanding Salt & Plum in Hammersmith..
It's a must try with friends and family it does not disappoint.

Milin, your international water sommelier

The best Turkish restaurant in London and beyond - exceptional !

We had a fab dinner at Salt and Plum tonight. Four of us ate our way through most of the menu. We had a mix of cold and hot mezze, hot mains, pide and desserts and a few bottles of wine. The muhammara is to die for. We loved the Saksuka, and the "fries" (which are not at all fries but rather potatoes and veggies in sauce) were delicious! The lamb "guvec kapama" was FAB and a must. The pide were excellent. Wines were very reasonably priced and really well chosen. I loved the pumpkin dessert, my companions loved the katafi. The room is attractive and cozy, staff were lovely. Prices were more than fair. We were all very impressed. Thank you Salt & Plum for the hospitality and a wonderful evening.

We had an incredible time and feast at Salt and Plum. Lahmacun and pide was amazing at Salt and Plum, where we went with our family and friends this Sunday. We sat for hours with a very friendly atmosphere, fast service and fresh food. Decoration gets full marks in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I highly recommend this place to everyone and congratulate this success. We will come here again very soon with our friends and families.

Our local place to go to for Turkish pide.
Food never disappointed us, tasty and fresh, seems quieter these days! Friendly staff.

Where do I start - the food, the wine, the music are all 10/10. You have to try the bread!! Been here a few times now and I will definitely be back again.

This place is amazing! Great tasty pide and lahmachun, that are basically Turkish Pizzas. Highly recommended especially if you want to try something new that won’t disappoint you!!

Just visited this restaurant, my second time. The Turkish pizza is sooo nice. I'm Italian and I haven't eaten many pizzas as good as this....the dough is delicious and cooked perfectly! Will bring some friends for sure.

Best Turkish food!!! You need to try

Fresh, tasty food cooked fresh in front of you by friendly and personable staff. The service was fast though the restaurant was not very busy, and the portion was huge for the price. They seem to do takeout too. Well worth a visit!

This place was recommended to me by a Turkish friend and I was not disappointed. We found a cozy environment and we had plenty of good food at a reasonable price. There is a second floor, which can come in handy if you plan to book for a small group of people (up to 20).
C. G.
Cok güzel, highly recommended! Delicious Pide and traditional tasty Lahmacun with all condiments like I had when I lived in Istanbul :) I will come back!

Tasty Turkish alternative to pizza. Interesting flavours, lamb and different cheese options served with nice side salads. Would recommend for bread lovers like me.

Incredible space, super personable and delicious food. Highly recommend

There is nothing to say. Food is fantastic. Just try
KUSBASILI-KASAR and just top up 1 egg on it with so much parsley and red paper. You will love it.

Fantastic dishes and very attentive staff. Would highly recommend 👍

Lahmacun was the best ever , amazingly tasty ,very friendly staff and 5 star customer service.I have visited 4 times and will go again. The only thing I could complain that place is very cold .I prefer eating my lunch without Waring my coat.

Fantastic new restaurant - delicious pide and the best Turkish bread I’ve had in ages.

Delicious turkish pizza, totally loved it right from the oven... Try the “kusbasi” one with chunks of meat
D. S.
Nice food in a modern setting and lovely service.

Turkish pizzas is absolutely outstanding and reasonably priced.
We loved Pide from the moment we walked in. It’s beautiful and very inviting. Their special oven gives food a great touch.
We’ll be definitely coming back often and with friends

Food was okay to decent, depending on the dish.
Mistake was going through Uber eats. They took 35 minutes to pick up the food after it was ready. The cost of the food is also cheaper ordering direct.

Escaped the cold inside this lovely Turkish restaurant.
Fantastic food and environment. Would recommend the lamb toppings on the pizza and the yoghurt drink.
The service was amazing - very lovely and welcoming!
Looking forward to going back with friends.

Much better and more interesting than pizza, indeed they do themselves a disservice by using the word in their name. Pide (Turkish flatbread) has been around longer than pizza and the dishes we had were varied and delicious. A treat to watch the chef flip the food into the oven and then retrieve it perfectly cooked. Really nice friendly staff. We will return.

I enjoy visiting new restaurants. It's important to give an opportunity to new growing businesses. The Turkish speciality is Lahmacun. It has a similar appearance to a pizza but is much better. It tasted authentic, fresh and light. It didnt feel stodgy at all. I doubt I will waste money on an original pizza I received Turkish tea that complimented the main dish. The service was clean, lean and helpful. The staff had a positive and relaxed vibe that instantly allowed me to switch of my mind. The decoration had a simplicity and elegant touch. This is an atmosphere for family, couples, friends or dinner for one (like myself).

Well implemented traditional Turkish Pide and Lahmacun (Turkish Pizza) Restaurant. Very delicious and rich tastes of this specific cousine can be tasted here. Staff is incredibly friendly, very clean with a contemporary ambiance. They have Turkish breakfasts at the weekends too. I strongly advise you to have this experience.
F. V. C.
Definitely the best pide and lahmacun I have ever tried in London. Lahmacun is very thin and crunchy like back in Turkey and kavurma pide is delicious with very thin bread as well. You can also find Turkish beers like Efes and Tuborg. I would like to see Bomonti on the menu as well. The restaurants itself is very nicely decorated with an industrial style. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very good quality-price balance. Highly recommended.
K. A.
My boyfriend and i went there last week and we are happy to have such a nice place near our home. Great pide, especially the dough is very nice. Very friendly staff. You will probably be full after the main course but you should definitely try the chocolate-pide as a dessert, it's a madness.
H. C. U.
Tried kusbasi kasarli pide and lahmacun. The food was good, very tasty and authentic Turkish flavours. The portions are big and price is reasonable. The ambience and decoration are also nice. However it was chilly inside for a rainy and cold November day. And there was only one waiter for a busy lunch time.

Great food for me and my vegetarian gf

We just wanted to dine out somewhere close to home... and just se this place on google maps and decided to try it out and we did absolutely right thing! Amazing Pide! So tasty that I think I would have eaten all of them 🤩 I was a bit surprised that it was empty on a Friday night.. I think more people should know of such a tasty and nicely decorated place! Coming back very soon 😋

An absolute gem. Unique and tasty food. Been twice and had a great time both visits.

This is an amazing restaurant with decadent design and delectable food! Our server was informative and friendly, I’m sorry that I overlooked the smaller than usual service charge I would have left more of a tip. Generous portions and ingredients were extremely fresh. Cheers!

very good foood . but the waiter wasnt good in how she talk to us .

authentic turkish food.. Great service and very good location! I am glad to find it and recommend it to everyone! I tried both lahmacun and pide! Rice pudding in the oven is also very tasty dessert to finish off.

It's a few days ago I came across this place: I highly recommend it! The lachmajun tasted like home and so I decided to make a return...a few hours ago; again, delicious!!! Their pide is as authentic as can be, the koftes are nice (so is the yogurt), the hot peppers have been properly seasoned and their traditional tea a journey to Ottoman times. All the above however was elevated by the warm hospitality of Berkin & the welcoming skills of Saal (pardon my spelling). Thank You both so much. Kvrk
P.S: Berkin, I really enjoyed our conversation!

Fantastic food, authentic flavors, very well priced and with a friendly atmosphere. Good place for families and kids. The portions are very generous! Order with restraint!!

Great food and very nice service. Highly recommended🏆

Simply delicious . Amazing and fresh food Devine desserts and great service.
A. K.
it's okay. frankly, anything grounded in traditional flavours dies in a generic new-build space such as this. food was generically ok. drink list limited. draft beer was a bottle called draft, go figure.
M. H.
Been in twice now. Yup Pide perfect. Try I few starters with bread first as a) bread here awesome b) probably not way to do it but love bit of yogurt sauce to dip Pide in.
R. B.
Found by accident whilst searching for a nice restaurant on Fulham Palace Road one evening. The food and service were excellent and the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the incessant, rather-too-loud music.

Turkish pizza wraps are something we had never had before and I am definitely glad we gave them a try, the food is delicious, the ingredients fresh and it was great value for money. The waiting staff seem very passionate about their craft

Dinner was absolutely superb. We started with the red pepper dip & breads, before the halloumi which was soft and flavourful. The salad with tomato and pomegranate was fresh and zingy.
Mains were in the hot dishes section, the succulent lamb in clay pot sealed with dough was melt in the mouth- and the prawns with mushrooms, peppers and cheese in clay pot, both were divine and nothing I've ever tried before from Turkish cuisine. Pistachio baklava and Turkish coffee a delicious way to finish.
The open air kitchen and converted brick walls are cleverly designed - it's a lovely ambience and the service is on point- just fantastic hospitality all round and we can't wait to go back.
