Sensational service, wonderful food, vibrant atmosphere as well as amazing shisha! This was my first time coming to Sapores and I must say my experience was utterly perfect! We sat in was of their fabulous booth with constant service! Salma made our experience so personal and also made sure we was enjoying ourselves with a smile! She deserves a pay rise- thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

I'm here from the States on vacation and this is HANDS DOWN the best food and hookah we've had since arriving. I love this place. The atmosphere is fun and clubby without being too loud for conversation. Every song is a hit, adding to the environment, and the decor is a beautiful garden chic, evoking the best themes of neon and modern chic. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great time. Priced very appropriately for the quality and quantity of food, drink, and service! Go here! You will not regret it. This location is a popular spot with couples. No alcohol but they do BYOB.

I went for food, the atmosphere was great, music Was a nice mix and not too loud. Stater I had the chicken skewer which was perfectly cooked. For mains we had I had the lamb which was so soft and tasty. Would definitely recommend you come even the desserts were brilliant

Highly recommend visiting Sapores, my Husband and I went as a last minute booking for my birthday and I honestly had a brilliant experience. You will not be disappointed. Firstly, the decor was beautiful! Everything from the furnishings to the toilet was clean and spotless. We were served by Ikram who was on point with his friendly service and recommendation as well as the other servers who all came to us numerous times to ask how the food/shisha was and if we needed anything - I have never felt so relaxed and happy. Other businesses need to learn a few things about etiquette from Sapores staff! We went with Ikram's suggestion of shisha flavour; Tropical Vibes and it was the best flavour I have tried in a long time. The food hit the spot and presentation was immaculate. The burgers were full of flavour and so were the chops, succulent and juicy. As I told the owner, who came to ask us how everything was - my response was; A* with a 👌🏻. You don't get this kind of service everywhere and it was THE BEST. Keep it up, I hope for nothing but the growth of your business. I will definitely be back again.

A very nice evening. 5/5 for decor. Lamb Chops were EXQUISITE. So tender flavourful and really hit the spot. Who knew had Camden has a Lamb Chop specialist. Speaking of specialists, the Baklawa was incredibly delicious. I've been told it is made on-site by a chef. That was evident in its freshness. One really does not need to travel to Beirut! The ice cream scoop could have been a tad more on the generous side. Having said that, I would happily back and recommend it highly. Great job, Sapores.

One of the best chicken burger I've eaten. 1st class service, the waiters make you feel at home and were extremely friendly and approachable. The lamb chops were mouth watering to look at and beautiful presented. The second I took bite of the chops a mix of flavours and tastes rushed through my taste buds extremely delicious. A lovely place hidden at the back of camden but on the main road. I went here for a friend’s birthday dinner. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was great and the shisha was nice. Two people have to get a shisha (£30 start price £15 each) they had so many different types. Beautiful entrance and background. Definitely took some great pictures there too.

Wait for entering the lounge was longer than expected but the security guard kept us entertained! When we finally got in, the size of the place is misleading on their social media platforms, the lounge itself is pretty small and tightly packed in. Shisha flavours recommended were great, although the time restraint reminders as soon as we walked in weren’t helpful. The waitress we had was initially friendly but this quickly changed. The level of professionalism and remarks made by her to my friends when she was waiting on us was very offputting and she seemed impatient with us. A friend ordered food and said the chicken was dry, she had returned the plate and was offered a fresh new order of the same thing, which shows they do care when complaints on food are made. The coal changes were rare, considering there were about 5 people around to assist the small lounge area. Lovely decor, good buzz atmosphere, all good until we had the bill slapped on our table by the same waitress which indirectly was a way of saying pay and get out. I’ve never been given the bill at a restaurant or lounge without having asked for it so I felt this was personally the most rudest experience I’d ever encountered. We had informed the manager of what had happened and he apologised and did do us the courtesy of not charging for the food that was returned. I would say I would like to return as it really was a great evening but that individual waitress really ruined our experience. I think it’s the same one that everyone is mentioning in previous reviews

I went there for my birthday and I had an incredible night! What to say except that it is the best shisha lounge I have been to here in London. Amazing service, amazing shisha, amazing staff! Very very friendly staff, they all make sure to deliver the best customer service. And let me say, me and my friends spent an astounding experience, we had so much fun. For my birthday, they brought me two slices of cake and they did a performance. Don't listen to the reviews saying that the staff is rude. They are just incredible and super friendly. If you want a nice place with good vibes and amazing amazing music for your night out, don't search too much on Google and just go to SAPORES. Believe me, you will definitely not regret it!! Such a lovely little lounge packed full of life! Staff are so welcoming and are great to have a chat with! The decor is beautiful and the birdcage booths are something I’ve never seen in a lounge before! You can tell the staff value one another, have good management and see each other as family which makes the environment so pleasant to be in. Our host, Selma, was so friendly and recommended us the best shisha flavours. She always had the biggest, most contagious smile on her face and was willing to accommodate to any needs we had! We have visited a few times during our stay in London and the shisha was perfect every time as well as the service. Will definitely be returning when we are in London again and will have try the food next time as it looked delicious!

The decor of the place was amazing, shisha was even better but the service of one a waitress called ‘Sabrina’ was rude and unwelcoming. We went on a Friday night and first of all the table was dirty and when we reminded that same waitress she replied with ‘yes I know’. We then ordered shisha and some drinks which was very nice and couldn’t fault it at all, but after 2 hours we were told that we had to give up our table because we didn’t order any food. From reading some of these reviews, this was not mentioned anywhere online, when we first arrived or throughout our whole time there. We were just given the receipt from that rude waitress and rushed to leave after the limit. Apart from that, I could not fault the place at all as the shisha was perfect and the decor was amazing but she was off putting unfortunately

We was welcomed by a wonderful man at the entrance and followed in another lovely lady. Beautiful interior decor, however the place is really cramped. Waiters cannot squeeze through without customers moving their chairs around. They had the heating on during this heat but once we asked to be moved or the heating to be switched off, they opened the ceiling window, which was nice of them. Food is overly priced for the quality, but a business is a business. Shisha coal was getting topped up without asking and I found that A* service. There was one waitress I found very rude when serving us, maybe she had a long day? Anyway, nice atmosphere but it was too cramped and there wasn't no personal space.

Perfect place for Sheesha cravings You can get one sheesha between two people and if you order mains you can keep the sheesha for 90+ mins Food portions are ok, don't expect to get full eating here. Food quality is very good. You can also bring your own drinks, the place will charge you a small fee for that

Sapores has a dessert bar at the entrance which looks very authentically American and downstairs in the basement is a very well lit shisha lounge with a good atmosphere and good music. The shisha is the best shisha I've had so far. It lasted quite long and the voltage system they use is very clever because it gives the customer flexibility in terms of strength of the flavour and how much cloud is produced. Definitely going back there when I'm about in Camden.

I used to walk past Sapores thinking it's only a desert place and one of my friends said it's a shisha lounge so I walked in one day and was amazed by the atmosphere. I was given a table straight away and served as soon as I sat down. Their wait time is very minimal and the shisha is amazing. You can really taste the flavours in the shisha and the desserts are mouthwatering. The staff is very friendly and their customer service is top their. Came with the guys over the weekend to break Iftar for Ramadan. I contacted them beforehand to ask if food is halal which it is. Food was on point and decor looks great. Staff were nice and helpful and the manager was joking about with customers too. Great atmosphere I noticed issues raised in other reviews. Come on, businesses have been closed for 5 months and it's their first time gettin back on their feet. everyone is going through this. People are quick to judge and be keyboard warriors. I felt it was important to mention this too. Definitely coming back during Ramadan and beyond. top place!

Was looking for shisha places in London and happened to stumble across Sapores Lounge in camden, walking in i saw a beautiful interior design with a very warm welcoming by their staff, they had a variety of things to order from drinks, deserts and shisha flavours. The staff would check up on me and my friend every 5-10 minutes asking if everything was good and if we wanted anything else. They were respectful at all times. Even when i was leaving they were very respectful which made me want to come back and since the first time ive went, ive been going once every week and if i could id go more. The prices & service are best around. Some names i remember were staff such as Visar, Aziz & imi who were and are always respectful even now when i go. Even the owner whenever he's there is always so respectful and humbling, making the atmosphere and vibes unforgettable, with great music btw! Me and my friend order too smoothies and a iPhone charger for a £5 deposit ( which we would get back at the end ) however it took them over an hour to serve us our smoothies . And they had to ask us 4 times what we wanted because they kept forgetting what we ordered .... this was very displeasing Also after an hour they finally gave us the charger The staff was very thoughtful of the fact we had to wait so long so they took the smoothies off the bill . My overall experience was nice however I probably won't be coming back here because of that reason .

Absolutely love this place! I've been here a few times and always enjoyed it but the last time was definitely my best experience (which is saying a lot). This was mostly due to the staff, as the person working there was very helpful. He sat us down and explained what the different menus were for and talked us through the different shisha flavours. When we wanted a new shisha, he offered to choose one for us and made us what he called the 'house special' which is a mixture of flavours that only he makes that isn't on the menu but definitely should be! The shisha is and always has been very smooth and easy to smoke, probably because its electric shisha rather than coal. What I really love about this is that it means that they can offer 3 different levels of nicotine: either with nicotine or without or 50/50 meaning that you can set it to a level you enjoy. Another thing that was new this time was that I tried a waffle for the first time which was delicious! It was very light and fluffy - we chose the brownie crave waffle which was just amazing. There's always a great atmosphere here - very highly recommended!

It's open late and the staff is friendly and attentive - they put in the effort to make your dessert look as good as it tastes which is nice. Definitely a favourite, I will keep going back.
