Reviews of Seven Dials Market
B. T.
Lots of small street food type vendors around a central area where you can sit and eat together. Its an ideal place to satisfy a family or group of many different tastes.
There is a small bar at one end
The toilets are really cool too
We loved this place
T. U.
Love the vibe of this place however it gets really loud and you can barely hear your friend. But it's good for A quick drink after work / something to eat. Several food stalls to choose from .
P. A.
This place is super cool. It’s awesome for groups because everyone can pick what kind of food they want. There was a DJ and the atmosphere was really fun. El Pollote has some really outstanding wings. Try the buffanero! And the chorizo mac and cheese!
L. S.
Cool space with surrounding food spots. Very informal, shared tables at the main space. Good music, and quite noisy. Great plan to go with friends for a chill Sunday lunch.
D. J. M. L.
A gem in the area! Full of options all of them delicious! With vegetarian and international food, fast and friendly service great for big groups and all times appetite! The thai and baos are my favourite options! Also great cheese and chocolate stands artisans
E. S.
Ideal place to hang out with friends in central London - great vibes, gorgeous interior and friendly staff. A few (vegetarian) recommendations after trying quite a few stalls - the Tofu bun with rainbow slaw from Yum Bun, the margarita pizza from Bad boys Pizza and the Pav Bhaji from Curry on Naanstop! The buzzer system was also convenient and efficient for getting your food.
B.
A bombastic bounty of burger joints and other cuisine. Sit upstairs or downstairs, wherever you can find space. All restaurants and bars share seating. Complete with a banana seat, the upstairs offers a good vantage point to see what’s going down. Pretty loud though. And that’s not just when there are DJs spinning the vinyl!
As well as the buzzy crowded seating areas, there are also private rooms for up to 30 people seated or 50 standing.
Seven Dials Market Closes quite early. 10pm.
E. L. C.
Definitely worth visiting, the food is delicious and I would personally say well priced considering the location. One of my favourite stalls being Yum Bun, you need to try their pork bao bun it's delicious! They also have a great lunchtime deal if you're there Mon-Wed between 1pm and 4pm.
Another favourite of mine is Longoys doughnuts (get the lemon meringue one!). More on the pricey side but very good.
S.
As you enter, there are a series of eclectic market stalls style shops and a walk cut through. Pop music playing that leads you into the dining hall area. You are welcomed into a large volume space that has the wonderful aromas of a multi cuisine market. Definitely a nice spot in winter to grab a bite or drink.
N. H. A.
Crowded but not too noisy, food varied and delicious but not too expensive, come here and you won't be disappointed.

(edit: meant to post this on the Smoke and Bones page lol)
Wow. Just wow.
Amazing brisket. And delicious gravy!!
First off this place often runs out of stock on popular items, there's a lot I want to try but I'm never there at the right time it seems.
The beef brisket was fall off the bone soft and still juicy in the middle parts. It benefits greatly from the provided gravy but in all honesty that tiny cup isn't enough.
I've had a brisket burgers a couple of times, they're a bit small and lacking in flavour in my opinion.
Mac and cheese was pretty good, topped with panko breadcrumbs I believe.
Tater tots are always enjoyable, they cut up some sweet chili and other stuff. For the price, the portion size doesn't seem worth it though.
Seven dials market can get stupidly loud, I'll never understand why they think they need a live DJ and giant speakers.
M. A. (. ا.
Nice place to go 🚶♂️ 👌 in the weekend . Many restaurants, Cafes, quick bites , live DJ , and indoor and outdoor seating areas
J. S. (. S.
I got a burger and chips with diet coke for 18 quid from truffle burger, It was not bad, chips are very nice. Hard to find a table though and music is a lot louder than it needs to be, maybe lower volume so you and friends can talk. Only issue I had.
M. H.
Such a cool place for a night out with friends. Almost feels hidden... you can't tell its there from the outside!
A great selection of food vendors - I'd recommend Truffle Burger and the pizza place... both were great.
Good vibes with great music. Only slight downside is that it's busy so difficult to get a seat!
Recommend and I will be back!
S. K.
Very crowded in Saturday. I tried the truffle burger and liked it very much!! With the beer it’s perfect👍🏼
R.
Cool space for food and drinks. You are able to order from the table the drinks. El pollote is a must!
G.
Nice place to go for lunch/dinner and drinks, with a variety of food options to choose from. When it's busy, it can be difficult to find a table, and you may spend the first 15 - 30 minutes waiting for people to leave (and then you need to move fast). Drinks are ordered via the QR code and delivered to your table. Food it ordered at the stands with a buzzer provided to collect. I would recommend the Dosa at Curry At Naanstop.
P. C.
Really lively place
1. Good option for beer and lots of street food and snacks
2. Near to covent garden underground station
3. Good Christmassy vive, one can click really good pics in the surrounding
4. Food is little bit pricey but really tasty food
A. J. D.
Great vibe and great food! Yum bun were particularly good, the chicken bao and steamed dumplings. Wish I could eat there everyday!
V. R.
Have visited the place two weeks ago with my friends :)
Pros: Covent Garden location, warm atmosphere, a lot of beer, affordable prices and nice deco
Cons. Not the biggest choice of foods
S. O. K.
Something for everyone, also suitable for young and old. Good choice of food, and the food we tried was delicious. Good selection of drinks. Only small con is that there is not that much seating so you have to wait and 'fight' for a table which is not that pleasant. Was a pleasant experience overall!
E.
Great place for a bite and tasty cocktails for reasonable prices! Good spot for a Fri/Sat night with the DJ playing cool music that is just completing the entire vibe of this place, really worth to visit👍
L. S.
Many food options, they use to have more options but the one exists now are good enough. Lovely setting area and central location.
O. O.
Fun fun fun! Great vibe and energy - trendy and different food stalls
M. C.
Wonderful atmosphere and chill with several interesting food stands and cafes. Especially the cheese bar, runs cheese dishes on sushi circle band. Amazing idea!!
P. v. A.
It’s not a quiet place, for sure, but the options in food and drinks are diverse and really well done. I had a bun from the BBQ place which might’ve been one of the better foods I’ve had on my trip to London! If you like good food, this place better be on your London itinerary!
A. N.
Much better serving system than Vinegar Yard. Great tofu buns!
C. B.
I was charged twice for my drinks order at Bar Nana. The woman who served me told me the payment hadn't gone through, even though I could see it had done on my phone. She was very rude and I was forced to pay again. Service from other traders was great, as was all the food!
Update: I emailed seven dials and was immediately refunded for both transactions. Great customer service.
N. Č.
Great food. Polite staff. Cocktails are not really something amazing. I've tried majority of them. Also they don't have fruit cider on offer.
E. E.
Amazing place with loads of delicious foods to pick from. If you are keen to try new cuisine, this is the pla e for you.
L.
Visited on a Wednesday at 18:00 with two friends and was surprised at how busy it was, we spent over 25 minutes standing with drinks until we could get a seat somewhere.
Once we had a table we all ventured off to different stalls and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals from Truffle and Yum Bun.
Plenty of choice for vegetarians and I loved the burger and fries from Truffle.
T. B.
Excellent choices of food, easily ordered via the app and brought to your table. The only gripe is, that you can't purchase from the different stalls on the same order, like you can in other markets.
M. K.
Been here a few time’s pre-covid and was happy to hear it had reopened.
The experience was a little different this time but was smooth. We had booked ahead, had our temperatures checked and were sat down on our table. Social distancing was observed well.
Ordering was through QR codes on the table and worked really well.
The food was great as usual, and I think the new system actually made it easier to pick as everything was in one place.
We got a few things to share, of note the chicken bao from Yum Bun was great as usual, the wings portion from El Pollotte was huge, well flavoured and crispy, the burger from truffle was simple but tasty.
Make sure you keep room for dessert as the gelato from milk tree was perfect in the hot weather.
Unfortunately square root was closed. The bar had some soft drinks, but the selection could have been better.
We will definitely be back soon.
M. P.
Impressive place, with great food options. Downstairs it also offers a more quiet spot with books and board games which is also good for doing some work on a laptop. It can get loud in the evenings though with the occasional DJ but tables outside offer a nice alternative.
E. S. P.
What a wonderful spot in London! We randomly bumped into Seven Dials food market when strolling around the Soho area and had a fantastic Sunday evening! The place was moderately busy but we managed to find a place to seat quickly!
We ordered some wonderful Mexican tacos and a few drinks. Both were nicely prepared and presented! Further, a live band was playing some jazz music (apparently this happens every Sunday from 5pm to 7pm).
Definitely worth a visit! You'll not be disappointed!
B. M.
A great collection of food stalls. Worth a visit for a snack, or something more. Nice beer from Gipsy Hill, as well as well made cocktails.
M. H.
There is a Cheese Bar in Seven Dials Market. Who would have thought it. I Hadd no idea such a thing existed and it is wonderful. London pricesso not cheap but great fun, beautifully presented but most importantly, great cheese. Highly recommended, if of course you like cheese....
F. E.
Having lived in London since 2018, I hadn't even heard of Seven Dials until last year and then, the hysteria over finally being allowed out after lockdown meant that it was always so busy that getting in didn't seem worth it. Now however, I have been, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. We ordered some drinks in the downstairs bar. As we were able to secure a table we were able to order on line. After some interesting cocktails we went to BongBongs the philipino restaurant / takeaway which was excellent. Make sure you try their calamansi collins - delicious!
A great experience although be prepared as it is a busy place!
M. P.
Great fun. Loads of choice, good option if you're not sure where to eat. Only advice is to avoid the cocktails, unless you're minted, they are lovely, but cost a fortune for what you get.
R. S.
Lovely food hall with a great variety of eateries from chicken wings and burgers all the way to pasta and ramen, or dosa and pizza.
M. R.
Lovely space and great choices of food and drinks
E. s.
Great selection of food and didn't have to wait or queue for long. Good space, nice atmosphere and plenty of seating. Great place to meet centrally
D. H.
Good food, great service. Staff welcomed us and used “Karma points” to give us a free drink. Nice and laid back, not too noisy. Tried Truffle burger, Bait Ceviche and El Pollote arepe fried chicken. All gold.
J. G.
I went with friends for birthday drinks. Great atmosphere, live DJ and great selection of food to please everyone. We went on a Saturday evening, very busy, and had to wait a while to find a free table, and the queue at the bar was long, but I will go again.
k. p.
New go to indoor food hall. Has a great Chai stall. Small number of eateries but all good quality, different and reasonable for London. Definitely worth a visit
C. R.
Love this place. This is my third visit. It’s great that there are several food options and the concept works very well. Toilets were fairly clean.
S. I.
Great market with lots of amazing food a place for children to play and draw. The fried chicken place and the burger place (Truffle) were amazing. We aren’t vegetarians, but the staff recommended the vegetarian burger and we tried it and it was sooooooo good! The truffle cheese fries were delicious and sophisticated.
We had the fried chicken, both the guava version and the spicy one. They were both really good and the fries that came with them were fresh, warm, and delicious.
The crab and lobster sandwiches were just ok.
Some of the donuts were amazing (especially the passion fruit merange and the s’mores ones). The pink one was very sweet and had a jam flavor.
Overall a great fun place with a really nice atmosphere and wonderful food options.
K. A.
Quite a few trendy eataries from BBQ chicken, to Dim Sum dumplings. We ate at Yum Bun. Could not reccomend it enough. The steamed buns were divine. Reasonably priced meal deal also.
H. Y.
This was exciting! Fantastic selection of street food vendors, lovely staff and loads of space to sit. Every type of cuisine is covered. Wish I had enough space to try it all! I went for a Montys deli Reuben sandwich which was delicious and juicy, then had a big shot donut which was a bit stale. Definitely worth a visit.
R. R.
Pretty place with nice restaurants and independent sellers. The food court is great. It’s quite spacious and airy with tables outside at the back as well.
V. A.
Amazing atmosphere, great selection of food and drink.
A. B.
Decided to go in with no reservation. We’re very quickly sat down. Ordering is online from any stall. Yum Buns were great!
A.
Amazing atmosphere, amazing food and amazing choices!!!! Definitely recommend
M. R.
Great place! Loads of choices of food from around the World. Always has a nice vibe and a bit of a gem in the West End. Recommended.
L. T.
Visited recently and they gave put procedures in place to make it covid safe. This includes temperature checks and sanitising before entering and ordering online after scanning a QR code available at each table.
Staff were helpful and friendly. We ordered food from two places and they were both great. Service is quick.
T. L.
I popped down to this new food hall in Covent Garden to write a review for my blog. I tried quite a few different food vendors. The food is good quality, the space is clean and the interiors are lovely. It's a great place to meet up with friends after work or before you go to the theatre. Upstairs you have Cucumber Alley where you can buy bread, fruit, veg, flowers and more provisions. The Banana Warehouse part of the building houses the food vendors. You can eat cheese from a conveyor belt, vegan tacos, fabulous fish and chips and so much more. Check it out next time you're in the vicinity.
A. S.
Excellent selection of British cheeses, we even had a glass of Welsh sparkling rose! It would be nice if they offered celery and grapes, just to cleanse the pallet between cheeses.
D. R.
Very lively place to visit, we were here on Saturday and London was so busy, everywhere was booked up for food so coming across the food market was a god send
All types of different foods to choose from, we chose Bang Bangs the Manila Kitchen and couldn't fault the incredible flavours
You can sit in the venues upstairs or get your food and head out to a table, there is seating outside as well if the weather is good
There was a DJ on the day we went so great atmosphere
C. C.
Nice place, lots of good food and drinks options.
Very busy though, seems a shame that you can only book for tables of 10 up - we were a group of 8 and we struggled to find any free tables. Thankfully the manager let us use the table he was working on, but it was still quite crowded.
I ordered steamed buns from Yum Bun and they were delicious! My friends ordered from Truffle and their food also looked amazing. Didn't take too long for food to get out, and it was worth the wait.
K. K.
Just opened and just fabulous. So many good outlets to choose from. We tried Yum Bun and there was no plastic in sight! Reusable cutlery and crockery all managed by a central team, love it! Felt like the amazing foodcourts in Singapore. I always try to have a late lunch, around 2/2:30pm when it is quieter... must come back fir an evening session.
N. R.
Good variety of food available - interesting cheese bar with a conveyer belt for the selections.
A. N.
Beautiful Christmas tree, done very well.
Nice atmosphere, good place to visit
S.
Prompt service, good variety of food. Definitely will be return, it’s a place where you can spend hours. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because they say the close at 6pm on a Sunday but most of the pop ups close just before 5pm
M. S.
Great eating and meeting place. Work space in the basement level too. Fully wheelchair accessible with 2 accessible toilets and a large lift.
h.
Always a great place to visit but it's best to know where you want to go before getting there because it can get fairly complicated finding what you want with all the new places opening. Difficult to have a good time around here if you are on a budget. Great for a walk around though as the buildings and shop fronts are dead pretty all year round.
B. T.
Went on a Thursday PM and can say that this place gets very loud from c.19:00 onwards! Hard to talk amongst friends. Great options for food and drink in a central location.
A. T.
Nice place for lunch if you’re around the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit it. There weren’t too many options here, and we only found out the cheese bar was reservations only when we arrived (we had booked a table at the food hall only). The highlight was El Pollote fried chicken, served extremely crispy and with a delicious glaze. Nanban was a big disappointment - their ramen was flavourless, and not to the same standards as their Brixton branch that I visited a while back.
S. K.
One of my fave places to come in the area when I want somewhere lively to eat with great food options. Top tip - go to the bao bun joint and order the chicken bao - you won't regret it!
C. K.
Summary: Good variety of food options that taste quite good but are over priced for the portion size. Nice setting with plenty of seating available.
Details: Visited on the second day that Kerb's seven dials opened. It was pretty busy by 1pm on a Sunday. Its a nice airy atmosphere which didn't feel too loud even though it was buzzing. The staff were friendly and quick to clear tables so seating was easy to get.
Coffee: We had a flat white and a long black at One Shot coffee. I would give this a 4 out of 5. We didn't try the doughnut but they did look great.
Food: We tried the squid (£12) and triple cooked chips (£3) from Ink. The squid was well seasoned and the dips complemented them well. I would give this dish 5 out of 5. The service here was a bit slow but they said they were still getting used to their system which is understandable given it was their second date.
We had the cheese burger (£7.5) from truffle. I would give this 3 out of 5. Tasted alright but it was a small patty and the bread to meat ratio was off in my opinion.
The buffalo chicken from El Pollote was very good but portion size a bit small given the £12 price. I would give this a 4 out of 5.
Overall a good experience and convenient if you are a big group as getting a table here might be easier than walking into a restaurant. That said, you might get better food (and better value) if you went to an actual restaurant.
H. L.
Ahh, this market place is probably the cutest place you can find as a food lover! It has loads of places for food and drinks with unique findings for each place! It's such a hidden gem that you must visit when in London! One warning I can share is that there is so much to choose from that you might spend some time trying figure that out! Other than that, highly recommend for any group of people that wants to visit!
C. H.
Fantastic food - great atmosphere!
F. L.
Central seating with 'windows' to buy food from different vendors/cuisines. Really great choice of food and a good vibe. The vegan Mexican place is 10/10. There is also a sort-of market in the entrance hallway, selling bits like bread and jewellery.
A. M.
Loved this market place! Will definitely be visiting again!!!!
s. t.
Great vibe, we only had drinks here but the food outlets looked amazing.
R. M.
Nice mix of food stands on offer, but on a Thursday everything seemed to be closing early, despite there being a fair few people about. Staff seemed keener to chat to each other than serve, and weren't overwhelmingly friendly. We found a much better, if more rustic food court at Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant and Castle, which was a much nicer experience.
C. S.
Delicious food and amazing atmosphere.
J. H.
There's a cheese, wine and cured meats place. Everything (except the wines) is on a conveyor belt. Absolutely brilliant experience if you love a good cheese board.
M. C.
Lovely place to meet up with friends. There was about 8 of us and luckily on a Sunday during Christmas for a late lunch, we managed to grab a bench.
Lots of choices of different foods! Seafood, burger, Asian, cheese bar...
My favourite was Yin. Being Chinese, this place is highly recommended. The steamed rice rolls are their signature and I would say it’s better than some Chinese restaurants in Chinatown.
Comfortable, chilled, fun environment. Good for friends and families for a bite after wandering around the area.
l. a.
Great place with awesome vibe, drinks and food. Relaxed yet hip somehow. There is DJ’s on weekend nights, not sure if it is every weekend. Had fish buns and lamb and mint dumplings from Yum Bun and they were delicious. Try “ Do Stuff Together” An American Pale Ale. It is awesome👍👍 I am yet to try the cheese bar upstairs.
A. H.
Great location for the indecisive eater. Lovely decor, loads of seating and lots of delicious options - you’d struggle to be disappointed with any of the food stalls. They also have a broad selection of craft beers downstairs.
E. L. G.
Seven Dials Market is a welcome addition from KERB offering fantastic street food in Covent Garden in a two tiered indoor ex banana warehouse! Not only are there street food kitchens downstairs but there are artisan products, local shops, cafes and a bookshop. With over 25 food and drink vendors, you have plenty of options.
The set up of the venue is perfect for the winter months as it is a covered space and we loved it wasn’t completely rammed on a Saturday evening.
The Street food offerings include:
Strozzapretti (pasta spot from Franco Manca)
Pick and Cheese (a cheese conveyor belt!!)
Monty’s Deli (salt beef goodness)
Club Mexicana (vegan tacos and other Mexican delights)
Truffle (burgers with ruffle!)
Nanban (Japanese)
Yum Bun (dumplings and bao bun)
El Polotte (chicken wings and burgers)
Yin (Chinese)
Ink (fish and seafood)
You can eat downstairs by the vendors or take your food back upstairs where there is more seating. We opted for El Polotte after its Wing Fest 2019 win. They offer fried chicken and Yuca fries, Chicken Burger, Chicken Arepa and WINGS. The Buffanero (buffalo & habanero sauce, queso fresco) wings were just amazing (5 for £6, 10 for £10, 15 for £14 and 20 for £18). The coating was punchy without putting my mouth on fire, the chicken was tender and juicy and the skin was crispy. It was pretty much a perfect wing and I can’t wait to try the Guava Glazed wings with Habanero mayo!
We also tucked into Yum Bun, who always offer consistently great food. Their slow roasted pork with pickled cucumber, kakuni sauce and sesame seeds is delicious (£4.5 / 2 for £8.50). The pork is a little fatty but that just adds to the flavour. The bao bun is a great consistency which holds the pork well and doesn’t stick to your mouth like others do. It was also our first time trying the lamb and fennel dumplings and chill oil (3 dumplings £5). Fennel can sometimes be overpowering but these weren’t. The dumpling was packed with tasty filling and was swimming in chilli oil for you to dip! It gave the dumplings a fiery kick which we loved.
Seven Dials have teamed up with both East London Liquor Company and Gipsy Hill Brewing Company, who serve cocktails and an exclusive beer, Kerb Lager. Also featured are Hackney-based soft drink company Square Root Soda.
Seven Dials Market is open 7 days a week (11-11 all days bar Sunday when its 12.30-10) and offers fantastic street food in Covent Garden. Make sure you get the wings from El Polotte!
F. A.
Has a huge variety of high quality food and drink! Reasonably priced too. I particularly enjoyed Pick’n’Cheese, a shop similar to Yo Sushi, with a cheese conveyor belt! Staff were super friendly, amazing atmosphere too.
M. W.
Tasty ramen, decent bao bun. The big let down though was a bar that didn't serve either bloody marys or real ale. Can't be dealing with that
H. W. F. A.
Visited seven dials for pick & cheese. Loved it, building itself is clean and well run. Pick and cheese was a great experience. Lots of varied cheeses and wines on offer. All British cheese too!
A. M.
Really liked it here! Loads of variety from small bites, pastry, bread, meals, dessert and drinks. I was in London for 2 days and came back twice for lunch.
Would highly recommend Yin! Delicious rice bowls. Tried both the pork dish and the chicken dish. Both were very yummy.
Also bought some wheelcakes from Wheelcake Island. Love the chocolate and vanilla one.
Lastly, Karaway has dreamy bread 😍
M. L.
Great vibe, good music, clean (but a bit of a walk. Do not leave the need to the last minute:-)) toilets. A good pit stop, for drinks and food before heading somewhere else or just to rest after a long day of walking around.
M.
Great lunch spot to suit all tastebuds. Easy to sit and grab whichever food you want!
R. V.
Love this place
Craft beers
Choice of 20 restaurants. All in one building
Must for beer drinkers and world cuisine food lovers
M. S.
This is the opening weekend review of the new Seven Dials food market.
The space is bright and airy with plenty of seating, they’ve obviously done their homework based on some of the other new style indoor food markets around London. It’s a great execution.
Variety of food places is good, but they could do more to cater for allergies. Currently there is only 1 place that offers food safe for coeliacs (El Pollote) but they do have a vegan offering with Club Mexicana for tacos and alcohol free drinks at Square Root, so it’s going in the right direction. Some better offerings here would be welcome.
Seating is ample, or was at least on the first Sunday they’ve been open. I can imagine this place will be heaving given the location, quality and variety on offer.
Staff were helpful, it was thoroughly clean everywhere AND THEY HAVE WATER REFILL POINTS for your own water bottles.
Do I recommend it?
Yes.
Get yourself down here and check out my pictures and videos to get an idea of the space. There are food stalls, a coffee shop and some staple East London locations such as Hackney Gelato and East London Liquor Co all under one roof.
A. M.
So many great vendors! It was hard to choose where to eat, so I didn't– a friend and I split ramen from one place and bao buns from another. Both delicious! Great atmosphere. Highly reccomend.
C. H.
Visited in February 2020. Good variety of foods including asia cuisine, vegan/vegetarian, pasta, burgers etc. Nice venue over two levels with plenty of space, tables at the basement. I'd liked the wide open space in combination with the modern wooden interior. I had a truffle burger which i can recommend, it was delicious. Would come again for a break from shopping when i'm in the area.
A. R.
My favourite food court in London! I just love the atmosphere and the quality of the foods and beverages. Even if I have limited time in London, I always plan for a stop here.
L. L.
Gem! Pick and Cheese offers wine and cheese on a conveyor belt, but waiting time was one hour w/o reservation. Had El Pollote - great service, fried chicken, generous toppings and beautiful. Preferred sweeter flavour of Guava Glaze over Buffanero.
Only issue is there didn’t seem to be a cleaning system, or the people cleaning were few... people were even dumping their leftovers on my table
K. F.
Great vibe for a quick and cheap meal. Food is wonderful! Not a lot of lighter/ healthier options, but still plenty to pick from.
K. T.
Good selection of food, quite busy so be prepared to have a wait for your food but it's all freshly cooked and they give you buzzers so you can sit and wait to be called
P. A.
Great atmosphere, good selection of food and drink. What more can you want. This is an up market street food place essentially - a bit like timeout Lisbon for those who have been. Nicer than market hall Victoria and less edgy than streetfeast. All in door too
S. P.
Really nice food hall with everything from fresh produce to meals.
L.
Fun place with a lively and buzzy atmosphere and a good variety of food and drink options. Great place to go with a group of friends who have different tastes in food!
C. H.
Fantastic vibe. Wide variety of food, totally worth a visit. A few notes, it's a bit of a fight to get a seat during peak dinner times to either come early and have a cocktail or be prepared to get very un-british and ask to share tables. There is no booze licence on the ground floor so any cocktails have to stay downstairs.

Quite similar idea to one we went to in Singapore.
A large open lower floor with surrounding street level seating both surrounded by a mix of different 'street food' outlets.
In a group? then grab a seat and take turns to go get the food type/style you want.
Also a large bar.
Great atmosphere.
S. M.
Fairly good choice of food, we haven't trued so Idk about the quality, but the location is nice and clean, sadly not food stands are just 4 and outside the food area..so I WOULD NOT DEFINE THIS A CHRISTMAS MARKET
r. m.
Seven Dials Market is located in the city of London under Borough of Camden. The market has a variety of shops where you can buy food, drinks, flowers, fruits etc. deserts shops at the entrance makes you craving for food. It is clean and security personnel could be seen at strategic locations within the market for maximum security of shoppers and sellers as well. Enjoyed shopping experience in this market was amazing.
K. N.
Seven Dials Market is the latest (and a fantastic) addition to the London food scene.
It's a hip foodie destination packed with popular street food stalls right in the buzzing tourist area of Covent Garden. Here, you'll find award-winning El Pollotte, the same people behind the best-fried chicken wings in London, Petare, as well coffee shops, cheese bars (yes, really) and ramen, all housed in an industrial-chic venue (seven dials market was once a banana warehouse).
I counted 2 bars which will keep your thirst quenched and it even has its own mini-boo store. With the variety of offerings across 2-floors, there's something to suit everyone's taste here.
I highly recommend visiting + eating + catching up here. If you're a fan of the other London foodie markets (e.g Vinegar Yard, Flat Iron, Borough Market, Kerb Market King's Cross) then you'll love Seven Dials Market in Covent Garden.
C. B.
Delicious hot food delivered to your table.Plenty of tasty options
C. v. d. P.
Great food court with very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and also decent beer selection.
M. B.
A wide variety of food and cuisines available to varying degree of deliciousness! Fried chicken (El Pollote) and pulled pork (Bong Bongs) are top!
P. N.
Very open and spacious food court that's drastically different from years ago. A clean and bright design with various food kiosks. I had a wheelcake with custard filling. Also bought some bread from the kiosk at the entrance. The blueberry cheesecake bread is amazing, bigger than my face and too delicious to share.
H. D.
Only had a drink but food looked great!
R. S.
The Seven Dials Market is a vibrant place with plenty of food options, from pasta, Chinese baos, pastrami sandwiches to truffle fries and burgers as well as vegan Mexican food.
The crowd is mixed, there is groovy background music - a good place to hang out especially when it’s cold or wet outside.
I. N.
New market concept space in Covent Garden.
The space used to be a banana warehouse and therefore all of the deco is themed accordingly.
It hosts restaurants, bars and some pop up shops and is pretty packed, so allow yourself some extra time, although the allegedly quick concept.
М. Б.
Visited this place after the Kingly Court and it appeared to be quite disappointing. Now with the new regulations it takes so much time to order food. Moreover, there weren’t many places to choose from, music was too loud and it was generally kinda overpriced for the quality they provided.
S. P.
Nice atmosphere, great choice of food. Reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend trying the food stands and good variety of local shops selling clothes.
T. B.
A great place to wander round and if you want something to eat try the cheese bar, definitely worth a visit.
A. B.
Great hangout place with friends. Everyone can choose whatever they fancy. I love the pop up concept as the cuisines keep changing.
S. A. N.
Great variety of dishes from the Far East to Mexico and beyond. Lively atmosphere. Once you eat there, smell of food will follow you ... Fantastic experience.
I. E.
Good food, beer and nice vibes.
K. B.
Great and cheese bar was soo tasty.
l. t.
You can find everything, it's perfect for lunch and dinner
A.
Solid, nothing exceptional. A bit pricey, but this is London. Overall vibe of the space is quite nice. Would have earned 5 stars if ordering table service was easier or if prices were better. The website was a bit hard to navigate and required signup with email and phone - unnecessary ask for personal information. Just email for a receipt would be fine. Also it was a bit crowded and hard to find seating.
M. K.
Been here a few time’s pre-covid and was happy to hear it had reopened.
The experience was a little different this time but was smooth. We had booked …
P. M.
Great variation of food...the cheese conveyer you-sushi-esque was certainly something different!
I. N.

So many great vendors! It was hard to choose where to eat, so I didn't– a friend and I split ramen from one place and bao buns from another. Both delicious! Great atmosphere. Highly reccomend.
K. T.
Good selection of food, quite busy so be prepared to have a wait for your food but it's all freshly cooked and they give you buzzers so you can sit and wait to be called
E. H.
Love it. So clean and spacious. Lots of food choice as well
K. S.
Lovely food court with some great vendors. Does get busy though but can still normally get a table
F. O.
It was great a mix of foods and at reasonable prices. Good place to socialise in a chilled environment. Downstairs gets really busy and lunch time after 12pm. No alcoholic drinks allowed upstairs. We found this out after we purchased the drinks...
J. J.
Very cool, good food selection, nice bar, cool music... perfect to take a brake while shopping
M. C.
Very nice venue and quite a decent food offering.
Will definitely go and visit again.
k.
Good selection of food and great for the football, it was like a little hidden market which is near Covent Garden
J. M.
Wings at petare / el pollote are 10/10 venue itself is ok, needs more music or vibe, it seems more of a library food court than the likes of hawker house
G. W.
Love this place - Great choice of restaurants and bars. You can dine with friends, all order something different from different restaurants and eat together. Plenty of seating to make it feel personal and not squashed next to strangers. Service was quick and the team are super friendly
N. W.
Great range of food drinks. Excellent atmosphere. Reasonable prices
D. S. R.
Wide open dinning location spread on two levels tucked neatly near the theaters.
Varied East Asian options with craft beer on the tap.
Food & service was great when we went there on a day that busier than regular.
I dont know if its regular but they had screen downstairs playing sports, the place was buzzing with energy all the while we were there!
d. w.
Wow never knew this place was here and worked in the area for years lol. Loads of food options and a buzzy atmosphere worth a visit if your in the area and hungry.
J. T.
I love this place, great beer and amazing food vendors but it’s incredibly frustrating that I’ve tried to go here twice in the last month and the food stalls closed before the stated closing time. Please update your times or put something on the website so I don’t keep wasting my time!
L. J.
This is my new favourite food market in London. Super stylish and a great selection of food. I have tried the pizza place, bao and the doughnut place. All fab! This will be my new place for pre theatre dinner.
J. R.
Pick and Cheese was an awesome intro to UK cheeses. Glad we got a reservation and tried it!
N.
Nice and modern concept and great design, where you can sit with friends and and everyone can choose his own prefered kitchen - all served to the same table. There are clean bathroom and cool drinking water tap in the dinning hall.
We ate in truffle - was fine but pricy, all burgers are served in doneness of well done, without an option to choose when ordering. Sauces are extras and not include in the price.
C. K.
buzzing food market. good choice of foods, dj sets were fun. clean
J.
Great place to keep everyone happy, prices were very reasonable and the food was tasty. Definitely be going back as the pizza restaurant has a "eat a 20 inch margarita, break the current shortest time, get the pizza free" challenge which I reckon is doable!
R. O.
Visited to go eat at Bong Bong for Phillipino food. The venue has a great atmosphere
R. J. R.
Awesome coop with lots of yummy food and drink choices.
D. Š.
Great place to eat & drink
A. K.
A bathroom when you need it, a dry place to sit and talk, creative independent sellers inside ! Clean and inviting
M. B.
Specialists in one market. The produce they were selling was of a very high quality. The vendors were friendly and knowledgeable. Halfway through there is an Alladins cave of small restaurants, each with different kinds of food.
M. M.
It seems to be a twenty-something hangout. We went Tuesday night and it was packed with young people having a great time
S. C.
Great indoor food hall with various cafe and diverse cuisine. There is a few stalls that sell artistic decorations and jewellery. It is well decorated and clean, although there was no hand sanitiser in the hand sanitiser station.
M. F.
Food hall with excellent choices. Nice bar and coffee place. Great concept to have amazing food.
V. H.
Really good atmosphere. My first visit, but won't be my last
J. S.
It was amazing. The 2 level food court has so much variety from pasta to fried chicken. A bit on the expensive side.
G. M.
Fun venue with good variety of food types all ordered via a slightly clunky QR code but once set up works well.
L. W.
Quick easy and friendly service. Great environment to meet friends although a bit hard to hear due to the acoustics in the very high ceilinged galleries.
K. N.
New favourite market in London! New, clean dining area with lots of international good food choices, will definitely come back!!
C. Y.
Love the vibes here and variety of food and drinks. Just a bit overpriced for £14 Reuben sandwich ... taste ok though..
J. W.
Lots of choices and all quality food. A bit hard to find a place to sit, but that's because it's so good and popular.
J. B.
What a brilliant new market! Had proper Chelsea Market vibes in NYC. Food was wonderful and friendly staff all round. Loads of great options for food and drink
T.
Great Vibe
Strawberry Daiquiri slushy: highly recommended
A. D.
Cool place being a short walk from Covent Garden. Lots of great street food places and a bar. Open style bench seating downstairs.
Great vibe for a Sunday chill with the family
P. M.
Great variation of food...the cheese conveyer you-sushi-esque was certainly something different!
J. C.
Went here for the Cheese Bar. Great experience but there are better places to go as far as the cheese selection is concerned.
r. a.
Beautifully modern day indoor market. Restaurants and deli counters await you. All set in a warm inviting atmosphere.
R. z.
Lots of variety food. Good if you people with different tastes.
E. R.
Buzzing, lively area with lots of different food and drink options. Very busy even on a Wednesday night.
A. G.
Nice, but struggled for seats in high peak times and food is expensive. Good atmosphere.
M. C.
Very good vibes and great food. I've been a few times now and had Mexican the first and veggie Filipino the second. Both times were great.
O. B.
Several kinds if coffee. And also variaty of ice cream.
L. P.
Food was excellent, was extremely busy and loud, would not recommend on a date 😅
R. R.
Independent food businesses, lovely place to have a quick bite especially if it's raining.
E. H.
Love it. So clean and spacious. Lots of food choice as well
A. S.
The type of place you can and want to be every week. Similar to Street Feast, but 7 Dials.
S. G.
Buzzing place with delicious food. On Saturdaynight it is really crowded.
J. K.
Lots of food options in a large space. Great vibe throughout the day.
K. U.
Really fun food market, great place to have a variety of foods and catch up with friends
F. F.
Honestly, this place was really good when you could book a table and order food and drinks from the table but now it's a bit of a mess. I'm also really disappointed that the treats club is leaving so probably won't come back any time soon tbh...
C. G.
Very impressed with the choice of food outlets within seven dials market
G. L.
Average experience. Very busy yet food isn't fast; internet doesn't work, and not enough seating area.
r. q.
Quiet small place and no place to seat. But the atmosphere was very jovial
C. W.
Quite a variety of food. Menus quit small. Food very good.
A. K.
Amazzzzing buzz, hip market with mini stalls serving delicious food from around the world.
What an amazing concept
T. A.
Good selection of food, largely fairly priced. Holds up well in the evening to have drinks and also in a day daytime for food.
I. W.
I visit here again and again. Don’t know why. I think it’s charming.
d. k.
If you're into crowded environments the atmosphere is nice, especially at night~
M. B.
Amazing selection of delicious food. Plenty of options including veggie and vegan. You can have a taste of small dishes from each food stall or dig in to a larger portion and not be disappointed.
Decor and set up is great for a group or just a couple looking for a quick casual bite.
Highly recommend
M. H. T.
Good place for an aperitivo or to meet up for a drink with friends.
L. W.
The got public toilet which is a good thing when out and about in town.
I. R.
So many food options! It delicious and perfect for when don’t have a reservation
J. F.
Great place to try different foods (Asian, Maxican, Mediterranean,.. . Very similar to a Hawker center of a food court in Asia. Method to ordering food is very good, from mobile phone and there is no need to download any application. Good atmosphere and fantastic location. I would recommend it.
A.
Nice place, big variety of food to eat!
K. B.
Great and cheese bar was soo tasty.
R. H.
It's decent. Plenty of choice for food and drink, lots of seats.
T. K.
Had smoke & bones. Can be a little busy if you don't book in advance but order via a link and food is brought to you. All good but food did get cold by the time food arrived as we sat upstairs and smoke&bones is downstairs
M. E.
Great eating experience. Scan the code. Menus from a range of different food suppliers. Order on your phone. Get food delivered to your table. Great!
A. D.
Nice place. Good value for money
Warm spot to have a break.
R. O.
Excellent food court, great variety and fairly quick to get food out. Arrive early to avoid missing out on a table (before 6pm)
M. l.
Brilliant idea great for party groups as you can all pick the food you like to eat from the different stalls without being disappointed by a set menu.
F. P.
Food and drinks for all, a must when visiting Covent garden..
L. B.
Plenty of good food options in this market area. Nice atmosphere.
I. E.
Good food, beer and nice vibes.
B. D.
But of a weird place. The food is definitely very tasty and varied (if at times overpriced!) However there are a few quirks to the market that I couldn't quite get on with. If you want a beer you have to go and buy that separately for crazy amounts of money for a tiny glass. If you want a soft drink your choices are limited to the Seven dials proprietary 'Square Root' bottles which are also expensive (£3 for a bottle of cola) and to be frank, bad. Overall there is a reason I am a repeat diner, some of the stalls are really good! Others not so much. The Cantonese cuisine downstairs is fantastic (I've had the pork 3 times), the fish and chips are also solid and extremely generously portioned. I'd avoid Montys as the portion is very small and expensive. No sides worth even considering (extra pickle!?) And you can't drink alcohol upstairs. The salt beef was good. But not worth the price.
R. S.
Already hugely popular but a really great food court. At a bare minimum, you should expect a good food court to have variety and it delivers, there are a number of different cuisines and options for all tastes plus a decently-sized bar to get drinks.
It’s super difficult to get seating downstairs due to the popularity of it but it’s absolutely worth a visit.
l. t.
You can find everything, it's perfect for lunch and dinner
R. J.
Great beers and groovy tunes here on a Saturday night!
J. M.
multi choice of food, you'll find something for youe diary
L. S.
Great food options, but a very strange layout. You can't drink alcohol upstairs and downstairs there is never seating available. Never ever! Some of the places have their own seating, but are completely empty like Monty's deli (I guess there are just too many of them now), but you can't seat there, unless you're eating there.
S. P.
An amazing spot where you can fine great food of many different style, my favourite for now is the cheese place where you can find a great selection of British cheeses running in front of you on a little treadmill. They are all numbered and thanks to the very detailed menu you can find any cheese in base of your taste. The garnish coming with the cheese are perfectly matching and a simple but good selection of wine will make the experience fantastic! Definitely worth a visit and if you are a cheese lover you will not find a better place than here!
L. K.
Great place for lunch, very nice atmosphere, you can find everything from finger food to huge bowls of ramen. Tried the pasta stand, the portions were decent and the pasta correctly executed. The steamed buns were delicious although a bit expensive. Would recommend.
I. H.
Amazing atmosphere. Great food choices
j. a.
Great atmosphere and very friendly staff
Would definitely recommend
J. H.
Very lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.
K. K.
Cocktails were nice but they ran out of alot of ingredients for the drinks.
G. T.
Plenty of little food places, very nice.
Y. A.
Good food selection
J. S.
This is probably one of my favourite food markets in London. Given where it is (just off of Covent Garden market) it’s not super busy and the food is incredible. The atmosphere is great and totally unpretentious yet is incredibly clean and polished. Possibly because it’s just been renovated. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the area.
L. L.
Great spacious food hall. Has a decent choice of different vendors. Prices are alright, you can get most foods for £10. Some places have lunch specials. It can get rather busy during lunch and dinner times, so go earlier to avoid the rush and get seats.
D. D.
A great new addition to Covent Garden/Seven Dials. The layout of the food hall is a lot more bright and airy than many similar places and the variety of food options is pretty broad.
There's plenty of space to sit down and it wasn't too busy for a midweek lunch. The Crab roll from Claw was very tasty and I didn't have to wait long for it to be ready after ordering. Definitely a good place to go for a quick lunch with friends!
M. T.
Great place to visit and perfect for foodies! I tried the cheese conveyor belt and the Mexican jackfruit burritos so far and they were incredible. There's also a DJ and bathrooms are free to use which always comes in hand when you're walking in the area.
D. W.
Lovely food, with a chilled atmosphere.
M. H.
Visited the cheese bar here. Disappointed they really do kick you out after 1.5 hours literally on the dot despite lots of empty spaces. But enjoyable experience
M. T.
This is a great place to meet up with friends in prime location in Covent Garden. I had a damn delicious burger from Truffle, and the service was really good and effective with Covid restrictions being maintained through the use of app and temperature checks at the door. Being able to book is a game-changer with this sort of place where there are multiple stalls and shared tables.
D. S.
Okay for the price. Don't wear fancy clothes coz it will smell fried food. Also, ordering experience is very very inefficient. You have to order in the app, but you cannot place one order for food from different sections.
S. P.
How did I miss that street food is now not just something you can no longer get for a fiver, but well over a tenner at places like this? Maybe when it’s busy there might be a great vibe here, but on a rainy mid week afternoon this looked more like a mall food court to me. Still it offers a good amount of variety in one space for this hectic part of the city. But for these prices I’d rather be sitting down and getting a little service. ......my bright spot: truffle burger @£8.50. Delicious.
D.
Really nice market with several food and drinks stand. We went to Club Mexicana. I ordered the vegan tacos and there were delicious! I am not a vegan but if we had this kind of restaurant in my city I'd definitely check it out too :)
B.
Great food and venue, just a shame the music was really random and far too loud. Ended up shouting to the person sat right next to me!
C. F.
This new market encompasses some of Kerb's best food stalls. Having been to many of these places when they were still pop up they are all fantastic and the market offers something for every taste. There is also a bar so great for drinks and a cafe upstairs which is great for the daytime.
M. G.
A great place for street food which for the most is good, prices are pretty reasonable for the area and food style.
My only issue is that it is also a meeting place and it is unlikely that once you purchased your food you will not find a table or place to eat,so be prepared to stand or eat off a bin lid as we did.
The management need to sort this out,no food no seat!
D. A.
Really good variety of handcrafted street food under one roof.
J. M.
Amazing space, best coffee I've had in ages from 'big shot' they do a great refillable filter but also some really fancy single origin pour overs, and I'm not one for a doughnut normally but I tried the old fashioned one and it was spectacular. Also really good veggie truffle burger that I came back for later on!
K.
Loads of great food places to choose from. Quite busy though.
J. F.
Lots of small shops... Lots of people. Work seeing once and getting food!
A. B.
Some really nice places but it’s WAY TOO LOUD. Painfully so.
A. J.
Amazing place, modern and different just in Soho area. Good prices for food and drink and great atmosphere.
M. O.
Lovely place for a variety of food. And a great atmosphere. Perfect for date night, after-work drinks or a catch up with friends or family!
C. M.
Brilliant spot for various food and drink options. Something for everyone. Really clean and covid safe. Staff were friendly too.
R. B.
Didn’t eat anything but you can feel the vibes here 👍🏻
P. S.
A new food hall in seven dials and it looks good.
Food kiosk offer good variety of food and the place is spacious.
Give it a go when you are around in this area. Most interesting place is probably the cheese on conveyor belt.
Ps: is it only me or are people getting just to comfortable (aka snowflake generation) overheard security guards complaining that they are cutting down on security personal and that this means they have to work more making them tired more quickly.
A. C.
Visited on a Saturday night and it has a really buzzy atmosphere, perfect for meeting up with friends or a date night. Great selection of food stands - the standard burgers, bao but also some more unusual stalls like lobster rolls, a kind of Yo Sushi for cheese, so whatever you're into basically you'll be covered! I tried the beyond meat burger and some chicken from El Pollotte and both were so good! The hardest thing is choosing what to have. Also has two bars, one with alcohol, craft beers and one alcohol free. Very cool and will definitely be going back!
F. O.
Cool and trendy place to eat
Expensive but lots of interesting meal choices
F. B.
Really nice place for a Saturday evening with friends
L. A.
Delicious food with a super fun vibe - try the guava glazed chicken at El Polotte - delicious
H. Ö.
Great ambience, high energy and relaxed hip food market. Tables in middle downstairs or small tables around, sit or stand up while you eat and drink good. Seems to attract young adults, and as always London is a melting pot for all kind of people
U. M.
Amazing place to hang, meet some friends and grab a drink and a bit.
J. P.
Great space for various food stalls... reasonable priced and plenty of seating.
J. H.
The variety of this place makes it worth visiting. I'm not a fan of gluten free options (offered here) but I do like variety (also available here) and it delivered. The group tables offer a good chance to make new friends.
C. A.
Beautiful setting.cool vibes. Vegan food ❤️
N. D.
Great variety of food at the market, if a little pricey (hey, it's London). I'm vegan and find Yum Bun and Vegan Tacos to be fab. There's a lovely pasta place too that has veg and vegan options.
S.
Great place to eat, drink and meet up
Q. Q.
Great place to have multiple different food options available at once. All reasonably priced. The downside is that it is really crowded, hard to find a seat etc... also air circulation is not that good, be ready to be smelling like a frying pan
L. W.
Best wings, cheese carousel and top brewery beers. Not 5 star as seating with drinks is only downstairs and prices are steep but no more than expected for the area. *Lost a star as the owner of seven dials (💰) called me Lewis in his reply.. 😢
D. C.
A brilliant new street food hall & market from Kerb, the street food collective, and some of their best traders.
I was incredibly impressed - all the restaurants looked excellent, and the space is really well designed.
The ground floor has restaurants like Pick & Cheese (from The Cheese Bar), the world's first conveyor belt cheese restaurant, Club Mexicana, with their vegan Mexican food, Monty's Deli (Bagels, salt beef & more), and a soda bar from Square Root Sodas.
Downstairs there is communal seating, with about 12 kitchens serving anything from burgers (Truffle), Asian bowls (Yin, from The Rice Guys), and pasta (Strozzapreti), and lots more.
There is also a bar on the lower level, serving local craft beers, plus wines and cocktails. It's good that the bar is a bit hidden away - this means that you don't see big groups of drinkers as soon as you enter, like in most of the other ones.
Incredibly impressive - this is going to be a huge hit!
K. W.
Wow what a gem! The new banana factory and cucumber alley food courts are really nice!
S. D.
Adrian our server was very attentive. Great food and very friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere. Great for a date
T. M.
Good place to find food in Seven Dials area.
I. R.
Nice new edition to an already very popular area for food and drink.
Good selection of about 10 different food offerings.
Food seems higher priced than some similar markets I've been to, maybe the ground rent here is higher.
C. W.
Great place to meet friends and have a coffee. We were there early in the morning so fairly quiet.
M. M.
Best food court I've been to. Table service works well. The London curry noodles are tasty and the portion size is huge...
R. M.
Feels like yet another overly expensive place that doesn’t really cater to the people that walk around the area. Everyone is out shopping and this is just made out to be a tad too close to a fine dining experience. Also quite a smoke steam room.
S. M.
I thought it had lost a bit of it's vibe and the food (two different outlets) was nothing to write home about, disappointed
O. L.
Love the look and feel of the place, very spacious and bright. Would totally recommend the coffee from Big Shot (the place that also sells doughnuts). I've always struggled to find good quality coffee in Covent Garden, so will definitely go back!
E. F.
Such a chilled, well-organised area of a bustling part of London. Like a secret escape from the streets!
P. A.
It was OK. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again. Just wasn't inspired by any of the options. Meat burrito had very little meat, chicken wings were over-fried, no one takes cash which is all most of us had, so one of us had to pay for everyone else, and not enough seating.
H. C.
Basically an indoor Kerb food spot, which is always a welcome treat as the amount of times i've risked being soaked trying to get some street food from Kerb in Canary Wharf or Tower Bridge! Great choice available, and a new fave is a lovely donut and coffee spot. So much better than nearby Arcade Food Theatre.
Z. S.
Lot’s of different food places in one area. Good for large groups for informal evenings. Tired the fried chicken with guava. Glad I made that choice. Would like to sample the other places.
N. S.
Great food and service. Loved the fish & chips
s.
Street food has been taking the storm in UK for years now like the Borough Market.
Enter Seven Dials Market which is a spacious modern foodhall which equips independent businesses with permanent fixtures while there is a comfortable hall for people dine in.
There are two floors, the street level one features a Monty's deli, club Mexicana and The cheese bar with the world's first cheese conveyor belt restaurant.
On the lower ground floor you have pasta, Asian food etc.
To summarize, depending on how successful the restaurants are, you might find restaurants coming and going quite fast.
a.
Great selection of food. Although indoors there's still quite a bit of light from the skylight!
S. L.
a hidden gem in between the many touristy places, the selection of food and drinks is amazing, the place is very colourful and welcoming especially because it’s like a closed market and is kept warm which is a huge plus in the winter. i recommend trying the truffle burgers downstairs on the right
T. S.
Is that a new place? Nice discovery. Another great food court with clever ordering system. Not a lot of choice (about 5-6 restaurants) but it was good and fast enough.
E. F.
Came for Club Mexicana which was closed but Hannah was amazing. She recommended a couple of other vegan options. The pasta from Strozzapreti was incredible. Massive thank you for being so helpful 😀
C. O.
With high street chains running into the skids all over town, it seems the future is foodhalls. This one is in a plum location and finally feels the right fit for the space. The downstairs feels both busy and soulless at the same time, it feels like way more seats could have been fitted in for a more canteen style feel. We ended up upstairs where there was an odd business regarding the sale of alcohol. My friend had bought a beer to drink with her meal but wasn’t allowed to bring it upstairs to our table, but we were allowed to buy a bottle of wine upstairs to drink at same table. I don’t drink and maybe it’s ok as apparently millennials barely do either.... but I think it would be good for it to be super clear what the policy/licensing arrangement is before you buy anything alcoholic. Overall a good addition to the neighbourhood
I. B.
Great place to rest, eat and drink in the heart of the city just next to Covent Garden
N. K.
I really like the concept. two floors of street food. Its the same like markethall just the vendors are different. The food are a bit pricey. the japanese/ taiwan dessert wheel cakes are yummy. we didnt try the donuts; looks delicious. Nanban was ok. ( halal ramen store). next we will try the cheese conveyor.
A. V.
Cheese conveyor belt was a very cool idea!
R. A.
Hidden market full of things to eat and buy. Worth a visit if git are in the area
A. B.
Great range of street food restaurants. They have adapted to Covid brilliantly. Would recommend Bong Bongs
P. C.
Vibe! 🇬🇧
S. E.
Lovely venue with lots of food and drink options. Nice place for a date!
J. S.
A most ridiculous food court, in a good way
M. “. K. A.
Great place to meet and catch up with friends.
k.
Great place for shopping and something to eat, great design and finish off with a great glass of wine. Don't forget to stop by.
A. F.
Really lovely venue with very chilled vibes. Super cool place for an after work catchup or weekend browse and brunch. Live singer on Friday nights, maybe more nights too. Plenty of seating.
Not too much vegan food choice hence 4*
J. N.
Trendy with loads of Street Food on offer. Can highly recommend the "Vegan Tacos" outlet. If however you plan to buy a Wheelcake from the Wheelcake Island guys in the entrance corridor, be prepared to wait for up to 20 minutes just to get one.
A. S.
Great place to grab food and drinks, might be hard to find a table though
N.
Great selection of food from all the different restaurants. There's even a bookstore with cooking and food related books
a. k.
A variety of everything. I found there as a convenient pace to sit before a performance you are attending
K. &. A. G.
A range of nice eateries, for a light bite.
M. G.
Nanban is amazing and cool live music. Benches outside with table and a good atmosphere.
T. B.
Really good selection of restaurants and food places to get something to eat. Because of its popularity you might find it difficult to find somewhere to sit down. It’s a great space in the middle of London
V.
This is a nice little Spot where you can go to catch up over food or drink. Range of different eat. I personally would of liked if there was more options.
P. G.
Hard to judge a place by its food and decor, so I'm just going to say that one of the guys who work here was wearing a velvet black shirt unbuttoned down to his tummy. He also had a chinstrap beard. Also the place sells donuts.
J. M.
Lovely range of food and fresh produce. Loved the fresh range of breads on the market stall and the cheese conveyor belt. Disabled access is available and toilets are free.
N. F.
Good little buzz about this place, with many options of food at usual London prices including Vegan options too. However I had a Pastrami sandwich for £14, which although very nice, was certainly no Tommy Dinic's in Philadelphia
J. M.
Accidentally stumbled into this place. Heard a magnetic beat permeating from an unknown direction. Open the door and felt the London buzz. Great idea and wonderful to enjoy whilst passing through this fine city.
S. H.
Good selection of options for all cuisine preferences.
D. D.
Good venue, good food, good choices
R. G.
Great food selection and music.
S. C.
Really enjoyed my visit. The variety and quality of the food from all the different vendors was fantastic. A great place for lunch and the repurposed building is a joy.
N. O.
A vibrant place for a bite to eat.
F. _.
Amazing little food market in the heart of Covent Garden , had the chicken burger from el pollote, tasty. A little pricey ,They should work out on lunch deals problably. Overall recommended.
K.
Amazing lively atmosphere, best for the winter!
L. N.
This was a beautiful place to stroll around looking for gifts
M. S. T.
Environmental is good. Ventilation not installed well, smelly clothes after came out from this food market. Price is high, it’s equivalent to eating at restaurants.
Z.
Nice street food (Kerb) but on the pricey side. Lots of shared seating but busy in the evening. Beer served in small glasses not Pints..weird.
G. T.
Great place with good music but the table service was really slow.
N. F.
Amazing space, delicious food from selected independent street food traders and producers, live performance.
Definitely worthy visiting for tourists and locals, it’s not just another food mall in London.
C. v. C.
A Mercato Metropolitano lookalike. And an original cheese restaurant. This market may become a success. However, 2/3 of a pint at £4.50 equates £6.75 for a pint. That is a lot, even for Seven Dials' standards.
B. N.
Excellent venue - lots of options
J. C.
You can get different kind of food in there, really nice area.
S. P.
Good choice of food and drinks but we weren't told we could only drink downstairs
F. C.
Interesting place in the heart of Covent Garden and Theatre land. We went to Monty's deli for a Reuben salt beef and and pastrami sandwich withcoffee from another stall
O. M.
Fun place. Feel like app needed work. Probably different now that restrictions are out
S. W.
I have always said, London should have a food hall (everyother capital has, so not sure why london hasnt). This place is great, loads of small boutique restaurants sell great food. I would highly recommend it.
A. R.
What a lovely and quirky market. Very hip and trendy, the eateries are wonderful and there is a buzz around there. Worth visiting with friends and in larger groups.
D.
Just went in for drinks. But really enjoyed it. Nice place
G. G.
Great little botique dining experience. A shame that covid has killed the vibe that makes this place great..still the staff do a great job and the food/drinks are still great!
W. K.
Lots of great food options, unique stalls and great bars. Space to sit and relax, and free water. Great place to people watch
D.
Good, but few food stalls needs to change. The ramen place is not great. The Vegan ramen was frankly pathetic. But the rest is good. Lovely atmosphere.
R. G.
Nice food market centrally located.
Restaurants are a bit overpriced but in general a good variety of cuisines to chose from for a quick bite or a lunch break .
Highly recommended
n. f.
Great modern new food hall in the heart of seven dials. Fun space with many food and drinks offerings. Open 7 days lunch and dinner.

Unfortunately very crowded on weekends.
M. L.
Cool place, take a seat and order from the comfort of your phone
A. M.
Noisy, expensive, not really that wide a range of vendors. Staff friendly though.
I. L.
Just discovered this. Very nice place. Had been a shopping mall once but makes for a much more impressive food hall.
V. C.
The vibe is good but the food is okay. Drinks are cheap. Just a place to hangout with friends when you can’t agree on what to eat
S. P.
Some good food can be found here, especially the wheel cakes, but it can get busy and noisy if you don't get in quick enough.
C. W.
Friendly staff great atmosphere great food and beveraged
E.
Great place to be, great atmosphere. Pretty busy. Food good but pricy, depends on which you'll take.
E. S.
Great cocktails 🍸 Spacious location with food court solution from different cuisines. Live music on the weekends

Nice food court with lots of interesting options.

They have a live DJ on selected nights post Covid (July 2021)
L. v. d. B.
Loved all the Christmas lights!

Buzzing!
There’s quite a few options to eat, not overly expensive with good portion size.
Though it can get a bit cramped, and the connection there is not great.
T. N.
Wide variety of places to eat, plenty of seating (but naturally very busy on weekends)
A. S.
Toilets were beautiful. Lovely young lady working very hard. Food was also beautiful.
J. S.

A. A.
Nice place but very crowded
a. c.
Really amazing atmosphere and design, wide variety of food choices, needs to make napkins more accessible
d. c.
Enormous place with a relaxed atmosphere.
A. T.
Nice looking place, but almost no vegan options for lunch, and none at all for dessert.
J. K.
Hackney's Gelato was mindblowing. Do yourself a favor and try the Pistachio Lemon. And by the way, Mince Pie isnt meat-based:p
F. A.
Pretty good but noisey and even more with loud music... But ok for quick bite lots to choose from.... Has it all here
M. P.
Super centric, cozy, loads of people but you can still sit in comfortable, and amaaaazing food choices!!! I love it!
J. A.
Great food and atmosphere! Staff were fantastic!
J. G.
I don't understand all the whining about this place being expensive. It's good food and a solid vibe. Welcome to London and Central London when it comes to cost.

Great place, similar concept to kommune in Sheffield. Except they have a cheese conveyor here! Xx

Nice looking place, a live rapper🎤 BUT such a muddy sound..
Would be a fine venue for DJ if they sorted the sound 🔊 😎
R. T.
Plenty of options if you are a foodie!
K. H.
Ordered the horchata and churros with dulce de leche and was a nice dessert
R. M. P.

An amazing space somewhere between food hall and open bar and conversation space . I imagine many boardgames will love it
