Ordered salad oliveh and Kobudeh and bread Everything was delicious and had 25 percent off If you like Persian food then this is nice option for north London I usually travel 1.5 hours for my usual place but this May of replaced it

Amazing place should go for sure .. this restaurant is a bit different from other Iranian restaurant, the design so nice and food above expected, so nice and cooked well .. the service also nice and fast with smile face .. the place clean with lovely hygiene. The prices good not cheap and not expensive. You can park your car there after 6pm freely in side roads or earlier there are many paid car park. Definitely I will go back again one day soon.

Interior design is awesome, food quality is great for some foods and mediocre for some other foods. serving process is not bad but they can improve it. Generally a good experience, I was there a few times and I’ll go again. 👍🏻

It’s nice Iranian cousin and warm welcome from friendly staff. We used only traditional Iranian cold drink 🥤 such as Havij bastani, Ab anar, masjoon, shai havij badtany, shir moz peste and Masjoon makhsoos, they were very tasty and delicious but maybe not as you expected having in Iran, but they were still acceptable in London, Price are a little bit expensive. As this restaurant is located next to Main Street in north Finchley, finding Carpark is not very easy., but specially if you want go for dinner after 28:30 , you can find some Carpark bays very close, otherwise you need to go street in that area and finding Carpark public as they are a lot of in Barnet neighbourhood. I recommend this Iranian restaurant for a serving a meal with your friends and family.

Great ambience great meat kebab great Ghormeh Sabzi. Tender pieces. We came in and sat in the traditional floor seat area. Bowls of hot clear soup amd salad followed by yoghurt dips and fresh hot bread. Main meal Food arrived 20 mins later. I did not experience any of the negative feedback here . The staff are very flexible and great with kids. The meal was finished by a pot of Persian tea on a hot candle to keep it brewing. Perfect perfect finishing. 🥰

I visited Shah Abbas on Tuesday for my birthday, there was 30 of us. The food was amazing and more than we could finish, the fresh juices and drinks were stunning, super strong, the staff were very polite,definitely worth the price. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was up having taking pictures around the restaurant as the decor is absolutely stunning.

Went to Shah Abbas restaurant for a leaving do. We had an array of foods as well as deserts. The food was presented nice and hot with fresh bread. The deserts were tasty too. The place though decorated very nicely lacked in cosiness. Despite the food being hot, they tasted a little bland. The cold starters were quite good though. Thoroughly enjoyed those. The staff were very friendly and amicable. We did not try the shisha there. Overall, worth a visit but nothing to talk about.

The kebab and stew are average. But they have the best broadbean rice in town. The service is not the best, and no parking spaces. Also delivery is very shady. Some days they deliver some days they don’t. The last time we got take away we paid 64 pounds for 3 skewers of kebab (no rice) and a whole fried chicken with rice. On the pricy side. But tastes good . Chicken was a bit dry. In general it could come with some side vegetables or bread otherwise it’s just too boring.

The staff is the only negative comment I have to say about this resturant. They were quite slow initially. They threw our starters away when I asked to box the remains, then once asked they forgot my water, our chips, garlic dip and to even bring my partner a plate for his meal. Such a shame because the decor is so pretty, a clean well kept environment with lovely food. The waitresses need better training. There were actually 5 of them around and only our table of 3 in the whole resturant at the time and they still got things wrong.

It's a comfortable and beautiful Iranian restaurant with delicious dishes. They serve variety kind of Persian cuisine with fresh bread and starters. Its family friendly environment and kind hosts made a nice lunch for us. Though their prices look a little more expensive than average of other Persian restaurants around London but I think is worth it giving the size of their portions and warm and welcoming atmosphere. Hope you have a pleasant experience there too.

Great kebab and lovely atmosphere to have traditional Persian dishes with music)) Really enjoyed every time of visiting with friends and family. Already feels like home :) though I am not Persian at all. Just one thing, tea wasn't satisfactory since it's made very bitter.

Very friendly and nice staff. They also offer complimentary salad. So why 3 star? Firstly this restaurant has cash only policy! This is not a cheap takeaway that is asking for cash only from customers. This is a proper restaurant and card payment should be available. So I took out one star for cash only policy. Secondly, the food taste was average. We had Gheymeh stew and it was a bit watery. We also had Baghali polo with lamb shank and we could rarely find any baghali in Baghali polo. It was more Shivid polo than Baghali polo. The quality of food is far better in some other Iranian/Persian restaurants.

The service was incredible, the menu was simply full of great choices and the food was outstanding. They cook everything fresh as there are no freezer in the restaurant and we could taste the real healthy food. The chef is a very knowledgeable nice gentleman who truly know what the proper authentic Persian food is. His artistic mind and soul says it all so a massive well done to him and his team for first time opening a proper Persian Fine dinning. I can’t wait to eat here again and again.

Lovely local Persian restaurant with delicious food. Portions are very generous, prices reasonable and they give you complimentary salad. Homemade bread and starters (especially the aubergine) are very tasty. The grilled chicken and lamb kebabs are tender and succulent with plenty of rice. The only thing lacking is a homemade chili/tomato sauce - they give you a bottle of sriracha sauce instead!! At the back of the restaurant is a shisha lounge where you can chill and have tea/shisha.

I've walked past this place many times without taking much notice. This evening my family and I decided to stop for dinner and what a wonderful surprise! Once seated we were warned that the kitchen was extremely busy but it was worth it. The food was good we had a stew x 2 and a grilled dish and they all tasted excellent. The barley soup took me by surprise. It really tasted amazing. The restaurant was amazing and the food was extremely warm when I collected it. The Koobideh was done just right and the rice was fluffy. The bread was super fresh and I loved that. As always, Shah Abbas has impressed me. It was a shame to see the restaurant empty during lockdown but I appreciate the fact that it's open for food collections. I really mean this. I've made a promise to come at least once a month once lockdown is over. Shah Abbas is technically a little piece of Tehran in London. Thank you.

Great Persian food, friendly staff and good environment. You always get a salad and 3 cups of spiced delicious yogurt. The best dish is Sheved Polo with lamb neck which is a their super dish. Portions are large , and prices are normal. Most people enjoy the Neck dish there.

Ordered food from them for delivery service. Generally pretty good to be honest. The rice and meat were rather decent. But they forgot some of the basic things which I found a little disappointing - these being the butter and sumac which generally always come with your chelo kebab dishes. I would also say that their 'doogh' (Iranian yogurt drink) isn't worth the money they're charging either. To be fair to the person I spoke with on the phone, I was told that the 'dooghs' are made at the restaurant, And that they're be coming in unpackaged small bottles, which I agreed to, And the price (£2.50) but I was honestly expecting something much better for that money. But all in all, decent food and customer service - just will make sure to remind them to bring the butter and sumac next time.

Badly understaffed, service is therefore very slow and you struggle to get staff attention. The grill mix is ridiculously expensive and you get the same items cheaper if you ordered items separately. Avoid It's a real shame, this place could actually be very good if they management ironed out silly issues like above
