Foods ok, probably Mcdonalds level, but its more than double the price, my burger was fine, looked nothing like what they advertise on the wall tho, sad vegan burger :(

This appears to be a very popular place to eat, as it was rather busy. The food came in good time however. The food is very tasty - certainly a step up from McDonald's. However, you will notice the difference in cost too. I would also say that while it is high in quality, you don't get much in terms of quantity. If you're happy with that trade off then Shake Shack is a good spot for you to eat. I got a vanilla milkshake when I visited. It was pretty good but the paper straw provided by the restaurant was near useless after a couple of minutes.

Shake shack is my FAV. It’s better than Five Guys and all other burger places in my opinion. I would say their prices are slightly on the high side but it’s worth it especially for the service you get. I LOVE the Brent Cross branch. Staff are so efficient and they work so quickly. Can’t leave Brent Cross without visiting, it’s becoming an addiction 💀💀

I've been craving milkshakes and I hear Shake Shack does the classic vanilla well. I order this with malt as an add on for 50p. I assumed it would be pricier than a McDonalds milkshake, but I was expecting better quality. It delivered well, creamy, malty and I didn't feel any artificial flavour. I noticed they market the milkshakes as being 'hand spun'; perhaps this a way of showing their milkshakes some TLC. I got tempted to get some fries as well. For £3 I got a fist full of crinkle cut chips. Whilst they tasted ok, the portion size was shamefully small. In comparison, Five Guys fries tumble out of the paper cup, they taste far better and the price is approximately the same. I don't know about the burgers at Shake Shack, trying them would give a more filling review.

The food was very tasty one of the best veggie burgers I had honestly, some people complain about the size BUT for me was more than enough, also the french fries amazing. Also I want to highlight a young black guy working on Sunday (20/02/2021) the job he was doing was amazing, making sure everyone was happy, smiling all the time, cleaning tables, getting ready orders, honestly he didn't stop at all. Well done!

A bit overpriced, drink is £3.25. No meal deals or offers. The burger has a unique distinctive flavour which is a plus. However, it's a bit small, definitely not for an adult and the price. You might wanna try the double. The cheese with fries is something to avoid. Tasted like a cheap cheese powder.

This place was recommended to me, the experience was below expectations. It was too busy, not enough space for the number of customers so quite uncomfortable with constant pressure on your seat. I ordered a Flat Dog, very small and basic, wasn't worth the money, didn't taste great and £1 extra for cheese sauce that was powdery. Average price here is £11 per head.

I'm not an avid burger lover but was with someone who really wanted to try this place. Straightforward menu with veggie and vegan option which I guess is a must these days. The burgers are very fast food, think 5 guys rather than honest burger. The vegan burger was fine and my 2 compadres enjoyed their beef and chicken burgers. We had 3 burgers, 2 lots of cheesy chips, 2 milkshakes and a lemonade which set us back fifty quid. That's five zero. I think this was too much IMHO for the quality. Eating out is just getting too expensive, even for dirty burgers.

There appears to be online ordering capabilities with QR codes at each table, but I had zero reception sitting in the restaurant. You can connect to Wifi, but will need to log in. I was able to order at the till and was served quickly, however. The gochujang chick’n bites were very flavourful. The chicken breast was moist and tender; the batter was crunchy; and the gochujang added a nice kick. However, I was expecting more than a drizzle of sauce, like how spicy Korean chicken is tossed and coated. I also felt that the cost was high, especially since the gochujang version cost £1 more than the regular, I believe. I just had a look at the menu online and noticed that they forgot to give me my dipping sauce. That explains why I felt the drizzle was lacking. Way too late to do anything about it now, since I’ve eaten and am back home. The service was friendly, but shame that they didn’t give me my whole order.

Slightly disorganised greeting but probably because they were fairly busy. Once we got our table we were prompted to order online via a QR code. I don't have a QR scanner on my phone, nor did I have great reception throughout most of the shopping centre to get online. I asked if we could order at the till instead but was told I should try and order online first and only if it doesn't work can I then go to the till. This wasted a lot of time. Having never eaten at Shake Shack before, I found the menu slightly confusing (I think it's one of those places that would benefit from a "Hey, have you eaten here before?" on arrival). I placed my order for some mains, sides and concretes and was asked if I wanted "more drinks". Only did this question make sense to me when our food arrived and I realised that a concrete is more of an ice cream than a milkshake! I found the food absolutely delicious but would never expect to pay £30+ for 2 people's lunch in what is essentially a glorified fast food establishment. Portion sizes are small and a £6 hotdog that is literally just a sausage and bread!? No onions, or condiments... It wasn't the smoothest dining experience but at least the food was tasty. It's a "restaurant" that I've now ticked off my list but there wasn't much about this place that would encourage me to try it again.

Had the double shake meister and cheesey chips and really enjoyed it. Thought the burger would be bigger for the price but was really tasty with the fried shallots

Highly recommended for the burgers, in particular the smoke shack and rootbeer float and garlic fries. The ambience is great, spacious and airy and in the shopping mall where there are many excellent boutiques and cafes.

The customer service here was excellent. I literally wrote this review just to say this, because I didn't expect it to be that good because it's a fast food restaurant. The workers were very friendly and helpful, I felt very attended to and looked after. They seemed like they cared about me as a customer. The food is really nice... I had the cheeseburger and fries and it tasted very nice. The burger was a bit on the small size, but that's not the problem of this branch...I guess it's just the size of the burgers at all their branches. I would probably opt for a double cheeseburger next time to get a bigger size. Overall, I would come here again if I'm in the area.

So as a parent with kids with allergies, I was PLEASANTLY surprised to see that we could eat alot of the items on their menu. From the Fries, the hot dog, burger and buns! Everything was vegan free! And if we wanted something like the hot dog which came with a buttered bun...we were offered an alternative. Absolutely amazing and hassle free day out with the kids. Love it!

I ordered a meal for collection a few weeks ago from shake shack Brent Cross. I was really struggling with my mental health that day, and due to not driving, needed to take public transport to pick up my order. Normally this is something I can do with ease, however due to the way I was feeling mentally I really struggled to make it to the restaurant in time. Despite not being able to arrive in time for my order, the staff at this branch went above and beyond to re-assure me that I could collect my order when I was later able to arrive, and even went to the trouble of making it fresh a second time. The service of the staff made my day go from not great at all, to wonderful, as I was able to enjoy some delicious food, despite being unable to arrive at my selected collection time. I would highly recommend visiting this shake shack branch if you are ever near by.

Overpriced as the portions are small. The burgers and buns are child size. Over £4 for a diet coke. There are better value burger restaurants out there and I'm not talking about McDonalds or Burger King. I won't be rushing back.

It was ok (nice). But was it worth the money? No. GOCHUJANG CHICK’N BURGER The burger roll was very nice and soft, but could have been a roll from anywhere. The chicken, was very nice, perfect in size and yes it was nicer than any other crispy fried chicken out there. Then there was the slaw. Ok so 5 strands of slaw. Seriously, I was robbed. Get the roll and the filling right, and you've got the best Chicken burger out there Crinkle cut fries. Absolutely nice. I can't say anymore than that. First visit, and to be honest I wasn't really disappointed. But your prices are just a bit too high for the size of the portions. Would I visit again? Possibly not. To expensive for a burger meal Bill came in at just over £15. Which included a Sticky toffee Concrete. Apparently made from custard but was just icecream.

Ordered one ShackMeister and one double stack ShackMeister with 2 fries. They honestly do delicious burgers, the meat was good well, bread was a brioche bread which nicely balanced the sweet and saltiness of the burger. The lemonade was good too, slightly too sweet for me. Only downside i would say it’s the size of their burgers. One was not enough.

The food is very expensive for what you get. £4 for a TINY box of chips and cheese dip, not even real cheese. Burgers are tiny and an extra £1 for sauce. Social distancing and food ordering process is excellent and pretty speedy. They do table service where you order on the app and bring it to you while you wait. Shroom burger, chicken burger, chicken bites and bacon fries were all very tasty. Only critique was that it was all a little bit salty.

I came to the store earlier today and was very pleased with the overall service I was given and the quality of the food , first I want to say the male cashier who served me was very helpful and gave very good service , then once I received my food I was very impressed, I was approached by the manager on the floor called Marcus, I want to say he is truly amazing the way he runs the store and he’s Customer service is amazing , he was very friendly and I was very impressed by him, we had a very pleasant conversation ,I will definitely be coming back and hope to see Marcus as he truly made my visit special.
