D. B.Good chicken burgers, a little on the small side.
The crinkle fries are great.
The double shack burger (beef) is a good shout, these patties are smashed and the crispy edges taste great - patties are seasoned well, to the point if you try the beef itself you enjoy it without sauce.
The custard shakes are okay, lemon meringue was too sweet but the classic black and white is good.
B. L.TLDR; Good burgers and open til late (for the Wharf anyway) but drinks can be a bit pricey
One of the few food places in the wharf to open until 11pm. Burgers and fries here are consistently good and satisfying. Soft drinks here can be very pricey at nearly 3 quid a pop so had to knock a star off.
S. M.Order took a while to make but the freshness made up for it. Busy location also, so be mindful of time. Ordered the limited edition gouhujang fries and the chick’n shack. Chicken sandwich was 10/10, did not disappoint and the fries were alright the sauce just got a little too sweet and overpowering at the end.

Provided they're kept outside, they sell doggy biscuits which our dog loved as much we did the human food.

C. R.Absolutely filthy... One of the most amazing "dirty burgers" in London. Needed a shower afterwards it was so good... Only minor gripe is that on busy nights, the layout and how the store is run is chaos: people have to crowd together to wait for their orders, which is a super spreader's wet dream, not even close to social distancing... The little buzzers they used to have are sorely missed!

K. N.Standard from one of the world most popular and recognisable burger joint. This one in Canary Wharf is big and clean with helpful staff.
The buttermilk friend chicken burger is juicy and huge so, you're getting your money's worth, and the largehsize drinks is decent value for money. You'll walk away after your meal feeling pretty stuffed.
Nothing wrong with this branch. Very nice cheat-day treat.
L. S.We like this restaurant specially the kids, we go there regularly and order takeaways currently. The cheese burger is good but small unless you order the double one but I prefer the chicken burger even the chick is a bit salty. Unfortunately every time we order take away we pay of extra cheese in our chicken burger but for unknown reason they always forget to add it. Kids like there cheese fries and chicken bits but again the chicken is salty. There milkshakes, lemonade and custard are all good as well.

The chicken burger is soso for me as the chicken is quite dry however the veggie mushroom burger is quite nice
Chips was fairly small portion and cheese didn't came on top as expected but came in a bowl instead which not my favorite

O. W.Lets be honest, it doesn’t get better than a shake shack. This one has a great location, right in the centre of canary wharf. It has a good space for indoor seating but it also has outdoor seating if needed.
Customer service was great and the food cane really quick as expected. The burgers were in line with shake shacks brilliant quality bar.

It's situated in a prime location near to Canary Wharf Station and HSBC building. Ambience is super cool and altogether a chill-out place. Staffs are really courteous..
A. B.My friend and I decided to try the veggie burger with crispy shallots one with and one without but they forgot the shallots. So received separately. The burgers did not have any taste what so ever. Very bland. The manager Margarita was walking around and asking us if everything was OK. So we mentioned about the burgers. She was extremely apologetic and asked us if we would like another burger and we chose the spicy chicken one which we originally wanted. That was extremely great customer service from Margarita Thank you.
E.The waiting time for the food is around 5-10minute. But definitely worth the wait, was delicious. I can recommend the cheesy fries + chicken shak burger. A little small for the price but after eating it, I ordered 1 more. 5/5⭐

T. D.The five star rating because I might be biased. After living in NYC for 3 years, I was almost in tears when I saw Shake Shack close to my house.
I have only ordered deliveries and if you’re a Shake Shack fan, you’ll love it! Shroom Burgers and Truffle Fries are my go to. Also, love their Vanilla Shake.
They could do a better job at delivery (or talk to their delivery partners) because most of the time the Cheese Sauce and Fries in my order are all messed up. But otherwise, pretty great!

M. F.This Shake Shack is very much like all other Shacks in the UK, though it is much smaller. The restaurant was not particularly busy so I was served quite quickly and received my food farily quickly too.
The food was as good as always, though everything was served as takeaway for obvious reasons. The only downside for me was that even though the resaurant had signs posted all over to inform customers of the social distancing measures, people kept coming in via the exit only door. Not one member of staff asked these people to come in via the entrance. I ordered Chick’n Bites with a dip and I didn't receive the dip.
Other than that I did enjoy my food.

I'm a soft bun person and Shake Shack definitely delivers on this wish!
I always go for the mushroom and cheese burger. You can bite into the fried mushroom patty, squish the buns and just observe as the cheese oozes out the patty.
F. H.Man alive or dead! It's the best the most cracking resuturant on our planet. If I was to compare to my local restaurant called champion chickens to this smashing place there would such a difference you could publish a book on the difference between them. When I took my first long anticipated chomp out their burger I was so blown away I passed out and then passed wind. Even my wife enjoyed a complementary dog biscuit, the bagobones. Overall it was the best meal in my life and I'm only 32. So yeah if you want to have the scrummiest food ever and an empty bank account buy here!!!!
C. E.Nice for someone who likes fast-food burgers. It is soft and greasy but tasty! I like the cheese sauce with the french fries. They also have a new sauce with chipotle cheddar. The milkshakes are awesome. But the preparation takes always a bit longer, both for the burgers and the shakes. Once, I almost had to wait for 20min. for a shake after ordering!!! Only when I complained someone got to it. The deliveries were all prioritized over mine. The Canary Wharf is usually under staffed after lunch peak hours.
T. C.Good for what it is. Chicken burger rivals Colonel Sanders for crispy coating in lubing mayo. Crinkle chips moreish. Soft drinks abound but no juices. Served quickly and efficiently. Bright but no loud music to numb the senses. Will try the beef burger or Hot Dog next time.

E. A.Food was good. Service? Not so much. Only the chicken is halal in Shake Shack, so we asked them to replace the beef with chicken in certain burgers. They got the order wrong, and put beef in nearly all the burgers. When everything was right, I saw they didn't put tomato on my burger, which was weird. This may sound unusual, but I 'tasted potential' in their food, and my burger tasted nice, and it would've probably tasted amazing if they HAD remembered tomato in my burger.

X. Q.Generally this place is quite good - good food and tasty food. The only problem is the staff. The bins in the toilets have been kicked over with all the paper towels spreading on the toilet floor. Sitting in the restaurant felt like sitting in the freezer it was so cold. The table outside the restaurants must have not be wiped for a few hours. The staff handled my burger had the slowest motion movement I ever seen. Told the staff about the toilet. She rolled her eyes and said "we are short-staffed, I can try and check but we are really busy". I said "I am leaving so it's not going to affect me. I thought I wanted to let you know." "OH, that's Nice." she responded sarcastically.

It was the first time i tried it and it was amazing. it is smooth and creamy with notes of crispy salty pretzels. i also tried the curly cheesy fries which were ok but the shake was the hero of the trip. the service was very quick and did not keep us waiting for long. place to be for a quick snack.

Burger was as good as expected at the price, if not a tad overpriced.
Only major complaint is the music. So loud yuu can't hear the staff talking to you, nor have a chat with your pals.
Basically worth it as eat in, so it somehow justifies the price.
But compared to other basic burger places, like the Bleeker St Burger which are cheaper and better this doesn't stand a chance.

J. N.As everything gradually closed around us during the opening stages of the pandemic, this was a comforting takeout meal from a nicely representative outpost of the rising burger empire. Warm fries make everything better.

c. s.i do like shake shack the taste of the burgers is very good . 3 stars is just because of the price this is more like a fast food place but it has resturant prices imagine paying 20 pounds for a big mac meal just wouldnt happen. the burgers are way better than mc ds but still doesnt justify the price burger chips and drink will set you back around 20 pounds mark you can have a sit down meal with a burger and pay less including a sevice charge a few feet away.

Although the cheesy chips were just fries with a pot of cheese. £1 for a small pot of cheese sauce! However, this was lovely too but reminded me of the sauce in a tin of #Heinz Macaroni Cheese. (Imagine you take out the pasta. That's your cheese sauce lol) Staff friendly, maybe overly so, and price as you would expect for this style of restaurant, especially for this area.
L. B.A little more than your usual burger and shake, but much better ingredients and preparation. When you want to treat yourself this is the way to go. I find the burgers way more juicy than at Five Guys and the shakes remind me of those that you can get in Wisconsin.

It food is similar to 5 guys, except for the fact that shake shack has a few different burger choices on the menu (and has a chicken burger), where as 5 guys is fully customisable. Try the smokeshack if you get the chance.

Update
Having emailed them in response they ended up getting the gm to call me and she was very apologetic and sincere , I felt she took my complaint seriously and dealt with it from my point of view, although the original complaint stands the fact they bothered to take the time to speak with me I cant fault.

A. K.Good place with simple ambience. Not the best place for a vegetarian. No choices to make except for a mushroom burger. If you're veggie who doesn't eat mushroom, the only thing for you is fries. Oh by the way, the fries are good. Tried a Red velvet shake, couldn't tell if it had any that resembled a red velvet. And the mushroom burger was ok. Wouldn't want to have twive though. Eaten better burgers for better prices. It's ok if you're hanging out in groups. Perhaps a better place for non-vegetarians. You could pop in for just fries and perhaps some other drinks though.
