First time visiting any Shake shack store. This one was a little hard to find, I had to call the store for the location. They were outside, rather than inside. It's abit on the pricier side but the burger I got was out of this world. Each bite was just Juicy and meaty. It was such a big delicious burger I didn't need chips, so I'm glad I didn't get them. I also got the chocolate brownie custard dessert which was out of this world. I thoroughly enjoyed every spoonful of this. I will definitely be back to try the other dessert flavours. It's expensive yes, but a must have for that special treat.

First Shake Shack experience for me back in October, and it was a good one. Staff was nice and chatty, even ordering my meal was enjoyable. My burger was good, maybe a bit small but tasteful. I ordered the cheesy fries, but I wasn't too convinced by the cheese sauce. Fries were very good though. Will come back for sure when I travel to London again. Recommended.

Members of the staff were really nice. I prefer their burgers to bland ones tasted at Five Guys. Double Shackmeister is recommended, it's available only for a limited time though. Also appreciated their initiative for charity: by donating 3 quid to "action against hunger" you get a coupon to claim a free shake. Not 5* as tables were sticky.

Excellent burger joint, plenty of drink (shakes, beer, softdrinks), sides options (recommend the curly cheese fries) and burger options. Order came through quite quickly aswell. Good sitting options available here too. The place also has a foosball table for entertainment while you are waiting for your order or after your lunch/dinner.

One of my fav spots in London for a chicken burger (halal)! Comfort food for sure! Lovely Mayo! Seasoning - flavours! All that! Cheesy chips was a bit too much for me but partner loved it! Great tasting burgers, second only to Bleeker burgers in my opinion. Expensive though, it came to £45 for three burgers, three lemonades and three portions of chips

Got the smoke shack & black truffle burger. Good deal with burgers being 2 for 1 for nhs/students. Chips were just about warm but food was still tasty.
