Here is the Stone and Grill, completely renewed and refreshed 😊 We absolutely love this place, great staff, tasty food, clean environment with lovely decorations. Almost next to Victoria Station and a world famous Apollo Theatre! It is family friendly and convenient. We will be back often 🤤🍗🥩🍕🥗🍝🍷

Probably the best lunch experience I had in my entire 2 week vacay in London. I chanced upon the place in search of a quick meal after some tours around Westminster. Zero regrets! Was ushered in by a very smartly dressed gentleman. Neat place, very well organised staff, very hygienic washroom, and EXCELLENT FOOD!. I ordered Tagliatelle boscaiola for myself and kofte for my wife. She just couldn't stop eating. And the pasta is probably the best I ever had anywhere. Did not wait too long for food to be brought in. The waitress had an infectious homy smile. I'm returning to the Cayman Islands with wonderful memories of such great cuisine from a highly professional and friendly team.

We were just walking past looking for somewhere to eat as we'd been running around all day and needed food! We're so glad we stopped here. Dennis Valentine, the owner, was just so welcoming. He actually made the place! What a great atmosphere and gorgeous food. I highly recommend the beef ribs and pizza - absolutely delicious and compliments to the chef! Their cocktails were just what was needed too - try the pear one! You will not be disappointed here. Dennis took the time to chat to us and he was so lovely. We are certainly going to return - I need to try the lobster 😂. Thank you Dennis and team. You deserve every success. Sam & Jake.

Lovely little restaurant only a few minutes walk from Victoria station. Ideal for anyone seeing wicked or Hamilton. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. Food was amazing, easily the best seafood linguine I have ever had. The Cannolo was recommended and I’m glad it was, it was fabulous. This place is literally mine and my partner's "go to" restaurant since we came across it, the staff are excellent, welcoming and friendly we was fortunate enough to meet the manager on our first visit who was the main reason we originally kept coming back, extremely welcoming and funny made us feel relaxed instantly, last but not least the food is great tasting, served quickly never had to wait too long even on the busy days we've gone. Check it out you won't regret it.

It was very delicious. But I had some questions. I went there in the evening and ordered only burgers, but French fries not ordered were also ordered. And the hamburger buns were provided different from what I saw in the review picture. Odeok pizza and fried shrimp were the best.

Lobster Crab and Prawn Pate - 6/10 this is ok, the topping of herbs on it isnt great. Cheese Burger - 9/10 the pattie was cooked to how i like it, and was nice and thick. The toppings were great too, the bread roll was good. The portion size was good compared to price. They have a 2nd floor aswell if your thinking of group bookings, call to see capacity. Service - 8/10 they were quite quick serving 5 people. Friendly manager too, who answered any questions we had.

What a gem of a place this is. The food was tasty and well priced. The service was excellent and I had fun with my sons and the staff. Didn't catch any names but seriously great banter and made it a big treat. My sons especially loved the Oreo Milkshakes. It's going to be our 'go to' place when near Victoria from now on, much better than the chain restaurants we usually end up in for convenience.

Are here last night with my 9 year old. Place was quiet but by no means a representation of the standard of food. Came out piping hot and freshly cooked, very quickly, especially the garlic pizza fresh from the pizza oven. We had pasta but the pizzas looked amazing. Kids meal good value but I don't necessarily think a pizza or pasta needs chips - this is a first for me and maybe too much for kids - a choice of a dessert would be better or no chips and a bit cheaper deal. Regardless, the food was amazing and my son managed the most I've seen him eat. Service friendly and price reasonable for the location. Will come back next time we are in Victoria!

First time I went to Sapori was last Saturday. Decided to order a take-out pizza from here as it looked good from the outside. Although the restaurant was particularly busy when I went in, it didn't take more than 10-15 mins for the order to be taken + pizza ready. They cooked it in a big oven and it was woodfired-style. I took it back home and enjoyed it with a beer...I am very impressed by the quality and it was reasonable price (£8.75 for a margarita). It was one of the best I have had. I would go in to try other dishes as well on another occasion:) I also went again with a friend. We had 2 large pizzas - American hot (minus the jalapenos) and Parma Ham with Parmesan Shavings and Rocket. Plus 2 Koppabergs. Went down well and very good value for money. Ordered a takeout burger + fries from Sapori recently, as I felt like a burger from somewhere other than Mcdonalds, KFC or Nandos. It came to £9.90 altogether - great value for what you get and great quality/portion size. The Lemon & Herb sauce went very well with it!

Visited late July 21. No problem getting a table. Visited with my wife and two fussy teenagers. Food was really really good. And the milk shake my son had was so good he insisted that I tried it..... it was damn good. Cheesy garlic bread starter was awesome,... pizzas were cooked perfectly and very tasty. It doesn't look like a fancy or swanky restaurant but the food was awesome and the price was very reasonable. Will defo visit again next time I am in London. Recommended. :-)

The burgers were surprisingly larger than any burger I have ever had at a restaurant before and yet it still tasted delicious. The price of the items on this menu are very good for where it is located and despite the ever so slightly longer than usual waiting time. It was overall a great experience.

Nice spot to eat a good burger. I had the cheese and bacon burger, cooked medium with cheddar cheese. It came out exactly as ordered and tasted great. The outside seating was nice, especially since I had quite a bit of luggage with me, but the seating didn’t seem to be used by people actually eating at the restaurant. Several old men cussing loudly and giving the young Uber eats riders more advice than anyone cared to hear. It was comical at first, then became rather annoying. Probably a one time experience. Highly recommend.

Came here to eat with my gf and her daughter while in London. The garlic cheese bread is BOMB. The pizza is delicious and the pulled pork that I had was absolutely on point. The veggie burger I wouldn’t recommend as its very dry and my gf did not like it. The manager was super accommodating though and sent us off with free desert for later. I’d highly recommend this place.

Cheeseburgers we ordered were very tasty. The waiter even asked us how well done meat we would like. The ambience of the place was relaxed and artsy: the paintings on the walls we painted by on the staff/ owner who was serving the customers. It is a nice change from corporate and chain restaurants. It gave the holiday feeling that you are far away from London which is very appealing to us. The staff were very welcoming. It is good for a small private function as they they have more seats on the 2nd floor. Areas of improvement: the menues were printed on plain white paper and were ripped a little. The menu and website branding do not correspondent - maybe they are in the process of rebranding. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would come back again.

Well, decision how many stars was hard. First of all, the food was great. We had two pizzas, gnocchi and a burger. It was delicious. But then the service...if you can call it that. Some of the waiters seemed like they were new at the job. But one girl was paticularly irritating. To be honest, it was torture watching her. Never seen a waitress move so slow. She mixed up orders, forgot others. Really, really sad. We ordered our food. One order came...then we waited. Second order came when the first was almost done. The last order came only when we asked, more than one our after we made them! And btw: one of the orders was even screwed up. What really saved the evening was the quality of the food (great kitchen staff!) and the boss man. He appologized and offered drinks on the house. Nice man, really. It saddens me that this nice guy, with such great kitchen staff, has to do with these waiters.

Nice looking restaurant, with a nice atmosphere and decor. The comment re 'no linen on tables' is ever so slightly ridiculous, given that the decor is such that you simply would not have linen on tables. It's much more streamlined, minimalist, wood etc for that, and eating lobsters can be quite a messy experience so linen would be impractical in any case. However in terms of food, it has more the feel of an upscale cafe, than a restaurant. This isn't necessarily a negative though. If you simply crave a lobster, and crave them often enough for it to not be practical, or necessary frankly to pay the extortionate prices most places charge, then this place is ideal. The reviews here comparing other restaurants' dishes, quality and freshness do not appear to be taking into account the often also enormous differences in prices, particularly with regard to the lobster, which to me makes their reviews ever so slightly unfair. If I compared the breakfast at The Savoy with that of my local 'greasy spoon' cafe, there would no doubt be differences in quality and freshness, as a result, but there would be very obvious reasons for those differences, so let's not compare apples with pineapples. I consume a lot of lobsters in a multitude of different locations. Last time I had a lobster at The Savoy, 6 months ago just for the record, the lobster alone cost in the region of £40, did not include any side dishes or accompaniments whatsoever, and adding a side salad and fries meant the dish came to somewhere around £50. That lobster was also noticeably considerably smaller than the lobsters here, and the difference in taste and quality did not entirely justify the price difference. The same can be said of the vast majority of lobsters I have had in other locations, they are by their nature very hit and miss with regards to quality and meat content, and a restaurant being on the surface more expensive or exclusive, does not necessarily always equate to a better lobster. Lobster here can also be a little hit and miss. It's never been awful, and is usually just average or above average tasting. But again, exactly what you would expect from a lobster you just ordered in an upscale cafe. The lobsters I've had here have however always been an impressively good size, and always far bigger and better value than other restaurants, many of which I have paid 50-200% more for a lobster in and often been bitterly disappointed with both in terms of size, quality and taste. The lobsters are always perfectly cooked also, which again is something many far more expensive restaurants continue to fail to be able to manage. I've had both the grilled and the steamed, and tbh I love both. Steak was also surprisingly delicious. I have only ever had the lobster and steak, so am unable to comment on the burgers that are also offered, with any accuracy. However, the burgers I see being taken to the tables around me always look delicious, and it has to be said, always appear to have been prepared with more attention to the aesthetic than the lobster dishes are. This would actually be my only criticism, that the lobster dishes could probably be improved simply by paying more attention to their presentation, as this can be off putting on a first visit, particularly if you are with others and see their immaculately presented burger plates presented against your seemingly thrown together lobster version. Fries, garlic sauce and salad are enjoyable, with the side salad actually being something you enjoy eating, as opposed to simply a garnish. Service has always been fast and reliably good whenever I've popped in randomly. There are times when errors have been made, but just the sort you'd expect, minor mix ups etc, and always corrected promptly. All in all I am pleased to see this restaurant appear in a place I regularly pass through, and suspect it will become a regular destination on my travels. But anyone visiting would probably do well to view it as more of an upscale cafe, rather than a restaurant, which fulfills its purpose perfectly well.

More urban than chic. Crucially you can specify how you would like your burger to be cooked - a really big plus. Unfortunately, the burger was not delivered as ordered, (without cheese or bacon,) and when I complained, I was simply told that the bill would be adjusted accordingly. No offer was made to correct the mistake and get me the correct meal. I had to ask that the 12.5% "cover charge" be removed.

Superbe dining experience, run by very very friendly waitering staff and very kind owner. First night in London tonight and we wanted something good and fresh to eat after a long day of travels. Wondered about for about 10 minutes from our hotel and found this place, with the owner telling us this is the best burger in town: heck yes it is! The smell of delicious food filled the restaurant as we came in and the decor was unique, perfectly fitting the name of the restaurant. Good wine, good menu, something to please most: and very reasonably priced too: my partner and I had the squid rings, crispy and golden panko breadcrumbs with a light and very good tartar sauce, to follow my partner had the double up burger, and I had the hardcore burger I had never tasted such amazing meat and juicy, tender and flavoursome burger. Shared a tiramisu and a bottle of Chenin Blanc with nice quality coffee: this is the place to be for good food, good ambiance and reasonable prices! The owner is very right this restaurant offers one heck of a burger: YOU MUST GO! We are planing on coming back to London in the next few months: we will see you shortly!

An unexpected gem near Victoria. We stopped in for lunch, but they were just opening, so we decided to go for dinner instead. The starters advertised with tartar sauce - was simply mayonnaise with, chives??, too creamy for a seafood starter of garlic prawns and panko coated squid rings. Come on now - tartar sauce is basic stuff!! Tabasco sauce bottle needed a good clean around the rim and tasted 'old'. But.... lobster was nice enough. Staff were nice, we enjoyed ourselves - nice to bring international friends to sample a local spot in my neck of the woods. Hardcore lobster could be such a great place, push a bit harder, you'll get there, you have some good, friendly staff. 'Work it'. New fresh restaurant on Wilton road Victoria. A much needed burger establishment in the local area. This place is clearly taking inspiration from the hugely successful Burger & Lobster chain. It charges £20 for a lobster that is steamed or grilled (or in my preference, steamed then grilled briefly for a charcoal effect). This is served with salad and chips. It also offers burgers, ranging from £12 - 15 approximately. Also served with salad/coleslaw and chips. Roast chicken is also available. For a narrow focussed menu, one would hope and think that there is absolute attention to quality and flavour. My wife and i had lunch there yesterday. We were one of 3 tables seated. i.e the kitchen was not busy. Overall, okay. I would not rush back in a hurry for now. The lobster was nice. Slightly on the smaller size, but not tiny. The garlic butter was fine. The salad okay. Lobster cracker tool was smaller than the lobster itself, useless. Fries i'll talk about later. The burger was underwhelming. Patty cooked nicely but a little dry. The cheese was a slab slice on top, unmelted. The bun was not toasted. The coleslaw looked like it was store bought, rather than home made. There was nice pickle lettuce tomato. However a big price for a very average burger. For both our meals, the fries were under cooked. Not crispy. The kitchen was not busy, so it is relatively inexcusable to get these things wrong. Condiments: The mayo and ketchup were presented in squeezey Heinz bottles. For the prices they are charging, I would have expected a little more of the little things that make a difference between a pub and a restaurant. Mayo.Ketchup.Mustard in a little bowl perhaps. And definitely big improvements on the burger are needed. The cheese on the burger should definitely melted, and the buns toasted. A choice of brioche or normal buns would also be nice. Hopefully this new restaurant will learn and improve, and get the little things right. There are so many well established burger restaurants now. This place can learn what a good burger is, to sustain the premium prices they are charging. Take-aways are available, at the same price as the menu. Considering there would be no service or dishwashing costs, a small discounted price for take-away is more appropriate. Many other local establishments operate on this basis. We might come back in 3-6 months time to see if they have improved. For now, i would rather catch a bus to the nearest Burger or Lobster. Or indeed local places like Cask or The White Ferry for a really good burger, or Hache or Honest Burgers etc.

Yep - great addition to the eateries in London's Pimlico area. I love Lobster and was pleased to see this open just this week. It's posh Pimlico and it's Lobster so it's not going to be cheap but it was tasty with a very eager and friendly staff.
