This place is definitely going to blow and be the next popular burger place. Surprisingly it is the only place that does beef burgers in Brixton pop up but it’s probably a good thing as anyone who is looking to come in and do beef burgers are going to find it hard to reach these guys standards. There signature stud muffin burger is incredible. One of the very few places I know that uses English muffin as the bun and strangely you would think more places would do so but these guys are ahead of the pack. The chilli jam onion and bacon combination 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. And the fries are ridiculous amazing. If you’re in the area I suggest you get yourself down there you will not be disappointed

Holy Moly! The first time, to 'Pop Brixton' and was on a Friday night for us. It is wicked though, great vibe - a real nice mixture of people there, especially if hanging out with friends, with your partner and everything in-between. A bit of disco played in the background and offered a real mixture of places to eat. Which for us is ideal! Decided to go for the 'Burger' choice and kept moonwalking back towards 'Studmuffin' so glad we did though. The food was unreal, full of a flavour choice and friendly guys running it. We weren't here long, but ideal if passing by and wanting to check it out. There's an upstairs which has a few restaurants where people were able to sit and eat also. But yeah 100% recommend this place, check out the pictures too. We give it A***** LDT x

We had a really good dinner here on a Friday night. They basically make burgers in a muffin instead of a bun. We really enjoyed the toppings the burgers came with, both with the halloumi and the beef one. The mozzarella sticks were delicious as well. Will definitely go again

First of all I really, really wanted to like this place: I love burgers and english muffins, and this sounds to me like a dream come true. Chips were very salty though, and there was in my opinion too much burger sauce in the sandwich, making it a bit too acidic for my tase (and I love acid!): it tasted quite frankly a bit too much of vinegar, surely a bit less sauce would have made for a lovely burger! All the elements for a great meal were there though, just the seasoning was totally off: I will still go back and check again and hopefully amend this review!

It's hard to stand out in the burger market now with so many options close to home why go to Studmuffin ? Well, their burgers in a muffin are so good I had two doubles. And their fries are the best I've had for thin style, crispy and seasoned with a moorish blend. The lads here went to Leiths and it shows, all the elements are class, from the fresh baked muffins, quality dry aged english beef, quality chorizo, quality pyroclastic cheese, relishes....its why I didn't feel sick after pigging out. They deserve to blow up on the scene and if you love burgers you must put this on your list.

Had the brie and bacon burger accompanied with truffle fries... you know when your eating and you suddenly realise its going to fast and its soon gonna be over, so you slow down...that's what this review is, me slowing myself down so I can savour the deliciousness that is this meal. Go there! The chef is great as well, you can tell hes passionate by the way he bends down to the food when putting on the extras, like an artist working on the fine details. I hope he keeps it up for as long as hes in business. Star!

There are a few burgers to be had in Brixton pop and I settled on Studmuffin, and thank god I did. What a tasty burger! I had the chorizo one which was just tasty as hell! So glad they don't use a brioche bun, the English muffin style bun was so good! Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing muffins. The sausage patty, egg and cheese was delicious. Beef muffins looked great too. The muffins are really fresh and soft. One of my favourite things at Pop Brixton
