M. S.The best Carribean “takeaway” food I’ve tried in this country. I have been a customer at another well known West Indian takeaway food place not that far from here for over 30 years and the food at Survivor is better. More fresh and flavoursome plus they have a good range of menu everyday not just something on a Wednesday and Saturday etc
D. S.I would give 5 stars but they didn't have any plantain! After 20 months away from England, I was so looking forward to this meal. It didn't disappoint. Curry goat and rice and peas. Cooked properly and absolutely delicious.

H. Y. W. Y. H.Really delicious, authentic west Indian food. Always piping hot and fresh. Good food hygiene and friendly customer service. Honestly? Since I left hackney decades ago, when I was growing up and throughout my teens and 20's, I use to always eat at Peppers and Spice. This restaurant I found recently when I was visiting my mum. It's like a treat, every time I eat here because the food is so yummy. The nearest west Indian to me, where I live? I have to travel out of my area and into Shepherds Bush. Not the same quality of food. I definitely recommend Survivor. Their toilet is spotless and pretty. That's a bonus. Stay safe and keep up the high standards.
E. S.I ordered my food for home delivery. The delivery came within 30 mins on a Sunday. I ordered Curry Chicken Rice n Peas, Mac Pie and coleslaw. And I have to say I am very impressed. The curry chicken is full of flavour and pepper. The Mac Pie is moist and tasty. I would certainly order again for hike delivery
A.Food is always tasty, and the staff are nice. I would have give 5 stars, but the tiny bbq chicken wings, were a joke.
I did enjoy them, but with the size made me vow, not to order them again.

C.Recommended to give a try and pleased I did. Staff were friendly, good was tasty and freshly cooked and didn't have to wait too long. You could also see most of the the food before you bought which made my choice more difficult as it all looked so delicious. The only downside is the venue is quite small but as its a new venture for the owner I hope as his success grows then he can move to larger premises.

Was pleasantly more than satisfied - Good food, good service, gets packed and
v. busy. When a place is busy, you know it should be a good place to eat. Will be returning here again shortly. Also, prices are on average of what you'd pay for most Caribbean restaurant meals in London. There's tables to sit and eat too and portion sizes are perfect.

Y.The portions here are incredibly big even the small is big enough to feed two people! I’m a massive fan of the curry goat here it’s perfectly spiced and everything is freshly cooked you can tell the chefs have great experience. However, some staff members are very blunt and unwelcoming which lets it down but other then that the foods great

G.their bbq wings are not bbq wings. they are fried wings with bbq sauce. they don't have their allergens up on any delivery service so if you don't know how they do their wings they'll tell you it's yours fault. I ordered food and couldn't eat and didn't get my money back. all coz it weren't on the menu
V. H.great food, tasted their patties which are great, jerk chicken great, oxtail very nice curry goat I will never order again. rice ok rice an peas cant taste conconut. I find the young staff members to have the best customer services skills and will greet you nicely. need to keep patties stocked up in the patty warmer as microwaving patties from the chilled is a big no no.

A. S.The food here is excellent but The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff are too busy with deliveries and each other to even take an order half of the time. They leave you standing there and serve whoever they feel like wether you’re in the cue or not. If you have a spare Half hour or more to cue and a bucket load of patience then go for it as I said the food is amazing. Just a shame about the staff that are front of house. P.S make sure u request cutlery if you need it as they do not always put in the bag.

H. P.Yum yum yum... Expect a wait the foods good. For a good deal ask for a hexis plus. Rice and peas just goat curry sauce. £4.00 saves you money as the full meal is £6.5 and with goat curry alot of it is usually bone. Don't say I didn't tell ya.
