Reviews of Sushi Salsa - Camden
C. F.
My favourite sushi place in Camden! I've been here plenty of times now and their food does not disappoint. Worth the price. Service was a little slow, but it was a Bank Holiday :) Overal, great food and drink. And I'll be returning!
J. B.
It was my first time to have dinner at Sushi Salsa. It was recommended from a friend which I have organised a dinner with my friends. The place was a bit hard to find in Camden, but inside was very cozy having the seats at the level of the floor. Service was slow as the place was pretty busy. We have ordered bento’s and a plate of sushi to share. Price is reasonable and food was amazing. I am a sushi lover which is a bit hard to find an authentic place where they make fresh sushi. But this place is absolutely good.
I am looking forward to come back again and try more of their dishes.

Great food such amazing quality I would definitely go back and eat again. I just can't give it a 5 stay because the service was a little slow and also as I was leaving with my wife one of the staff members came up to me and ask if I had paid. I found that a bit weird as he was serving my table the whole night. But overal I enjoy it and I would highly recommend it.

How you start with 2022?
To start with 2022, I decided to have my fav Japanese lunch with my friend @sushisalsacamden which located right by Camden Lock.
@sushisalsacamden
📍 3A, Camden Wharf, Jamestown Rd, London NW1 7BY
WHAT I GOT
🥟Vegetable Gyoza
🎃Pumpkin Korroke
🦑Age Geso
🐙Takoyaki
🍥Agedashi Tofu
As my and friend and I were also big fans of starters, we ordered couples of small plates to share. The foods were delicious and the decor was awesome. They had a very extensive menu and the staffs were very attentive. It’s a very good place for gathering or even a date. 🥰🥰🥰
How’s the gyoza? See my next post on Instagram @ccgyozalover for details 🤗

My friend and I have been eating here for many years. We came back again recently and it is still just as good. We both ordered a bento box and we always ask for cucumber maki instead of salmon sushi roll, staff are always happy to accommodate this request. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I ordered a Jack Daniels and coke and was given a (very small) neat Jack Daniels and when my friend pointed out to the waiter that I had asked for coke he said that she could put some of her coke in my glass. I had actually wanted a JD and coke but decided it would be easier to drink it neat. It was a very small amount and I am not entirely sure if it was a full measure, for £4.50 I was hoping for a full shot. That is the only reason that this isn’t a five star review. We will be back.

Not too crowded on a bank holiday, which was a plus. The interior is gorgeous and the menu selection is incredible. Definitely something for sushi lovers. Premium pricing though, but for high quality servings.
E. B.
Me and my partner were unimpressed by the food here. The kitsune udon was bland, unseasoned and we left it unfinished. The veg yaki udon was also lacking in depth.
We were left hanging for the bill for 10 minutes at off-peak times and had to remind staff. Besides this, the staff serving us were friendly and attentive.
H. T.
Fresh sushi, nice selection of hot and cold dishes. Good easy to find location. Friendly staff.

Had a lovely evening at Sushi Salsa🌱
The staff were friendly, the service was great and the drinks in particular were amazing🤩 I looove anything sushi but as a (new’ish) vegetarian I was hesitant to see what my options would be... I was not disappointed to say the least!
We had some delicious vegetable sushi, we even ordered a second plate! The steamed rice was also so fluffy and cooked to perfection!
I also loved the mise en scene, it’s cool how you sit in little bunkers on the floor- really adds to the experience and makes it fun!
Definitely will come back when I’m in the area- thank you for a lovely evening!

3rd time here. Best sushi we've had in a long time!
H. E.
Amazing place, we went it here as the street food stalls were packed, turned out to be decision of the day! Absolutely fantastic food, staff and decor, I'll 100% come back.
P. W. E.
Exceptional place, wonderful customer service! Starters were so good and tasty, I'd rate them 8/10, the main not so much probably would rate them 5/10. Total experience and the beauty of the location 7/10
Ideal for a family dinner out, kids friendly as well.
C. M.
I absolutely love this place. It was a great experience as always. The only one thing I would like to mention is that we ordered together yet we started getting the food bit by bit reason why we couldn't enjoy it cause by the time we got all the food, first plates served were cold. For example I ordered deluxe tempura and some rice as a side. Deluxe tempura is purely deep fried and very dry I couldn't start eating it without my side which came last, my tempura was cold already. If you can improve this, that would make everything perfect.
S. E.
Very attentive staff. The food was fresh and delicious. Really nice atmosphere.
N. G.
Lovely, traditional sushi restaurant placed directly opposite the lock. Very extensive menu and the staff are very attentive. Only slight downfall (no fault to the restaurant them self) is that as we was seated outside, we was approached by many homeless asking for money.
E. T.
Sashimi don is very good. All kinds of rolls are also pretty delicious.
N. M.
I was told I had to visit this place when I was in Camden and were not disappointed. Attentive staff, great atmosphere and the food was divine. We ordered a sushi platter and a tempura platter and it was lovely! We will visit again when next in town
S. X.
Great experience! Amazing service and sushi came with generous portions. Outside seating was great with the hot weather. Finished the day with a nice selection of sake.
M. H.
Visited with a group of 6 on a Thursday night and had a pleasant experience.
The service was very attentive and friendly. All ordered cocktails and dishes tasted great, were delivered quickly and the waiter made sure they came out of the kitchen at the right times.
Portions were reasonable. Along with the delicious California sushi rolls, my personal favourite was the seared tuna dish. My friends were especially into the scallops and sweet potato chips.
Government's Covid-19 guideline observed. And the restaurant's cleanliness, including in lavatories was of a high standard.
Thank you for a lovely dinner and service, we'll be back and make sure to recommend to friends.
S. S.
Beautiful decor, great location right on the canal. Intimate vibes but they could dim the lights for a more romantic atmosphere.
We opted for the all you can eat option which costs 20.80. I recommend the prawn tempura roll.
They prepare the food near the entrance and the fish is displayed proudly.
The reason for the 4star rating is that the sushi isn't as nice as I've had at other places, especially the salmon (could've been fresher)
V. M.
This is one of my favourite places. It was great, thank. We have now tried the menu (not the buffet option). The food is very good, we liked pork ramen, duck sushi, salmon skin sushi. However, we did not quite like hip-hop roll, but the rest of food was very good.
A. P.
The food was fine and simple. The best part was the atmosphere in the restaurant. Everything was very well prepared for a family get together or a date. Honesty one of the best environments in a restaurant. The costumer service was great, very attentive waiters. The toilets were very clean.
K. S.
The sushi is SO great here. I devoured it in minutes, seconds even. The atmosphere is lovely and well decorated. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely come here again. If not for the amazing food, then for the cute waiter who served me. I highly recommend.
S. T.
Located right by Camden lock offering a selection of Japanese dishes. They have cool tables which are similar to traditional Japanese style where they are lower and appears you're sitting on the floor. They have their own different signature sushi rolls which I have tried before. They have ramen and other hot dishes too so a good variety.
Wheelchair access: step free entrance and accessible toilet available.
L. W.
This is good place for lunch and dinner. They're so many food in the menu. We ordered a few thing and it's yummy. The food is delicious and the fish is fresh. I recommend this restaurant if you ever visit the Camden Market.
T. L.
I was recommended to this restaurant by my cousin, it was absolutely amazing. Frankly I have very little expectation, maybe because it was Camden and the restaurant looks pretty cliché for white. We had sashimis platter to start, they were all so fresh and tasty! Their fish was juicy and salivary melts upon your tongue. Sushi roll was pretty delicious. We had rice and noodles too, a little disappointed on their noodles but the fried rice was pretty good. They offer a variety of interesting cocktails too, ask the staff for recommendation if you not sure which one to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but the bar tender was a little rude when we wanted to order a whisky. Oh yes, if you're a Hibiki or Yamazaki fan, come here for a glass! Overall experience was fantastic, will definitely come back again if I visit Camden.
J. G.
This is the second time we've been back for the buffet and have throughly enjoyed it. Definitely cheaper than ordering the individual items although the buffet selection is quite limited so if you're feeling adventurous or need to be mobile after your meal, you should probably stick to the menu.
I docked a star because the there were certain items you could only order once which is fair enough but in those cases the portions were tiny - as in one piece of sushi per person, not even one sushi roll to share, just one piece.
The salmon sashimi was good though.
S.
I got to this place maybe 4 times a year, every year for the past ten years. Occasionally there are ups and downs in management, but the food is spot on every time. The fish is fresh, the prices are extremely reasonable, the hot food isn't greasy, everything is just right. The atmosphere in the restaurant is fantastic and the staff are attentive and polite. I have never had a problem in this establishment and I have always always always enjoyed the food and my time there, with my parents, my best mates, my fiancé and even business clients. It is a wonderful place to wine and dine.
A. C.
It was ok. Not much to say because it was just ok. Fish was quiet fresh not bad but they put some very salty sauce on the sashimi rice. When you order sashimi you'd want to taste the fish original flavour but the super salty sauce. The chicken curry was extremely salty and my friend pretty much left more than half of it. Price was ok don't think it was value for money it just a ok place
D. C.
Great Japanese food at reasonable prices. I love the concept of the tables, sitting on the floor with your feet down the hole, however, it's not the easiest getting up and down when your getting a bit older and have eaten a bit too much katsu! We ordered the bento which was really good value for money as it came with sushi, miso soup and a host of other smaller dishes. The chilli squid is the best I have had, it was so tender. I would definitely visit again to try more of the sushi and sashimi. The staff are really friendly and it's an overall chilled environment for enjoy a quiet, relaxed meal.
B. S.
After a random tripbto Camden Market, we decided to get something to eat. My fiance and I are big on sushi and decided to give this a try just as a light snack. But oh boy how we actually came out there stuffed like a turkey on thanksgiving. The sushi is just amazing and our favourite was the one with the spicy sauce and eel. Its just so flavoured. The cocktails was also a big hit as you got the tgi type feel to it and we enjoyed it very much. I would recomment this place to anyone. The staff was helpful and nice. The place was clean as well as the bathrooms. A big bonus is you see them making your sushi in the open. This place is a must try and cant wait to go there again.
M. L.
Excellent sushi in a great setting. The fish was fresh and plentiful in the rolls, and the salmon sashimi was great. The service was just ok in the outdoor area so I’m giving 3 stars. When staff are sitting around at the tables next to you chain smoking, the meal takes a turn as you breathe in second hand smoke. I’m amazed no one said anything to them because it was blatant and anytime I needed something I had to chase someone down. Somehow with all that loafing around and smoking, there wasn’t anyone to check on the table. I guess they were off shift but still. The inside looked more put together so I’d suggest that but the outside has such nice views.
S. B.
We went as a group of 10, on a Wednesday and we managed to get a table we split in to groups for ordering had the dragon roll, alligator roll, salsa roll and unagi roll then some, salmon sashimi a lot for 3 people but we finished it off all of it was very good, we payed about £24 each atmosphere of the place was nice right by the lock the place seems really big at first but that's just the mirror effect.
Has a good selection on the menu for sushi and sashimi, as well as Bento to boxes and salads etc.
We were quite happy with the experience, would come again.
O. E.
I recently visited Sushi Salsa for a friend's birthday and I must say it was quite lovely. The tables are very low to the ground so you sit on the floor like you would in a traditional home in Japan. The food was very nice too, the only thing that stopped me from rating it higher is the fact that it took so long to arrive. We did get our drinks fast though.
A. K. A.
The restaurant is excellent, food is delicious and service is pleasent. Really pleased to have come and been served some lovely dishes!
m. k.
Really good place and atmosphere .food is really delicious . Sushi is good but not amazing .decoration of the place is really good can fit for a date or romantic dinner .service is amazing . Drinks is really good . We had fun and ate good .
F.
Worth the price but service a little lacking. It took really long to make eye contact and the staff were spacing out lol. The amount was really generous up to the point we struggled to finish the fifth round.
Inconsistent quality of salmon.
Some were so thick which made it gross to chew. But overall nice and worth a visit. And we liked the male manager there. He was nice and polite.
Buffet available after 5 on weekdays. But it seems lile time doesn't matter on weekends.

Great beautiful sushi restourant 😃!
We loved the buffet deal for £19.80 per person which include 7 choice from the special dishes menu and 5 choice from the sushi and sashimi menu that can be repeated 5 times (yes...a very patient waiteress explained few time till I got it 😨)
The restaurant is actually situated inside on the left just after few open door shops, so you can park in a side road near wagamana or so.
Very well decorated and space very cleverly used to create a oriental feeling 🎊😀 so cute the little wooden bridge over a floor aquarium with happy swimming gold fishes and a cascate of water over the restaurant name 👍
Plenty of friendly staff and chefs cooking in the middle of the room and at the end of the place all on show 🍱🍥🍤🍣
Nice drinks bar with tall chairs waiting for our table.
Food was not only looking good and well presented but was extremely tasty...loved the spicy tuna and salmon rolls with a drop of chilly cream in too 😃!
We paid and left very satisfied and happy
Only 1 suggestion would be to have tuna sashimi choice too
Thank you sushi salsa
God bless you
Jesus is our Saviour from evil in this life and forever 😃🙌

Great food and reasonably priced as far as London goes. We had the buffet but did not order our last two rounds as we were defeated. Service was friendly and given everything is made to order, I wouldn’t say it was slow. The plum wine was particularly delicious. Would visit again.
I. A.
We had the buffet shared by 5 people. It was an impressive amount of food. So you get two pieces of paper, and you can pick 5 dishes or roles per round. And you get about 5 rounds. In the other piece of paper you get to pick seven dishes that you will only have once.
You will get charged £5 if you do not finish your round of food, and you cannot order another round unless you finish the previous one. Also you cannot take the food home.
Food was fresh, staff was nice. Place was nice, as usual.
C. C.
I come here every time we have a irresistible desire of sushi. They offer all-you-can-eat option and it's easy going crazy. Their salmon is delicious, however happened to find some bonds in it or it was still frozen. The place is very cozy.
The restaurant haven't wheelchair seats. All the seats are on the floor.
G. E.
Amazing fresh sushi, almost bottomless - you won't be able to finish! Perfect pricing and great quality. Awesome seating too. Thanks for the experience, will be returning!
G. S.
Superp service, good food, although the buffet selection is a little bit limited but the service and quality makes up for it. And their A la carte looks amazing, which we will try next time.
a. m. b.
The location and service are 5☆☆☆☆☆.
But the all you can eat menu it's very poor and doesn't has too much choice...I love the chicken katsu...was completely missing...
Like I said the location it's very nice...and japanese style...just a little bit tricky to sit if you have long legs...so funny!
A. N.
We went to dinner, was perfect! We accepted to try the drinks that the waitress told and was so tasty and beautiful. The food was delicious too.
B. L.
Phenomenal! Made us feel like we were in Tokyo again. We had ramen, gyoza, curry, sushi, and everything was delicious. The service was great as well. We received our food quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite spots in London.
K. H.
More like 3.5. really nice atmosphere and staff were superb! (though need to sort out music because it kept jumping around from really loud to quiet).
Went for the buffet, okay selection (see pics). The rice to filling ratio was really good and the Maki was tasty. However if you love endless nigiri - this is NOT the place for you as they limit the portions of nigiri. Which is odd to me.
Only allowed one round of hot food which is fine if you order it all at once and then pick at it through your other rounds. However since you can't order how many pieces you want of everything, you're stuck with what they deem as a 'portion' for all the items.
5 rounds overall, so plenty to eat if you're okG with the restrictions.
TLDR; Tasty Sushi, Nice atmosphere, weird ordering system and seemingly arbitrary limits on certain items.
S. R. J.
It's the only place in London I know that offers all-you-can-eat sushi...with some small limits but not worth complaining because I was stuffed! The price was good for £20.80 per head plus a service charge of around 12%. The sushi and tempura were great but a bit limited compared to those on the menu. We could order 7 sides once and 5 portions of sushi 5 times which was more than enough to share for two people as I stopped at the 3rd set of sushi. We would have been charged £5 if we left any food (fair enough!). The staff were friendly, sometimes they didn't respond but that was probably because they were busy moving about. The place is very beautiful inside and out at night too!
J. N.
It was about 30 of us, we were there for a baby shower. Food was great. Lovely experience!
Will definitely be returning.
A. A.
Lovely setting , welcoming staff , good ambiance
Food was nicely prepared and came quick ,
Seems like a very decent sushi’s joint , drinks are expensive .
Recommended for nice evening out for groups
L. S.
Very nice restaurant, we were seated right away and we opted for the all you can eat menu for £21,80 pp. The staff was very nice and all the food tasted really good and fresh. The only downside was that the staff didn't really look after our drinks, which made it that we had empty glasses for a long time.
W. L.
Ordered through Deliveroo. Quick response to orders. Sushi were innovative and delicious. The signature Volcano sushi stayed pretty fresh even after travelling, slightly battered but still crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Was very tasty, portions were fair but there are better alternatives if it comes to value.
O. A.
We went on a Wednesday evening with work colleagues. Didn't have to book and was offered a choice of seating options. We say on the comfy floor tables. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was fresh and tasty also plentiful.
M. B.
Nice food and very good service. The bosses are very friendly and efficient. We are very happy and enjoy the nice ambience and good food 🥘
Top location in Camden! Near Camden Lock market!
Go there! The vibe is really good and happening there! Lots of fun people hanging out there! ⭐️👍🏻😍🥘😋
V. K.
Our favourite Japanese place with outdoor seatings. Try cold green tea, salmon sashimi, bento box (cost around £14) and cold sake instead white wine. 😍😍😍
M. M.
Great sushi with good prices. Friendly waitress. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
C. L.
Weirdly, despite the fact that it’s located in such a touristy area, it wasn’t crowded on the Saturday of our visit. Given the more than fair price of the menu, the food was actually really tasty. It was served very quickly, too. I would definitely come here again.
S. A.
Unique and very different of any sushi restaurant amazing atmosphere great service recommending
S. L.
This place is unique, the tables are buried deep into the ground making it feel like your sitting Japanese style. We decided to order the bug platter to share which included a number of rolls and hot items, the squid was such good texture and the rolls were of good quality as well. The sake selection was great and we mixed the sweet bubbly sake with the traditional strong one and it was a great pairing with the food. The service was okay, we had to flag some ok ne down when we needed something. At the end we hadn't finished our remaining food and they told us there was a wastage fee which I wasnt aware of at the start and that we weren't allowed to take the leftovers home. If that was clearly stated at the beginning it would have made the end less awkward.
J. G.
Our favourite sushi! 🍣 Amazingly delicious!
R. S.
Had the buffet option, priced at £23.40 PP including service charge; good selection and lots of food, with fast service and pleasant staff.
M. T.
It was really good, we ordered all u can eat form, faster and really clear to explain how to works, only one think is we left a tips, at least try to smile for that, we awarded ur job all night be satisfied of that
A. D. S. J. B.
I love it here. Inside in winter, outside in summer. The food is always beautifully presented, fresh and flavoursome. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Good value for money 💞
D. L.
Very good food, service is great. I like this place.
A. A.
The sushi is sub-par but their unlimited menu makes up for it. Overall good for cheap sushi but wouldn't hurry to go back as London offers a host of better sushi resturants.
C. P. M.
Loved the experience! The restaurant is amazing, very well decorated. The food was really close to the real thing! ( I was in Japan in March!)
Strongly recommend!
S. B.
Great food. The Salmon sashimi was great. Chicken katsu and popcorn shrimp were v nice. Good cocktail menu, we also tried the special shot (picture attached) which I recommend. The buffet part seems ok but I would recommend the a la carte
A. T.
An excellent sushi place to satisfy some cravings, the black cod and dragon roll were highlights of our meal. The sushi rice was excellent and the freshness of the nigiri was a pleasant surprise. Definitely a one to return to.
E. R.
Absolutely delicious food . Huge portions. Nice staff. Highly recommended place in Camden
S.
Nice food and ambience, staff not very attentive but I can live with that.
I. B. c.
I could eat this every day, it's a wonderful thing. We have tried various dishes and everything is delicious.
L. K.
Nice little sushi place off the river. Got donburi and fresh takoyaki (stupid me took a bite after they came out piping hot. Tasted like octopus flavored molten lava)
Food was great and it was nice to have a sit down meal.
D. H.
Absolutely fantastic Japanese here as always - really cool décor especially the bridge and mini pond/water feature as well as the delicious food, friendly staff and great service.
Perfect for a chilled dinner with friends or a date - the ambient lighting makes for a romantic atmosphere in the evenings.
Food and drink wise the Dragon Roll and Robata Skewers are incredible and we absolutely loved the salmon sashimi in citrus sauce as well as their amazing passionfruit mojitos.
Amazing, super tasty Japanese food and cocktails at very reasonable prices. Great value for money and lovely service - come for the cool décor and stay for the food.
Look forward to coming back very soon! 10/10 Highly recommended.
A. K.
The food was amazing, ambience was good. Even loved the anime theme songs in the background.
M. F.
Fantastic food, amazing for groups, plenty of foods to choose from. Very tasty and authentic Japanese dishes! Highly recommended. Excellent staff as well!

Very nice sushi. Much better then an all you can eat sushi place.

Stunning atmosphere and decor. Beautiful food. Lovely staff.
C. S.
Need to booking a table in the weekend to find a place.
I ate a buffet and the food wasn't bad, quality not very very high but the taste was ok.
V. C.
Yummy I am twice that we come with my boyfriend to this place and everything is great from the sushy to the staff
T. W.
Family run business, warm welcome with true Japanese taste.

Food is fresh and good. Reasonable priced. Worth it.

I've been looking for a good sushi place since coming back from California, where there is a much bigger sushi scene I feel. I was so disappointed after trying itsu and youmesushi, though I realised they're like the McDonalds if sushi (not even they're so much worse). But yeah my friend introduced me to this nifty place and the sushi is so damn good. It's fresh which you can taste. Would honestly reccomend. Plus it has a really cool setting where you are seated on the floor (with a cushion). Only reason I'm not giving it 5stars is cos it was a little pricey, thoug I'd still go back because I love sushi so much and it's generally pricey anyways. I'm on the lookout for a cheaper option though, you know, for the times where even the voice in my head says "please DO NOT treat yo self"
C. B.
Love this place!!!! The all you can eat is fantastic and tbe owner/manager os such a good laugh. Reallly enjoy this place we always go in a big group 10/12 of us and service is always FANTASTIC! Due another visit ASAP actually!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Y. B.
Had a lovely birthday dinner here, the decor is amazing with running waterfalls, cool seating and the chefs preparing your sushi in front of you! The manager was very nice although rushed off his feet. The night was very busy and service was slow, food was sitting waiting to be brought for us to a while. Cocktails were nice and reasonably priced.
However I was disappointed at the lack of vegan/ veggie sushi options. Only classic cucumber and avocado maki, and tofu nigiri. Would’ve appreciated some tofu/ veggie rolls and more maki options! Having said that the maki and nigiri was done super well and the tofu/ aubergine skewers were delicious. Will definitely be back if you expand your vegan menu!
E. W.
Nice food. Would recommend this place to eat.

Amazing and fresh food, great cocktails, friendly staffs and nice atmosphere
J. T.
Great setting and very imaginative menu. Good staples with some interesting side twists. Everything very fresh and superb cocktails. Good value for money. Service was excellent. If you are looking for really good, honest sushi with fitting ambience, look no further.
E. S.
Outstanding food - I went here on a whim and was blown away! Definitely recommend.
A. B.
This place is amazing for reasonably priced sushi and other Bento boxes. I have returned here many times and every time I take someone here they are amazed. Cocktails and service is excellent too. Would recommend to everyone!!
P. M.
Very cosy place, interesting serving system, very nice staff, always smiling, reasonable price
S. G.
Good and cheap Japanese food with a very nice terrace. The staff was a bit distracted. Nice place anyway.
a. T.
Love this restaurant. Staff are always lovely and friendly to us. Nice menu and excellent food and cocktails. Will always visit when in camden and recommend to anyone. Not just sushi on the menu but everything delicious
A. C.
Very good sushi. Fair prices in Camden
J. T.
[Delivery] Not cheap but super tasty. Rock shrimp and tiger roll is delish
A. B. (.
Salmon Teriyaki is the best, second is veggie tempura specially avocado 🥑
J. B.
Love this place - the sashimi is served on a bowl of ice which makes it so cold and fresh tasting. Honestly melts in your mouth. The seats are really comfortable and great to sit in. The staff are the absolute sweetest! My favourite sushi place in London and I've had a lot of sushi.
R. S.
We had a table booked for 6 people on Thursday evening. Everything was absolutely amazing! The food was cooked to its perfection, grilled scallops - to die for! Portions were reasonable and food came out quickly in perfect order. Nothing bad to say about the service either. We were served by a guy (unfortunately didn’t ask for his name), who was very friendly, attentive and always helpful with what he made the whole experience even more pleasant. Thanks for that! We will be surely returning again very soon.
Many thanks,

Had a lovely meal with my friend, tried Lobster with cheese sauce which was amazing. 🍣 you can see your sushi being made as you sit, if your close to the bar.
J. L.
Drinks are ok, bit sweet unless you like that of course
P. V.
Cannot stop going back to this place, the food is really nice and the ambience is amazing 🙌
E.
Great sushi. Staff were alert and quick to respond. Had a great time here.
S. A.
Tasty sushi, although the furniture inside is quite worn out and the prices a bit spicy for the location on the restaurant. Also quite dull and boring from an objective perspective.
Overall worths giving it a try.
R. R.
Friendly staff, ok ramen. Sushi is really good.
A. M.
Excellent quality of food
Was very nice that guy on the entrance is checking if everybody sanitized hands
B.
Great atmosphere with great tasting food. But the service was really slow which they said they were really sorry. Took more than half an hour for our food to cook.
P. N.
The service was good and sushi was delicious. However, do need some improvement with the taste for Bento box.
J. S.
Very good sushi freshly prepared with polite service.
D. S.
My partner and I visited one afternoon and we both tried out their all you can eat option. The quality of the sushi was actually very good, although there were not many choices on the buffet menu. Their hot food was interesting and tasty, particularly the Japanese curry.
All in all, worth a visit to experience for yourself.
M. M.
The buffet, unlike what I had read prior to my visit, was £20.80 per person + 12.5% service charge. There is also a £5 charge for food wastage.
The way the buffet works is you get 5 rounds of up to 5 different dishes at a time. You get a piece of paper which you tick off the items you want and they bring it back so you are able to get the next round when ready. You are able to reorder certain dishes on your next round. There is also a separate sheet of paper which let's you order 7 other dishes but only once.
Drinks are sold separately and can be quite expensive.
The restaurant itself was beautiful, and staff were good.
The food is lovely, very filling.
A. Y.
A must when you in the area! friendly staff, great food - highly recommended the chicken wings!!!! Sushi and sashimi were fresh and nice.
R. B.
Love the sushi buffet - great value for money! Great place, authentic floor level seating, would have given 5 stars but was not wowed by everything. Service is good, nice beer and sake. Sushi good, tempura and dumplings too. I'll be back for more sushi buffets. (PS: Buffet option only available after 5pm)
M. S.
Not offering all you can eat anymore but not written at all anywhere, a bit overpriced for the quality now. Interiors are still wonderful
A. P.
Very cool seating area and beautiful kois. We were a bit off put by hygiene rating but despite this everything looked clean and tastes great
R.
Probably one of the best Japanese Restaurant in London. The place is very nice and you can see the kitchen. We were in three and we took three ramen and some sushi: the meal was amazing, it had been a while since I had a ramen that flavourful. The service was very nice too, everyone was so kind and thoughtful and even though our english wasn't perfect they didn't mind and helped us. I felt very good. My sister paid the check, found it pretty fair, and was very happy that she could pay with her debit card, every other japanese restaurant we tried requested cash. Highly recommended.
R.
Peripheral but fascinating area, quick and friendly service, good food and reasonable price.I would highly recommend it.
A. K.
Nearly every time we are in London we visit Sushi Salsa. Good sized restaurant which we've rarely struggled to get seated in. Great range of sushi and some great bento boxes. Highly recommend.
V. G.
Found this place by accident, and do not regret it. So amazing, the service, the atmosphere and mainly food is amazing! Well worth a visit if you're around.
S. G.
One of the best sushi bars I've been to, really nice service, clean and the food is outstanding. The tables are ground level with space underneath so that you can feel like you are seated on the floor but sit western style.
The food feels more authentic than most other similar restaurants and feels more cosy and less rushed without the usual conveyor belt style.
H. B.
Food is amazing as always, I always go for the dragon roll and salt and pepper squid which taste amazing.
However, customer service requires improvement. But I overlook this as their food is worth coming back to.
A. F.
Really good food. Had the soft shell crab, beef yaki udon noodles, prawn egg fried rice. In decending order of how good they were. Service was a bit blunt but didn't mind as the food made up for it. Interior is quite interesting, the seats are within the ground and very low down which is cool. There is regular seating also. The area around the restaurant is very nice and there is lots to see.
A. J.
I've been here so many times, and I'll keep going back. Their sushi is really good, and reasonably priced as well. I'm a big prawn tempura girl, and this is one of the best I've had (gotta replace the avocado with cream cheese of course) and they accommodate my request at no extra charge. I've tried the lobster cheese which is so so good. But I'd recommend sharing it, it's small but overwhelming after a couple of bites. I'd highly recommend! In fact, I know what I'm having for dinner tonight.
E. S.
We had the buffet here as a party of 5 and I was really impressed with the quality considering the price point and it being all you can eat. Fair range of sushi, hot food and drinks, and all quite good for the price. Service is great and very friendly, full of personality, and the restaurant itself is comfortable and nicely decorated.
S. D.
The Sushi Salsa is an excellent and cozy place to hang out. I appreciate the timely service and the professionalism of the staff. The food was excellent. I will definitely return to the place next time.
G. L.
I really like Sushi Salsa's all you can eat offer... We have had it twice now and the sushi is very good.
I have also had their normal menu and the volcano roll is my favourite.
The drinks menu is very diverse so we always get different cocktails when we visit.
It has a great layout with traditional seating and western seating and the service is very fast.
I. L.
Went to sushi salsa for a Sunday dinner, the food was quite good but had a couple of issues with the service.
Four different waiters plus the manager kept asking us to order even though I specifically asked to enjoy our drinks and call them when we are ready and instead of communicating the message in a not busy venue, a man who looked like the manager decided to "teach" me how to open and close my menu.
When I ordered, I specifically asked for a dish to be a main and be brought after everything else.
That didn't happen and the dish was brought first instead and everything shortly with it. Except one side dish they forgot until I asked for it.
The staff was miserable looking working there, except one person.
I would have stated everything on the spot except no one came to ask if everything is okay or gave the time while serving.
It's a beautiful venue, with nice food and good prices which makes the service all that more disappointing.
B. S.
Great place with top sushi. Even when it was pouring down rain I saw the owner come running with an umbrella for his customers. Can’t wait for it to be open inside!!! Loved it!
Ú. K.
A good place for sushi :)
Love the Volcano Roll.
Outside seating in the summer next to the canal.
Good service.
Good selection of meat, fish, veg dishes that have yet to disappoint me.
If you are in Camden (or anywhere in London for that matter) and fancy a bit of proper sushi, then Sushi Salsa should definitely get a visit.
J. R.
Very fair prices for the quality you get. You can order a la carte but I think most people will go for the all you can eat option for 20.80£. This goes in up to 5 stages and generally you won't be able to finish all five! Wish they had a bit more selection on the all you can eat menu and that they would accept AMEX (minor annoyance for me) but other than that I can definitely recommend this locale.
M. _.
Been to sushi salsa twice now this year. First with my mother and second with a friend.
This Japanese restaurant has a great theme, while not taking itself too serious (ed shareen, Eminem, parov stellar music played in the background while we were having lunch there.)
In the afternoon it was pretty empty so the staff was quite attentive and the place was clean. My friend had his first Japanese food ever there and really enjoyed the teriyaki lunch box (8,80£ for a full meal basically).
Considering the fairly good taste and the amazing location and atmosphere the prices there are a steal! While I can't say that this is the best sushi I ever had, it's a great deal and this place is definitely a recommended stop for those who want to grab food after visiting Camden stables market
M. P.
Good food, Buffet is reasonably priced but wasn’t available for the last few months due to covid. if you eat a la carte it might be pricey. And service charge is a bit high, I wish it was up to the customer to add this on a top of food bill.
S. H.
We were a large group of 13 and we all opted for the buffet option which was extremely good for value and fulfilled a variety of different tastes and dietary requirements.
They helped bring the surprise birthday cake at the end too which made it an even more memorable experience.
Good ambience with lovely decor and seating, delicious food (consistent sushi with usual condiments, really nice tempura prawns and sweet potato + chicken teriyaki) and smiles all around from the staff - was a great night! Only comment to make would be that the staff could be a bit more attentive - such as asking for drink orders earlier on and checking tables if they have finished to clear dishes etc. but other than that a real dining pleasure!
O. D.
Comfortable atmosphere, nice service, fabulous food.
j. w.
I’ve been coming to hi sushi for 7 years... the food is so fairly priced and very fresh and tasty. The service is always amazing ... Maggie and Andy always look after me! The restaurant is very cool. And cocktails are tasty! Go!
S. P.
One of the best sushis I've ever had. We got great service and recommendation from are waiter. if it was wasn't for the experience would not of been the same.
A. A.
Good food, but quite expensive for lunch. I wasn't very fond of the ordering system. They did not accept the adults going for the buffet and my teenage girl having a la carte so she had to pay full adult price, despite only eating a small fraction of an average adult. With one juice and 2 teas for drinks, our lunch bill came to £77 including service, for 3 people. Yup, a bit much, me thinks.
J. V.
Hi sushi salsa is located in one of the best places in Camden town. The place is tiny but really well organized. Food is simply delicious. You can have all you can eat sushi for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
m. c. j. c.
Amazing, everything was delicious! I'm definitely going back
K.
Camden has an abundance of eateries to suit everyone. From vegan to full on carnivores. Sushi salsa offers variations of both. Freshly made sushi is delicious no other words for it. The option of traditional seating is also offered to further your experience and yes I mean sitting on the floor (with cosy cushions). Staff are friendly and helpful if you need help with the menu. Worth a second visit.
H. N.
The tempo is fairly high. Lots of customers but quick and polite service. The staff works fast but aren't stressed. Food tastes great, but there's a bit too much rice in the makis for my taste. Nice assortment of foods. Prices are average. The carafe of white wine and elderflower is a nice refreshment that I can recommend.
A. V.
Really nice place Sushi is goood
A. B.
Personally I think this is one of the best japanese restaurants around London. The food is absolutly delicious, the staff is attentive and very nice, with a high attention to detail and a very great and positive attitude. The waiting times are great as well, so as you enjoy a drink (very good selection of drinks from japanese wiskeys to mocktails and cocktails done with great taste and with great ratios of alcohool and mixers) with the person/s that you have come there with the food will be there in no time. Also I would recommend to make a reservation as it tends to be really busy in there, which is beautiful as it makes the place even more lively and it gives a general good vibe and confidence in the place itself. Talking about the place as well, the way the restaurant looks is great as well with the koi pond and the small bridge at the entrance being my favourite. I would definetly recommend the palce to everybody if they are looking for a great place with a great vibe and amazing food.
R. L.
Sushi buffet in Camden is great. There's a nice choice of sushi's and also hot foods such as the fried food; tempura, Miso soup and beef teriyaki. The atmosphere is very nice and has a Japanese zen feel. Great for dining in and large dining groups. We had 11 people at one table.
E. B.
We had the buffet menu which is pretty much all you can eat for 21 pounds, ( + service charge).
The concept being that you get a certain amount of rounds of food and you can only order the next round once you are done with the current round. ( or you get charged an extra 5 pounds for wasting).
Not a problem for me , I hate throwing food to the bin so I always finish my plate.
We were very impressed upon arrival when the waitress explained how it works because in theory there's enough rounds to fill you up twice no matter how big a eater you are.
However we found a bit chicky that they apply a 1h30 max to order.
Don't get me wrong it should be more than enough time to get full, BUTd after the second round we ordered all the staff disappeared from our area , they were no where to be seen , or if they were they did nott look towards the table even when we waved or called them.
When we realised what was going on we ended up getting up to order from the bar staff , which was a lot nicer than the restaurant staff.
But ultimately we spent more time waiting to be served than actually eating.
I would rate the food 4 stars and the experience 2 stars .
N. E.
Been to this place lots of times before lockdown and it was amazing and enjoyed every bit of it, and after lockdown, we all went today to revist the place and it's still has the best food, best chief and the staff workee are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help customers, and i thank them for it big time, great atmosphere and very warm. A big thank you, we all love you xxxxx
L. C.
Great place for Sushi. It is made fresh as you order and you see them making it. We have the set menu which is £20.80, when you go in there they don't offer you the set menu so ask for it. It is great value. Would definitely recommend it.
E.
Have been here many times now. Food is good, buffet is great value but a shame that if you order something, they give portions for each person (cant order your own options) so it can be too much; guess its their way of getting you to order less! Service is ok; can be hard to get their attention sometimes, atmosphere is nice and chilled.
M. M.
We went for the buffet which is 20.80 and you can order 5 rounds of 5 sushi dishes (no way you can do more than 3.5 rounds) and one round of 7 appetisers. Definitely value for money but the choices in the buffet are minimal and just the standard maki, maki avocado etc. Most of it is salmon expect for one tuna. I mean you could eat a lot you just dont want to because you get sick of eating the same thing over and over again. But good food!
R. G.
Excellent service, excellent food. I used to go to this place when it was hi sushi, the sushi was pretty amazing back then, they have really out done themselves, the food was even more tastie, the dishes looked to good to eat. I would recommend to any one who loves sushi and a great dining experience.
G. H.
Quality is excellent and fresh. Not much to complain.
J. T.
My girlfriend and Is favourite sushi place in London. The sushi is good quality and well priced, with comfortable seating. The option of Japanese style floor-sunken tables makes it stand out from others. I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes Japanese cuisine
P. L.
Excellent lunch, very polite staff.
A.
We were three ppl and got big table. We had buffets. It's big portion and we couldn't finish them. In short, personally, i love this place. It's a very nice environment. Foods overall are good and they came fast. Waiting staffs also nice, it's good service. Price quite affordable.
C. C.
Really good deal with the "all you can eat" menu. It is worth a try given the amazing location right next to the Camden Town market. I didn't find extremely comfortable the low seating but in general the service was good.
R. G.
We were in Camden for a meeting which was delayed for three hours. As it was lunchtime we went to find somewhere to eat. We were just passing Hi Sushi Salsa when it started to rain heavily. We looked no further and had lunch there. The Menu was excellent my colleague chose a Bento Box of Chicken Terriaki and I had a Gyozo Ramen. Both were fabulous and the bill with 12 1/2% service came to £19.12
B. B.
This restaurant is a real gem. Besides the obvious good looking room, you have a large selection of meals. Every time I tried, it has always tasted amazing. Definitely recommend !
M. R.
Food is delicious and service and staff are wonderful 🤩
A. K.
Great sushi buffet but impolite staff! That's why this gets a 3.
You can get the sushi buffet for 22.25£ (Including service charge), which is really decent for London sushi. This is why I go there pretty much every weekend.
However, the couple running the restaurant is rude every time. (The waiters working for them are really nice though.) Before you even have time to chill they tell you all the restaurant rules with a bad attitude. It is like they are constantly on a bad mood, or they expect you to find ways to cheat because it's a buffet.
Last time we went 3 people and only 2 got the buffet and both the man and the lady started telling us (in different turns) of how the 3rd person isn't allowed to eat from the buffet. How desperate! I mean come on, we have morals and come here each weekend. It's about time you stop being so impolite. This place would have been 5 stars otherwise.
Another time the lady came to me telling me off about having filled up the bowl with too much soy sauce and that I am going to spill it, before I even did! They really need to chill and think about the customer and not themselves.
C. R.
have been a few times now and the food is always to a good standard. Service can be hit and miss and so can the atmosphere depending on who is in control of the music volume.
DO NOT PAY THE AUTOMATIC SERVICE CHARGE! the staff do not receive a penny of it, if you wish to show your gratitude, leave them a cash tip.
N. Y.
We tried different plates to share and everything was delicious. Also, cheaper than expected. Place looks really cool as well. Will definitely come back often. Loved it!
S. K.
Sushi Salsa is simply the best sushi in London. You have to try it!! The food is incredible and all the staff can not do enough for you. My children love it too and always ask me to take them to Sushi Salsa. 😄😄😄
M. M.
Loved their food, so damn good! The sashimi is so fresh and tasty! Oh boy, their drinks are top quality too. I’d happily recommend
T. F.
Good sushi and nice deal! Not cheap but....give it a try! The sushi was good and quickly prepared! Nice crew and good choice of dishes also in the all you can eat formula
K.
Great food.
however if your prepared to be ignored/be treated as if you're the last person they want to served then help yourself.
We waited 30mins till we got asked, even though there we're 4 staff just hanging by the bar.
R. S.
Nice place to sit and watch the boats, good food and plenty of it for the price (you get loads in a bento box) but as some other reviewers have said the service can be inconsistent. Go if you're not in a hurry and love Japanese food.
L. Y.
The food quality is ok if you know what to order.
I was disappointed in my last visit when seeing a young waiter touched my food with his hand in order to put stuff back in the middle of the plate. He also did payment handling etc.
I think the restaurant should provide proper staff training.
I've rather to have my food not good looking.
C. C.
Sushi "all-you-can-eat"
- ~23gbp pp
- It's not actually unlimited food
- You should order the salmon sashimi with every order as the rest of the items provide more than enough rice and you'd want salmon to go with it
- The special one-time items that you can order are good, everything else is pretty much Abocado
A.
Lovely restaurant with lovely food. We ordered sushi, fried oysters, salt and pepper soft shell crabs, and salt and pepper squid. They came quick with great service, and all dishes were delicious.
R.
Excellent service, the food was amazing.
F. M. M.
Good food, although I expected more from a Japanese restaurant.
A. R.
Great place for drinks or dinning, my wife and i sat out side for dinner enjoying the view over the canal, prices are great , i had a lovely soft shell crab fallow up with a surf and turn and a bottle of chenin blanc , our waitress Elizabeth was very sweet and kind it did makes our night .
R. W.
First time visted Sushi Salsa, had a very good experience. The staff that serviced us was very nice and the food was just delicious. Me and my boyfriend felt welcoming. Would recommend to others and definitely return to dine.
N.
went for the buffet and was not incredibly impressed. the hot fried food was bland and greasy and whilst the crispy skin sushi was really good not much else was noteworthy. not a bad place just not the best esp for the price.
J. R.
The buffet option is really worthwhile. Price wise it is very good for sushi and sushi tastes about a 7.4 as far a sushi goes. Really enjoyable for groups. Restaurant atmosphere is stunning and service above average
B. M.
Recently revamped sushi place serving fantastic range of bento, sushi, hot dishes and eat as much as you can options and good wine, sake and cocktails. Great for cozy couples and large parties alike.
P. L.
We had a fantastic lunch in sushi salsa Camden. The food was great but the service was even greater thanks to Lucas, the Wauter WGO served us. His. drive to serve and to make us feel good was really exveptional. Please say hello to Lucas from us when you go there.
D. N.
Sushi salsa at Camden, nice place to relax and have a meal, atmosphere is warm and friendly, you also get a view of Camden lock, nice place to chill.
g. w.
Excellent. The food was amazing and the staff were really helpful. Value for money as well as some of the most authentic food we have had. Highly recommended.
M. C.
Nice service, friendly staff, the food was pretty good and far better than expected, the cocktails were amazing. Very reasonably priced too. I'd definitely go back.
m. l.
Good sushi, good price
A. A.
Went for a buffet, it's OK average food when opting for buffet... Only expensive item available is salmon everything else is cheap stuff, the hot food items (available once) is decent too. No dessert unfortunately.... The system used to order is basic and does not offer much choice.
O. D.
Best Sushi of my life! Bit pricy but my god is it worth it. The setting is also very nice, with floor level tables for an authentic Japanese experience. Highly reccomend.
C. H.
The food was nice and service was really good too. They asked if I want refill for tea and ginger, which was nice. I will go back next time I am in the area!
T. J.
I've never had Sushi this fresh or tasty. It's adorable but definitely not a compromise. Love it.
M. N.
Good service. Buffet was average
Y. 1.
The food here is great. The staff are polite and the seating is...well interesting. But overall I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come again
L.
Had a great Friday sushi lunch here. Service, the food presentation and quality was good. The area is full of good vibes and things to do and Salsa Sushi is not a bad choice. Will be back.
W.
I've been to this place way back when it was called Hi Sushi. Good food, atmosphere and waitering. I went for an early dinner recently here and it was all okay until nighttime. Tl:dr I was in the toilet for most of the night and now I'm in my room for the whole day. Hopefully it was a one off.
J. C.
The food here is consistently good quality and well presented. The location is great also. If you want sushi or similar fusion in Camden, come here.
E. J.
Such succulent salmon sashimi served speedily, such scrumptious spicy soup! Soft shellfish squashed, sliced, scoffed, swallowed. Seaweed seemed suitable side. Satisfying spread. Strange seating. Solid Sushi Salsa sesh.
K. E.
Their all you can eat isn't really limitless but it's still good. One of the best options to eat sushi from a price standpoint in London. Also doesn't taste bad.
G. K.
One of the best sushi restaurants in London. Amazing decor and if you go along on Saturday nights there is even a DJ. All the tables are inset into the floor giving an amazing height to the space and making your meal that much more intimate.
Most of all delicious food especially their Nasu Dendaku
R. D.
"11 out of 10"! I wish I lived here! (Review from my 11 year old son after our visit today). Service was good. Food was tasty. Not our first visit and definitely not our last!
F. O.
I really like this place. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Really great all-you-can eat sushi menu. Always eat here when visiting London.
O. K.
Very nice place, service is great and food is tasty. Chicken is halal, but sushi is really the house' speciality. This place will not disappoint if you're looking for tasty sushi.
N. P.
Great place for japanese food lovers. The staff is not always helpful as you have to raise your hands a couple pf times to get their attention, but the food is excellent and I am a frequent costumer!
S. D.
The best bento box I've ever had, amazing staff too.
C. K.
Nice sushi restaurant with a nice Japanese-y style and atmosphere. Food is decent and good quality for a relatively good value for money. Would recommend if you are in the area and are craving sushi.
A. M.
The best sushi you can have in London.
Very tasty.
The staff was very polite and friendly.
Highly recommended
J. T.
Love this place!!! Food is sooo good!!
Good cocktails and great value
L. T.
Great food, cocktails, plus friendly and efficient staff. Love this place!
m. h.
Great meal had by myself and 5 friends. We found the food was cooked well and staff pleasant and helpful. likely to return in near future.
B. T.
Very very good food, and nice set up inside, definitely will be back!
j. v.
Great place in a nice setting, good an fast service , wonderful fresh fish and quality food. Also recommended with teenagers who enjoy shushi !
T. G.
Sushi and other japanese food, delightfully hearty and delcious.
Big fan of Katsu, Ramen, Gyoza, and donburri myself. Think I noticed a bottle of XO Cognac on their bar's shelf, which is very impressive.
Delcious mocktails as well. Right nearby my job, big fan.
T. B.
Great food, but they can get a little sneaky with the all you can eat deal. Make sure you are very aware of what you ordered, to avoid being flooded with very filling foods near the end, as you will have to pay a fine if you don't eat everything.
L. L.
I go there regularly with friends. Sushi are good and cheap. Make sure you take or ask for the all you can eat menu.
M. Z. (.
Food was on point. 10/10 would eat again.
B.
Absolutely incredible, servIce was great. And the most important part... The food was amazing. I got the egg rools and fried rice, I highly recommend this place for a nice lunch.
A. S.
Never disappointed in the food I get here. Chicken Katsu curry is a must! Great drinks menu also.
R. w. J. R.
I go to this place once every month/ two months and I love the atmosphere, the people and the food! One of the best japanese restaurant around London, highly recommended!!
S. K.
Nice!! Try spicy noodle
A. J.
I've been there many times already and I am planning to come back again. They have very good selection of sushi and my favourite Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box.
P. A.
While I am a big fan of Ramen and ate multiple recipes around Japan I can give this one 3 stars. While generally ok, Pork is a bit to hard and the broth a bit to thin.
M. B.
Really tasty food, very pleasant environment, sunken tables a quirky touch. Attentive staff. Overall a great experience.
M. N.
One of the few restaurants in London where you can get all you can eat sushi formula for more or less 24 pounds. You have 1.5 hours to eat your food and you can choose 5 dishes for 5 times plus 7 dishes one time.
D. T.
Oh wow is the best thing to say about the food. Really top notch Japanese fare - service is brilliant. The halloween decorations with the crawling zombie was particularly fun.
M. J.
Amazing food and amazing customer service. Just loved it🥰
L. M.
Nice location but not work paying the high prices as sushi was un fresh and old looking and tasting. We were a bit disappointed.
C. T.
Great place for all you can eat sushi! Good drink selection.
Good for catching up with friends or big group
C. B.
Delicious food and great service
A. S.
Love the all you can eat buffet. Never manage to get through all the rounds, but sushi is always made to order, swift and incredibly delicious!
G. M.
I am a regular in this sushi and I can say the quality of the food is very good. A broad variety of dishes which makes me come often in this restaurant.
L.
Usually come here for the sushi buffet as it's worth it when going in groups. They also do some other very delicious and beautiful recipes which I've seen others get, worth a go next time.
S.
Food was good, however service was lack luster, had to attempt several times to flag a waiter to order after being seated 20 mins earlier. Had to ask for the bill twice as the waiting staff forgot.
K. N.
Amazing sushi and don't forget to ask them for their a la carte buffet menu! It is worth it sooo much and its only for about 21£ pp
e. a. c.
They are not doing their regular all you can eat formula due to covid, and it's not advertised anywhere on their website.
A. F.
Affordable, delicious pipping hot food. Could not be happier with service food or place.
a. r.
Can never go wrong with sushi here... Love the ambience
B.
Absolutely gorgeous meal this evening! Sushi plates were amazing will defo be back X
M. F.
Beautiful ambience and decor to have the best japense platters and sushi at reasonable prices, optimal hygienic conditions and prompt and punctual service as well.
s. c.
have been coming to the restaurant for 6 years, always a great experience, staff great and food is delicious! always fresh and super tasty - would highly recommend
B. S.
Remember to ask for the All you can eat Sushi option. It's not on the menu but the main reason to go.
Japanese friend said the place is authentic.
D. A.
Great food and friendly staff.
C. M.
This place is fancy and the only gripe i have with it is it being a bit pricy, the food is super nice, you sit inside the floor ans everything is low key down to earth and the staff is super nice and service is fairly fast and there is a mini bridge over a mini waterfall next to the entrace, also i didnt try desert but you can eat ramen here and go get icecream or what ever u want from camden thereforw location is awesome
R. S.
Fantastic food and fantastic service
S. M.
It's great sushi with lots of options to chose from, medium priced a basic meal for two with drinks will run at around £100
S. F.
My favorite sushi place!! Foods fresh and well put together. reasonable and friendly staff!!
C. P. R.
The food was really nice. We got served almost immediately. The waitresses and waiters were really polite and professional.

Good food, but quite expensive for lunch. I wasn't very fond of the ordering system. They did not accept the adults going for the buffet and my teenage girl having a la carte so she had to pay full adult price, despite only eating a small …

Great food. Great service. Been coming here for years.

B. S.
Remember to ask for the All you can eat Sushi option. It's not on the menu but the main reason to go. …
P. Z.
Love the Bento option! Really good sushi as well and large choice
M. S.
I liked it very much! looks modern and fascinating, the staff is kind and the prices are good. Sushi were good, I suggest to taste the uramaki with duck

The food was delicious and the desert was fun. However the toilet facilities were being used by staff as a changing room which meant a long wait for a paying customer.
M. D.
Been to a lot of Sushi places and was expecting to be underwhelmed. I was wrong. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the service was quick.
S. D.
Great place, manager threw in free drink and joke probably because our table wasn't ready. It was busy but the food came out super quick.
C. M.

We love this place for the unlimited sushi option with the boys. Just don't expect hundreds of types of sushi to be included in the all-you-can-eat.
T. T.
Great food and good prices. The restaurant is clean and the staff is welcoming.
B. V.
Love the place by the canal. The all you can eat menu is really good value for money with tempura dishes and all you can eat sushi and sashimi!

Layout is nice, has flowing water and you can see the cooks making your food, portion sizes aren't the biggest bit quality and presentation is great
D. S.
Really cute interior, though some tables are in the ground. I have no problem with this being young but my grandparents weren't happy with this so consider if you have trouble with bending you're knees
K. C.

Had a great time with our family. I love this concept of the low tables, but they are a bit challenging for older folks.
J.
Very nice sushi buffet. The way they cut out the floor for places to seat was uncomfortable though. I would appreciate a backrest!
