Hey this place is fine, but nothing that blew me away by any means. We had the prawn crisps which were tasty, the chicken pad thai which was fine, I wish I could say more but it was just average pad thai, not at all bad but kind of uninspired. We also had the mixed veggie stir fry w/ chicken which was a bit on the sweet side. Overall, maybe just a little on ther bland side, the dishes could use more spice. The servers were very friendy!

Recommended by a Thai friend who recently moved to the UK. Ordered the Mee Krob Lad Nah with chicken (77). Crispy noodles were indeed crispy and not oily. Sauce was decent with good variety of vegetables.

Nice food, decent prices and friendly staff. Wasn't too busy, plenty of space between tables but if it was at peak capacity it'd be a little bit snug. 3 of us with a range of 4 or 5 starters, one main each, one rice, 2 bottles of wine and a whiskey only came to < £150.

Starters were really very good and the pad Thai delicious. The green curry however just had zero taste. Really strange. Nothing to really dislike but equally nothing to like and the beef was also tough. Staff were friendly and attentive but half way through our starters we were told to stop as our mains ready. The bill was high. I’m used to London prices and more than happy to tip but didn’t like that service of 12.5% was added and the bill did make me say how much?!?!? Nice evening overall but for what we spent I’d rather go to patara.

Great value and extremely tasty food. I am no expert on Thai, but I know how a good green curry tastes and that was pretty much spot on. The sweet & sour (though not particularly Thai-specific) though very sweet had a great balance in flavour and the 2-people mixed platter was excellent, making more expensive places simply not worth it. The staff were very polite, helpful and considerate. A must go for Thai in the area.

This restaurant has very delicious Thai food. We ordered the set menu which was around 10-13 and it comes with an appetiser and a meal. The size and the taste of all the food was great. Not because we ordered the set menu the portions were smaller, on the contrary they were very well served. I had a delicious Thai iced tea too. The service was fast and very friendly.

Most food was ok, dim sum were very disappointing - overcooked and tough meat. The sticky rice was uncooked in the middle and had to be sent back. The phad tai was very strongly flavoured, quite artificial tasting, not aromatic. The green curry was average, again, not very aromatic at all. Overall would not recommend.

What a great venue, very elegant and had a stylish decor. We went to for karaoke here with a group of 12. The group is expected to spend £65/hour on food and drinks. The food was okay; definitely have had better Thai in a lot of different places. The good thing was they were able to accommodate our dietary preferences including vegetarian and vegan. The cocktails were good and they had a decent wine selection. The karaoke system was completely outdated though. They had very average song selection and the video on some of these were bad. The TV kept flashing on and off and the controls were obscure to use. However, we had a blast! So ymmv.

If you're looking for an amazing Thai place, this place is it. The food is delicious, service comes with a smile and you'll definitely be savoring for more. Ive always walk out of this place feeling so stuffed and overly satisfied. The only downside, the portions are small. Between two people, you can order about 4 or 5 dishes. I'm a big eater so I'd tend to request for them to cook a bigger portion and spicy!

Very slow service, and I don't blame the girl that was alone on the floor (rather the opposite, she was always smiling and professional) she was the only one taking orders and serving, there was a guy too but it seems he was only in charge of cleaning tables and bringing the food -when taking orders was much more important that doing other duties, as the restaurant wasn't full and it didn't need all the tables to be ready in case more customers were coming- i blame the management. Once again, this experience should have been better if the owners of the place (now a chain) will employ more staff. Food was tasty, but not as good as in Thailand, so, a bit disappointed, portions were very small too. Will I go back? I don't think so

A nice Thai restaraunt, that is better on the inside than it looks from the street/was quite busy. Some tables were obviously regulars by the way that they were greeted by the waiter so a good sign to start with. The food menu is a reasonably wide offering of reasonable quality, reasonably priced food. The drinks were not that expensive for the area (no pints of lager though), so all in all reasonable value for money. Two main dishes and one special fried rice between 2 of use was sufficient food. The staff were quite busy as we visited pre-theatre/early evening, but were still quite friendly and attentive, hence the service was pretty decent and was done with a smile. The place is kept quite clean. All in all a decent visit and I would go back again.

Thai Tho is currently my favorite Thai restaurant in London. Every time I visit London, I try to have a nice dinner here. The green curry is not too spicy so you don't need to worry about it. My other favorite is the beef with oyster sauce... I can only recommend the place!

My husband and I found this restaurant when going on a tour of Jack the Ripper and wound up in Picadilly Circus area starving. This restaurant has the best authentic Thai food in all of England (excluding Cambridge). I went back with my son a few months later to eat here and we gobbled everything up. I generally get Beef Red Curry and Papaya Salad, my husband gets Panang Curry, and my son gets Pad Thai. My son got the combination appetizer instead of Pad Thai. We will go back next time we're in London!

For a central China town location, very good prices and food was delicious, it's easily missed, as you need to sleep upstairs but it's just at the entrance to chinatown. Four of us went here pre-theatre and we all loved it. They do aromatic crispy duck, which is unusual for a Thai, and made me very happy. The masaman was lovely and the bean curd with ginger & mixed veg was delicious. Everything arrived promptly so we were not rushed in getting to the show. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the veggie options are very limited, including only one bean curd dish. Given how good that one is, they really should have more!

Stop putting sugar in your sauces! Seriously! I ordered Thai fried noodles with chicken and while it was okay tasting, it was too sweet. It's a sign of a really bad cook to put too much sugar in sauces, because it's a cheap way to make it taste better on the first bite. But towards the end it starts tasting gross.

Visited pre-theatre with my wife and a friend. The food was promptly served, very tasty and full of flavour. I had the Kuoy Tiaw Pad Kee Mao (Spicy flat noodles with chicken) and it was genuinely delicious. We chose Thai Tho as it was conveniently located for the theatres nearby - perhaps if you shop around you'll get a better meal, but this is a safe bet for some yummy Thai food.
