Reviews of The Greedy Cow
K. W.
Really tasty burgers. We had a mix of wagyu , normal beef and The Greedy. All cooked to a decent medium and well seasoned. Normal chips good, but excellent, crispy sweet potato fries. Friendly attentive service.
M. C.
The Greedy Cow is 30 seconds walk over the road from Mile End Tube Station. Very friendly staff. Willing to go the extra mile for you. Food was brilliant. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend for friends and family. Comes with a high recommendation.
K. P.
Had a lovely meal here and the service was brilliant. I had the French burger and the Greedy Cow Cocktail, both were delicious.
I thoroughly recommend eating here - the staff were really lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We even popped back in later for another drink as they were so lovely.
A. M.
5 stars for service, and would be the main reason I would come back. We had the burgers, one with bun and one bunless. Both are good options. The meat was cooked closer to well down, which I like less but it is good quality and fresh products used.

Really tasty burgers. We had a mix of wagyu , normal beef and The Greedy. All cooked to a decent medium and well seasoned. Normal chips good, but excellent, crispy sweet potato fries. Friendly attentive service.

My friends and I come here from time to time when we want a nice meal. We discovered this place a year ago and have been coming back ever since. We all agree that the burgers here are some of the best we've ever tasted! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is nice. Highly recommend
S. G.
Tasty burgers and mac 'n' cheese all nicely presented. Friendly and quick service too. 5 minute drive from Troxy. Online booking slots are a bit odd, so you might be better-off calling. Definitely worth considering if you're in the area.
M. M.
Top quality meat in the burgers. Homemade sweet potato chips and freshly squeezed Orange Juice. All ingredients were carefully sourced and excellent quality. The food was matched by Reg and the 5* service, as he said "everything is possible " when we needed to tweak the meal. Wonderful ambience and cool contemporary finish to the bar and eating area too. Highly recommended.

Visited the first time years ago and it's still awesome, if not better! Perfect kangaroo burger and tempura batter, festive menu includes amazing mulled wine. Service is not included so you can choose the tip before you pay, be generous!

We had a perfect Sunday lunch today. The food was excellent, some of us had Sunday roast and it was absolutely divine ! Amazing costumer service, two lovely ladies serve us, both really nice and attentive to details. We’ll be back soon, it was great!

Every single time I fancy a burger, I know where I have to go! Burger is ALWAYS tasty there! My requests matched. I like the quality and the portions! They pay attention a lot to customer's needs. Chefs are super good! Staff polite, nice and caring! Delivery always on time and food well packed!! Highly recommended. Let's support local businesses expecially if good like this! Please guys, keep doing like this!

Came here today and we had the Italian burger with sweet potato fries, I have to say the burger was the best iv had, fresh brioche bun, crispy lettuce parma ham and a very juicy tasty beef burger. The fries where also delicious! To add the staff we're friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming here again.

Love this local place.
They do a really good chicken burger and sweet potato fries.
Last time we went they had student discount as well.
Service is friendly.
Knocking one star is only because it’s relatively small, so you might not always get a seat / have to queue, but they do deliveries.
P. K.
Food is excellent, quick to come out of the kitchen and the service is first class. They used to have a wider selection of burgers, the current menu is quite limited although there are more non-burger meat dishes on offer.
A. R.
Amazing food, poped in for a Sunday roast and was not disappointed. Chefs did really good job, waiters amazing. Loved it, will call me back
J. c.
Last Friday was the first time we actually ate in the restaurant. We always get take away. My friend is celieac and I called beforehand to see if they had gluten free options and they had whoop whoop. The service was excellent all staff members happy and had great working vibes. Food was amazing best burgers around Mile End. Definite thumbs up to this place. 🙂 Will come back for sure!

I planned a surprise bday dinner for my wife last minute for 15 of us on the 27th. I spoke to Victor on the phone who took my booking. From that first call up until we left that night he was perfect. Amazing customer service, great dinner and helped me plan everything. Very cosy venue with great food for a great price. I personally recommend this place! Will defo be back!!! Thanks to Victor, the MOD and kitchen staff on hand that night. ❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

Good food and good service. Simple but classy. You can’t go wrong. I loved my time here with my fiancé. All around class establishment

Casual atmosphere, good service and quality food. Mains mostly burgers or steak. Would recommend .
A. M.
I love this place!! There is always a great atmosphere, and it's my favourite place to come and eat a great stake!! :)

The Greedy Cow is a very strong option for a dinner in the Mile End neighborhood. In particular the ambiance and general quality insures at minimum a solid experience and at most an excellent one. The aspect I most enjoy is their excellent whisky selection. It isn’t massive but they have superb options in the Islay, Speyside, and Japanese selections.
C. C.
I had the Italian burger and honestly it was one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had.
Lovely ingredients, amazing taste combinations.

Found this place by chance. What a nice, clean and friendly place. The price of the burger lunch menu was the best I've seen. The taste was great and well cooked. The young lady who attended to us was extremely friendly and had sound knowledge of the restaurant. My husband and I were very impressed and we'll definitely visit again.
G. J.
Amazing food, along with selection of drinks, the lamb chops and rib eye steak with the onion rings always a winner! Highly recommended and never know who you may bump into
A. C.
Sat outside for a well earned glass of wine after chelsea flower show. Had a lovely conversation with the waitress. Sad i didn't have time to try the food. I hear sunday roast is fab
M. B.
The food here is at such a high quality, I had the rib eye steak with a red wine sauce. The meat was tender and the flavours were so strong. The only problem I had was the staff, dont get me wrong they were friendly but the kept looking over at us all the time and made me slightly uncomfortable. Other than that one thing the food was great at fair prices.
C. W.
Their food hygiene rating was 0 until recently. It's now showing as 3, which is still fairly poor. I'll restore my original rating when this improves!

Been a few times now and just upped my review to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Great food; great staff. Quite a small place, so recommend booking.

Last night fabulous. Amazing vibe, excellent custumer service the girls are really nice and kind and the food was 10/10!!! Everything great! For sure we’ll be back
T. R.
I really rate this place. On a weekend they have a great brunch and breakfast menu and their take on the full engligh is really nice. Their burger menu is really good too, especially the buttermilk chicken. Yum!!
R. G.
Possibly not the nicest spot for al fresco dining but it was busy inside and a lovely evening made it tolerable. The food, however, was excellent and the service both friendly and efficient. I had a Wagyu burger with sweet potato fries and, although it was expensive for a burger, and not the biggest I've ever seen, the flavour was amazing. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever tasted and they certainly filled me up. I am not going to mark this down for value since it was my choice to have the most expensive burger on the menu - and I'm not sorry I did.

Great place with very good selection of burgers and drinks, some of them a bit exotic and gluten free and plant based only option so really welcoming place if you or your friend have some specific diet requirements. They also have mocktails if you can't have alcohol. The staff is also very nice!
T. K.
Sunday roast outstanding, starter prawns ( wow jumbo size ) , desert amazing , great vibes , tasty coffee, friendly staff , You cannot ask more , pretty shocking for this area but positive way , its rarely happens these days in LDN.... Deffo be back for more
Z. H.
The food was of a high standard and incredibly filling. The staff were friendly and attentive. No complaints!
C. R.
Absolutely lovey food. Steak, chicken wings, lamb chops, sweet potato fries and normal fries. Cooked to perfection!

Meal deal £10 burger and beer. 😁
r. 5.
The beef was lovely and moist full of flavour and the bacon in my burger was crispy but still full of taste would definitely recommend if you are a burger lover
A. M.
Loved the beef burger here. Decent selection of draught pints available too
S. F.
Lovely food and staff. Worth visiting.
Also I had really good company too.
J. B.
One of the best burgers that never try in East London. I got the Italian burger and it was very juice and full of flavour
I.
Burger was good. Hair in prawns but kind waiter brought us a new plate and took it off the bill.
T. H.
Restaurant and bar that focuses on steak and burgers. The beef burger was very good, chips as well. Service was decent. Reasonable beer selection, though only craft beers were a couple of Meantime ales.
The restaurant has been open for ten years and is well worth a visit.
D. D.
Great and fresh food, I like the ambience the place has, and the employees were helpful. I will definitely visit here next time.
D. P.
Amazing food experience. Definitely the best mac & cheese I've ever had. The pulled lamb burger was epic! Host's were great too, made sure we were topped up! Will be back soon!
R. C.
The portions are very generous and the food is well cooked, tasty and hearty. Excellent. Thank you.
A. O.
Great little restaurant just over the road from Mile End tube station. A good selection of burgers with ribs and spicy chicken wings on the menu too!
C. R.
A true community gem. This is one independent that people come back to time and time again - families treating the kids, friends meeting up, couples on dates... I know I do.
The food is usually very good, with great options for carnivores (most of their meat is sourced from The Ginger Pig) and even some good alternatives for veggies and vegans - they do a very good bean burger as well as the now famous Beyond burger.
The drinks menu, although reduced in recent months, is also a lot wider than you might expect.
W. R. P.
This is an extremely busy restaurant with both dine-in and drive-thru BUT all the staff are fast paced and very friendly and the food is always fresh and they always give you plenty of dips 😊👍
H. M.
Was brought here by my sister on the promise of a good Sunday roast and it blew me away. Best Sunday roast I've ever eaten. The meat melted in your mouth and every single component was spot on. Very good Yorkshire and proper gravy
Z. Z.
Still one of the best burgers in town with a diverse selection. No freak burgers or needless use of Brioche. Just quality meat. The lunch menu is an absolute steal.
s. n.
Awesome burgers and drinks menu! The owner is a fantastic character and made us feel so welcome we had to go back for snacks and cocktails in the evening... don't think about it...if your in the Bow area and need a burger...go!
P. z. L.
To be honest: Greedy Cow is and will be the best restaurant I've ever been at. Those burgers are fabulous and anything else too. I'll never forget my visit at Greedy Cow. Made my trip to London more than perfect. I think I'm a fan ;).
J. H.
I like lunch menu that is fairly reasonably priced and very fresh. Staff are very kind and lovely.
A. F.
Had one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Staff were very friendly. Reasonable price for such lovely food
Definitely will go back
S. L.
Very nice food, lovely vibe and extremely attentive and friendly and quirky service. After checking it out in the morning, I actually went back with my daughter for some of the veggie burger and that was fab.
C. V. L.
Great food, probably the best place to drink and eat in east London. Service is amezing with huge attention to your needs.
N. F.
Fantastic burger joint. I've always said it's better to have fewer items on the menu but do them well then to have lots and be mediocre. And this is the former! Great food, great service will go back! 👌🏽🔥
J. Z.
Service was very good
Not the worst meal I have had but definitely far from the best.
When you are at a business lunch and your client can’t finish their burger because it is so dry it is an embarrassing situation.
You live and learn through experience.
J. T.
Decent spot. Some mates and I came here looking for the "best burgers in London" I got the impression that the burgers were okay. But you can also try non-traditional ( in Europe) meats, like kangaroo burgers. If that floats your boat, than its worth a try
G. K.
Fantastic atmosphere and staff, food is tasty:)
D. M.
Really good burgers, decently priced.
Take away available.
D. K.
I had the Wagyu beef burger and it was simply divine and the beef was perfectly cooked. The fries that I bought along with my burger were well salted and just the right amount of crispy but not so much that it would ruin the fries and they were delicious. Over all I'm going to give a five star due to the how good everything in my meal was and also with how unasumeing this place feels.
B. S.
Portions, in my opinion, are not that generous. However the quality of the food is 10/10 and the owner is very friendly. Especially when I was at the restaurant during covid times everything was pretty spaced out and disinfected between use. The only issue I had was the owner took down his mask to speak to us and was a little too close. Other than that, you can tell the place is very well run and I am a huge fan of this local shop for burgers, cocktails, and just to hang out with a friend. Will be back!
R. Z.
Very nice place great burgers and service.
I am generally a big guy and eat alot. The Jamaican burger and side of sweet potato fries is filling enough. Overall highly reccomend. :-D
R. S.
Excellent food and friendly service. My choice was the Italian burger with added halloumi and avocado toppings along with sweet potato fries.
D. G.
The £15 wagyu (Japanese beef) burger was delicious. I also tried the charcoal bun, but the normal bun tasted as good, to be honest.
G. B.
Good ambiance, friendly staff and good food. They have gluten free buns! Had the chicken burger and the namesake cocktail (was ok). I saw in their menu they have some seafood options. Will go back to try them.
D. d. S.
Tasty vegan burger using impossible burger. The chips are delicious – they may have become my favorite chips. A pleasure to have this pub in our neighborhood.
a.
Lovely restaurant to dine in .food is all the time fresh, staff very friendly and professional, enjoyed all the time we go there.we will comeback definitely!
K. M.
Went for dinner after a concert and it was not going to be our first choice, but we really enjoyed our experience and will return. A couple of starters to share were tasty, lovely tempura prawns and chilli chicken wings hit the spot, then a Rump steak for me and a Chicken burger for my wife a few glasses of wine and excellent service made it a nice evening Thank you 😊
M. W.
Burgers are good with all the right fillings and varieties but need some sauce for extra flavour!
M. S.
I visit this place once a year with my daughter, staff changes but always very friendly, delicious food, amazing burger
D. A.
Staff are very friendly and the food is something tasty and fresh 😀
I will back soo
A. J.
5 ⭐ each and every time. 🍔 are mouthwatering, but steaks 🥩 are even better
K. H. A.
Excellent staff and great burgers. Nuff said. Highly recommend!
n. c.
We came here for the Sunday roast and what can I say, it didn't disappoint. The food was amazing and portion sizes were spot in. The service was also very good. We will definitely be back.
L. L.
Great lunch deals. Burger was okay but fries were nice and crispy. Unlimited soft drink. All for just £7.50
B. T.
Lively place with great variety of rooms and an outdoor setting. Bar is a bit small and can clog up the entrance.
G. P.
10/10 the food was perfect, my wife and I went there and our Waiter Rafael did an amazing job. He was super nice, he was like flash with our refills & our food. I wish every server works like him. Amazing experience, were definitely going back. If you go, ask for Rafael you won’t regret it.
V. T.
The taste of their food is nice. However the Wagyu burger didn’t taste anywhere as good as actual Wagyu should. The burger just tasted like usual beef burger. Was rather disappointed by that, given the price was much higher.
The chargrilled bbq ribs were tasty but portion was too small even though it was a full rack.
The onion rings were very big but as a result too much batter and oily.
Sweet potato fries were good.
All in all it is quite pricey given the food isn’t exceptional.
D. S.
This place is a solid 5 stars, I have been here a number of times the manger remembers everyone, the staff are always friendly and courteous even if they are busy, the food is always great. I have tried most things in the menu and they are always top drawer, the chef is lovingly a wizard. I am a meat eater but have gone there and just ate the vegetarian options, the tenderstem broccoli is delicious, the steaks and burgers are spot on. However a special shout out to the lamb chops with mushroom salad... If you try one thing on the menu that has to be it, my partner and I periodically just sit and talk about those chops! Will not disappoint.
A. D.
Best meal I've had in a long time and perfect service too. Very very yummy.
D. L.
I visited The Greedy Cow for my second ever time this morning with my friend to enjoy the breakfast menu again and was met with exactly the same experience as previously.
There is something quite humbling about the owner of the business working with his staff, not just as a manager but as a team played. I too saw him clearing tables, taking orders, delivering food etc just like everyone else which was, honestly, refreshing to see.
The interior was just as lovely as ever, very quiet and spacious, nice seats and clean tables. Food was presented as brilliantly as always, tasted as fresh as you’d expect and very nicely priced, especially for London.
All staff are friendly and approachable which makes this a lovely breakfast experience.
M. D. S.
I visited the greedy cow 3 days ago as I wanted a burger and live close by. My girlfriend and I have been back everyday for the past 3 days in a row. We're in love with this restaurant. The burgers are huge and absolutely delicious. The service is also phenomenal. They take care of you as if they've known you forever. Rich and the owner will make you feel at home. The greedy burger is huge and mouth watering topped with an giant onion ring. The buttermilk chicken burger was a tower of goodness and the veggie burger did not disappoint as it was full of different flavours. Portions are really big and reasonably priced. No matter how busy it is upon your arrival they will get you seated asap.

I highly recommend! We went out as a family (2 adults, 2 early teens and a 17mnth old) mainly for the government incentive for 'eat out' after being refused entry to a few places, we weren't very hopeful of getting a table, at first I thought we were being turned away, as we hadn't booked a table, then came a lovely man I believe to be the manager, he was welcoming straight away, he moved some tables and got us a high chair for the baby. The service we received was outstanding throughout our visit, couldnt ask for a nicer bunch of staff, the food was lovely too, well prepared and brought out in a timely fashion.
The restaurant itself is clean, neat and well decorated. It's was a good all round.
G. D.
Food was amazing, staff were super friendly, atmosphere was perfect .. will definitely be back .

Amazing food, lovely staff. THE BEST STEAK.
K. M.
Me and dad had breaky here! It was amazing lovely food lovely coffee and really lovely people!
S. M.
Really nice food and beers. They were a really welcome surprise, especially with everything going on atm. The service was quick, polite and safe (covid compliant). In addition, if you takeaway, Mile End park is a short walk away, which is a great place to enjoy your meal/beer. Well worth a visit!
M. C.
Service is fantastic. The food is some weird midpoint between fancy and Wetherspoons which makes it hard to know exactly what to expect and what the vibe is or when to come here. But the portions are good, everything tastes fresh, and the sweet potato fries are crispy.
Wish they stuck with the cow theme a bit more.
L. M.
good burgers, great big portions. chips are tasty. Ours burgers weren't rested enough so tey bled everywhere. Their happy hour cocktail was 90% tonic water so wouldn't get again. been in for breakfast a few times and it's very good!
W. L.
This was my second visit the atmosphere is fantastic and the hot wings were amazing both times. Cannot recommend the hot wings enough. Last time I ordered the exotic meat sliders and had a delicious tasting experience with the camel, boar and kangaroo, however this time I ordered the wagyu burger and was disappointed. The burger was much smaller than the bun, a minor issue but no one likes that empty bite with just the bun and the flavour was less than I expected for the price and the name of the beef. A final upside the staff were lovely as always .
J. D.
I like this restaurant! They have splendid meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is a specialist, I enjoy a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently tasty, the attitude towards the clients is good. I often eat in this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.
M. N.
Visited on Friday evening with friends. It was slightly busy, so we had to wait a bit for our table (to be expected on a Friday night). The staff were very attentive and gave great service. The cocktails were perfect and the food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection. Definitely worth every penny. Can't wait to try their brunch menu
Z. L.
Brilliant service - turned up just before closing but the front of house staff were accommodating, friendly and got our order in with time to spare, as well as providing recommendations as to toppings for our burgers. The main meals were delicious, the camel burger especially was surprisingly sweet and delicate and the buttermilk chicken burger's batter was perfectly crispy and light. The sweet potato fries were a little bit overcooked on the outside (thrice, rather than twice-cooked, maybe!) but overall a brilliant experience in a hidden gem just next to Mile End station.
S. D.
This is still my favourite dining experience in This zone of London.
Every meal leaves my taste buds delighted and my hunger satisfied. My pocket does not have to strain either. So happy this establishment is here. It is getting more popular as time goes by too. Please try the Greedy Cow, you will always have satisfaction.
This is the best gourmet burger and steak restaurant in East London. This is based on, the food is always prepared perfectly,
There is a dedicated cocktail bar, and the service and ambience is second to none in London.
I encourage food lovers and cocktail lovers to try The Greedy Cow, and I promise it will not be the last time you eat and drink here. Fabulous experience
S. B.
Delicious steak best I have had for a very long time. Good service will visit again next time I am in Mile End.

The Burger was okay, but I ate better ones. The fries were dull. I was definitely expecting more.
S. D.
I visited the Greedy Cow when I was last in the area. My friend and I were welcomed by the management as we arrived and seated on a table we had reserved. The drinks menu is good and we were able to order a couple of our favourite cocktails. The menu has something for everyone, we both opted for burgers with skin on fries. Oh wow, their wagyu beef burger was amazing! One of the tastiest burgers I’ve had in a while. This busy independent restaurant has a great feel about it as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are really friendly, attentive and also knowledgeable about their products on the menu. It’s a shame I live so far away, as this would quite easily be my regular hangout.
H. C.
Had a really lovely evening dinner with my sister. Hattie our waitress was flawless in her service and made the experience all the more enjoyable. Our food came in good time and was really well cooked. Medium rare was actually medium rare which was nice. The food tasted great and was appropriately priced. We had to wait for our dessert because it had to be baked in the oven but Hattie explained this so we didn't mind at all and it was definitely worth the wait.
N. B.
Great choice of burgers and nice atmosphere. Mostly in and out very efficiently, so they always have space to sit. Sitting outside is a bit unpleasant because it's next to a busy junction!
S. K.
The food and service is superb! I wish more people would discover thos amazing place. The ambiance is great, with cozy decor and a view into the kitchen via a window. The bar and wine selection is very wide and good price-quality. The music on my visit was great for a glass of wine after an amazing burger, jazzy covers of 90's classics? Yes please!
A. P.
Great service and excellent menu! Food was delicious! 😋
J. H.
Tuesday night you get burger, chips and a decent pint for a tenner. That's a very good deal for a place which offers one of the tastiest burgers in a ten mile radius (my personal preference is Lucky Chip, but others may find to be too garlicky.) The chicken burger is delicious and generous, the beef burger tasty, although one patty a tad dry (on my visit.) Chips are incredible. I noticed a reasonably priced breakfast menu too, so will be back to check this out one weekend. Atmosphere is happy.
D. S.
The greedy breakfast was pretty tasty. Superb friendly staff, chill atmosphere and good vibes.
B. G.
One of the unique things that attracted me to this place has gone. No more quirky burger options on the menu. So now it's an expensive burger place. The lunch deals at £7.50 are more reasonable.
The food was fairly decent. I had a wild boar burger (no longer on the menu) with fries and a coke.
Service was fairly fast. The food was well cooked, but they have quite a limited menu here as some options weren't available.
I was keen to.have a roo burger, but they didn't have any on the menu.
K. P.
Really GOOD food and attentive staff
Fab Sunday Roast Dinner
Am going back for breakfast soon
K. H.
I had to feed a crew of 16 on location for work last week, and not only were the guys at Greedy Cow SO organized and helpful (with food packed in excellent, sturdy, and Covid-friendly containers), the customer service was exceptional, AND the burgers were divine. Plus, tried my first Beyond Burger as well - YUM!
K. K. D.
EPIC FOOD, EPIC SERVICE, EPIC MUSIC & EPIC COCKTAILS! Need I say anymore, food was great & atmosphere was just as good. Can’t recommend this place enough!!! (P.s defo try the Greedy Cow cocktail!)
M. F.
The staff are a dream! Flirty Italians who try to make your experience memorable. I was a repeat customer when I lived on Mile End
The food is actually pretty good and it's affordable. I especially liked the grilled Salmon.
I liked all the desserts 😅
L. M. -. M.
I was excited to read that this place did a wide variety of burgers and interesting meats, but I visited on a weekend and so was forced to have the Brunch menu. There were no truly unique items on the menu, just regular burgers and a whole heap of breakfast options. I visited at 1pm so didn't really want to have another breakfast!
I ended up ordering a beef burger which was nice, but nothing really special; I have had better in London for about the same price with more variety to choose from. The drinks they list sound interesting but they didn't have the one I wanted and the one I ended up with was fairly bland and was tiny for the price, even in London.
Overall it's by no means a bad place to eat but I feel like having a limited brunch menu of a weekend really lets it down. Sadly my experience didn't impress me enough to want to go back and try the more exotic meats.
J.
Delicious burgers and lovely staff!
L. S.
Well if you want a good delicious burger this is the place , I say that because I like my meat with a lot of pink in it & I have found a place that can give me that.
I have not tried there exotic burgers yet I'm not brave enough to try crocodile, or camel but the beef one's are finger licking good the cocktails are a must to.
The owners are very attentive & even give you a call the day of your booking to check you are still going to arrive all round a very good place for your burger , can't wait for the next visit
J. C.
Really nice burger and steak restaurant, the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Decor and music was tasteful and it's one of the best places in London to get an "exotic" burger. Camel, Kangaroo and Boar burgers are on the menu and are rather awesome. Recommended.
I. P.
Decent, not outstanding.
Been here a few times after climbing at Mile End Climbing Wall, and I've had reasonable to good food each time. Nothing has been amazing, nothing has been bad. Steak was okay, salmon was okay, burger was pretty good, whiskey sour was good. Overall fine for a modern pub, but not a place I'd seek out.
H. K.
Nice cosy burger restaurant, with a big variety of burgers. They also have exotic meat in the menu like camel and kangaroo! The cheerful and helpful staff is always appreciated! Lunch special is £7.50, quite good price for a decent meal at Mile End (perfect for students)
B. E. F.
This is the "BEST" burger joint in London. The cocktails are awesome and the service is efficient and friendly. Exotic meats and nice wine as well. GLUTEN FREE options too. Love the Greedy Cow. Best chicken and waffles I have had anywhere.
Family friendly restaurant too. Go and try for yourself.
S. A.
Great food, amazing service. Rebecca and Pier we're so welcoming! Would definitely recommend to all!
B. L.
3.5 We had the French. It was an old school Pattie. Seemed to be a tad dry as most the liquid was on the plate when I picked up the burger. Sweet potato fries were very good. Beer. Was fresh and well kept.
V. S. B.
One of the best burgers I had so far in London. Delicious and done the way I wanted it. They offer 5 different cooking times for the burgers. The onion rings were really good honestly. They have Yakima draught so that's also a big plus. Highly recommend it.
L. O.
I'm a local in the area but haven't been to the Greedy Cow for a number of years. Found myself there a couple of weekends back and was really impressed by the quality of the burger, so much so less than a week later I returned to try the steak... even better!! I don't know whether they have upped their game in the last few years or my memory has played tricks on me, whatever it is I will definitely be returning regualarly to the Greedy Cow! They also have a great Japanese whisky collection at the bar.
C. W.
The overall experience was very pleasant. The food itself is a tad bit pricey and the quantity of food was slightly too small, but this can be overlooked since the burgers taste pretty good. Staff were excellent, polite, spoke warmly, and seemed genuinely interesting in helping. The atmosphere was lovely as the lights were dimmed slightly and each table had their own little candle.
H. G.
We were celebrating a birthday party with a large group of over 30 people. The hospitality was above and beyond. It was very relaxed and the host was great ensuring everything went smoothly. Food was great even catering specially for myself being vegan / vegetarian - assorted mushrooms starter was amazing. 5 stars and highly recommend!!
S. M.
Excellent quality burger with proper bacon and proper cheese on top. Came with mayonnaise (as it clearly states on the menu), which I'm allergic to. When I explained this to them, the guy in charge came to check I was okay and brought me another burger at no extra cost. Good service.
S. Y.
Amazing value lunch offer - £7.50 for burger, chips and unlimited coke /lemonade, extra toppings for £1. Lamb burger was one of the best I've eaten - mixed with all the right spices, and juicy, but firm and not messy.
D. A.
Great staff, food, drinks, atmosphere and decor! Had a great night out with a friend and my other half, the chap who served us was very friendly, quickly served, staff very attentive to keep the table clear and clean. Food was top notch. A few more cocktails on the menu would have been nice, though I'm sure they'd probably make them if you requested them.
J. C.
Really good food for what it is - juicy burgers, the tempura prawn starter is fantastic - the spicy chicken wings are great too. Service is friendly and swift enough, some nice little outdoor tables - on a busy road but that can't be helped. Really good hangover food.
D. H.
Cant even begin to explain just how delicious these burgers are! Staff always friendly and one of my favourite burger places in the UK!
J. H.
An absolutely amazing evening. Staff are great very attentive. We turned up on valentine's day and we still managed to get a table even though they were very busy. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone x
P. P. P.
Delicious burgers. The downfall is that you have to add your sides which then works out very pricey. Too many tables in such a small space - I don't want to hear the table next to me chewing. I don't like the new hand-held electronic bill payment system. Makes me feel pressured into paying 'quickly'. Staff efficient and friendly. Well worth a visit but go early of an evening as can get very busy.
S. W.
The food was delicious the atmosphere was perfect!
The service was excellent. Great conversation and great vibe. We were visiting from the states and it was a lovely experience. Will definitely come back to visit again
M. M.
Was mega hungry AND hungover so by the time I had decided what to eat. Taking pictures didn't even enter my head until I was leaving on the tube!
The manager/owner greets you and places you and you pay him. One person takes your order another serves it. Serving done by women when we were there. Maybe they also have male waiting staff...
The prices are reasonable.
The food looks and tastes good but after NL, U.S. and cheaper areas of town, the portions are just on the right side of acceptable. Waffles looked bigger and the chips looked good. Halloumi chips were very disapointing in comparison to other places. The salad instead of bun plain, simple, unimpressive, un-complainable.
But I am glad I didn't order a poached egg because the chef had no idea what a medium rare burger should look like so I don't think they would have got an egg right and that would have been a problem (for all of us!)
I did like the lemon, ginger, cayenne shot but the cayenne was actually cayenne salt around the edge of the glass and I resent being obligated to have that amount of salt to get the cayenne so ZERO points for that! Which is why they get 3 stars
It's got pleasant decor but nothing memorable, with a choice of inside and outside tables.
Very popular with but then it's clearly aimed successfully at the trendy, monied, new comers (gentry) in the area.
M. H.
Never try the food but I had friends used to go thete and they are here for long time.. Very popular and well established.
R. H. /. R. Ó. h.
Always a great option if you’re looking for good food and service with a smile. Been here several times and I always try something new. So far, everything on the menu has been delicious.
T. D.
Best steakhouse in East London. Supreme burgers :)
M. M.
This is surely one of the most pleasant place in the area. Whenever I come to this place I am profoundly happy. They keep their very high level service and the topmost level of dishes they offer. You no doubt will love this place. Very recommended.
J. H.
Really good food, dreadfully slow service. Took them 15mins to seat us upstairs even though there was no one else up there, then took well over an hour for us to get burgers. Wait staff were dismissive whenever we asked about our food, waving us off or promising to come back but not returning.
D. S.
Excellent! I have visited the Greedy Cow multiple times; taking friends, flat mates, and even family relatives. Staff on my last visit were exceptional; they welcomed us in, described the specials and what was new on the menu. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Then we stayed at our table and chatted and weren't rushed out or disturbed so a lovely relaxed atmosphere after a delicious meal. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try some food that is not available from all other restaurants.
j. w.
Great chicken burger and the onion rings are great, if you like them large with a lot of batter then highly recommend.
D. T.
Went to london on a visit and were looking for somewhere to eat. At first glance we didn't realise this was a restaraunt as it doesn't look much from the outside. Could have easily walked passed without realising.
However by peering through the glass to check. The manager or waiter came out and confirmed they sold food and drink. ( Not being a local i wonder how many walk past without knowing)
Went in and were glad we did as the food was very good and reasonably priced.
We had a bottle of wine which again was reasonably priced. ( this from a yorkshire man so it must be true)
Extensive menu and specials board so something for everyone.
Friendly staff.
Nice layout, clean and tidy.
Will definately go back next time we visit.
J. M.
Great food, great price, staff were really helpful with my intolerances and allergies. The greedy burger is huge!
V. S. H.
Booked a table of 12 for a works lunchtime get together The service was superb and the food was fresh and amazing. Great choice of food on the menu. The staff were very attentive, it was a relaxed atmosphere with a touch of class, the decor is lovely and all round very clean, very warm and friendly, can not wait to go back with my husband
H. G.
My mother is handicapped and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They helped store her wheelchair, which most restaurants just seem to consider an inconvenience. Really good service, and the food was amazing as well. The burgers were to die for. I highly recommend it in every way.
L. M.
I was very hungry on a late lunch but just needed something quick and not heavy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming I explained that I couldn't finish all and they said I could take it with me. Food was very tasty mac pie and sweet potato chips with spice chai tea. Food arrived very quickly.
L.
My second time visiting the greedy cow near Mile End station. I did prefer my first visit, I remembered the food being extremely good with dessert being on point. However, this time I didn’t get any dessert but had the camel burger which was good. Tasted different as you’d expect but nothing else that was really exciting.
E. D.
Surprisingly, one of the best mochas I've tried in London so far. American burger was very tasty! Buns could be better tho, but the burger itself and other ingredients were just right. Overall, the service was nice, our waiter wasn't 100% confident with the menu, but everything was fine.
M. S.
Went here quite hungry for a late Sunday lunch and found myself thoroughly impressed. As a Texan, I have had good pulled pork. And the pullled pork special at Greedy Cow was fantastic. Really enjoyed the onion rings & service was attentive. Would definitely return
C. S. (.
Excellent lunch deal for £7.50, albeit limited to beef, lamb or veggie burgers. Apart from that there's an excellent range of exotic meat burgers and lots of steak too. A few veggie options, but more than I'd expect from a place this focussed on meat. Limited toilet facilities but definitely doesn't spoil the atmosphere of the well decorated restaurant, with an excellently stocked bar, and friendly staff.
N. J.
Went here for a late last minute dinner. Service was great but the food was average. The onion rings were absolutely huge and because of that the onion tasted raw. Calamari's weren't anything special and costed a fortune, would not recommend. Homemade lemonade was nice. Steak was nice. Lamb chops were average.
I would say to come here for the steak. Not too expensive either.
D. M.
This is just a quick review as have never actually eaten here. We popped in for a drink on the way to meet friends.
The bar staff were very friendly & the drinks reasonably priced. Will definitely be popping back in there again when next in the city.
L. S. B.
Popular local spot, great burgers and choice of 'unusual' cuts of meat, and friendly staff. I'd say the prices were reasonable - they're decent sized portions. Get the onion rings!
V. G.
Great breakfast served on outside table, pavement café culture comes to Mile End.
Came back in the evening for an excellent fillet steak, which for the first time ever I was unable to finish. It was enormous, cooked to perfection and without a trace of gristle.
Highly recommended.
B. C.
I was treated to a lovely meal and my choice was steak...it was succulent and huge. It was served with chips, also huge and salad....I enjoyed it. However, the thing that really impressed me about this restaurant was that it serves exotic meats like kangaroo. I was not so adventurous but I liked the idea...
D.
The best ribs on the planet! We are regular customers and the quality of food and customer service is always at the highest level. Very welcoming hosts and a great atmosphere.
J. W.
I love this place. The lunchtime special is great value comprising of a tasty burger, chips and bottomless coke or lemonade. The menu mainly consists of exotic meats such as kangaroo, crocodile, ostrich as well as quality more regular meats such as chicken, tuna or beef (including wagyu which melts in the mouth). I. A total fan and eat here far too much!
T. L.
Despite my medium rare ribeye being closer to medium-well, the quality of the meat was very good and they were genuinely apologetic as to the cooking of the meat. The sides were nice enough - we opted for the Mac n cheese (nice and sharp, if a little soggy) and the onion rings (big and crispy, everything that a good onion ring should be). The wine list is well priced and makes for a decent affordable mid-week guilty pleasure.
M. d. l. F.
Great burgers, friendly staff, they don't always speak English but that's ok
A. M.
Fries doesn’t come with the burgers so it’s alittle overpriced when you add everything but good food and nice spot
O. I.
Delicious food, good atmosphere and nice service
M. C.
Good burgers but not amazing for a restaurant specialized on it. Oily chips and burgers smaller than expected. Friendly staff. Nice deal on Tuesday, Burger+side+beer 10£
M. K.
100% I couldn't fault anything. Staff were efficient and friendly. I had a beef burger and sweet potato fries nothing fancy but was tastiest I've had in a long time. Quality to cost ratio is brilliant!
T. R.
Excellent service, nice friendly staff
M. S.
Independent steakhouse/grill, with very friendly owners and staff and decent, well priced food. The exotic meats are a bit gimmicky and the restaurant would benefit from focusing more on getting the basics perfect, but a good choice in the Mile End area for a meat feast.
G.
10/10. Great food and great service. Steak was excellent!
S. W.
Went there for dinner last night with my boyfriend, we got there around 10 o'clock in the evening and were worried we would be too late to sit down and eat. But we were shown a table quickly, the staff were super friendly and my roasted butternut squash was unbelievably tasty - even my boyfriend wished he had got it (he had a kangaroo burger).
K.
We ordered some burgers we thought it was halal, but when the burgers arrived, the worker (I don't know his name) told us it was not, and gave us an alternative halal burger and a free fries (chips for British people) on top of that, after he apologies for not noticing that we were Muslims.
Highly recommend this restaurant for the delicious burgers and friendly staff.
M. R.
Got the lunch deal. Goof burger and chips. Unfortunately the burger was well done even tho we wanted medium so it was a bit dry. Other than that, unlimited drinks and great staff sounds nice place.
B. P.
A really nice Chai Latte, and huge burgers. Female manager was very helpful in finding us a spot to sit. Only fault is that the main door wasnt working properly so a few people tried to enter and gave up.
J. L.
Simply a must-see restaurant in the East End. The Burgers are excellent. Among the startes, my favorites are the Devon scallops and the tempura prawn. The Fillet Steak is fantastic. Congratulations to the staff, who is kind and efficient.
K. W.
Very helpful staff (this will *always* make up for bad food in my book) The food is good, a little pricy but the lunch is relativity cheap and it doesn't cost much more to have a kangaroo or crocodile burger than just the normal beef!
Overall, very good, with good service. Go for the lunch menu, 12-3 most days
P. O.
The Greedy Cow is a great place to go for good food in Mile End. Their burgers are delicious, as are their milkshakes. They are a bit pricey, especially for the area, but the service is great and their food is tasty. The only thing against them is that you don't get a lot of food for your money, but otherwise I would highly recommend this place.
R. N.
Food was beautiful tasted amazing! Totally recommend the greedy cow cocktail. And the staff were great
D. W.
Stopped in for a very quick bite and was very happy with what we got. Nice atmosphere and nice, promptly served food and good service. And the best bit was when the bill came with the instruction that they only charge service on top if the groups are 5 or bigger, and at they only charge 10% at that! I was so happy with this refreshing take on how to run a restaurant that I just tipped anyway!
P. R.
Really Great food!!! Super tasty and big portions
G. W.
Lovely roast dinner and a drink. Great service. Portions could be a little bigger but don't let that stop you from trying their food. Lovely.
W. M.
Delicious burger with a kangaroo meat, as well as outstandingly well prepared sweet-potato fries, and all of these served with a pint of cold Guiness 😍 What more can man wish for? I will come back again, definitely.
K. B.
Incredible dining experience - we did the tasting menu and it was worth every bit of the price!
I. J.
Food is okay, the lamb was good but not memorable and the menu is a bit pricy. Casual ambiance. Service is also to be improved (the waitress miscalculated our split of the bill and chased us in the street).
T. W.
Good value for money and a wide range of tasty burgers. Plus their vegetarian options (Beyond and Vegetarian burgers) are amazing. Welcoming and casual vibe in the afternoon.
D. C.
Staff was really friendly and i just found a Top burguer place nearby, definitely going back there at any opportunity
E. J.
Amazing halloumi chips! The meet options are vert different and interesting ( camel and kangaroo). The only veggie option was a veggie pattie burger.
Will be nice to have at least one more veggie option.
Overall good place for a sunday lunch.
The staff very nice , polite and helpful.
a. n.
The food is extremely good. Good cuts of meat, great seasoning and preparation. The service is a delight and the atmosphere is great. Ideal for a date night out, it won't disappoint. Great drinks too.
K. P.
There is new staff that didnt sink into the atmosphere of this place yet, but food is delicious and top quality as usual :) Good prices. They will have special menu for Mother's Day
J. O.
Went to the Greedy Cow tonight.Thursday 21st September with my niece.
Staff welcomed us both.
We hadnt booked and waited only a cuple of minutes to b seated.
Dined there before with family.
Tonight i ordered my first burger.(halepeno, guacamole, chicken, onion and mayo.with sweet potatoe chips and coleslaw.
I ate the lot too.absolutely superb.
My niece was very impressed with the Greedy Cow restaurant and the food.
We had a starter each.
Very nice evening and the place was filled with customers
Luvly atmosphere i.must say.
My neice wants to go again and take her mum.
F. I. t.
FOOD: i ordered the £10 Kangaroo burger (dry meat. ONE peice of scraggly lettuce, one tomato and onion - jack all basically). £3.50 sweet potatos fries (ive tasted better in Bill's restaurant). £3 Fresh mint tea - (literally leaves in a small pot of hot water - that did not fill two cups).
The only reason this gets 3 stars is because kangaroo burger is a rare find in restaurants and the waitress was brilliant. She was really attentive. Didnt get her name tho. Sorry.
The table manager or whatever manager he was, was flipping rude. Yes we understood that we didnt reserve and that they have other bookings or whatever, but there was no need to be spoken to like a children. Very aggressive about the fact that we had to leave in 1hour to sit order and eat? He actually came over to our table by the 50min mark. By then we had already got the bill.
We were prepared to leave before ordering, however it was a wet and windy night. So we stuck it out.
A. P.
Nice place, delicious food, but they need to sort out the WI-FI.
K. L.
Great burger place in East London.
Very mice atmosphere absolutely not overrated or overpriced like most burger places in London.
They propose good and original burgers.
Very nice staff as well.
A. J.
I wouldn't come back here tbh, it was extremely average. I got the quarter chicken, which was dry and bland. My husband got the wagyu burger which was slightly overcooked and had the world's largest tomato slice that just put him off. The chips were OKAY. I had to dig arouns to find the crunchy ones. Overall, meh. I'd rather take the train to Westfield and grab a bite from one of the many restaurants in the area.
C. S.
The Greedy Cow can be found just a stone's throw from Mile End tube station and has been a fixture on the high street for a few years. They have been through a few owners since I have been living in the area, but throughout the emphasis has been on good burgers, steaks and cocktails, with some signature sides and desserts thrown in for good measure. In particular, they have a penchant for offering non-standard meats, so in addition to beef, chicken and pork you can opt for camel, kangaroo or one of the rotating specials. Combining decent food with some interesting meats, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere (perfect for attracting the local student crowd) and at an affordable price, this is a great place to go for a bite to eat if you're around the East End.
A. B.
Very good. Its not expensive if you buy the lunch menu. Drink + burger = 7.5 pounds. The burger is greatz the attention also and the food is served fast.
E. W.
Great restaurant, food and staff! We were a group of 20 who had a mixture of meals from the menu. No one had a bad experience and would thoroughly recommend!
M. E.
Want to try something new? What about a camel or a kangaroo burger? If you are in the mood for some exotic burgers The Greedy Cow is the place to go. Plus if you are more the traditional type, don't worry, there are plenty of options (vegetarian too) in their menu and on a good price. Oh! and if you get a chance try their wedges and onion rings, just delicious! Also, if you are in a budget and you happen to be a student, be sure you go on a Monday and get the student discount (between 10%/20%). In their Social Media they only advertise the #greedymondays offer for Queen's Mary University Students, but I'm not from QM and I got the discount, they were really nice!
A. L.
Great brunch. Great music. Great service. Looking forward to our next visit.
A. F.
Clean venue, straightforward and tasty food in a cosy and friendly environment. Not your usual burgers place and their grilled salmon deserves a mention too. Grumpy customers please stay away from this little treasure of a place. I will be back for more with friends and family!
M. “. T.
One of the best restaurants in the Mile End area - The Greedy Cow is an exotic burger joint with kangaroo and alligator on offer. Or, if you're after something a little less imported, they offer regular beef and chicken too. Student discount is available with its proximity to QMUL, but the prices are pretty good anyway.
F. H.
Very friendly staff and tasty food
S. G.
Steak - very good.
Homemade lemonade - mostly ice with little bit of lemonade at the bottom, lemonade itself is good.
Milkshake - same as lemonade, too much ice.
A. B.
Mmmmm could it that burger again.
The staff were very helpful. Good choice with the burger. Definitely will order again. Thanks guys
j. m. m.
Great food steak was fantastic
D. E.
Best burger join in the area. Has strong novelty factor as well with its selection of exotic meats.
That said, it is possible to get a better burger in some of the infamous central London hotspots.
G. B.
Always great food and great staff!
A. E.
Interesting place for interesting meat dishes (kangaroo, crocodile and the like). The basic burger isn't bad, either – come in the week for the lunch special; a burger, fries or onion rings, and bottomless soft drinks for under a tenner.
I. P.
One of the favourite places in east London. Especially popular with the student crowd. Generally impressive meat selection and very good plate design. Try the Chocolate Fondant!
J. R.
Very tiny place but cozy at the same time. Located just by Mile End station on other side of the road. Unexpected selection of drinks and cocktails. Food is very fresh and beautifully done.
G. F.
This place is top notch! Reasonably priced, excellent food and fantastic service. Can’t wait to return once lockdown has eased.
C. S.
The burgers here are great. Really nice environment. Friendly staff, will come back here again very soon.
G. M.
It became your favourite place in London very soon. Fast service, friendly people, great tasty burgers, cruncy fries... don't miss the kangaroo one! It is to die for!
C. O.
My jerk burger was out of this world! Really tasty and super friendly waitress! Only negative was the owner himself, felt a bit uncomfortable.
S. H.
Very nice. Had the burgers - highly recommend. Service was pukka too. See you soon
D. O. (. W.
The food here was amazing; the chips super fresh and the steak I had was perfection. Very attentive staff who went out of the way to make sure I had a great meal.
E. S.
We love this place. Great burgers and service!
E. L.
We have been here many many times, and every time the quality of food and service has been amazing. Great burgers, steaks and cocktails, highly recommended.
H. W. (. L.
Very good food but no option on how well done you want your burger.
J. L.
5+ stars for service, the owner / manager are super nice. Food is delicious too! It does take a bit longer than expected for the food to arrive though.
J. S.
Good quality food, had the Greedy Breakfast, excellent bacon and sausage, the homemade beans were spicy and made a nice change. Juices are good value.
o. p. (.
Great food rast service cheap too
k. u.
Excellent food, great range of burger...even Kangaroo!! Prices are a little bit on the high side... would definitely recommend though esp the crab burgers!
T. M. L.
Great burgers (lunch deals are very worth it) and they even serve some exotic meat. Cozy ground floor seating with bar.
B. T. B.
Delicious steak with Malbec sauce for brunch!! Great service .. great value. Staff were very attentive and really friendly... perfect place on a wet Sunday afternoon!!
A. K.
Been coming here for the full English breakfast which is absolutely top notch. Definitely consider it if you're looking for something tasty. Staff really nice too!
S. W.
Food was really nice. Extremely over priced. A meal for 2 adults and 2 children with no starters should not cost £156.
K. K.
Great food. Good service. Nice outdoor area.
A. s.
This was actually the best burger I have had in.. I can't remember how long. With super friendly service to boot, and half off for students on Mondays, it's a pretty awesome place.
C. B. L.
Great food and friendly staff.
D. R.
Went here for a bottomless brunch after a 10k around Victoria Park - delicious food and drink, with fantastic service from the owner. We look forward to visiting again soon!
J. B. K.
Yummy!!! Awesome burgers...
K.
Very good food and service was great. My only gripe is they charged us extra for 2 small garlic sauces. Not a big thing, it just left a bad taste in my mouth (the extra cost not the taste :-) ) Never seen anywhere elae do that. Anywho, worth checking out.
L. S.
This is one of the best restaurants I have visited in ages
Was in the area sorting out some stuff for my elderly parents and needed to escape for a while
This was an eye opener - deliciously tasty good, friendly service and competitively priced with staff who couldn’t do enough to help - loved it and would happily recommend.
G. L.
We’re going back to Texas tomorrow and will miss this place greatly. After a month long stay, this is the best burger we’ve had in London!
A. A.
I so much wanted the kangaroo and camel burgers, but they didn't have any. The burgers were a bit try as well, however the service was good, and good atmosphere.
U. #.
Great place to eat and drink friendly staff!
G. P.
I am a vegetarian and this was a bit risky. But their veggie options are great and fresh. They have a great drink selection and their banoffee pie is to die for.
Brilliant food and great service. Defo recommend
P. P.
good value for your money. well prepared fresh food. friendly service. Nice atmosphere
A. S. (.
Great place for burger 🍔 !
R. E.
One of the best veggie burgers in London - period. Great selection of burgers and draught beers right opposite Mile End.
S. R.
Great cocktails and delicious food especially the truffle fries
M. C.
Good pjad to visit in a group. They have seating upstairs and an interesting menu if you like to experiment and try new food.
F. B.
One of the great place in Mile End. They have spicy wings which is my favourite. Also breakfast there is a must. Strongly recommended.
L. H.
It’s okay - my salad tasted bitter - perhaps maybe because of the hot chicken not to sure
S. T.
Fantastic food, brilliant service would highly recommend, attentive staff and the sweet potato fries where amazing. Will definitely visit again
D. C.
The place is nice but can be a bit dark sometimes. However, the food is great but I try not to eat there often or I'd gain a lot of pounds because all the items on the menu are irresistible.
J. F.
Amazing service with good beers and good food. Would definitely recommend a visit. Book if you have groups 4+ in size.
M. C. S.
The food is great and the drinks as well. The prices are good too. Amazing staff, they are polite and friendly.
R. C.
Great burgers, nice wine, really friendly staff, made us feel really welcome. Great place for dinner or just drinks.
D. M.
This place is so close to Mile End tube that is a great place to meet up for dinner. The speciality burgers are great. The sides are almost as good as the main.
J. G.
Excellent meal and service 👌.
G. C.
Great burgers, fantastic service, convenient location right around the corner from Mile End tube stop.
A. B.
Superb burgers including exotic meats such as camel but also top quality cow. Very friendly service.
C. v. C.
Technologically advanced, in comparison to other such joints, a bright spot in an otherwise desolate seeming area. Innovative burger options. Good place!
S. O.
Best burgers I have ever tried. Good selection of meat although would love an addition of ostrich.
N. A.
I love this place, food is good so is the service. I love going there with my husband and daughters
H. R.
Greedy cows burgers are great lovely atmosphere.

A. L.
Service was the best I’ve experienced in London. Brunch was delicious. A great drink selection as well.
J.
Fantastic restaurant. Great service, Delicious food, and very friendly owner. 10/10 would recommend.
T. C.
Lots of burger places in the city means tough competition.
This place does dominate it's local scene and has a good range on the menu unlike other places.
D. H.
The Wagyu burger is divine and goes well with the Michel Torino Don David Malbec wine. You will not be disappointed!
N. a. L. T.
Great service. We did have to send the steak back as it wasn't cooked medium rare. It was pretty blue.

Best place around for a quick lunch, brilliant good including exotic meat sliders (try tje boar) and some terrific chicken wings, bunless burgers etc

Don't be fooled by the funky interior and the catchy advertising--this place is a stronghold of gentrification. Like who on earth comes to the East End for a kangaroo burger?
