M. T.I eat pizza a lot. Have been to Italy a few times and have tried a lot of pizza places around London ( the city with the biggest Italian community outside Italy). I can honestly say that this pizza goes into top 10 of the pizzas I have tried. It is a MUST one. Thank you for the food experience “The Italian Bakery”. I will definitely be back soon!
C.Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I ordered pizzas, arancini and desserts (tiramisu and cannoli) and couldn't be more satisfied! Everything was so tasty and of great quality, and the toppings on the pizzas generously portioned. Great value for money. We live up the road and we didn't know about this place until tonight, and we're really looking forward to visit it in person, which we will be doing soon!
E. v. L.Got a takeaway from here during covid lockdown, burrata, a four friends pizza and a king pizza. Both pizzas were on a perfect spoungy sourdough base, layered generously with toppings and around a tenner each were top value! Definitely my new favourite having just moved into the area.
K.Perfect authentic vegan cheese pizzas without the drama, it just doesn't get any better. Small wonder they're thriving in this area! 💗✊🏾

They make the best gluten free pizza I've had hands down. A god send for those gluten intolerants that miss pizza.

Starting with the friendly and happy service it continues into the amazing and extremely tasty food. The produce it top notch, they don’t cut corners at all, and the prices are more than fair. The pizza is up there with the best, but try the homemade pasta dishes like their lasagna 👌.
The little shop has great food products and their bread is superb. It a blessing to have this place local and if your don’t want to go out they deliver too 👍

I ordered in other past from Yard Sale and Sodo, both good quality but Italian Bakery is another experience altogether and had the most generous toppings!
I ordered the 4 friends one :P Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture but I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the real thing.

A. P.Pizza is great and they are increasing the offer; bread is super good and they change the type constantly (semolina bread is one of my favorites), the tiramisu is super and delicious. And the staff is what you'd expect from proper Italian: engaging, happy, welcoming and extremely nice!!!! Having Italian bakery around the corner from where we live is just a dream!! Highly recommend it!!!!
A. L.O.M.G. I am so lucky to have moved just a 3 minute walk away from such a wonderful home of delicious food, and delightful service! (The chef isn't too bad either!) The pizza base is a no yeast, 48hr rise, and is so damn fine. The toppings are delicious. And then, there is the tiramisu, the bread, the pasta, the sweets... yum! X
M. Z.We recently tried The Italian Bakery pizzas and quite frankly we don't think we'll eat anything else from now on. The pizzas are beyond delicius made with the best ingredients and, most of all, love and passion.
It's the most authentic italian pizza in E17 and London! Staff is lovely and they even sent us two heart-shaped pizzas plus a present for our anniversary. We are totally devoted to The Italian Bakery! GRAZIE!

Pizzas are amazing that you'll believe you've somehow been transported to Italy for a lunch or dinner.
The restaurant is clean and homey, the ambient will be always friendly and shiny as Manola like to take care about the service and her guests. Furthermore, they had a good range of Italian food, breads, oil thanks to the chef Stefano.
This place is an exceptional value-for-money.
I will definitely come back tomorrow to buy my pesto bread.

p.Authentic Italian takeaway (very friendly Italian owner!), excellent parmigiana served up with bread and rocket. They also stock a selection of exotic pasta, olive oil and bits and bobs, well worth a visit for food or ingredients.

l.Jaw Droppingly Good GLUTEN FREE Pizza
Why the capital letters? Because anyone that eats gluten free versions of the typically gluten-laden foods whilst out and about will know the taste of compromise in every bite. But this is not so at the Italian Bakery!
The base is crispy and delicious and not remotely like cardboard as in many well known chains.
Every element of the pizza is taste perfection - from the perfectly seasoned sauce to the gorgeous fresh toppings. My dad, a veteran of not-eating-out and certainly not eating adventurous food such as pizza (lol) loved his gf pizza and will return again. And that is praise indeed from my dad I can tell you.
I simply can't live without this pizza in my life now. Obviously that sounds dramatic but if you have a serious number of restrictions in your diet perhaps you will understand!
The only downside is that they have now ruined pizza for me from anywhere else as it just doesn't compare to theirs!
Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit. You can thank me later ;-)
