S.Fantastic Mac and cheese. Don't wait any longer to try it I waited a while since I am from Manchester and I regret every minute not trying this cheesy goodness. Honestly this is cheese heaven. Their Mac and cheese is gooey, cheesy and packed with flavour. Service is speedy and you get great selection of the menu. One of the best I had in my life

As a European trying to find out what the fuss with Mac’n’cheese is in the UK, and after trying both homemade and restaurant ones - this one from Mac Factory was exactly how I imagined a Mac’n’cheese should taste like. I didn’t like all the bechamel-based ones I tried before, this seemed like the real cheesy deal.
A bit too pricy for what it was, portion was very small for £8 (Jan 22), but definitely restored my believe in that dish.

P. P.This cozy little stall is located in the nice Camden market of London. The mac and cheese is delicious, ingredients clearly being top-notch. The Nostalgic was great by itself - although, if you're tired of classic mac and cheese, the intriguing seasonings, such as chorizo and chili, won't leave you unsatisfied.

I looked at the size and thought, maybe I’ll get some chips too (I’m not an over eater but I did think it wasn’t a very big portion) but then I ate it! It really fills you up, I was nearly giving up at the end, and really worth the money if you love Mac and cheese.
J. L.If you have read some of my other reviews, you may be aware that I am leaving the country. So I have been trying to shoehorn in as many new experiences, along with my favourite things ever. The Mac Factory falls in the latter category. Nestled in the ever interesting, completely human, and often very scenic, Camden Market; this little stall always brings a smile to my face. The staff are amazingly friendly, the location is great (especially on sunny days). The food is delicious and with an array of toppings to choose from, worth visiting over and over again. Genuinely got a little choked up thinking this was going to be my last Hey Mac-arena. Yep even the cheesey puns are great. Huge shout out to the Mac Factory, I will miss you.

The place is small, the staff seemed kind of annoyed that we were bugging them with our presence, and I wasn't blown away by the taste of the mac. But then you pick it up and realise how dense it is. I'd say it's perfectly-sized for lunch. But at £7 or so, it's definitely at the higher end for what I'd want to pay for a take-away cup of mac and cheese.

S. H.5 stars...... Need I say more. Any chance I'm in th area for work which isn't that often. That's where I go. And the staff friendly and vibrant. Seating isn't that big but it doesn't need to be, it's a tub of tasy gooey richness that you can eat on the go or sit down for a 20mins break.

Only thing is that the pesto has too much oil so the whole thing ends up looking and feeling a bit oily. The cheese sauce they use is so lovely though, yummy.

I highly recommend it to anyone in London. It is located in Camden Town, very close to the canal, and by taking a walk you will quickly arrive at a park, and in the meantime you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and nature while eating. Prices are also quite low, by London standards.
