Have throughly enjoyed the Tiffin Tin for the last 7 + years as our favorite take out and Indian from their Hampstead branch to Tufnell Park. Delivery has been slow in the past but that has improved and always well worth the wait. The quality of the food is second to none. Authentic and traditional and excellent

I've been having there food for years now, absolutely no complaints with what I've been getting; very tasty filling amounts of starters, curries and naan.

Food has always been good, but the prices are increasing, portion sizes decreasing, and the delivery estimates bear no relation to reality. The website will say 45 minutes and the recent wait was just shy of 2 hours. The top tip is to order via Deliveroo since at least then you can complain about the delivery time and get a refund. If you order directly then you're taking a risk. They know how to cook but not how to run a website or delivery service that keeps to time!

Highly recommended! Especially the prawn pathia and tandoori mixed grill. I always get the murgh Freizi and they cook the spice level to my liking! Love how the food is airtight sealed so it’s still hot and fresh when we get home!

We’ve just moved to Caledonian Road from Tufnell Park and we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to order from tiffin-tin anymore. We were really pleased to find out that they would still deliver to us. Their Website is easy to use, the food is always prompt and more importantly the food is always amazingly tasty and of a real high quality.

I love an Indian takeaway and this is the closest one to me. So I've tried it a few times and the food is very average, the portions are the smallest I've ever seen from an Indian takeaway and it's slightly higher priced than elsewhere. Usually at other places if I order a starter, a curry, rice and naan it's easily enough for 2 people but here you will only feed 1 person. This place is just ok, maybe there are some gems on the menu I missed but I would rather try my luck elsewhere.

When the food arrived, it was cold, and therefore needed re-heating. Myself and my partner regularly order from you, and normally really enjoy the food. I have seen that the prices have recently increased, and I don't feel that the quality of the food we received yesterday reflected that price increase very well. Hands down the best Indian food I have ever had. You can tell they barbecue their meat before they cook it in a curry and it's always fresh. Even the bread and popadom is always so warm and fresh. The portions are generous and they don't even charge what they truly deserve! Just fantastic. It's a shame that it's takeaway only but hey, maybe that's why they are so good; they don't have to deal with us annoying people for too long, haha! I love this place and will always go back to it! Upmarket Indian takeaway, my favourite takeaway / delivery option in the area. I like the open kitchen, and the whole place has a pleasingly clean and modern feel to it. The tandoori paneer kebab is quite outstanding, I occasionally daydream about this which causes me to start salivating spontaneously. That dish has some of the most exciting use of spices I can think of from any restaurant or takeaway - I even want to eat the onions therein. The vegetable side dishes are also good, always very fresh tasting. It's great that they have both a vegetarian and vegan section on the menu, although for me at least none of the dishes from those sections beat the paneer kebab for sheer excitement. Delivery is always prompt and cheery, and the ordering system on their website works really well for me. Overall every part of this operation is very good.

Had a delivery earlier today. It came within the hour and was delicious. I had the surprise main, it was beautiful chicken and aubergine dish, hot but comfortable hot, leaving a tingling in the mouth afterwards. The mango lassi provides two full glasses, and I've never seen bigger pieces of chicken in a takeaway curry before, which my flatmate also commented on. We spent about £30 all in all, including rice, a naan, another main and some chicken samosas (crispy and full of shredded meat). No regrets at all

We having been using Tiffin Tin for around 5 years now due to the standard of food. It is delicious time & time again. A usual 45 minute wait time but if you plan ahead and order early, this shouldn't be no problem. We'll be eating our Valentines dinner from there this evening

Food very fragrant and fresh tasting compared with other establishments in the area I've used. My favs are the prawn dishes and their lovely moist peshwari naan. Service generally very good.

Took an hour and 30 minutes in total. I called to find out what was going on as I never received a confirmation either! I was sat waiting on the phone for almost 10 minutes whilst the man continued to walk off, serve, answer the phone, even sounded like arguing at one point. I was just sitting there listening to everything going on in the background. It then took him several minutes to find my booking when he eventually came back to finish my conversation I was about to give up after he said ‘yeah probably just didn’t go through’ he then found it and said yeah this ones been ready for ages (reason why my food was delivered 50 minutes late, dry & cold by the way) the excuse was the drivers had to drive extra slow tonight because of the rain. There was no apology!
