I've tried their other branches and usually have a good meal but my visit here unfortunately was sub-par. The garlic butter wings were just way way too oily and salty. The meltdown fries were ok, but the strips were good, not oily and with a nice batter. Also the queue moves way too slowly, if you're almost at the entrance I'd recommend just going somewhere else rather than wait 45 minutes.

The menu had me licking my lips for days and I wasn’t disappointed. The CHIPUFFALO wings are perfect and the sauce tangy with a gradual heat. MELTDOWN burger had flavour oozing for days although the combination of miso and aioli was a little too savoury for me. I can’t wait to go back, love the place and service was good too and not too pricey.

Great location with good amount of seating available. They offer a variety of burgers and wraps. I ordered the meltdown burger. First Impression was that the chicken looked overcooked. As I started eating the outer layer of the chicken was a battle to tear of with each bite and so the chicken was sliding out if the burger each time. This made the whole thing super messy. Taste wise it was very average. On the whole a disappointment for me especially with how much you pay for it.

Decent food! But no hand washing facilities, considering you have to eat with your hands it's a bit messy without the right facilities, especially in COVID times. Staff were friendly. I got the 5 strip 5 wings combo

A very average fried chicken place that costs more than usual. We got there midday and they were telling us how they already don’t have a few ingredients which was surprising. The chicken burger was okay but I will say the wings and chips were very nice, it was greatly favoured and cooked really nicely.

Having had the pleasure of sampling their incredible wings at WingFest, I was looking forward to dining-in and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was super friendly and wings were promptly prepared, from fresh. Opting for sweet and spicy, an order of the Habanero and an order of the Salted Caramel, hit the spot. These wings are massive, packed full of flavour and cooked expertly. Each wing was flavoured and coated well, sauced to perfection. The blue cheese dip was good, not the best I’ve enjoyed, but different as it was blended.

My Mrs took us out for a birthday treat to 02 arena for an event this weekend and choose thunderbird chicken for a bit to eat. Waited in line for just over 1/2 hour to then order our food. After ordering found a table, waited another 10 minutes but worth the wait. Everything tastes amazing. We had tater tots,crispy chips, habanero wings, 5 strips 5 wings with blue cheese and harissa sauce Plus churros with chocolate dip. 5 *

The meals are very delicious and fresh especially the butter tots ,the shop was very crowded but very clean which is amazing ! The staff a bit confused and too slow for a fast food shop
