A. P.Great veggie ramen options. Their cauliflowers "wings" are fantastic and everything is reasonably priced. You can order and pay from your phone, and the food is delivered quickly to your table. Perfect for a quick lunch munch when in Ealing for shopping.
M. M.Tonkotsu is one of my all time favourite ramen restaurants! The ramen is super authentic and the bone broth is incredibly creamy😍 The bamboo and seasoned eggs in particular are delicious! Would highly recommend
A. R.Wanted to leave a review on here not because of the food but because of the customer service we received. Especially from a young man named Sharma. He was very enthusiastic and shared some excellent facts with us about Japanese whisky. He went above and beyond to help us with other things too. One of the best customer service I've received in a while. Highly recommended!! 5 stars to Sharma.
V. V. T.This is a restaurant serving a nice selection of Japanese food. I had lunch here and they have great customer service as well. I would recommend that you try their Japanese wine. I like their ordering system. We ordered dumplings, wings, sugar beans (which were really nice) and a prawn dish - all of which were tasty.

S. L.Came here for a late lunch on my own. The ramen is absolutely amazing - chicken soup is great, the pork is tender and tasty and the noodles are chewy.
I also had a pork dumplings as a side dish - very nice as well, especially the spicy sauce is wonderful (goes well with the pork from the ramen actually).
The staff was very friendly and I really liked their menu online, which can be accessed by scanning a QR code.
The only downside is the drink. I order a lemonade, but it was so tiny that everyone can finish in two sips and it costs £3, which i think it’s not reasonable.
Overall, for a ramen + a side dish + a drink, I spent £20, including a discretionary service charge.
Will come again, but not the tiny lemonade😂

Fantastic service and the lemongrass tea tasted so good. The chicken noodles was perfect. Only I would prefer it without the bamboo pieces. Great place for dining out👍
