Reviews of Two Spoons
R. L.
Intimate and charismatic place. The food has always been a treat to my pallet. The coffee I had on this particular morning was just deliciously stunning.
j.
came in for the ham eggs benedict and it was really really delicious, just the creamy savoury salty breakfast that i was craving that morning. the server was really polite and sweet, the coffee was nice, the ambience was very soft. really recommend this place, it would be perfect for breakfast with a friend :)
T. H.
Great value coffee and cake. Dog friendly. Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff. Wholly recommend.

The only photos I managed to get before the frenzy! Always a delight ordering from Two Spoon's Little Big Easy menu. Personal favourites in our house are the beef brisket burgers which arrived nice and hot (and the bottom wasn't soggy!) and the ribs which deserve their own post. Loads of sweet potato fries which were a little soft but piping hot and a good serving of crispy calamari. My personal favourite was the creole curly fries which I struggled to share but next time we know to order more!

Support the local restaurants during COVID-19 !
I placed order via Uber Eats. The coffee taste is ok, but the English breakfast is phenomenal. Poached eggs are perfectly prepared, sausage is tasty, crispy bacon, tomatoes , mushrooms and beans are fresh not tinned. The quality of breakfast is superb. One of the best English breakfast in London!
J. F.
A real gem. Chilled out vibe but very welcoming. The staff are very helpful. Tea and cakes were really good
L. F.
The perfect sized cafè/restaurant. Not crazy busy for a Saturday. Staff were attentive and very personable, accommodated us and a baby in a pram efficiently and cheerfully.
The food was very good, hot and fresh but it did seem to take quite a while to turn up, which is my only criticism. But we had a baby with us who was getting hungry so that sort of changes our priorities otherwise it probably wouldnt have been so noticable.
Highly recommend.
R.
Plantain was lovely. What I think was Jerk chicken was so salty it was inedible. Nice atmosphere inside but the waiter is very frosty.
B. J.
Recently attended a 50th party there. So it was closed to public. But must say a great plac to have a gathering! Cozy, candle lights, nice atmosphere. Buffet food was delicious. Would recommend to hire for a gathering.

A family dinner for 4 on Wednesday 8 December - a truly memorable experience - great food, super service and excellent wine and beer - we were looked after well by all staff - with thanks and much appreciation to Luca, Rosemary and Maria :-)
K. D.
A really fantastic place with excellent customer service. We had our work Christmas do here - great food and service, very accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend.
S. F.
Food and drinks were lovely and we had a great night. The place is really nice and I would absolutely love to come back and try other things. The only drawback is that it was a little noisy.
K. D.
What a lovely little coffe shop this place is. Food selection is small but if you ask they go the extra mile to leet your food order. Also premises is ckean and staff is friendly. Premises is dog friendly too. Having your coffee, breakfast with jazz music on the background.!!! Definetly this place deserve a visit when you are in the area.

Coffee ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service ⭐️⭐️
Nice little cute coffee/brunch coffee shop. Nice atmosphere with garden and seating area in back. We only came for coffee for quick pit stop, tables wasnt cleaned from previous customers. 2 Coffees took 20min to arrive, but watched a walk in come and go with there coffee. Maybe a one off day we will come again as we are moving to the area.
T. S.
Great brunch, lovely food and coffee in a nicely decorated high street cafe
P. H.
Great vegetarian food and spicy virgin Mary! Lovely staff in great surroundings.

My favourite place in Honor Oak Park. Luca, Alex and the team are welcoming and passionate about what they do. The menus always offer tasty, interesting food and there is an ever-growing small-batch gin collection to explore (with discount for FH Gin Club). Open all day, is great for brunch through to dinner. Look out for pop-ups and live music events!
L. V.
This place is a local gem. Great brunch dishes, and in the evening fabulous cocktails and creole dishes
S. W.
They’re doing home delivery through Deliveroo during the quarantine, and it’s awesome. It’s been a month since I’ve had barista-made coffee, and I’m still smacking my lips at the memory of the taste.
I also ordered the spicy jackfruit brunch thingummy and it was so good; I have no pictures of it before I demolished it, but here’s one of what I did to it. Yummy!
B. M.
Whether veggie or meaty the breakfasts are top quality tasty.
C. C.
Highly recommend breakfast at the Two Spoons. Went on a whim & was pleasantly surprised!
The staff were lovely, the food was excellent & all the covid measures you’d expect were in place. Highly recommend a visit.
Personal food recommendation: the plantain & pulled pork with poached eggs.
S. W.
Amazing cocktails, staff were really friendly and very attentive. Will definitely be back!
B. R.
Great place, opportunity to make many of the dishes vegan as well. Veggie breakfast tasted delicious, and I could easily swap the eggs for avocado. Knocked a star as we waited half an hour to order food (kitchen was busy), and my friend was given the halloumi dish when the vegan option was ordered. We'll be back for sure!
t. b.
Delicious food and very friendly waiter Juan, is very nice place for have lunch or breakfast
B. P.
I'm a regular here and the staff are friendly and welcoming every time. Excellent coffee, delicious cakes and the best veggie breakfast I've ever had.
T. H. R.
Hearty breakfast meal from the two spoons establishment this morning. I opted for the delectable pulled pork royale, which was simply delightful.
I had actually called the restaurant to make a small change to my order and has the pleasure of speaking to the chef himself! And they, being the merciful lord, obliged.
M. G.
Fab food, friendly accommodating staff, and the social distancing and Covid observations worked well!
P. M.
Great coffee, friendly atmosphere and lovely staff.
L. B.
customer service like never before and the food was fantastic. The food arrived, hot, tasty and healthy will definitely be ordering again...however they'd forgotten my cider...unlike most places that would have either refunded you or simply avoided you, they drove to my house and dropped it off personally with FREE pancakes! great establishment and thank you for delivering it personally! can't have wings without cider!
S. B.
I'm very lucky yo have somewhere this good this valise to home. Great food, good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Its a great place to come.
D. C.
Decided to treat myself to a nice breakfast during lockdown!
I wasn't sure about Eggs Benedict via takeaway but it transported well. I have to say it was an amazing breakfast and made my day. Good flavours, well cooked, good ingredients. If this is what it tastes like for takeaway I can't wait to try sitting in when things open again! Will order takeaway again until then.
Thank you for a lovely breakfast Two Spoons!
R. B.
Visited for brunch with friends. I got the veggie breakfast with avocado on the side, and, while it was nice, it was perhaps the smallest breakfast I've ever been served at a cafe. And definitely the only one which hasn't come with toast. Sourdough bread is offered for an extra cost. My friends got the pulled jackfruit dish but none of them really enjoyed it. What we did like was the very relaxed atmosphere. We had 2 children with us and they were made to feel welcome. It seemed very family friendly and there was no pushing us to leave once we finished our meal. So, overall, even though we left still little hungry, it was a nice place to hang out for a few hours. I wouldn't mind coming back.
A. E.
Two Spoons is a delightful café just outside Honour Oak Park Railway Station (turn left and its on the left as you come out of the station) & on the P4 & P12 bus routes too, as a destination venue, the service is delightfully excellent as is the food & drink. Staff are delightful too & there is classical music in the back ground hence you can chat & hear each other.
S. A.
Amazing food and cocktails. Intimate little place in the evening. It's a real pleasure to spend an evening here. It was my friends first experience of Two Spoons and he was well impressed. Well done Rosy and Luca x
S. C.
Is a really wonderful place, from a morning breakfast to a cosy and relaxing dinner. The service is immaculate with so much attention to details; with a friendly and high professional staff it really delivers a great experience. The food is definitely at his top, classics dishes well-presented and really tasty; you will be blow away from the love and passion they put in the kitchen. The bar, with his 50 different gins and selected classic cocktails makes it a destination point in the area. Highly recommended, definitely a place to visit.
B. S.
Stumbled upon Two Spoons 3/4 way through a 20km walk and was so thrilled with what I got. The Halloumi and Avocado Sandwich was really good, fresh made on toasted sourdough and generously filled and a total bargain. Iced coffee was also great. I'll definitely be back, especially to try the cocktails when lockdown is over 😊
J. L.
Nice place, nice music, friendly staff, and decent coffee. They also have a garden yard. Good atmosphere worth coming back
A. B.
Great during the day for brunch, great in the evening for cocktails & jazz. During lockdown we basically ordered click and collect once a week!
e. b.
We moved to the area recently and can’t stop popping in for an amazing cocktail! The food is great too and to top it off the owners and staff are all incredibly friendly and very welcoming. Complimentary popcorn is a bonus!
P. G.
We love this place, a great addition to the neighbourhood. Fun food, inventive gin cocktails, they play great music and we saw live jazz there recently. Pop up eastern European food is delicious but menu small and was the same on both nights that we had it, could use some variation. Staff very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is clean and well run.
M. B.
I work all over London and try coffee in most places. This place looked like the usual gentrified, over priced establishment that are now everywhere. However, the coffee was one of the best I have ever had. Firstly it was hot (Not trendy luke warm). Secondly it was so smooth with a wonderful after taste. Also only £2.60. Freshly made. Go and try. I will be back next time I am in the area.
H. K.
Wonderful party venue - we celebrated my Mum's birthday with a private evening hire. Rosy and the team prepared a gorgeous 3 course meal and the place was beautifully decorated. Nothing was too much trouble and we had the best evening. Mum said it was her favourite ever birthday. Thank you to all the team - we'll be back x
K. T.
Spent a lovely evening in the garden here with my wife. The food was such a surprise, Cajun influenced food wasn't something I was expecting to find in Honor Oak Park, and it was fantastic. The service was top notch, and chef even had a chat with us. We'll definitely be back.
E. P.
Sat down for our first coffee and pastry in a very long time. Lots of nice choice for pastries and felt very Covid secure.
B. D.
Always a tasty trip had here. The brunch menu has everything you'd expect and a few extras.
The "Pulled pork eggs Benny" is well worth a try.
Cocktails and live music are always a welcome way to spend an evening.
G. D.
Met with friends on Saturday night and we were all impressed. Very friendly staff, delicious food and the best old fashioned we ever had . If you like live music that's you're place to enjoy live jazz on Saturday night. Will definitely go back!
D.
Great quality coffee. I always visit this establishment whenever I'm in Honor Oak Park.
J. C.
Really lovely little stop off point on my travels. Great food and great coffee but the staff are what make this place shine. Always a nice chat and catch up with these guys! Stop off here if you guys are nearby!
C. O. R.
Popped in for breakfast . There were plenty of staff on but service was slow and disorganised . My partner got her tea while I waited while others who walked in long after me had their orders taken and served which was disappointing as it tasted ok but I had read they do them nice n hot and mine was luke warm .
When breakfast arrived the the mushrooms were barely cooked and tasteless , there were tomatoes which I had asked to be taken off , the bacon was streaky and mediocre at best ( if your going to use streaky it needs to be seriously tasty ) but the sausage was amazing , best I've had with a cafe brekfast .
For the price it needs to be top notch and it simply wasn't . Still new to the area and still looking for somewhere for a sat / sun morning breakfast as a treat ,was hoping this would be my spot but I won't be back .
The sausage bumped it from 2 stars to 3

Highly recommend Two Spoons. Delicious food and drinks with events. The drinks menu is something to travel for not just for us locals- delicious. A huge thank you to the brilliant Luca and all the wonderful team at Two Spoons
B. P.
We cannot recommend Two Spoons highly enough. We organised a get together at the cafe directly after a funeral .The atmosphere was warm and hospitable, the food was not only delicous but had options for vegans as well as carnivores ,great salads, skewers, tarts and cakes. Most of all at a difficult time Luca and Rosie the owners were so friendly, patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble(we showed films , and photographs, had our own music and fairy lights) Luca made wonderful cocktails specially and Rosie kept on bringing up fresh home made food. The whole event went off very well thanks to their wonderful hospitality.A great place for a gathering.

2 cocktails of choice for 12 quid..lovely atmosphere. Intimate, great for date night.
T. S.
I gave it 5 stars because the servers are the sweetest. I am ok with spending my money here. I just buy coffee products here.
S. T.
I really like what the owners have done with this place and like how it's become an evening destination too, with cocktails and wine and great pop-up food which is always a bit different. I really like the atmosphere there in the evenings too, feels really intimate. I've given it 4 stars instead of 5 because last time I went there the service was quite unfriendly, don't know if they were having a bad day or something because they've been pleasant before, but this time it was a bit off-putting. I will go back again though and see if they've cheered up a bit.
T. B.
The most welcoming bar in SE London. Rosie puts together a beautiful full-English breakfast and the barristas make wonderful coffees to sit in and enjoy or run off with to the station. Come back in the evening for a cocktail or try one of the many (many many) gins from around the world. Luca's G&Ts are second to none.
L. S.
Staff very friendly, I had to wait a little while for my order but they were apologetic and it wasn't a trouble. I had the sausage butty but not sure I would recommend that. Coffee good though.
S. M. S.
Friendly little cafe with a nice menu.
D. L.
I like supporting local businesses and the menu is varied, however everything is overpriced and if you order a full English breakfast during busy times the portion sizes get reduced somewhat!
R. M.
Always enjoy our visits here, food is good and staff are great and always happy! Love the Italian chicken sandwich 🤤
P. M.
Not impressed by service. Breakfast took 20 mins to arrive and people who arrived after me got theirs 5 mins earlier. Poached eggs were both cold and overcooked. There is 30 minute parking outside cafe so I didn't have the luxury of complaining and getting eggs replaced.
L. G.
Great local place with lovely service, nice vibe and good food. Their vegetarian breakfast is incredible and I’ve been very impressed by their pop restaurants. They do jazz on a Saturday night too which is a lovely touch.
C. T.
Cozy little cafe round the corner from the Overground. The food is wholesome and affordable – their delicious butternut squash salad is in fact served in half a roasted butternut squash. Service can be a bit slow, but the food's worth the wait.
W. c.
Its ok. Food is nice but the portions are really rather small. Coffee is ok but not the best i have had. This is one of those places that appeals to trendy gentry types so i guess it is priced accordingly. But like i said, the food is nice. One thing i really dont like is the bottle of water that is already on the table, i would prefer a chilled one given to me when i order.
S.
Frequently go to this place as the food is really good quality at a decent price. Cocktails are also awesome in the evening. The only downside is that the servers (whilst very friendly and hard working) seem a bit amateur, and the service is quite slow.
A. D.
Sweet coffee shop, warm and friendly.
S. L.
My parents like the venue. So i go and catch up with them in two spoons from time to time. Im a fan of coctails but GIN seems to hog the menu which im not a fan of. But staff are polite enough and service it quick. Ill go in for drinks but Food is very pretentious and over priced for what you get.
Y. M.
Friendly and welcoming place to enjoy something to eat and drink. The menu has a good selection to choose from. Love it there!
S. P.
The best full English breakfast I've had in ages. Great coffee too.
G. M.
Love this place since it made over. Now decent beers and good wines. Nice food too, especially at weekend breakfast. Staff ok and getting better but everything else a winner.
G. C.
Great spot for coffee and breakfast. Good sized menu with attentive and friendly staff. Would recommend their poached egg and avocado on toast.
K. B.
Had the breakfast delivered absolutely divine..beans home made would recommend and I'll defo order again
V. B.
Food is delicious and well portioned, the place is quaint and beautiful with very kind staff. The reason why I can't give it five stars, is because service time is a little bit slow on drinks, we waited for our food almost as long as we waited for the coffee.
J. W.
Didn't have much in terms of a vegetarian options in my opinion, but what they did have was really nice, and my friend did thoroughly enjoy their food (which was not vegetarian at all)
C. J.
Had a breakfast delivery today the food was absolutely scrumptious was delivered hot and on time and thank you for the added pastries really recommend this place look forward to visiting for a cocktail in the near future when we are able to go out again thank you so much
M.
The food is lovely, the customer service is equally as good.. the decor and setting is very laid back ensuring ypu feel at home. Children's menu enjoyed by my little ones
M. P.
I had an excellent evening on Saturday celebrating my birthday. Luca and his staff were all extremely good and friendly and the lovely singer Deborah was amazing.... Many thanks Luca.

Amazing brunch, good service and nice decor. What else can you ask for
G. M.
I used to live above this place when it was Hopscotch. I’m hoping Hopscotch has closed rather than just changed its name, but either way, Hopscotch is no more.
J. S.
Good coffee and service, nice space with WiFi, louder than necessary pop music.
S. B.
Shame the excellent jazz playlist was disrupted by screaming children, but didn't spoil my enjoyment of the coffee.
