Fresh and delicious selection of meals. The menu has a nice variety to accommodate everyone’s taste. Best place for a quick lunch in the area.

'Salad' seems like such an inadequate word, conjuring up images of soggy iceberg lettuce, watery tomatoes and mayonnaise to conceal the blandness. If you want to experience the OPPOSITE of this, then don't hesitate to come here. These are the best salads I've ever tasted, hands down, and they need another name to do them justice. The freshness of all the ingredients is an important factor, as is the overall attention that's gone into the balance of textures and flavours (ginger-pickled carrots being a lynchpin and a particular favourite of mine). The dressings are five cuts above those you find elsewhere and work to really tie each assemblage together. When I'm budgeting my calories, but want something to truly look forward to, I treat myself to Urban Greens (they helpfully list the kcal on their website). I'm going to have one later today and it can't come soon enough.

Best takeaway salads in town - filled with fresh ingredients, delicious dressings and a substantially bold portion just the way I like my salads. Not of the half-hearted attempts by places like Tossd and the many other deliveroo options. I order weekly when I'm working from home and just wish there was a subscription option!

I personally love eating salads as a main course so this place is perfect for me. They have healthy, nutritious salads which are also insanely delicious. I have ordered seoul chicken, as well as the shrimps salad and will definitely go back to try the other options from the menu.

A must try. Healthy and delicious. And most of all so fresh. I don't know what is their secret ingredients to keep each of the item fresh and tasty. That's a mystery and I tried to reproduce their awesome salad but in vain. I LL have to keep buying it as a Friday treat. PS. Also love the fact they are not stingy on the portion size, really feels you up. Thank you 💗 for bringing good and colorful to me 😊

If you want absolutely delicious, healthy food then I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it's one of my favourite places in London and ranks as my favourite lunch place - hands down! I have tried many dishes on their menu and have never been disappointed. They understand great ingredients, delicious flavours and the best thing is their food is also very balanced and healthy. I love their ethos and their customer service which is top notch. If you try their food I can guarantee you won't regret it!
