They have good I mean really good waffles and crepes .place is very clean and beautiful .staff is very friendly. You can even celebrate a small birthday here I guess so yea i think you should give it a try .

Love it....the staff are friendly and the area is spacious and comfortable...the toilet is always clean and has decent disabled facilitates....the cookie dough is made fresh and they have no problem tweaking it to your preferances....completely affordable and they dont mind providing cold tap water...always too much to finish but they are happy for you to take home in a box

Love this place the desserts are always high standard. Average waiting time and reasonably priced 💯💯👌🏾👌🏾 and I really like the menu as it has loads of options and interesting desserts. Will deffo be going again

Eating in is okay, unfortunately takeaway is abysmal. £6 for a tiny piece of smashed up cheesecake that was missing half the base, is not acceptable at all. Tiny scoops of ice cream. Barely any strawberries on the crepe. Not worth the money at all. Better to order from the Creams store at the other side of Woolwich.

Unexpected surprise. Me and my partner ordered a shake and waffle. After sitting for a while, I thought of checking my order and bring it to the table. The young lady that served us, brought the food as well. Nice to encounter table service here. It was a surprise for us, as we didn't expect table service.

Great place. Amazing waffles, amazing ice cream, amazing milkshakes and you have to see one of their freakshakes! Highly recommend to everyone. I went with my wife and son and this is the perfect place to take a family. Order was dealt with quickly and the staff were very friendly and keen to keep my son entertained. Top marks!

Ice cream presented in a glass lovely. Place could do with a trendy redecorating. Everyone has a mobile device these days and any shop wanting customers should invest in power points and cost that into prices. Nice staff and nice deserts - just needs a trendy look.

Went in today with my daughter (11)and friend. We really enjoyed our deserts and the customer service was great from beginning to the end. Even though we had a bit of mix up with our order it was handled very professionally by the amazing staff. A lovely place to go regardless of age, everyone was treated amazingly (as I noticed!!).

OMG this place in amazing, found it by total chance. Amazing sundaes and freak shakes, waffles the whole lot. Great staff and table service or take out, shop has AC also so great on hot days and your ice cream doesn't melt away in seconds so you can eat at your pace.

Ordered at 4 something, the app told us our order will be delivered at 18:08, didn’t happen. I called the store spoke to the staff member and he said were just sending the driver out now🙄. Got our deliver at 18:45, Gelato was molten, waffles were extremely cold and didn’t look appetising, fruit didn’t look fresh as it obviously has been forgotten to be delivered to us. Called the manager, very kind and understanding and got a free order on the next day. Manager knew how to handle the situation and was extremely helpful and sorry. Excellent customer service after all.

Amazing place great service blown away by the "freakshakes" & milkshakes are awesome, plus great selection of classic ice cream flavours. A must for those with a sweet tooth. Also they do smoothies. Fully customisable section for you to get creative with. Would highly recommend I was very pleasantly surprised buy this given its location.

Good range of desserts. Something for everyone if you have a sweet tooth or just love icecream or cheesecake. I would recommend the New York cheesecake. Friendly, clean environment, but could have more than one cashier for efficiency.

We has some problems with an ubereats order with Urban Ice. Ubereats were pretty rubbish, but when we contacted Urban Ice directly they were very helpful and solved the problem. Great flavours, amazing sundaes and excellent customer service. We've been customers for over a year and will continue to be. Great ice creams! Thanks!

I loved it because they close late, at 11pm I think, even on weekdays. Also they have huge and delicious portions for a reasonable amount of money and the staff treated me pretty well, unexpected in a fast food cafeteria, they were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend it and come back.
