WOW 🤩 If you are visiting London, definetely stop here! Amazing location, food, staff and the whole place overall! Have to mention Aneta and Elena and thank them for making outstanding service!

Love the architecture of the building as well as the rooftop terrace for a negroni pre (and post) exhibition at the Saatchi. The wine list has a couple of natural options and the food menu is veggie friendly.

Loved our little brunch here! Reasonable prices and great food in a gorgeous area. We were lucky enough to be there on a sunny day, and it was such a joy to sit and relax at Vardo. Such a cool, laid-back place, the vibes were more Tel Aviv than London- almost felt like we were near the beach. Vegetarian options available.

The perfect central spot in Chelsea for watching the fabulous life of the residents go by - amazing ambiance, amazing food (really recommend the sea bass, so much flavour) and nice cocktails. Good service, clean space, lovely indoor outdoor setting. Five star, not to mention it's really reasonably priced for the area.

I really enjoyed a quick brunch here, the English breakfast was delicious and the poached eggs were perfection. They don't take reservations at the weekend, just turn up and wait in the short queue (with complimentary homemade lemonade). Dog friendly outdoors, and very friendly staff. The breakfast Martini was divine, with a really lovely marmalade bourbon flavour, I'd highly recommend. Wil definitely be returning, it didn't feel pretentious like many of the eateries around Sloane Square which is a huge bonus!

Very nice place - we went there for the first time on Saturday, but past a lot of times before. So glad we went in. Loved the vegetarian dishes and choices that were offered especially the cauliflower and the main Halloumi course. Lovely wine as well and great Champagne to start with. The stuff was lovely, view is great - we will surely be back.

Lovely venue with excellent food - every dish was full of flavour. The wine was a bit over priced for the quality - we paid £27 for a carafe which we felt was a bit steep. That aside, would definitely recommend the food and restaurant - we’ll be back, but not for an evening drink.

Excellent place, five stars deserved. Been here for breakfast, the place has a very nice, cozy interior design, very spacious, and plenty of seats outside. The waiter was very helpful, good knowledge of the menu! Food was really good, lots of flavour and portions are good size. The coffee here is exceptional, probably one of the best I had in long time! Lovely interior/design and very good service. Food was quite good after the opening a few months ago, but has gone downhill since then. We tried a few times, but there are much better cafes or restaurants in this area. Today we had the brunch and we ordered three different dishes and all of them were strange in taste, smelled not fresh. It was not a tasty experience. Scrambled eggs were watery and had no salt, sausage was wobbly... No recommendation at all. Such a shame for this excellent location.

Really enjoyable evening, the rooftop is a lovely, chilled spot if you're after a drink. Food is available too (pizzas only) or you can head downstairs into the restaurant for the full menu. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and we really appreciated her honest reviews of some of the dishes. Following her advice we had the Roasted Salmon and Sea Bass, which were both absolutely delicious!

I had a great meal here on the Friday just gone. We were given a very nice table by the window and received good advice on the food (which was both interesting and very tasty). This would've been 5 stars if not for the fact that I called ahead to ask for a bottle of something to be able at the table for our arrival, however the bottle was not there. This was a small hitch and I have already recommended Vardo to others!

Really nice coffee and location. The new restaurant offers a much better experience to the public with activated interior / exterior space. The garden at the top of the restaurant is also a very nice place to hang out and take in the beauty of Chelsea.

Interesting menu with excellent salads and bowls, although if you're hungry you'll need to order more than one, or maybe a couple of sides. Of the three pizzas we had, one was perfect, one burnt and one so cremated I was surprised it made it out the kitchen. Drinks menu was good and the wine we had was decent. Staff were friendly and polite but incredibly slow - had to ask for drinks, water and extras more than once. The venue is lovely inside and out, and a great location. Worth a visit but it could be so much better. It was my first visit so not sure if they were having an off day as had heard good things prior to our visit.

What is not to love about this place ? Location is stunning, the building is an architectural dream and the food is devine. I had the Quinoa Grains and Bowls which is gluten-free and vegan (two of my most dear requirements) with a fantastic Mate tea. The only part that could have made my outing even better, would have been a fresh fruit juice after 4pm :) Oh and expect a hefty price tag on the food for the location.

Beautiful cafe in the square, we were drawn to the sheepskin covers promising warmth on an autumn afternoon. Cosy coffees until the first raindrops fell and we had to rush indoors. Beautiful interiors, actually more a fancy wine bar than a casual café. Can't really judge the quality of the menu on the strength of a hot beverage (perfect flat white) but atmosphere and staff alone deserve five stars. Super attentive and friendly, but the highlight was an unprompted refund for a glass of wine that accidentally made it onto our bill from a neighbouring table - obvious confusion due to the rushed reseating… I hadn't even noticed (curse of contactless payments). I can't think of another incident of venues refunding without a great fuss. Thank you!

We had a lovely group dinner at Vardo last Friday night. The menu is very tasty and varied, great for a group with lots of different tastes and dietaries - we had a large range from plant based to picky pizza lovers. We especially wanted to leave a review to say a huge thanks to the Vardo manager who helped our table -- he was absolutely standout, from his great recommendations and descriptions of the architecture of the space (very cool!), to making our evening extra special with bringing out a vegan birthday treat for our friend we were celebrating. Lovely venue looking onto Duke of York Sq especially on a sunny evening. Food was good, however, there was a issue with one menu item: "Carmalised Onion Pizza", whereby the onion was clearly not carmalised but in fact raw onion sliced. The manager admitted they have had this complaint before & that the onion was carmalised in a way different to the norm. The onion on tasting was raw and there couldn't have been in anyway carmalised. Fortunately, the pizza was replaced or a much tastier Nduja one. The staff also seemed under a lot of pressure balancing in door and takeaway orders which led to significant delays with those dining in orders. Most likely to return perhaps on a quieter day as food was tasty and again lovely venue!

As of 4th November Vardo has been open a month and it is exceptional. Every single staff member is delightful and attentive. A refreshing sense of humour and friendliness that can be missing. We arrived at 11:30, having a slightly delayed service of food but were then given our drinks as complimentary. Completely unexpected but entirely appreciated. Vardo represents the very best of British cuisine, ambiance and style. I wouldn't change a thing. Cant recommend enough!

Great location, would be fab in the summer, especially on market day. As to the rest, 2 dishes out of 3 were so so, aubergine heavily undercooked, Jerusalem artichokes a bit bland, the best dish was zatar cod, very good. The service was super slow, it took ages to get anything, drinks, food, menus even - staff insufficient, impossible to get anyone's attention, be it asking to order, cutlery or to pay. That was a Wednesday night, I hate to think just how long the food takes to arrive (or the staff for that matter) on a busy Fri or Sat night! Noone checked in on us all night; not since literally dumping the dishes all at once in front of us. The spritzer and Medina cocktails, very lame, and supposed zatar in the latter was no show, nor was supposed tequila in the drink. 2 very average cocktails, 2 small vego dishes and one fish, plus the non-existent service, came to nearly £70 quid - too steep for what it was. One can find better elsewhere in London, even in Fitzrovia. And annoyingly they do not accept Amex, please fix it! Will be keen to wait till that roof terrace opens in the summer to try it again, hopefully teething issues will settle by then. PS I read the owner's reply, I took advantage of the offer to write the guy and reach out on the feedback, perhaps unsurprisingly, zero reply. Guess they are not as keen on fixing the issues as the reply seemed to suggest.

Coffee is also top notch (as you’d expect given its link with Caravan). Beautiful building and interiors creating an innovate space to eat and drink.
