One of the best vegan meals I have had. Everything was homemade and fresh. There are a lot of dishes to choose from and it was very difficult to choose what I wanted because everything looked so appetising. I will certainly go back to try the other dishes. Finally the service in the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. If you've never tried before, you won't regret the VeganE experience!

I was amazingly surprised by this restaurant. Firstly, they’re super nice and you can absolutely tell they care :) Then you have sooo many options in the menu and they’re all HOMEMADE and vegan. We ordered the fish and chips and the chickenish burger, which were both tasty and filling -and at such a good price for London. The chickenish burger can surely appeal to everyone. It is quite big and all the flavours mix really well together. The fish is covered in seaweed, nicely fried and accompanied by a creamy dill sauce. I’ve been to many vegan restaurants and this one is definitely special and I’m super excited to come back and bring everyone! <3 thanks to the lovely staff for an excellent dinner.

I love their food is very nice. I have a medical condition and because of stomach surgery I can’t eat lot of big chunks of foods vegetables as causes me issues but they make all types of foods that I can eat like the Mac and cheese I really like the sauce and the ice cream is very nice too. I usually order with delivery but might want to go there in person when I can .

Oh my god! Literally found this place while wandering around, the food is absolutely sensational! Pizza is a solid 9/10, fries are delicious... but the hummus and beetroot mayo is easily the best I've EVER tried. I would recommend this to ANYONE, whether vegan or not, you need to try the food, it is phenomenal!

Incredibly good food and one of the best restaurants I've ever been to anywhere on the planet. The fish and chips are amazing. Huge piece of fish that was delectable, and I don't even like tempeh! What they do here is magical. Very stylish restaurant and a nice place to bring friends or partners, though it gets a little arm-to-elbow during dinner hours. Avoid weekends if you can! You don't have to be vegan to eat at VeganE. Their variety of dishes and desserts are sure to please even the most Piers Morgan-ist of diners.

VeganE is genuinely one of the best vegan restaurants around! Wide selection of beautiful vegan dishes from speciality vegan fish and chips to vegan pizzas. I had a delicious jerk stew which was so flavoursome. Staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful when choosing what dishes to have. Each dish is made fresh and is unique to the owners style and heritage. Will definitely be returning soon !

I had a nice meal here with my mum who has recently gone dairy free... We were choosing between VeganE which is relatively new and 222 round the corner which is well established. It's great to be able to choose from a whole menu as opposed to the one or two token dishes that you may get from somewhere not catering for the Vegan diet. In the end we opted for VaganE because they had a bigger selection on their menu. It was quiet when we can in at about 6pm on a Saturday evening - there was just one other couple at a table and later another couple entered. The staff were friendly whilst leaving enough time for us to talk, read and choose from the menu - and were happy to serve some nice mint water without needing to be asked. The starters were a little bit pricey, so we opted to order the samosas and share. When they came they were nicely presented and very crispy with an unexpected (we didn't fully read the menu) tofu vegan mince filling, they were however very very tasty and a good size - there were two of them. For our mains I went for the Chickenish Katsu curry and my mum the Stuffed Peppers. Both came really well presented and we're tasty. The rice with the curry was cooked nice, soft and wholesome and the curry sauce mild and creamy. The Stuffed Peppers were stuffed with vegetables, rice and dhal and the peppers were cooked to a lovely melt in the mouth texture. The menu was slightly more than what we would normally pay but it was really worth it for the options, taste and portion size. We would definitely come again :)

The only negative was the Caesar salad wasn't amazing and could have done with a better dressing and presentation, but the fish tacos were incredible as was the Thai curry and homemade houmous. I had such a great experience at this cozy family owned business. We were so impressed by the range and quality of food and especially the cheese on the garlic bread was so yummy and the owner then revealed she made it herself from coconut!! 🤩🙌🏼 The customer service was so good and friendly and I also loved how the place is decorated. So underrated! It's just amazing to have endless number of vegan options in the same place! Highly recommend their Tempeh Salad and chickenish burger. My friends and I always find ourselves taking away food because their portion is huge! So while some might find the price bit expensive, you will find it worth it ;) Give it a try!

Am not vegan and been ordering from this place Via deliveroo for the past 2 weeks . The food is so good, very authentic and great value for money. so far I tried the baked aubergine, chicken burger , pasta bolognese, lasagna, and Caesar salad! And I do recommend them all. Maybe the portion of the chicken Caesar salad could be bigger but I can’t deny that it tasted so good! Came once to the restaurant, it’s a very humble start up. It’s a family business where the owner and his wife are the main players who cooks , serves the food and most importantly they are very welcoming . Businesses like that should be genuinely supported from the community around and not only vegans !

We had a lovely relaxed dinner in this informal restaurant run by a charming family. Food is freshly prepared to order and is carefully plated, so it doesn't arrive immediately, but the waiting time was fine. Everything is vegan but there is a wide choice so everyone should be able to find something. Even though I'm not always keen on imitation meats etc, I greatly enjoyed my "fish" tacos (pictured) starter . Looking forward to going back and eating my way through the rest of the menu!

We went there for dinner after we were given a leaflet of 30% off during Northend Road summer fair. The gentleman who served us are polite and smiley. The food portion is small and taste very homecook👍. The drinks (mix juice) is really good💯. We were not given the 30% off at the end. He said,' the price already very low but if you insisted I could give you some offer.' We decided not to argue about it (we did confirm the offer before we seated). Not worth to spoil our evening. Will I go back again? Probably not. There is a vegan restaurant just opposite the road - KissMyGrass- which I haven't try yet.

Had a lovely meal here, had the 'fish' tacos to start, followed by the chickenless burger and 'fish' and chips. The chips were potato wedges which were amazing and a real highlight. The menu was very large, and I feel the restaurant could reduce this to only serve their best pieces. Additionally, the same mayo type sauce was on all the dishes which made them all similar. Finally, I feel the bread for the chickenless burger could have been toasted slightly to avoid it going soggy. Overall the experience was lovely, service was great and I feel the restaurant has excellent potential.

I came here for dinner last night for the first time and I cannot wait to show the place to somebody else. The place is quiet and lovely decorated. The service was at its kindest and food came within a reasonable time. Sorry I have no pictures but my friend and I just lost it whenever a dish was brought to the table. Do order the cheesy garlic bread for starters if it's your thing. It's just delicious. We ordered two of the three stews in the menu and we basically shared them because we couldn't figure out which one we preferred. Then the cheesecake was really lovely too. Not only that but the place it's also quite inexpensive. Loved it. Thank you.

Best pizza ever! We just ordered the jackfruit pizza, the chicken burger and the chicken strips. Everything came hot and with plenty of sauces! The pizza was just devine! Full of big chunks of really tasty jackfruit and fully loaded with the best vegan cheese we've ever had! It was nicely melted and creamy! Very pleasant family-run vegan restaurant with cozy atmosphere and tasty, fresh homestyle food. 4 stars only because it felt a little expensive for food that wasn't as "refined" as fine-dining. For example, presentation/texture/flavour balance of the raw lasagne could be improved; I'd have used much thinner (mandoline) slices of courgette/aubergine, made the pesto by hand rather than with a blender, and added a dollop of cashew cream on top to balance the acidity of the sun-dried tomatoes. The rice pudding was very tasty, but it wasn't heated through all the way. The ingredients are clearly high-quality and the chef cares about what he's serving. Flavours are good. A little more creativity with the execution and presentation of dishes would make this an amazing place for dinner. Side note-- The pan-flute music, to me, was a bit annoying after a while. Some more variety in musical genre would be appreciated!

Great experience in this local and vegan restaurant. The owner is passionate and we can see this through the food he serves, I went to eat there with a friend and i found it very tasty. Hi guys I ordered last night from Vegane and got my food delivered to my house very hot as requested ( they didn’t forgot to put napkins cutlery and straw) I ordered the lasagna and penne Alfredo wih lemonade and it was absolutely delicious !! The quality was so amazing that I got scared and thought t was real cheese on top of the lasagna !!! I went back the next day and ate in, the service was fantastic I tried something different max and cheese ( taste cheese very strong and great) and amazing Caesar Salad ( the grilled halloumi was unbelievable and also chickenish the best I’ve ever had ) The handmade lemonade with strawberry and lemon was also GREAT !!! and the cherry on the top My amazing vegan desert ice cream with strawberry The service is fantastic, the food has the best quality and presentation is 10/10
