There was already a small queue forming at around quarter past twelve on Saturday, but we were seated very promptly. I was pleased to see that they had implemented social distancing measures, so we had lots of space and barriers separating us from other parties. I ordered Shu’s shiok chicken, which was quite flavourful. It had a slow, warm heat to it, but tolerable for someone who can’t really take spicy food. My only complaint is that the rice seemed to be either overcooked or poor quality because it was stodgy. I tried some of my husband’s shirodashi ramen. The pork belly was tender, although the noodles were too soft and doughy for my liking. Green tea was free (nice) and our server was very friendly. We paid online via the QR code on our menu, which I thought was a very convenient feature. Overall a good outing this weekend.

Food was good and we appreciated the free green tea. However, the restaurant needs to work on synchronising their kitchen staff. Dishes come in a very random, almost nonsensical order. Starters after mains, one main after the other person had already finished their main... it takes away from the dining experience. This happens almost every time we visit, so it would be great if this were addressed, as otherwise the food is lovely.

Tatsy noodle, ramen and rice place. If you like spice try the Firecracker which is spicy but delicious. My favourite dish. The bun with mushroom and aubergine was really nice and also the crispy squid was best. Just want to say thank you to Marina a employee who went above and beyond, when asked about Halal dishes she took her time out and circled all the halal dishes. She didny have to do this but was really nice of her. She was very friendly and polite and was a delight. Good meal after shopping at Brent cross shopping centre would definitely recommend.

Good experience with, in my opinion, an odd way of serving the food, It comes out as it is ready. So be careful your party may not get the food at the same time and you may get you appetizers before your meal. They do a good job of explaining this, but it's still odd (again, my opinion). Food was very tasty though! Loads of options with decent pricing for quality. Staff was helpful and there is always one roaming around and ready to help.

Wagamamas chilli squid is soo yummy but overall Wagamamas need to know their place and stop increasing prices. I don't think it is worth the money and the kids food tastes like their is alot of sugar in it. The bottomless green tea is a great touch and I do enjoy the ginger chicken udon and ebi raisukaree but don't think the dishes are as flavoursome as they used to be and service is always a bit thin on the ground in Brent cross.

Located on the 2nd floor in Brent Cross Shopping Center. The food and service were excellent. Patience staff and very clean restaurant. This is where you can eat Asian food. the prices are good compared to other places with this type of food. The excellent ramen and children's menu is fine. It’s the favourite place for my grandson to eat out.

As it’s a Sunday the wait outside the restaurant was moving along steadily we were received with a warm welcome and seen to in a timely manner Everything was as expected except for one slight hiccup We ordered prawn Gyoza the first bite was not prawn - my worst nightmare would have been pork but I’m glad to say it was duck - haram but better than pork ( I think) We were given a fresh new plate of Prawn Gyozas by a very apologetic and attentive waiter , who in return for the mistake gave us 3 fresh juices of our choice free of charge as well as the gyozas . All is well when the fuss is made by the restaurant without us making the fuss. Thanks

Food was as delicious as at the other branch I visited but this one was far more concerned with allergies. We were asked if we had any and as I have a shellfish allergy I was given a sticker on my mat/menu but additionally the waitress took my order and anything I was sharing first and not only checked on her tablet if there was any of my allergen in the dishes but also whether they may be cooked in oil containing the allergen or in oil where allergen may have been cooked e.g. in deep fried food like tempura. Absolutely excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

Very nice food and service. I was taken my table by the lady at the entrance who explained to me the new measures in place. After you place your order you will then scan the wrong and make your payment from your phone. The food came very quickly and it was tasting good. I will go back when I’m in Brent Cross again

We had the calamari, which was excellent as an appetizer . We had the lobster paella as an entree, and it was very good. We had the warm spinach salad, which was a disappointment. It had a creamy dressing with bacon bits. There was too much dressing and it was not warm. The dining area is a little too dark.

As always great food but the service is terrible compared to a year ago, last time I was here they forgot about me and didn't take my order for 30 minutes. I went back after this to give it another go and my food got to my table in less than 5 minutes after ordering but it wasn't hot, to give you an idea, the beer I ordered turned up after my food arrived. Looks like I got a cancelled order of food with my beer. Someone needs to get down here and explain what urgency is and maybe educate the customer facing staff in some decent customer service. If the staff aren't happy to be here why would the customers be ? Maybe a couple of extra bodies would be good as well, I can't understand why when I am the only person in the queue it takes 15 minutes to be seated in a 1 third empty restaurant at 3pm on a Wednesday ?

Good food, good service. It would've got 5⭐'s if the dishes tasted amazing as they usually do. Some of the dishes, especially the "new" Prawn Ramen dish wasn't too impressive. The place is always busy. The other restaurant in Wembley is far better when it comes to the venue, staff and food but this one doesn’t fall way back behind. They have improved over time since my first visit when it was a great disappointment. It’s great to see how they work on their flaws and try to bring the best experience. Absurdly popular unit in Brent Cross. Queueing for seats is common - up to 35 minutes' wait at peak times. Food is clearly Westernised-Japanese, rather than truly Japanese, but none the worse for it. Vegetable ramen recommended as not too heavy, with plenty of chillies in it at about £12 - just the thing to unblock your sinuses if you have a cold! Nothing on the menu is cheap nowadays and you'll struggle to find a main dish under a tenner - expect 10 to 15 quid at least. Service is competent, though it can take a while to gain attention....

Probably the jewel in Beckenham's crown and easily the finest park in the area. Like all great parks, this was originally the landscaped gardens of the Kelsey Manor Estate. Encouraged by the local newspaper, the Beckenham Urban District Council purchased it 100 years ago, saving it from extinction. Built on the River Beck, the large ornamental lakes provide an amazing array of waterfowl that I'd always taken for granted.

We went for lunch today and the service was really great. A girl with glasses sat us down and greeted us with such a big smile on her face! (We forgot to ask for her name). Fin served us and he was quick to take our orders and super polite. Never used to pay any notice to the customer service there before but it’s improved a lot!! Great stuff, thanks guys
