First time eating here had lunch with a friend on 2 occasions did not know if would enjoy. First time has a noodle dish and tried the Quid starter was very nice. Second had all starts definitely had the quid some sort of parcel chicken and duck yet again absolutely 💯. Would definitely go back for the quid and the price was reasonable to I would definitely recommend going and the customer service from staff was great.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the managers and the lady who brought my order on the evening of 21 September :) Customer service couldn't be any better, the managers went extra mile to recommend the best spot where I could finish some work on my laptop and the overall atmosphere was cosy and lively. The food at Wagamama is always good. It was half term today and the place became very full quickly and one of our children's order arrived after everyone else had finished and then only after a lot of chasing. The staff were nice though. It can get very busy and we've often had to queue but the food is always great and the staff friendly.

Have not been to Wagamama for a few years and was not disappointed on our recent visit. The staff are friendly and attentive. Had the miso mixed vegetable hiyashi bowl (summer noodle salad) and prawn kushiyaki. Very tasty. Spacious outdoor seating area with nice views of the O2 and canary wharf. Perfect for a lunch on a sunny day.

Food was fantastic as it's been in every waga I've ever been to, so kudos to the chefs. But the floor staff is subpar and completely not attentive. We ended up having 3 different waiters because no one would ever come to our table on their own, we had to look for and call someone over, whether to order more drinks or food. Funny how quick they've been over with the bill though. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars and not 1 is because chefs cooked a delicious meal and they do deserve a praise.

Great experience at Wagamama as usual nothing wrong with their food quality, However it felt like they had forgotten our starters as i understand food comes from the kitchen when its made but i had finished my mains before I got my starters but other than that its nothing to fault 😀 took 15 mins to get table but we did go late at night was around 22:00PM which wasn't bad. Had gone with vegan/Veggie options never disappointed but the vegan chilli squid tried for the first time not sure if they were just overcooked battered which made it impossible to eat.

The 1st time I went to Wagamama it was in the west end a few years ago and it reminded me of a production line. For some reason, my sister convinced me to go to the one at the 02. I was a bit sceptical about going but I went. The food was extraordinary. Excellent customer service. A big difference from my 1st time. I can honestly say I will be returning. Another restaurant to add to my list.

Visited 8th Feb 2022. Always good service, customer care is really on point. I was greeted but not one but two staff, eager to serve me and my colleagues the staff (Jackie and Jawanda) were a great double (very funny) act tag teaming to serve us, always attentive making sure we were aware of allergies. When you know what you're getting food wise (from a a chain), the customer service is always an added bonus. A really pleasant experience

Came to this branch of wagamama on a weekday so it was pretty quiet. It took a while for us to get a seat, even though there were lots of tables. Front of house staff didn't seem to care. The food arrived and it was all good. Although i do feel that my teppanyaki noodle dish wasn't heated through properly when cooked since it went cold very very quickly. The highlight was the yuzu and strawberry ice cream which was so moreish. The restaurant is large and open with pretty high ceilings. It is canteen-style though, so if you go when it is busy you will probably be seated next to strangers. I think they do some sort of discount for local employees. Edit - i asked for some lime for my noodles. They charged me £1 for a single wedge. The cheek!

I was really unimpressed and I don't know what's the hype. Maybe I'm used to having Asian dishes with my friends and this just feels bland. Service on the other hand was like their ice cream - fabulous.

Visiting a Wagamama is a “must do” for me in the UK and this is a decent location with a few flaws. We did this before the sky ride across the Thames river and it wasn’t that busy on the rainy hot day we were there. If you haven’t visited a Wagamama before, you are seated at large tables (possibly right next to other parties) and you order Japanese style food which is served out of order whenever it is ready. The gyoza and chicken katsu curry are must orders for me but everything we have had has been great. This location does seem to suffer from pretty slow service, we were seated for a while before we were even greeted and it wasn’t busy. It was also blazingly hot. They have air conditioning but it was barely working. While I know that is normal for Europe, this was especially bad.

Wagamama has improved a lot in recent years, when I tired it first time 5 years ago, I didn't like it because it wasn't really oriental cooking at all. However, last year, I revisited and they are a complete beast. Free green tea, friendly service, bills doesn't include service fee etc, it's already a great place before eating. Additional, if you are vegan, you can ask for a vegan menu, which is better than the normal menu in my opinion even though I am not vegan must.

Good food but let down by, COVID hygiene, bad service and management. Hand sanitisers are left empty and there is no social distancing. Also meals are not served close together for groups and some of the waiting staff are rude.

It was nice and calm place to visit with kids. Moreover I felt safe to visit from the virus spread perspective. We explored both kids and adult manu. Though there wasn't much options on kids manu, but we ordered chicken ramen and chicken noodles. None of them were very good, they were ok. From the adult manu we tried the chili prawn + kimchi and firecracker prawn curry. The ramen was ok but the curry was super tasty. We also liked the tropical smooth. I have to mention the service were extremely helpful and nice.

At such a prominent location in eastern London (right next to the O2 and the Emirates Air Line), Wagamama has established a truly beautiful dining experience. I went for dinner, around nine p.m., was welcomed in a very friendly manner and placed immediately. The floor staff was very good, with the server being even explaining to me the traditional way to use chopsticks and a wooden ladle to eat my ramen. Speaking of food – it was delicious, period. I can of course only speak for the meal I had, but what I can say that from presentation to taste, it was head on. My warmest compliments to the kitchen staff. The atmosphere is comfy, basically having the layout of an American Diner with the minimalist design often associated with Asian architecture. I will make sure to come again.

This restaurant serves good healthy food at a reasonable price, it is located right outside of the main entrance to the o2 Dome so it's a good spot to catch a bite to eat before you go to see a show. It was reasonably busy when I went but the service was still on point and the staff were very friendly. I hardly waited any time to be seated and my food came very quickly.

'Went with my children and their dad about two weeks ago and we couldn't have had a better experience. Our waitress was so helpful and the manager Ahmed made us feel so welcome and was very attentive to the little ones, even going as far to give them both a free desert. It really made them (and the grown ups) feel at ease, as they're slowly getting used to going out again. We will definitely be back to this particular branch! :)

Wagamama is by far my favourite restaurant. It just has incredible food and I love it all! If you want to go there, there's always something you will eat! Staff are friendly and welcoming and service is considerably amazing even with the high amounts of customers! Food is made fresh and with almost all of Wagamamas you can watch the chefs prepare the meal which I find lovely as you can see how they do it. I always have to go to Wagamama when I visit England and I'm never let down! Really recommend this restaurant chain and would never stop going. Incredible service, food and staff! Here's a picture of one in cyprus! We had an amazing time! Haha we had already ate a lot but it was really really delicious!

I was made redundant in Feb so this is a hard time for me. I had my lunch(ramen and buns) in their small garden when the weather was warm and sunny. Food was great and beer was cold. When I asked for the bill, the manager told me that he would take care of everything since I was the first customer of this reopen day. I was speechless. He smiled and asked me if I needed anything else. No, not really. Good food, kind staff and positive energy. Thank you for cheering me up.

The Restaurant was particularly busy due to a concert happening at the 02 which affected the service. After ordering, my main came out, shortly followed by our drinks and then our sides, my friend had to ask two members of staff where her main was, about half an hour after ordering her dinner appeared. Although service was slow the food was nice as always.

Went here before heading to the O2, we arrived very early and were able to get a table easily. When we left there was a huge queue outside. The food was delicious and I particularly liked the vegetarian options. The staff were a little forgetful and kept bringing me full fat cokes when I had ordered diet cokes (got it wrong twice).

We ordered 2 different ones both £7.95 But mine was large and worth it, the other was a 3rd of the size but same price. Well overpriced. Bill was paid for quickly. The food as always was good, just the service was a bit hit and miss. The drinks took forever to arrive and the gap between mine and my partners food was so long, he had virtually finished his dish, which was a large bowl of ramen noodles. I know food comes when prepared, but I have never had this gap before. We also ordered two more sake which didn't arrive until we asked, then one arrived and the second without the correct cups. I noticed a large amount of takeaway orders ready to go, maybe this is impacting the restaurant service.

Nice, spacious seating area over two floors. Food is a bit inconsistent but that is Wagamamas generally and you know what you are getting. Always fresh food which is the main thing, just wish portion sizes were a little more consistent. Nice staff there.

One of the better options to choose from while having Conference or Exhibition in O2 arena. Good and delicious food, not super authenitic but westerned delicious for sure. Eat a few times here. One time overcooked steak, but after mentioning it excellent service to set this mistake right. Will definitely come back next time again. Hadn't a clue what I was ordering but when it arrived, I certainly wasn't disappointed. The beef tataki was very nice and the yaki soba was very tasty. We fortunately arrived when there were some free seats because before too long there was a long queue outside. Very nice. This is my go to place for comfort food. Always guaranteed a nice warming meal. The yasai cha han mixed with miso soup is the perfect dish for a cold day!

This place has become a classic for a nice, easy informal Asian meal. Try the chili chicken ramen specially if you are hungover! Beware that the portions are huge! Not cheap but it's OK for London standards. Informal, no reservation needed although sometimes it gets packed, it is worth the wait.

Awesome food with fabulous service. Only thing that ruined the experience was the draft from the front door being held open by the queue of people waiting for a table. It was a very cold day. Shame the management didn't insist on the door being kept shut by those waiting. Did make the suggestion to the serving staff but they said they couldn't do anything.

When my friends and I go down to The Excel for Comic Con, we always have a tradition to go to Wagamama everytime. It's always a meal we look forward to eating together. As it is always busy around that time, expect a long wait to get a seat. If you don't mind waiting it, it's worth the wait. The smell of the incredible food gets you very hungry whilst you wait! You are always greeted by a nice smiley staff member who shows you to your seat and asks you whether you want a drink and starter. The menu is packed with incredible foods! You can choose between vegan/vegetarian and the normal menus. Each have an amazing selection of foods and drinks. It's always difficult to choose as all look and sound incredible, but after being surrounded by people all weekend, getting a cold or feeling a little overtired, a ramen is always the medicine! The rich broth packed with flavour and really helps! I always start with a chicken gyoza, a ramen of some kind is one I love to go with too. You definitely get your monies worth with a ramen, the meat, noodles, the sides like onions etc. It's really filling. The seating is like school benches, which is surprisingly comfortable and get for socialising with your friends with some delicious food. I love the ginger beer they have, it's got an incredible tang. The iced tea is incredible too! Sometimes we get served by multiple staff members which can get a little confusing but as it is busy, I understand. All of the staff are nice and very helpful. The price is a little steep but to be honest you get your monies worth, definitely filling and so delicious. It's a tradition for us and I really enjoy going to Wagamama in Greenwich twice a year, have a nice weekend with my friends! Highly recommend but do expect a little wait.

One of my fav chain, because of healthy food. In North Greenwich can be a bit busy. Order a salad with prawns and chicken. Came and looked as a bag of Tesco salad put on the plate with tasteless prawns. I called to change the food- no problem with returning back.
