1st time ordering here via: click and collect, the ordering process was simple!!! That was definitely worth a 🌟 as some online ordering platforms can be overly complicated😕. The food was ready when I arrived, staff were okay have very limited interaction with them therefore unfair to rate customer service experience. The food, not overly impressed, wouldn't buy again. I went to Wagamammas in Wandsworth UK to try one of their vegan menu items: Teriyaki chick'n. It was delicious and satisfuomg. worth the trip. Their menu is 50% plant-based, so I plan on visitng them again and again for more plant-based sensations!

The layout of the restaurant is pretty good with a cute terrace where you can enjoy your meal. The service is efficient and the staff are super friendly, especially Sean. He was very attentive, giving good recommendations and offering above and beyond service. The food was presented well and it tasted authentic and flavoursome with good portion sizes. They have an array of dishes from starters to mains and deserts, touching on different Asian cultures. The bathroom is also inclusive to all which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, I would recommend visiting!

Lovely Japanese /thai food, filled with fresh ingredients and main ingredient chillies. I had vegan pad thai and my friend had a chicken pad thai. Walked in and asked for a table: waitress grabbed the paper menus, turned her back to us without saying a word and walked to the available tables. Most unfriendly. Word of feedback: Would be nice to acknowledge your customers and tell them what you are doing instead being in your own world and just walking off! Order an item which never came: Asked the waiter to please chase up the order. He Went and never came back. Not even an apology in the end. Had to call another Waiter to bring the bill. We assumed nobody was bothered about the unserved/missed order, so we finished up our meal and asked for bill. Guess what, the item was charged for despite not being served. Always check your bill. He didn’t apologise or even seem surprised. Food was excellent so compliment to the chefs. The whole Experience Would have been five star but my review is reduced by two stars (one for reception and second for waiters). I normally always give huge tips to people serving me, but for the first time I didn’t feel it was appropriate leaving a tip.

It was a busy Saturday (16.02.2019) evening. We was greeted by a lovely gentleman called George. He was very bubbly and gave us some menu. There were a few people in front of us, so we new there would be a wait. We was seated within 10 minutes of entering. The service was excellent. However, the starter arrived before our drink. The George was great. The chef behind the line looked in control and restaurant seemed to be following well. George was really friendly and made our evening enjoyable. Thank you George. I wanted to give it 3/5 but was convinced by my partner to give it 4! The staff were great and there are a lot of them around to help with whatever you may need. It was fairly empty when we arrived at 4pm on a Sunday but became busy soon after. Food was served quickly. I was disappointed with the way my duck wrap was served...with no plate for me to prepare it on. My partner enjoyed his chicken ramen with his additional chillies on the side. It was my first time here, it was nice but not in a rush return.

Expect to receive your main first and starter last or watch your dining partner receive and finish their meal before yours arrives. The reason why I am writing this review is to commend the excellent service I received from Lubo the manager and Robert. Even though it was a busy time, they were very attentive to my needs. Robert saw me waiting for the loo and realized I was pregnant so he immediately brought me to the staff lift to use the restrooms upstairs. When I came down, manager reserved a seat right away waiting for me. It was busy time and was very impressed with their attentiveness. Robert would always check on me if I need anything. He had a positive and cheerful demeanor. The manager Lubo also managed the restaurant staff well to keep a good positive working environment. Well done! Oh, had the naked katsu chicken breast which is new and I think it’s good!

It’s definitely not close to the best ramen I had but it was perfectly fine for a rainy day. The staff were all super friendly. I did have to ask for my bill twice because my original waitress had left but things like that happen and it’s understandable. I didn’t have to wait long for anything else so a small delay in leaving isn’t much. The broth of the ramen was a little dull on the flavour side but it was better after adding a little chilli sauce. I would’ve liked more broth in the dish as it was a little heavy on the noodle side but all in all I enjoyed it. I’d definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

The food isn’t up the usual Wagamamas standard. Chicken itame tasted of oil with no other flavours coming through. The portions are normal size, so if you know Wagamamas you know what you’re getting. I was away with work so eating alone but still had to wait 25 minutes to order. The waitress barely spoke, didn’t say hello just asked what I wanted. Really poor experience from a chain of restaurants that normally get it right.

No veg in sight, just a sprinkle of pea shoots for colour. Grilled chicken on top nice thou, which saves this review from 2 stars. Place nice and clean but not massive. Pleasant staff. It's just my ramen is worth £4 and not £10....

I have been to Wagamama many times and the Wandsworth branch is very hit or miss. Boyfriend ordered beef brisket ramen which he enjoyed a lot. I asked for miso cod ramen workout the broth as I didn't want a soup. They accommodated this, which was good, however the cod was overcooked and dry. Perhaps the soup is meant to mask this, but that's no excuse. Staff were nice and quick service

Wagamama's like Yo Sushi has been chasing itself. Constantly changing things to try and make themselves fresh and new. While Yo has kind of pulled this off i cant say the same about Wag. We are huge Wagamama fans to be clear and have been eating here ever since it opened and at Putney Bridge before that. In fact we were such good customers the staff at the old store gave us a baby grow for the birth of our second son, which makes this review even harder. The guy who served us was quite pushy, butted in while my wife was ordering and when she asked to not have shrimp with the Yaki Soba we didn't realise he just replaced it extra chicken, which was nice, but it made the dish quite difficult to finish and was a bit of a waste It's not that its bad, it's just that you get flashes of what you hope it would be again and yet.. it just doesn't live up to it. I have been eating Itame for longer than i care to admit but its so inconsistent here. This time round the sauce was almost none existent and the chicken was dry. The Takoyaki style octopus balls in crispy coating was almost cold which for anyone who has ever felt the pain of eating fresh Takoyaki will tell you is just not right. The yaki soba was ok but needed longer cooking and over all it just wasn't a great experience
