Went to have an dinner before going to the theatre. I chose them because they offer gluten free pasta and some of the food on the menu offer gluten free options. We've ordered camembert cheese with sourdough which offered gluten free option. However when the food arrived, the staff told us they can't make it gluten free today. Not sure why they didn't ask us before putting it on my table. The cheese tastes really really good tho. The Bolognese gluten free pasta was not too bad as well.

We visited Wildwood for dinner. We had the calabrese pizza and risotto with prawns and chorizo. Both were very tasty and well cooked. Reasonable prices, good portion sizes, and nice atmosphere. Very central location.

Was at the vicinity and tried out their food since there has been a number of positive reviews. But felt a bit disappointed because... The sea bass ordered was a fillet full of bones and the green beans was raw to taste. Paste was alright and the garlic prawn starter was great. Service was great and ambience was fantastic.

Visited with my wife. We order the cheesesteak pizza and the duck pizza. Both pizzas were excellent with ultra thin, crispy bases and delicious toppings, and were of substantial size. Prices were extremely reasonable, and the staff were very friendly. I will happily be back next time I'm in the area.

Stopped here for lunch with my family. Didn’t have any expectations but was very impressed. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient. I go here every time I go to London, it have become a bit of a tradition. The staff is really good and the food is too both the pasta and pizza. The only thing is that it's a kinda small place to booking a table can be useful if your planing on going during peak hours.

Lovely restaurant, staff were efficient, didn't have a wait to be seated like other places we tried. Lots of vegetarian options that were all very tempting, I had the goats cheese and courgette pizza with pine nuts and without the olives, and a side dish of dauphinoise potatoes. The cocktails were lovely and the side dishes were good. Reasonably priced. They didn't rush us to leave, really nice atmosphere.

Visited here with four others for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated by a friendly lady immediately and our table was tended to. We felt a bit coerced into ordering a starter, as the waiter already looked annoyed that we only wanted tap water to drink. She told us we would have to wait 20-25 minutes from ordering to get a main anyway, so we felt a bit pushed. However, the mains took 20-25 minutes *after* we finished our starters anyway, so was a bit misleading. The starter was big (the mozzarella garlic bread) and tasted nice. My main of pizza was also of a good size and tasted nice, despite the wait! The two main gripes I had: - the lady waitress was rude to us but then acted kind and smiley when we were paying. She didn't say anything rude per se, bit had a rude mannerism, especially when we didn't order drinks. - by far the worst, the urinal in the toilets was flooded, so I waited outside the cubicle. The chef came out, and left immediately without washing his hands! It's very unhygienic and this is the main reason I'm giving 3*. Overall, food was nice but the staff need improvement.

Lovely 🍕! I had the carbonara pizza (large, as you can probably guess) and it was yummy. Service was a little slow and we had to wait a while for our second round of drinks, but the waiter recognised this and gave them on the house which was nice. Would recommend!

Very nice place with very friendly and professional staff, mushroom arancini very nice, tasty fries and halloumi fries. From mains recommended risotto, especially sea food one, was so yummy. Pasta and steak very decent. I was surprised that place was not too busy as really worth to visit and prices very resonable. we came Saturday night with our two children. The restaurant was full but we managed to get a table in 5 minutes of waiting. Nice welcome and coloring for children. The food was good and plentiful. The mini roasted camembert was amazing! Too bad the wait between the dishes was really long.

Food and service were absolutely fantastic. Friendly polite staff, not intruding during food at all. Ordered mushroom truffle oil pizza and the chicken and mushroom pasta which was oven baked. Pizza was a lovely thin base - how an Italian pizza should be!! The pasta was beautifully cooked, soft, fresh and FULL of flavour!! Chicken was soft and juicy, not dry at all. Wildwood is a chain of Italian restaurants. This is the first time I have visited this particular one. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very small on the street level. It was extremely popular, and so you had to almost push passed other diners to get to your seats. As always, the food was delicious and didn't disappoint. This was the first time I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese at Wildwood, and must say it was probably the best I have eaten. My companion ordered a Buttermilk Chicken Burger and was slightly worried when he saw it that the chicken was overcooked and dry...but no...it too was delicious and moist. There was a pleasant intimate atmosphere in the restaurant despite the close proximity of other diners. I would certainly recommend a visit!

I almost walked past this unobtrusive place, but I'm glad I didn't. It was friendly without being overbearing and served excellent Italian-style pizzas and proper espresso. Seemed quiet when we went in but soon filled up. Extra points for taste in music.

I visited this restaurant with 4 other friends yesterday. Initially we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table downstairs, despite it being a busy easter weekend. The waitress was attentive, although very pushy for us to spend money - she was insisting we had a drink other than tap water, and to get starters as the wait for mains was "25 minutes". We gave in, and ordered starters. The starter portions were large and very nice. We then had to wait 40 minutes for our main. I ordered the mussels, which were tasty, but was not filling as it came only with a small side of chips. For almost £11, it was slightly on the pricey side. The staff became increasingly inattentive to our table, and the lady taking our payments was quite rude to us. Overall, nice food if slightly pricey, although the speed and manner of service left much to desire.

The initial cool welcome was soon blown away by the helpfulness of the staff, who bent over backwards to accommodate a child/food sensitivity. I've been here 4 times over the past few years. First three times, the food, service and atmosphere were all great. Last time I went we were sat downstairs, which accounts for the dropped star. It's just a bit shabby compared to upstairs, the music is too loud and you end up feeling forgotten about if it's busy upstairs. If they renovated downstairs and improved the speed of service at busy times, it'd be one of the best small chain restaurants in the area

A really nice restaurant. On Aug 26, wife and I shared the bruschetta pomodoro, she had the courgette & spinach penne, and I had the wild mushroom risotto w/chicken. We initially wandered past here while looking for a lunch venue in covent garden. It was only 12 so it was still quite quiet but we were tempted as it smelled amazing! We thought we'd see if there was anything else about but decided to head back and by 1 the place was packed! Specialising in stone baked pizzas it's a great little stop for lunch. They also do some healthy items and as we were eating out for dinner we both went for a salad. I had the mackerel super food salad which was right up my street! So many delicious flavours! My mum had the tuna salad and again really good and the tuna was cooked well. Both were very decent sized portions for the price and the location. We also had to share the rosemary and garlic flatbread as the smell of everyone having a pizza was too tempting. It too was delicious! I would definitely stop here again if in the area.
