Was going to be five star, friendly girl clean professional store. I ordered the chicken wrap and a veggie burger. The vegie burgers pattie was cold, not defrosted properly or fried enough such that it could not be eaten - was thrown away. Chicken wrap was delicious. It may have been a one off incident I really do not know but it ruined half of my order.

Ordered take away late night Delivery was quick and food was amazing Pizza dough was fresh and well cooked. In drinks, mango crush is nice Highly recommended when your are starving

I have been here a few times now, as a local, and I will give an HONEST review. NOTE: I WILL INDIVIDUALLY RATE OUT OF 5 THE ITEMS I HAVE TRIED. THE STAR RATING YOU SEE IS WHAT I THINK OVERALL. MAY CHANGE OVERTIME. Overall star rating: 3 out of 5 (13/12/21) The purpose of a chicken shop is that it is supposed to be affordable fast food charging 6 wings for £5 on its own is ludicrous in my opinion. The idea of an additional £1.99 to create a meal combo is decent, except the portion of fries are very small, and they didn't fill up the cup of soft drink all the way until I questioned them about it. It also takes very long for you to get your food, which is ironic for a fast food place. And this is regardless of if you are the only customer in the store or not. Furthermore, the packaging. They have a nice recyclable paper bag which isnice. And they avoid using plastic which is commendable. HOWEVER, in terms of the food, ESPCIALLY the FRIES, they use similar kinds of "fries bag" they use in mcdonalds or kfc, and when they put them in the bag they end up going cold VERY quickly. For reference, i live a 1 minute walk from the shop, got home anf my fries were lukewarm, transitioning to cold. They definitely did not take this into account, and they cannot fold the paper bag over because for some reason they put your drink in there to, baring in mind this paper bag is not big at all. They need to find a solution for the fries, maybe put them in a box instead so theyre less exposed to coldness. 2 out of 5 (11/01/22) All the previous points are still relevant to the chicken shop. Customer service has dropped. Apart from the apparent boss, his employees seem to not pay attention and show an obvious disinterest when serving customers. Also, constantly gets my order wrong now. May not be the case for everyone. 3.2 out of 5 (13/03/22) I have purposefully left a gap betwen my last review and this one now. The overall customer service has improved, with the woman at the till welcoming you with a warm smile. However, in terms of food, still too inconsistent to bump the rating higher. The portion of the fries are still too small and the packaging they put them in doesn't change that fact. Not enough of the signiture ingredients within the nacho wraps. Chicken Fillet Burger | 1.5 out of 5 Pros Buns were okay, not sure if they were toasted but I like them crispy, personally Cons The chicken tastes like its straight out the microwave Chicken was small for the burger compared to other chicken shop competitors Minimal amounts of salad added to the burger Chicken Burger (1 month later) | 3 out of 5 Pros Crispier than before Larger fillet than before Cons The size and texture of the fillet are not consistent, sometimes is good, sometimes it goes back to its terrible texture amd sizing. Margarita pizza | 4 out of 5 Pros Nice ratio of tomato to cheese Tastes good Very good pricing Cons Can be oily, not consistent There is ALOT of room for improvement, and I will be updating this review/adding to it as I go more.

Watch out for their maths. 3.99 for a burger or 5.99 for a meal however regular size drink and fries will be .99 each so 5.97 ( they are nice enough to charge the other amount ) keep an eye out 👀 also what is this drink lid 😂 burger was alright. Chips good.
