Wasn't very busy, but unlike a certain McDonalds in Stevenage, this Burger King actually provided good service AND DIDN'T MISS ANYTHING OUT!

Just your usual Burger King fast 3outlet but was let down by the girl behind the counter having a very strong Asian accent. Wife and I both struggled to understand what she was saying and took us 3 attempts to place order.

I take my little boy once a week as a treat and I wouldn't take him anywhere else in town. Always a nice team of people who are helpful and polite and a nice atmosphere. Always clean too. Only criticism is that the toilets arnt working very often! But thanks for everything else

Always love it there, I'm a regular and never had any issues. Today my burger wasn't hot and the burger was dry, I had my usual bacon double cheeseburger XL meal, it tasted like it had been sitting there a while and I only ate half, made me sad. Normally its perfect and tasty but I went on a busy day and disappointed

Usually few and far between but my associate at the time of visiting was very expressive and enthusiastic about the vegan range. Double cheese bacon is and always will be up there with the best burgers.

Regular Burger King. Not bad generally but the toilet is terrible!Would have added another star if my constructive pointer regarding it wasn't met with rude dismissal. Have their App and chose two double cheeseburgers large fries and drinks for £10 special offer, but somehow deleted it on the way into the shop. Explained to manager who went the extra mile and honoured the deal, brilliant..... always enjoy their tasty flame grilled burgers but managers intervention made it even better. Always great food, great service and they enforce covid rules which is a good thing. Well done Burger King Maidstone 👍

Phenomenal social distancing in here, as soon as a customer left an employee was straight there cleaning the tables and chairs. Limited menu is good enough for the situation. The only complaint I have is they forgot my bacon in my burger but they fixed it immediately when addressed. :)

They often get your order wrong, however it's often an upgrade like an large chips instead of a medium or something. Food is great and it's often quite clean compared to other fast food places in Maidstone (*cough* *cough* kfc)

I ordered the bacon roll and latte for £1.99 but was firmly informed it's a 'bacon butty'.....I must say it was well worth the correction.......I was surprised at the amount of bacon in a good way......this is a very good deal, let's hope it stays at this price,the latte was hot and had good flavour.😍

It's better than McDonalds and they do my favourite chicken burger. The staff however aren't often very friendly and just do the job in hand without much of a smile. A smile does occasionally happen but it's rarer than a blue moon.

Always a fast service as expected and the food is always hot. Not had a complaint yet. Oh and plenty of ways to get discount such as on the back of bus tickets, in the Metro newspaper and via the BK app (find it on Playstore)

These are some good burgers for a hefty, but fair price. The major downside to this location is the ghastly common populace. Usually McDonalds is the clubhouse for criminals, but for some reason they've leaked into this Burger King location. If you come to this fast food joint, just be aware that you have to keep your wits about you. Try not to bring your family unless it's morning to early afternoon. The merry crew of miscreants like to come during the evening or just before school days finish. As for everything else, staff are approachable and friendly, and the renovation is pleasantly modern.
