Pretty good but not outstanding. The patties were a little dry for my liking. Next time I'll have to add more of the free toppings to make the burger juicier.. Otherwise it was tasty. Fries are pretty expensive at £3.75 for the small portion.

Love me some Five Guys! Recently tried the Lotus Biscoff milkshake, which was DELICIOUS, and a regular cheeseburger which was very juicy and not dry nor tasteless. What I love about Five Guys is when you order their fries, you get a ton of them. More than you can add in the cup it comes in. They just fall to the bottom of the bag. You will for sure feel beyond satisfied once you finish eating.

Went here for lunch yesterday and it was a great experience. I’ve had bad experiences before in other branches where customer service was non-existent, but the manager here really went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome. The food was amazing, as five guys burgers usually are. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s very tasty, filling and they give you loads of food. Definitely coming here again next time I’m in town!

Very enjoyable, food was fantastic, however it didn't live up to the hype. I really liked it but I find it hard to reccomend considering how much value for money Burger King offers with their vouchers on their app. The unlimted refills on the Coke Freestyle machine were a great touch.

Good food quality wise and generous portion of chips, bit expensive as 1 milkshake 1 small chips and 1 burger is 1750 but it was quick. If you want a quick meal that's better than McDonalds and you have 20 quid spare come here.

Nice burger but well overpriced. I had not eaten a five guys burger before . I had looked at the prices and that had put me off . I thought had better try one to check them out . I had bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries . The burger was very nice but over 8 quid ,no way .Take £2 off and that is a reasonable price . My curiosity has been satisfied but definitely won't go back . Not worth it .

The food is great, the price - a bit high. For a burger, regular chips and a standard soda you're looking at £15. For one person. The service was good and the food arrived hot and fresh. The burgers tastes great and was actually slightly too hot to eat the moment I got it, which isn't a bad thing. The quantity and quality of chips you get is actually quite good for the price and taste fantastic. They are home made chips not the Mccain standard sold in most fast food locations. These are chips with the skin on, they also do a cajun variety, which I expect taste great too. Overall good experience but quite expensive.

I love five guys ,it is dear but I'd rather pay for a decent burger not another well known chain. Got loads of chips in my small portion today. They are always friendly and the burgers are super tasty 😋

Firstly Great friendly service that is followed with Great burgers served with a generous portion of fries and a delicious shake or soda. Although the menu is simple, don’t let that put you down because there are lots of variations on that menu that is done well! The restaurant is wheelchair accessible however there is very limited disabled parking unless you park at Fremlin Walk. Covid-19 precautions taken by the restaurant certainly check all the boxes to ensure that you have a safe visit.

Whilst it was a little bit expensive - about £15 for a burger, milkshake and small fries (which weren't really very small, I'd say macdonalds medium min) - the meal as a whole didn't really taste like fast food at all, the quality of everything was brilliant. The fries were fresh and had a crunch on the outside with a soft inner. The burger was amazing, I mean it even tasted like real beef (something I think ... other chains could think of trying). Finally, the milkshake had a perfect consistency and also tasted like it had really ingredients in! Not just ice and chemicals. Also the staff was really friendly. So yea, overall a really god experience.

We have eaten there several times. A very big thank you to David, Matt and Steph for the amazing customer service. The staff is always polite and child friendly. The food is always delicious and very good value for money. Their milkshakes are divine. The portions are enormous. The place, especially the prepping area is always immaculate which is a must when taking your child out for food. My daughter loves watching how her food is being prepared. The staff are always cheerful and most of the time it's down to good management which makes their staff happy to be at work.

Lush burgers and fries but 3 burgers and fries a bottle of water and a drink for just under £35 can't be done often. The shop is very loud music wise and the staff tend to shout talk at each other but my son informs me Bluewater one is the same so maybe it's their thing. Love the complimentary nuts and condiments but this particular store could have done with a clean up. Tables and floors hadn't been cleaned by the looks of it when we went in. The lady that served us at lunchtime was lovely (Saturday) so all in all... Great for a bit of a treat.

Having eaten at a couple of Five Guys I was excited for Maidstone to finally have one. Wasn’t disappointed, staff were friendly and service was quick. True that their burgers aren’t the cheapest but they are really good. Love the fact you can see them being assembled, means you can see how fresh the extras are. Chip portions are huge as well, in my opinion, more of a sharing size than individual portion.

The place has two floors, the first floor is usually occupied since there only five or six tables downstairs. Staff is friendly, you won't see an angry face when ordering or when picking up your order. Food has really good taste, I assume it's because of the easiness of finding fresh produce in the UK. Milkshakes with 11 free toppings are the best! :-)

The BEST burgers you'll ever eat. Forget Mcdonalds or any other fast food chain. This is the real deal. Anyone complaining about the prices need to get over themselves. It's not over priced for the quality of food you receive. If you want a cheap burger go to mcdonalds or burger king. This joint is not for families that plan on spending a couple £'s on burgers. If you want a nice succulent burger with crispy bacon, juicy beef, melt in your mouth cheese and delicious fries five guys is the place to be. I mean it’s Five Guys, can you really go wrong? I was really pleased when I found out there was a Five Guys opening in Maidstone. While it’s not something you can obviously do every day since price wise it’s expensive, and it’s also pretty fattening food, you can’t beat Five Guys for their burgers, you get tons of options and can customise it exactly how you want it, and on top of this, the fries are top notch with rather large portion sizes, the Coke Express is amazing or you can go for fantastic milkshakes alternatively. Just overall really good. Customer service is great too with really friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great to have a Five Guys Maidstone and it's conveniently located in Earl Street where there's also a great selection of other restaurants to choose from. The Fremlin car park is close by and after 7pm its relatively cheap. I've been here twice and both times the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The burgers were freshly prepared and tasty. Well worth a visit.
