turnt up with 4 kids all enjoyed the food and was cooked fresh one of the lady staff elder generation lady to be polite , she gave us pokeamon drawings for the kids which was lovely , we will return if we come back to area only.isssue was the lift to the ordering area was out of order, so if your in a wheelchair ♿️ you wouldn't of been able to get your food you can order on the machines on the lower level but to receive your food you have to go up stairs and obviously if your in a wheelchair you cannot so maybe the staff have a way around this more than likely but just pointing it out.

It's a McDonald's, you know what you're in for. The fries here are usually properly cooked though, even at busy times. I respect that.

I ordered using the self service screen. Our breakfasts arrived soon after and the staff were very polite and cheerful. The restaurant is clean and staff were clearing tables promptly.

All staff members are only too happy to help me out with collecting my order and helping me locate a table that would mean that my wheelchair is not going to be in the way of anyone. They're also very quick to fix any issues with the order or if my daughter has spilled ketchup on the floor (which is a regular occurrence) My only very minor complaint would be that they should have wheelchair user friendly tables that are slightly higher than the normal table heights so that I don't have to lean over my legs/lap to reach my food and would be much more comfortable to have a table that my legs could fit underneath it. (They have such tables in KFC so I know that its possible) But apart from that I've always had a very good experience there.

Very busy place, Always a que of ubereats drivers, McDonald's servings time at McDonald's are not as fast as they used to be. A waiting time of 20-30 minutes becomes normal during peak hours.

I had my face masked and was putting it on as I approached the door, so I would have had it on as I entered, but was greeted outside very abruptly by a female employee who shouted "face mask on" ! You could see I was putting it on before I entered the store and I don't feel the time of this ladies voice was necessary. I pity anyone entering who is exempt from wearing one! Food was good though 😲

Been using this one for years always good food ,does get very busy Saturday's lots of kids teenagers. Nice and clean disabled toilet down stairs regular toilets upstairs. Can't park outside. Parking at rear but to be paid for no drive though.

Not the best example of this popular franchise, in my opinion. Tables seem to be in need of a wipe clean/or arent checked by staff regularly enough. There are also lots of small steps throughout the restaurant which i find awkward. But the counter service is efficient with cheerful staff and the food always hot.

Every time we've visited this year the upstairs part has been closed. This includes the toilets, so everyone has to queue for the single disabled one downstairs, and the reduced seating makes it hard to find a place. I'm getting a bit fed up with the single vegetarian option of 'goujons' too. And it's time they stopped giving out plastic Happy Meal toys. My daughter loves it, though.

It's a maccy D so you know what to expect. This one is nice and clean. The service is speedy and the staff pleasant. Sat upstairs which is clean and tidy. Room to move around without bumping into fellow diners. Overall a good experience.

Quite small, very clean, nice food and at a good price. They have a self service touch screen monitor you can order and pay for your food then collect at the counter. There are two tablets for children to use in the window.

If you want a burger, this is the place to come. It's in the center of Maidstone, has plenty of room to sit down and is very clean and friendly..... Use your vouchers, if you have them... They are usually in the free 'Metro' paper, pick one up on the bus...great bargains... It's a McDonalds, they really work at ensuring the experience is the same at all of their outlets ...happy to eat there....

This restaurant isn't as modern as the new branch in town and has become quiet and seems more dated with the new one now available. It's handy for morning coffee if you're heading to the train station or for a quick snack but avoid at night on weekends if you're of a nervous disposition. Free WiFi.

Poor staff and layout.... So my gal yahno got kinda hangry so wanted to hit her belly up with some small fries simple yo, so we go on the funky tablet thingys right and order, that's all good, but man it wouldn't let the gal tap her visa innit so we chose the option of pay at the counter. We waited for like an eternity with our number in the "ready to collect" column of the fancy screen at the counter, and no one was calling the number out. So I go up to this lady at the counter and ask where the hell our grub at and she's like "girl you paid?" and I was like "well no the tablet dodgy innit" so she's like "oh well you have to queue up by the tills", literally meant to be fast food like the clue is in the name mate, overall was not impressed with the way those peeps hate on ma gal yahno?

Food is all always have a higher standard with no brown fries that you often get outlets. Nice golden chips is a winner for me.

Relatively quick service from a McDonald's, and accuracy and quality of order is high. Staff here are more laid back than other locations however this suits the environment of Maidstone well. The plethora of stairs in this McDonald's is down right annoying and results in a reduction of seating space which could've been avoided if the restaurant was built properly. This restaurant does have self service terminals however three out of my past four visits, the machines have failed to output my order ticket and receipt as a result of the machines not being stocked with till roll.

One of the finest McDonald's in the 5 mile proximity. Well stocked ketchup dispensers and plenty of straws to be had. Beef was cooked to perfection and the mcflurry was really well blended. Coffee still tasted of dirt but that was to be expected.

In my opinion, McDonald's food and staff standards are (pretty much) the same the world over, so scoring comes down to individual store design. This one is confusing split level, with one counter divided unevenly by a (presumably) structural wall. I'm never completely sure where to stand and whether I'm in the best queue.

I am disabled ♿ and the staff are always very helpful and friendly to me. They order my meal and bring it to me. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The best service anywhere in Maidstone by far.

Great location in the town and also quite a lot of places to sit, the food is a good quality and enjoyable, the new ordering system is amazing and so easy to order with, but the staff never check it, always out of receipts and one of the machines has problems reading cards so you have to pay at the till, but food is great, staff are great but need to keep machines in working order.

My grill order big tasty, was wrong rectified very quickly brought to table by Boldizsar, double checked it was correct with me. Very polite very helpful service despite how busy it was, unnamed server and Boldi made me feel like I was the only one here. Very good service, hot tasty food. 6*
