M. P.Nothing but praise for the heroic Tony. I took a chance at wing roulette and ate what can only be described as the scorching wing of Satan himself. One bite and my eyes were bleeding, my throat had turned inside out and I sat melting into my seat. My mouth was an erupting volcano. To my relief, amongst the chaos, Tony came rushing to my aid. She doused me in lemon and herb sauce whilst wafting me repeatedly with a pitta bread, truly above and beyond service. Tony saved my life.

E. F.We used to be regulars but not been in that much since covid. Great to be back. The restaurant was shortstaffed tonight apparently but we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. You would never have guessed that they were shortstaffed because the service was excellent and the food was really tasty and hot. A special thanks goes to Gustie who was really helpful when I messed up some of my order. He was efficient and very friendly. Highly recommended and will return soon. Great with the kids.

A. A. (.Not too good an experience the last time I was there. I showed my NHS ID and the chap taking my order did not put it through. My NHS discount is linked to my nando's card online but apparently doesn't transfer when used in store. Will be taking a picture of myself standing in front of the hospital A&E with my nando's card in my hand, next time I visit.

N. P.First visit to this Maidstone location. Given it wasn't overly busy the staff seemed disorganised. That said the ones that did serve us were helpful. Didn't get the same feeling as I have experienced many times in varying locations throughout the UK. Food was not up to their usual standard, especially the creamy mash which seemed a strange colour and definitely not creamy.

J. S.Great chicken, spiced to your liking. The service is always friendly and efficient, the choice if food is very good but mostly chicken based and a few veggie options. The kiddies menu is well thought out and very reasonable. If you've not been before it will be helpful to remember that once you have been shown to your table and have decided what you are having you will need to go to the counter to place your order. Enjoy.

I was very pleasantly surprised. It was quite busy when we got there but we only had to wait a few minutes before a table became available.
After ordering, there wasn't too long to wait for our food to be delivered. It was hot and it was very tasty. The quantity was pretty much spot on as well. I would recommend it.

If you haven't been to Nando's then you should know that you pay before you eat, which eliminates the need to wait for a waitress to serve your table when they are busy and makes the whole process a lot quicker.
They serve chicken only, aside from some vegie dishes and sides. The theme is fresh and relaxing and the staff is pleasant. It's not expensive and is perfect for casual dining or a quick bite.

Staff member was very sweet and helpful, food brought over quickly, all together and all correct. Possibly difficult for wheelchair users as toilets are up 2 flights of stairs (did not see a ground floor toilet but could have just missed it) would recommend for a tasty lunch
C.Great atmosphere, wonderful food and prompt service. Been here many times and have been seated within 10 minutes. Food is always well prepared, tasty and nourishing. Nice selection of drinks, but their deserts are a little lacking. Always one of the first places we think about eating at.

As soon as I started to tuck in to my starter then my main course was on the table. Where we were seated was on the end of the aisle so as people were coming in and out I was constantly copping an unfortunate one with costs bags and arms. My partner who had the chicken was happy enough with the "Nando" experience apart from being rushed

D. J.Because I'm a wuss, I went with the Mango and Lime Chicken Breast Wrap and actually, it was really good. Staff were friendly enough and service was pretty quick. I don't go to Nando's all that much but when I do, I never have a bad thing to say.
k. J.This Nando's is spread over 3 floors and I was a little concerned initially when we were shown upstairs that we might have to keep going up and down. My fears were allayed though as everything was upstairs too, including the order counter, drinks machine and cutlery/sauces counter. We were served by helpful, friendly staff and the food was hot, fresh and delicious
M. N. T. T.A great Nando's. Clean, not too busy to get a good seat. The food was great and came out fast, lots of healthy options (Had the whole chicken to share with some good veggie sides and a bottle of wine). One thing though... the extra extra hot peri peri sauce didn't seem any hotter than the medium garlic peri peri, whats up with that? Oh, and the prices are decent too, not the cheapest, but good value for the quality of the meal. Cheers!
B. t.It was pleasant but it felt drafty upstairs and the lighting wasn't quite right. Then the food turned up (Halloumi Pitta) and I had to play spot the filling, which for the price was dissapointing. What I did get though was nice and fresh

M. D.Recently renovated. Love the new décor. Same great atmosphere as always and of course the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. It is one of the more popular places in town to eat out so on some evenings you might have to wait to get a table but there's seats to wait at and the service is fast.

M. A.We go here often and are usually seated within 10-15 minutes of arriving unlike some places where we have waited 30 minutes or more. Can't get enough of the boneless platter. The staff are always super helpful and polite. We did have some trouble getting our Nandos rewards figured out but the lady at the till made sure we got the most out of our points. Never change, Nandos Maidstone!
P.Brilliant for large groups of people (went here around February 2020 for spontaneous dinner out with friends and we only had to wait for 10min for a table!). Friendly and fast service!
D. G.Not one of the best Nandos..staff are friendly but too few of them. Also had to step in and stop a fight between two groups of teenagers. Was there with my two young children so not a great experience...the one at the Chatham dockside us far superior but very busy.

R. B.Food is so tasty, and service is superb! Try this place if you're in Maidstone Centre just for a visit. Their specialty, peri peri chicken is so good. There is a variety of sauces that you can choose from. I've tried the chicken pita and their specialty, and can't complain at all!
