This place is really beautiful and homey. The menu is delicious and the customer service is great too. I loved it here. It's in Kent, Maidstone East. They have a menu with a mini game to make you feel more relaxed before your meal arrives. It was fun!

Went here for dinner last night. The service was excellent, the food was tasty. I can't five a 5 star review because of my experience of the toilet facilities. At this restaurant, when you open the toilets door, you are greeted by a row of unisex toilets on one side and sinks the other. When I walked in there was a couple 'making out' by the sinks and stopped when they saw me. The young man announced that the toilets were all empty and as I chose a cubicle he shouted 'have a nice sh**'. It was incredibly intimidating. I will only return to this restaurant when there are dedicated ladies toilets or unisex toilets that are separate rooms within the restaurant and not placed in a bathroom.

Visited here on 12th Dec 19 for our daughters 23rd birthday. Not been here before so fancied giving it a try. We were seated right by the bar area which is not a problem but due to it being Xmas party season loads of people around the bar area waiting for others to turn up before they go and sit at their own tables - bumping into our chairs and couldn’t hear each other due to the noise. Lasted for about 15 mins - not ideal especially on our first visit. However orders were taken promptly, food arrived promptly, service was very good. Meatball starter was very tasty. The only negative on the pizzas is they were very very dry with not much flavour and way to much gap around the edges - not even sauce (see pics) but apart from that I would recommend a visit, but not for a pizza - this definitely needs addressing from management.

Philly cheese steak was nice, the side of fries was a tad small for £14. Chicken in salad was so overcooked it was inedible but they were understanding when we asked for the chicken extra to be removed from the bill. Staff were very friendly.

There is a reason why businesses become chains. The format employed at Wildwood, in its Maidstone instalment, works. Walk in through its inviting doorway you are chaperoned by smily helpful staff. The inside is spacious, modern and comfortable. The range of Italian food on offer is excellent. Wildwood have bolstered choice by adding new menu options of late. The food is served quickly, attentively and arranged beautifully. It tastes great. The price, pretty good, given the quality. By the way. Try The halloumi fries. They’re a taste sensation.

Pros: Lovely staff, great atmosphere, the passion fruit mocktails were yummy, the garlic bread and salmon salad are delicious. Cons: the food is awful! My friend and I dined there on a spontaneous decision to try something new and it was the most regretful decision we ever made. The pasta was BLAND, creamy, cheesy and BLAND. The grilled chicken was also BLAND and undercooked but also whatever tomato sauce that comes with the grilled chicken dish was VERY salty and also there were flies all over our table and one landed in my drink, which was replaced for free. Silverlining: When we complained of our dislike of the food, the waitress deducted the BLAND pasta and the wine with a fly from our bill. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return!

Great place to go for family and larger group dining. Very modern restaurant with a good menu. Portions aren't the largest but filling enough. A few interesting things on the menu alongside the standard stuff you would expect e.g chicken and chorizo risotto with edamame beans and harrissa. Children's menu good although lots of leftover crust. Staff very friendly and helpful. Better than most Italian restaurant chains I have been to.

Went for lunch today with four friends. The staff were really welcoming and attentive. The food was hot and delicious (clean plates all round). The staff regularly checked we were ok and kept us supplied with drinks but were not all intrusive and we didn't feel rushed, despite it being busy. We all opted for the desserts and again polished off the lot! Definitely be back for our next lunch catch -up. Thank you!

Pricey but nice. Pizza (photo of hoisin duck pizza) was very nice indeed and a very good size, could have done with a larger proportion of duck would be my only small criticism. As a suggestion... make it properly chinese style and use a big Chinese pancake as a base? Everybody else had ribs essentially which were well priced and had praise all round. Service was relatively speedy and the atmosphere very pleasant with a steady flow of customers around us all rather happy.

The place overall was really nice clean and tidy, looked good and was nicely presented. The staff were amazingly helpful with regards to allergies and dietary requirements with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options etc. Everyones meals looked good and were enjoyed. I give 4 stars asy meal was a little disappointing, I ordered the carbonara and it was not what I was expecting. It was quite small, my companions all found it quite amusing and then after laughing at me shared some of their food with me to increase my snack to a meal. Everyone else's meal was of a good size and very tasty but the carbonara needs a bigger portion or to be served with a side of some description in my opinion. Other than that everything else was a full 5 stars. Great night had by all Edit, OK, maybe that 4 was a bit Harsh. Great job to everyone there

Nice atmosphere and decor inside and felt very comfortable Only a few vegan options but at least there is something which immediately makes it better than a lot of places that currently dont cater for that diet and ethical decision The vegan pizzas me and my gf had were very nice, will certainly return again -1 star because there are A LOT of very easy Vegan dishes that could be offered to give a little more choice. Something even as simple as Basil Pesto Lingine with Roasted Pine Nuts would be appreciated or offering something like the Beyond Burger with Jackfruit etc. Vegan food is so easy to put together yet many places seem lost

Decent pizza, pasta, burger, grill restaurant. Pretty standard menu, but I've never had a bad meal and service is normally pretty good with friendly staff. I personally think they do the best pizza in Maidstone - the calzone are delicious too. Good for quick meals, or longer 3 courses, and also cater for large groups. They don't do a lunch menu, so not somewhere to go if you're looking for a light lunch! Unisex toilets are always pretty clean. They have removed a few tables for covid spacing, which gives a good feeling of personal space - hopefully they'll keep it that way! There's no parking, but lots of town parking nearby.

Superb take-away. Huge portions, fantastic value (especially the Thursday deal) and superb quality. During COVID, I must admit we have ordered a take-away or 100.. and this is by far the best take-away we have had within Maidstone. Highly recommended. Nice date night venue. We had to wait a long time for our food, but it was tasty when it came. Bit disappointed by the chicken in my caesar salad, the skin was chewy and there was a fair amount of chewy meat which I didn't eat. But the bits I did eat were good and we loved the wine we chose too. The waitress was excellent, and very friendly, despite it being busy, receipt says her name was Bernie.

I was really impressed with the vegan menu - I liked that they don't just offer one or two vegan meals on the main menu, but dedicated time and effort to think of tasty meals and create a varied menu. On top of that, they offered to adjust food that the whole table was sharing so that the vegans could enjoy it as well. My wife's burger was a little over cooked (which to their credit they replaced without question). The gourmet pizza was delicious. Great food, friendly staff. Restaurant has a lovely ambience and there is a multi story car park opposite. Problem was, kitchen service was so very slow, we witnessed other customer complaining about it also. We waited an average 20-25 minutes in between each course, which was too long considering it wasnt busy. We sat near the kitchen and it sounded like a very jovial atmosphere in there, I would say they were too busy having a social to serve food.

Party of 7 went for lunch today for my 50th birthday. From beginning to end the quality of service and food was excellent. We didn't feel rushed, the setting was perfect and speed of service was perfect. Perfectly cooked food and good size portions. Unexpectedly the staff bought out a pre arranged cake with a glass of fizz and and joined in a fabulous rendition of Happy Birthday. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful birthday lunch.

Made reservations and went for a surprise meal on mother's day, the staff were attentive to our needs and supplied colouring material which helped settle my younger sibling without any prompting. The food was very nice and the presentation was alright too. Despite having mixed orders, some without starters, some without desserts, all of the food was served in a timely manner and nobody felt as if they were just sitting and waiting while the rest of us ate. The beer was served nice and chilled as it should and the atmosphere inside was great which is something I always look for. Will return in the future for other family events, which I feel it is catered more towards but is still obviously suitable for just a group of friends or even a table of 2/3.

First time visiting. I checked the menu prior to coming as am gluten and lactose intolerant. They had a great range of foods I could eat. I had the seafood rissoto, it was lovely. My only disappointment was, as with many restaurants, they didn't have an alternative milk for after dinner coffee. I don't understand why this seems to be an issue for lots of places. Lactose free milk isn't expensive and taste the same as regular milk. Take note wildwood, it be nice to have a coffee!

Refined interior decorations, tables are well spaced between each other. The whole place looks spacious and glamorous. Food is excellent. We always visit Wildwood for lunch, it is one of the only places that provided consistently well cooked foods. The chicken is never dry and the beer always tastes great. Go with a burger but only after you've had the caramelised onion cheese bread for starters, its amazing!

Food is decent enough. Calamari is very good. Not sure if it's just because I came on a very busy night or if it's a common occurrence, but the cheese was missed from my Steak and Cheese burger (not a huge ask with there only being two ingredients), but they took it back and made a fresh one and took it off of the bill. Sadly my Hot Brownie for desert was actually cold and had to be redone also, which meant I didn't eat my main or desert at the same time as my partner. Quite disappointing as it was a celebratory meal of sorts...might give it another go if I'm around and feeling brave. Staff were very kind, although the manager (I believe?) on duty seemed very cold and robotic.

Ate here last saturday night and really not a great experience. The restaurant was busy and amazingly, after we ordered, our food arrived within 10 minutes. We ordered a lasagne and a wild boar and chorizo burger. The lasagne was so hot it was unedible for a few minutes and my burger was stone cold !! How is this even possible when ordering 10 minutes before? I guess wildwood microwave all their food !! I told the waiter who said he'd sort it and returned with it 2 minutes later. Burger now hot but obviously things like bun still cold as the meat had been thrown in the microwave.
