We booked with short notice for our anniversary dinner based on recommendations by friends. We were blown away by experience. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and ensured we had a lovely evening. We were given a table downstairs where it was quiet and nice music. Staff were very attentive throughout our time there. They even treated us to dessert on the house, which was thoroughly enjoyed. Food was delicious and very reasonably prices. We will definitely be returning here and recommend it to anyone looking to have a great evening!

Good selection of cocktails & the food was un real- chef even came out to assure us all the food was made vegan & to make sure we enjoyed it ♥️ some of the best food & service we’ve had- will definitely be returning, thank you!! ♥️

Well food was really good, very tasty but in my opinion bit overpriced. I visited so many similar restaurants across Manchester where prices were much lower for similar stuff. They charge extra for portion of rice which is part of green curry dish. 2 starters 2 main meal (one was just papaya salad for 10£) 250 ml the cheapest wine and pint of bear 74£ bit too much.

Visited on a Wednesday night, we booked which I would recommend as there were people waiting for tables.
The team are super friendly and the food was nice, we had prawn toast and dumplings to start followed by Thai Green Curry & sticky rice. My only complaint is it’s a bit expensive…£70 for 2 starters, 2 mains & 3 drinks but it wouldn’t put me off going again.

As a celebratory meal for my Daughter passing her exams my Son suggested we visit Nakhon . Now , living in Blackburn, that's almost a whole hour away from Didsbury and trusting my Sons taste buds we decided to make the trip and boy was I not disappointed.
The place itself is small and a kind of intimate place , reminded me of a nice cosy italian . The vibe is hushed and the food deffo does the talking.
For starters we had the dumplings , fried chicken thighs and chicken satay . All were devoured with glee and special mention has to go to the fried chicken thighs which were exceptional and a good portion . The salad that usually accompanies meals is just an afterthought but not in this place. Each piece of vegetable was beautifully prepped and pickled . Some sharp with chilli, others soft and sweet which matched all 3 starters down to a tee . Good start .
For the mains , we ordered the railway rice beef , pad Thai and some chicken mince with chilli thing , the name escapes me . Again all three were devoured . The railway rice was beautiful and flavoursome with just the right amount of beef to rice ratio, again the salad with it was perfect.
I ordered a ginger and lemonade mocktail to wash it all down with and it was refreshing and quite simply yum yum .
The prices were ok but you get what you pay for . The staff were attentive and courteous. So all in all a very pleasant experience , great food in a perfect surrounding.

Our first visit to the second Thai in Didsbury. We had the lunch time special which is good value at about £10 for a starter and main. £5 for a pint of draught Singha which is great value compared to the bottles. Excellent Green curry and Pad Thai.Had a small complimentary bowl of soup as an appetiser. Will be back soon.

I had the Thai fried train rice with chicken. The food is exceptionally tasty and very fresh, and the staff is fantastic. The dining experience is very enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Upon asking if the spring rolls have mushrooms, the chef came from the kitchen to speak to us and suggested another dish, money bags (in the photo), which was brilliant, and I am looking forward to having them again. I will definitely be returning here not only for the authentic Thai hospitality but also for authentic Thai food - which might be even tastier than in Thailand. 11 out of 10.

Used the room downstairs for a group of 16 for a two course dinner on a Saturday night. We were so well looked after and the food as always was fantastic. We were able to have our own music and decorations and were assigned our own waitress. Top rate Thai grub.

We arrived without a reservation on a Saturday night but they were able to squeeze us in around bookings. Told that now under new ownership and has new chef. Service was friendly and helpful, food was delicious (we had a green curry and yellow curry). Would definitely recommend
