I just wanted to publicly say that Andrew's in Whitefield went above & beyond for my mum! Basically, I ordered an UberEats for my mum who is housebound & I wasn't able to get to her today to give her afternoon meal. Mum rung me three hours later to say that the food hasn't arrived. I tried to think about how quickly I could get food to mum. I rang Andrews, explained the situation & Adel informed me personally her would make her a pizza & deliver it to her himself within 15 minutes. He did so! Amazing customer service & understanding. Don't always trust the big brands & online companies. Speaking to a real person who understands is better.

Food was nice but yet again they messed up my order, only small things but very annoying. Asked for no bread for my kebab just kebab meat on a tray with salad, plus chicken kebab no bread on a tray with salad but served it in a naan bread. Ordered no bread as we're on keto so very frustrating

Tried this place after years of walking past. Doesn't look much from the outside, but the kebabs are fantastic. Loads of beautifully griddled chicken tikka, fresh salad, & warm soft naan. Nice friendly guys behind the counter too.
